1 The Cointegration Between Technology Innovation and Management Innovation of Major Construction Engineering

The purpose of this paper is to test the relation between technology innovation and management innovation of important construction engineering, through building a VAR model of technology innovation and management innovation. Then, it's tested on the long-term equilibrium relationship between technological innovation and management innovation by using Johansen, and applied to judge the granger causality relationship between the two by granger causality test. Based on the related data in 2000-2000 : technology innovation and management innovation of major construction engineering have long-term stability relationship, and both of them are granger causality.

6 The Analysis of the Relationship Between Stakeholder Orientation and Enterprise Performance: The Mediating Effect of Green Innovation

The purpose of the research is to test the mediating effect of green innovation between stakeholder orientation and enterprise performance. Based on the theories of stakeholder orientation, green innovation and enterprise performance, the research analyzes the influence of the shareholder orientation on enterprise performance and the mediating effect of green innovation on the relationship between stakeholder orientation and enterprise performance by using the structure equation model (SEM).Hypothesis testing is based on data from samples of construction enterprises in Shanxi Province. The results of the mediating effect show that the direct effect of stakeholder orientation on enterprise performance is not significant, and green innovation plays a mediating role in the relationship between stakeholder orientation and enterprise performance.

13 Green Innovation Behavior Motivation Path in Construction Projects: A Multi-Level Empirical Research

Based on the viewpoint "need push innovation" and the contingency theory of leadership, this study introduces the variables, such as engineering need, transformational and transactional leadership, and technology orientation et al., to explore the process and boundary mechanism of green innovation motivation in construction from the individual and organizational levels. The multi-level concept model is established among engineering need, leadership, technology orientation and individual green innovative behavior, and green innovative behavior is taken as the dependent variable. With the methods of hierarchical linear model, the results indicate that there is the driving effect between engineering need and green innovative behavior. Moreover, the transformational leadership and transactional leadership are the full mediators between engineering need and individual green innovative behavior, which means that the recognition of the green innovation need from the leaders in construction innovation can be conducive to the motivation of green innovation in construction. Besides, the moderating effect of technology orientation in organizational level has been approved. Specifically, the technology orientation enhances the transactional leadership's direct effect on green innovative behavior.

Based on the comparison of three development models of high-technology industrial park which include government domination model, science & technology real-estate domination model and PPP model, this paper studied the PPP model in development of high-technology industrial park, giving a detail design on pay-return mechanism, government subsiding mechanism, operation model and others. Some implementation tools and strategies related to the PPP model were proposed as reference for development of other high-technology industrial park.

28 Study on Perspective Mechanism of Behavior of Cost Control on Subway Projects Based on Computational Experiment

The development of urban subway is the main direction of urban rail transit construction, it is also an important guarantee for the sustainable development of subway construction enterprises. Large scale subway construction needs to further understand and study the mechanism and law of cost control behavior. From the perspective of incentive, distinguish the incentive factors affecting the behavior of cost control on the subway projects in our country, the model was built with the computational experiments, designed experiment scenes, set the parameters of the experiment, the mechanism of the behavior of cost control on the subway projects was carried out. The results showed that the factors of environment, job matching degree, return and management features had a marked effect on the behavior of cost control on the subway projects. The environment were the guiding role while the job matching degree makes the propulsion function, with the return a dirving force, and the management features activating the cost control behavior. The result of the experiment is to provide certain reference and inspiration for the guiding of cost control on the subway projects.

33 Multi-objective Trade-off of Green Construction Management under Nonlinear Relation

Except the duration, the cost and the quality of the three goals, the green construction also consider the environmental impact and the social impact. A more comprehensive and complex target management system is formed. This paper analyzed the non-linear relationship between the comprehensive cost, quality, environmental protection level, safety index and duration of green construction management. And based on the multi-attribute utility function theory and the optimization theory, a multi - objective trade - off model of green construction management under nonlinear relation is constructed. Using the genetic algorithm to solve, the most satisfactory solution are the target control requirements of the green construction management. The rationality of the model is demonstrated by an example. And the dilemma of realizing green construction management is discussed.

Many scholars in our country have studied the heterogeneous cooperation between diversified subjects in environmental protection PPP projects from the perspective of human subject,and lacked the analysis of non-human subjects such as environment.Based on the analysis of the heterogeneity of multivariate subjects,this paper introduces the theory of the actor network,and clearly defines the roles and status of human and non-human actors in environmental protection PPP projects.The actor network of environmental protection PPP project is constructed through the translation process of heterogeneous actors.It removed the obstacles of heterogeneous actors,realized the complementary resources among heterogeneous actors,improved the efficiency of the supply of environmental protection PPP projects,and provided a new idea for the research about heterogeneous cooperation of multivariate subject to provide the environmental protection PPP project.

43 Research on MFCA-based Priority Ranking Method for Waste Recycling and its Application

With the increasingly prominent resource and environmental problems, waste recycling has aroused widespread concern. Based on material flow cost accounting (MFCA) and the principle of material flow balance, the waste recycling priority ranking method with hidden cost embedded in production process is established. In order to verify the practicability and scientificity of the method, a case study is conducted with 'A' iron and steel enterprise as an example. The results show that the priority of waste recycling can be established according to the hidden cost estimation of each process step. This method can effectively promote collaboration to enhance the environmental benefit and economic benefit. This study not only extends the application boundary of MFCA, but also provides the application guideline for the popularization of this method.

The influence factors of the construction project of all parties involved in the relationship quality, establish impact relationship to improve the quality of engineering project in BIM context, through a questionnaire survey to a project done by enterprise in Tianjin city are analyzed and constructed a fuzzy cognitive map model, using factor analysis model to revise the results. That "information sharing" and "member's ability" and "benefit distribution mechanism" to enhance cooperation plays a key role, and "opportunistic" and "traditional thinking transformation" is the main factors hindering cooperation.

77 Resource Allocation Evaluation of National Sustainable Development Experimental Zone Based on Ecological Civilization Construction

To establishment of national sustainable development experiment zones is a significant strategy to realize the ecological civilization construction and sustainable development. It is crucial to have scientific evaluation of resource allocation efficiency in experiment zones to increase decision quality. This paper establishes a comprehensive index evaluation system which take the construction of ecological civilization as the main line, combined with the ecological civilization construction and social economic development purpose from four aspects of optimizing the pattern of land and space, the natural ecological environment protection, enhancing the resource conservation and the construction of the ecological system. The data envelope analysis method is applied to build an evaluation model for evaluating resource allocation efficiency from vertical and horizontal dimensions in experimental zones. The Hubei Province national sustainable development experiment zones are taken as an example to carry on the empirical analysis. It can be drawn a conclusion that the model is valid which can provide reliable decision reference for the measurement and improvement of the level of the national sustainable development experiment zones.

81 Calculation on Star Proportion of Green Building

Under the background of the new urbanization exploration and practice in our country,the green ecological city has become the model of urban development structure transformation. And the promotion of green building in construction industry determines the speed and quality of China's economic growth and the overall development of the national economy in the future. However,the calculation on star proportion of green building in the green ecological city is lack of corresponding standards and scientific theoretical basis. In order to establish a perfect green building technology standard system,this paper used land potential evaluation method and "four factor" method,established a calculation system on star proportion of green building,and calculated the star proportion of green building in GM New District. The results show that this system can calculate the star proportion of green building reasonably by analyzing the potential of land quantitatively. This system can provide the construction of green ecological city with technical support.

The establishment of a reasonable and effective risk sharing mechanism is the guarantee of the construction waste disposal project in PPP mode. From the perspective of risk control, through the analysis of stakeholders of the project, aiming at the risk of construction waste resource in PPP mode processing project implementation process may occur, using entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the risk of construction waste resource under the PPP mode of processing project sharing model.Using expert scoring method, the model is used in practice, and an effective and reasonable risk sharing scheme is obtained.It provides a theoretical reference for the risk control of construction waste disposal project in PPP mode.

97 Exploration and Practice to Promote International Cooperation on the Fundamental Research of Deep Geothermal Resources

Drilling and completion technology is important to develop and utilize high temperature geothermal energy. This paper summarized the domestic and abroad situation of high temperature geothermal drilling and completion technology, finding the wide gap to develop the deep geothermal energy. Therefore, it is necessary to seek international cooperation and introduce foreign talents, drawing on their experience, to promote such resources forward in China. Taking the opportunity of "the 13th Five-Year Plan" of Chinese government in geothermal energy development and utilization, China University of Petroleum (Beijing) was authorized the "the 111 project" set up by the Ministry of Education and China Foreign Expert Bureau. It united 11 academic teams from UK, USA, Germany and France to carry out collaborative research, aiming to solve such problems as long period, high cost, high risk, difficult fracturing, and so on in developing deep geothermal resources. The authors have confidence to accelerate the technology progress in developing deep geothermal energy in China through this international cooperation.

101 Large Group Emergency Decision Method of Major Emergencies for Engineering Construction Based on Right Distribution Risk Measure

Aiming at the risk caused by the distribution of rights of decision-making participants of large engineering project, a large group risk emergency decision-making method is proposed. Firstly, a measure model for measuring the risk of large group decision-making is proposed by using information entropy theory. Secondly, the risk, which is derived from the distribution of rights when participating in the decision-making process, is quantitatively calculated. Then, the risk preference is used to determine the final preference information assembly. As a result, the emergency schemes are sorted accordingly. Finally, a case of warehouse explosion incident in construction project illustrates the effectiveness of the method.

Thermal power enterprises' green development and sustainable development have aroused extensive attention,because of it's huge energy-saving emission-reduction potential.However,the traditional cost accounting method has been difficult to meet the decision-making needs of enterprise recycling economy.This paper introduces the resource value stream analysis,to find out the key nodes of the enterprise's circular economy transformation by identifying the internal waste cost and the external environmental damage value.And then establishes the two-dimensional system of "economic-environment" and combines AHP and the gray situation decision-making model to build a green investment decision-making model.On the basis of this,takes the CS thermal power plant as an example and implements the resource value flow analysis,and then put forward three environmental investment options for the "boiler combustion center" and "coal transportation center",using the green investment decision-making model to select the best environmental investment program.The environmental investment decision-making based on the resource value flow analysis provides a reliable support for the thermal power enterprises to achieve economic and environmental benefits of a win-win situation.

127 Study on Coal Enterprises Transformation Strategy Based on Barriers to Entry and Exit Analysis

Transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises is not only an important way to achieve the goal of coal "address overcapacity" but also an approach to achieve capacity from low value-added industrial chain to the high value-added industrial chain.In the process of transformation,the enterprise will be affected by the exiting barriers and the entry barriers.In this paper,the static balance analysis will be used to prove that the entry barriers and exiting barriers are negatively related to profits,and this effect will weaken with the increase of the intensity of the barrier.We will get the conclusion coal enterprises which have high exiting barriers have a preference for high value-added industry which has high entry barriers and test this conclusion by correlation analysis.At least puts forward some suggestions on the realization of the goal of "address overcapacity" and the optimization of coal industrial structure.

Using the profit function that made by C-D production function to discusses the Compensation standard, using the Opportunity Cost Method, Market Value Method, Ecological Restoration Cost Method to estimate the ecological environment effect of green building. So, it establishes the incentive mechanism of green building that base on the ecological benefit compensation.

It also points out the key factors that affect the cooperation and win-win of the operation platform of the financing platform, and then proposes that encourage the owners to participate in the platform, establish the credit rating system and formulate the platform development plan is the fundamental strategy to optimize the financing platform of the existing building energy-saving renovation.

146 The Influence Factors of Social Responsibility Sharing in Energy-saving Retrofitting Project for Existing Buildings Based on Social Network Analysis

In order to improve the decision-making efficiency of the social responsibility sharing of the existing building energy-saving transformation, and to explore the key factors and the mechanism of the decision-making in social responsibility sharing, this paper constructs the social network analysis model of the factors that affect the social responsibility of energy conservation reform based on combing the influencing factors of the social responsibility in the general enterprises. Use Ucinet 6 software to analyze the relevant data which are obtained by questionnaire. The results show that the social responsibility sharing process changes with the influencing factors, and the factors are related to each other, among which, the key factors can influence the social responsibility sharing process by controlling and influencing other factors, and the mode of action and the intensity of each key factor exist difference.

In order to solve the problem of performance management of BIM team learning based on development result, this research applies the result chain model to the project management BIM team learning planning and execution process. This study defines the specific content of BIM in the process of team learning chain, and according to ABET's cognitive evaluation criterion, proposed the BIM Bloom team learning table analysis of cognitive level, gives the BIM implementation phase of the implementation phase of team learning relationship table ,and formed a complete set of results to the development oriented BIM team-based learning plan ,implementation, evaluation and feedback system. The case research shows that has great influence to improve the input stage technology, participants, time and stage of team work, training courses to the students' BIM ability, and the cost and use of multimedia means of ability training has little effect.

Combined with the macroeconomic environment and the status quo of the coal industry, this paper makes an inventory of the status quo of the reserve talent in Shenhua Group systematically and analyzes of the mismatch between the status quo and the needs of the talent team. This paper puts forward some useful exploration for the ideas and methods of Shenhua Group's talent cultivation, and strives for Shenhua Group to achieve the goal of "building a world-class clean energy supplier" to provide the necessary talent support.
