Study on Optimization Strategy of Financing Platform for Existing Building Energy-saving Renovation |

Abstract From the perspective of exploring the development obstacles of financing platform, based on the analysis of the construction and development of financing platform, this paper analyzes the dynamic evolution process of energy-saving service enterprises and owners' evolutionary stabilization strategy and the influence of each parameter on the evolutionary stability strategy by using the replicative dynamic method of evolutionary game theory. It also points out the key factors that affect the cooperation and win-win of the operation platform of the financing platform, and then proposes that encourage the owners to participate in the platform, establish the credit rating system and formulate the platform development plan is the fundamental strategy to optimize the financing platform of the existing building energy-saving renovation.
