Abstract As coal industry cut excessive capacity is actively promoted, change support industry and conduct green industrial transformation is the last solution to survival and development for the coal mines. Take Shenjiazhuang coal mine as an example, based on the RMIF analysis frame and SWOT analysis, this study clarifies the change train of thought on the development mode and the power, industrial structure, economic benefits and regional competition and cooperation. With the study on industry positioning, principles, and the design of the whole PV+ industry chain, industrial green transformation system framework is deconstructed in detail. By mining the transformation path and the realization of circular economy, explore new ideas and new pattern for the mining enterprises to practice green industrial transformation and circular economy.
