Abstract Except the duration, the cost and the quality of the three goals, the green construction also consider the environmental impact and the social impact. A more comprehensive and complex target management system is formed. This paper analyzed the non-linear relationship between the comprehensive cost, quality, environmental protection level, safety index and duration of green construction management. And based on the multi-attribute utility function theory and the optimization theory, a multi - objective trade - off model of green construction management under nonlinear relation is constructed. Using the genetic algorithm to solve, the most satisfactory solution are the target control requirements of the green construction management. The rationality of the model is demonstrated by an example. And the dilemma of realizing green construction management is discussed.
