    In this paper, China's economic growth driven by scientific and technological innovation boom index is synthesized by using China's scientific and technological innovation boom index and the macroeconomic boom index.The driven index is divided into five boom warning interval.The paper studies the early warning of economic growth driven by China's scientific and technological innovation by using the methods of leading composite index prediction,ARIMA model,discriminant analysis and early warning signal lamp system.The paper further standardizes the research method system on early warning of economic growth driven by regional science and technology innovation.

    Knowing how the position of producer service enterprises in the global value chain affects their innovation performance can help to find ways to improve their innovation performance. Firstly, starting with the knowledge-based value chain decomposition of multinational corporations, the conceptual model to be validated is presented. Then by using the structural equation moderated mediating model, it makes an empirical analysis and gets the following findings: location in global productive service value chain has a significant positive impact on innovation performance; knowledge chain integration plays a mediator role in the relationship between global productive service value chain location and innovation performance; the mediating role of knowledge chain integration is regulated by coordination by specific situation. Finally, according to the empirical conclusion, the paper puts forward innovation performance's promotion strategy for two kinds of producer service enterprises.

    Based on the threedimensional structure of business model, this paper constructs a business model innovation analysis framework based on big data, and studies the internal mechanism of how big data affect the innovation of business model. The conclusion of the study shows that big data discovery value, provides a new perspective and way to create value for the enterprise, big data has become an important point of enterprise business model innovation; impact of big data on business model innovation is reflected in the elements of business model, including value proposition, value creation and delivery mode, get the three a toplevel elements and sub elements; big data will penetrate into every aspect of business management, which provides an important means for the enterprise customer segmentation, product precision service innovation, process innovation, profit model innovation, value network reconstruction.

    The spillovers of knowledge and innovation exist space barrier, and high speed rail further breaks the gap of regional space, reduces the distance of time and space, and promotes the development of knowledge intensive industry which is characterized by knowledge and innovation. Construct the provincial panel data of 2006 to 2015 and use fixed effect to study the impact of high speed rail construction on the development of the knowledge intensive service industry from the regional level and the industry level in China. Find that the high speed rail construction has a positive impact on the increase of the number of practitioners of the knowledge intensive service industry in China and plays a promoting role in the fixed assets investment of knowledge intensive service industry in Midwest. Fully illustrated, the high speed rail construction can improve the regional investment environment, break the regional barriers, promote knowledge spillovers, accelerate the flow of factors, and has great significance to the development of knowledge intensive service industry and industrial upgrading in the central and western regions. That further confirmed the correctness and the necessity of the construction of high speed rail in Midwest.

    With China's economy entering the"new normal",the IndustryAcademiaResearch collaborative innovation is becoming more and more in the field of innovationdriven, giving deep exploration in the theory and practice of collaborative innovation which is conducive to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces. The essence of the IndustryAcademiaResearch collaborative innovation is to create the science and technology production relations. The relations is formed under the condition that science and technology become the first productive force which has the duality characteristic, that is, the commonness of content composition and the characteristic of function composition. The content composition should be established through the protection of intellectual property rights to form the synergies and complementary effects and establish the mechanisms for reciprocal contribution and distribution. The function composition should be established by speeding up the industrial innovation by choosing a reasonable mode of IndustryAcademiaResearch collaborative innovation mode and allocating innovation chains according to industrial innovation chains. The above discussion further deepens the theory of IndustryAcademiaResearch collaborative innovation and also provides corresponding philosophical guidance for the relative practice.

    According to the survey of "National Key Science and Technology Resource Survey" and the National Statistical Yearbook from 2011-2014,this paper first describes the Herfindal Index of non-equilibrium of innovation activities of national key scientific and technological resources.Secondly,we use the network DEA to analyze the supporting role of national key scientific and technological resources in regional innovation in China from 2012 to 2014.The result shows that the supporting role of national key scientific and technological resources in regional innovation is generally low,70% of the provinces' innovation achievements transformation ability have yet to be improved.Further calculation of Moran′s I index indicates there is no convergence of supportive efficiency.

    The ownership of intellectual property right is one of the important factors in the success of civilmilitary collaborative innovation.This paper puts forward three kinds of civilmilitary collaborative innovation modes, which are planning leading, planningmarket together and market leading, and analyzes the main problems of intellectual property ownership of civilmilitary collaborative innovation.The intellectual property rights ownership of three kinds of modes should adhere to the "balance of interests, encourage innovation", "pay attention to efficiency, focus on longterm", "economic efficiency first" principle, adopt "legal norm, deal with contract", "incorporation contract", "respect market, contract priority" the thought of system design.At the same time, external environmental protection and incentives should be provided from the aspects of civilmilitary integration strategy, intellectual property protection environment, supporting policies and legal systems.

    The study on entrepreneurial traits has witnessed changes from summarizing concepts of entrepreneurial traits to explore effects of entrepreneurial activities. Contents about entrepreneurial traits, actually, involves in multifaceted, and with the deeply research on psychology within the entrepreneurial field, new concepts have caught attentions from scholars, that is dark personality and affect traits. On the basis of mentioned above summing up, this article has made a comparison between dark personalities and affect traits and shared an integration of study concerned about these new aspects. Thereafter, it made a conclusion that entrepreneurial traits are multifaceted, not JanusFaced, and they will not changelessly, there are also some 'extremes' between affective valence and negative valence. Finally, this paper offers some suggestions for future direction, i.e. more microscope, different aspects integrated and contextualization.

    The promotion of the development of innovation ecology through coordination, integration and cooperation among industry, university and research institutes is of great significance for our country to realize innovation development,accelerate the building of an innovationoriented country so as to develop China into a country superior in science and technology. Based on the achievements of the 9th Science and Technology Progress Forum and the fifth China Forum on IndustryUniversityResearch Cooperation Innovation, this paper gives a review of collaborative innovation in industry, academia and research and innovation in militarycivilian integration and innovative concepts and improve methods of ecological governance. In addition, ways of breaking through bottlenecks and resolving value dilemmas in technological innovation, the construction the mechanisms for an innovation governance system and some approaches and methods for innovation and development are also discussed. On this basis, the authors theoretically focus on innovation ecology, innovation governance and emerging technological innovation, and propose a model framework of the mechanism of nonlinear effects between innovation ecology, innovation governance and emerging technological innovation based on complex adaptive system theory. This paper discussed innovation drive and innovative ecological research trend.

    Manager's interpretation of strategic issues have important influence on strategic decision, while ambidextrous innovation decision including exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation and the balance of them can be seen as firm's strategic decision, so the relationship between managerial interpretation and ambidextrous innovation is of great importance. This paper stands on the research of managerial cognition, puts forward several hypothesis and use 207 questionnaires to examine it. This paper finds that threat interpretation has positive relationship with exploitative innovation, while opportunity interpretation has positive relationship with exploitative innovation. What's more, ambivalent interpretation improves the balance of exploitative innovation and exploitative innovation, and behavioral integration plays positive moderating role. This paper enriches the research between strategic interpretation and organizational ambidexterity, helps understanding how ambivalent interpretation can build organizational ambidexterity.

    During the ten years from launching entrepreneurialmentor action in 2007 to establishing entrepreneurialmentor alliance of China's torch plan in 2017, the group of entrepreneurial mentors continues to expand and plays an important role in China's innovation and entrepreneurship services. Recently, the entrepreneurialmentoring program has been becoming one of the most important frontiers for western academia in the field of entrepreneurship. However, most studies are news reports in China, and haven't been attracted enough attention from Chinese academia. Based on the existing research, this paper analyzed the differences between entrepreneurialmentoring program and enterprise mentoring system, discussed the efficacy of entrepreneurialmentoring program from entrepreneur and entrepreneurial mentor respectively, and summarized the influencing factors of the implementation of entrepreneurialmentoring program from entrepreneur's characteristics, mentor's characteristics, characteristics of mentoring relationship and supporting structure. Finally, it brought out some implications and indicated some directions in future based on the limitations of the existing research.

    China's modern service industry is relatively backward at present, so that latecomer firms catch up predominantly relying on business model innovation. Focusing on the business model innovation and its antecedents in service enterprises, this study constructs a conceptual model describing the influence of service innovation resources and capability on intention of business model innovation from the perspective of resource and capability. Taking the modern service industry as the backdrop, the data is collected through survey on service enterprises from Wuhan, Jingzhou and Shenzhen. The results show that the service innovation resources and capability of four dimensions (the new service development strategy ability, the competence of focusing on new service development process, the market sensitivity as well as IT and the Internet+ experience) have a significant positive influence on business model innovation intention, but the degree of influence varies, and there are differences in the different service industries as well; the organization context not only directly affects the intention of business model innovation but also plays a positive moderating role in the relationship of innovative resources and capability and intention of business model innovation. The study is expected to provide management decision basis for the innovation selection of service enterprise business model.

    Distributed book technology (blockchain) in China data management, accounting audit, financial and other fields led to research and practice boom. The article uses the knowledge map of CiteSpaceV and NVivo11 to study (1991-2017) the subject of the International (WoS and Scopus) domestic (CNKI) literature and domestic patent records.     Since written into 13th FiveYear development plan by the government in 2015, sharing economy has achieved rapid development, but also caused a lively discussion of the industry and academia. This paper combs the recent research results, summarizes the development of economy at home and abroad in recent years, and analyzes the operation logic, mode and boundary of sharing economy. This paper argues that the logic of sharing economic operation lies in the reduction of transaction costs, the communication of both sides of the communication platform, and the matching of supply and demand of P2P.It is a typical bilateral market. Different from the traditional four business models, it's models is P2P, B2C, C2B.The border of the share economy is that the cost of market transactions is higher than the intrinsic transaction costs of the enterprise. Finally, the prospect of the development of China's sharing economy is given.

    In order to reveal the law of development of the Yangtze River economic belt 11 provinces innovation efficiency, explore the influencing factors of innovation and efficiency, in this paper, technology innovation efficiency of China's 30 provinces were estimated based on the joint model of PCASEDEA, and focus on Technology Innovation Efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt of Yangtze River economic belt 11 provinces and cities, this paper completion factor analysis and impact test of convergence. The results show that the average technological innovation efficiency of Yangtze River Economic Belt 11 provinces is slightly lower than the national average, while regional differences in technological innovation efficiency of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt showing a trend of expansion, the "catchup" effect of those provinces, whose technological innovation efficiency is low, is not obvious provinces. The results of scientific and technological innovation efficiency factors indicate that the level of economic development, the number of the employed population, urbanization rate, foreign investment, research and development funding for science and technology innovation efficiency have role in promoting scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure has hindered efficiency.

    The research on the coupling mechanism of high technology industry, traditional industry and regional economic coordination and development is the basis for solving the coordinated development of regional industry. This paper firstly constructs the theoretical model of the coupling relationship between the three systems based on the perspective of system theory, and analyzes the connotation, characteristics and the internal driving force and development cycle of the model. At the same time, negative entropy flow is introduced to establish the coupling system model of three systems in the closed system environment and open system environment.     Innovation resource is not only the input of the innovation activity, but also the key factor for providing the technical innovation capability to the enterprises, which has already become the source of national innovation system. This study discusses the relationship of the technical innovation capability and the enterprise performance, and analyzes influence of the innovation resource on the technical innovation capability and the enterprise performance from the view of external innovation resource. The study has collected the data about 200 manufacturing enterprises from Pearl River Delta by the questionnaire, and analyzed them with the structural equation modeling. The empirical results have turned out that the influence of innovation resource on the technical innovation capability is positive and obvious, that is, the enterprises improve the technical innovation capability by getting the innovation resource which is good for them. Meanwhile, it has also been found that the influence of the strategy planning capability under the technical innovation capability on the enterprise performance is positive and obvious, however, the capabilities of study, R&D, resource operation, manufacturing, marketing and organization on it is not obvious; the influence of technical innovation capability on the innovation resources and enterprise performance has the mediating effect.

    Why is it difficult for local manufacturing enterprises to upgrade?     The equity Crowdfunding of the internet platform provides a new channel for the innovation project financing. Equity Crowdfunding has brought hope to change the difficult situation of vulnerable financing status, single financing channel and high financing cost which the small micro enterprises, especially the innovative venture enterprises are faced with. This paper constructs the theoretical model with five dimensions which are the project value, project description, project status, human capital and credit endorsement. It Collect the data from Jindong owner, a famous equity Crowdfunding platform, and study the factors influencing the equity Crowdfunding of small and micro enterprises through empirical analysis. The results show that the five dimensions have a positive impact on the completion rate of funding, while the observation variables of project valuation, the upper limit of investment and the industry experience of the team members are positively related to the completion rate of funding, and the target amount is negatively related to the funding completion rate.

    Based on the review of relevant literature on green product and innovation performance, this paper utilizes structural equation modeling (SEM) to explore the positive effects of corporate environmental commitment and human capital on green product innovation performance, and green product and innovation performance was used as the explained variables, environmental commitment and human capital was used as explanatory variable.This study tests the hypotheses in a sample of pollution intensive industries.The empirical results show corporate environmental commitment positively affects green product innovation performance directly and positively influences it indirectly via green adaptive ability.Human capital, however, does not affect green product innovation performance directly.Green adaptive ability is a full mediator between human capital and green product innovation performance but a partial mediator between corporate environmental commitment and green product innovation performance.

    The theory of competitive advantage of enterprises indicates that the strength and height of enterprise growth depend on the dynamic competitive ability in the market. Among the abilities, collaborative capability is becoming more and more important in the era of open symbiosis and rapid response, and synergy firstly is built on basis of the network relationship. Facing to the ubiquitous objective network relationships, small and mediumsized micro enterprises must enhance network collaboration ability in the view of network and constantly innovate the coordination mechanism. Mainly applying enterprise growth theory, network theory and synergy theory, the paper, at first, constructs the model of the network circle on the collaborative development of small and mediumsized micro enterprises, reveals the networked core of collaborative development of enterprise, and analyzes the mechanism of enterprise growth based on synergy capability of integrating resources and opportunities, puts forward the new ideas on enabling the network based on JMS model of collaborative network. Then, the study reveals that the innovation mechanism of networked cooperative development of small and mediumsized micro enterprises should be a systematic innovation including such some innovations as collaborative network, collaborative power, collaborative engine, collaborative platform and collaborative theme and so on. Accordingly, it is recommended that the enterprises should make efforts to ensure the smooth flow of collaborative network channels.

    Taking the sixyear panel data (2010-2015) of listed companies in industry of new energy vehicles as example, this thesis investigates two types of subsidies, i.e. government R&D subsidies and nonR&D subsidies, and how they affect business performances. The results reveal that obvious positive effects can be brought by government R&D subsidies on enterprise innovation performances; however, nonR&D subsidies affect prominently enterprise innovation performances in positive correlation. And along with the improvement of enterprise performance, the government nonR&D subsidies indirectly plays a positive role in R&D investment; at the same time, the R&D and input of private sectors may act as the medium bridging government R&D subsidies and enterprise innovation performances. Dividing all samples into different groups according to various levels of growth, this thesis came to further conclusions that government R&D subsidies can greatly promoted highgrowth enterprise innovation performances and have no effects on lowgrowth ones; while nonR&D subsidies markedly influence the operating performance of enterprises in positive correlation, and way more evidently on highgrowth enterprises.

    Developing civilmilitary merging is a necessary way to promote the rapid development of the national defense technology industry and coordinate the development of national defense with economic construction. On the basis of development models, this paper explores the development path of civilmilitary merging in 7 ways, they are technology, capital, talents, system, organization, market and industrial chain. In general, this paper hopes to provide a useful reference for further development of the civilmilitary merging.

    As intangible assets, intellectual capital and organizational character play an important role in the process of organizational value creation, and also interprets the source of sustainable competitive advantage from a new perspective. In this study, the structural equation model is used to analyze the relationship between intellectual capital, organizational character and organizational performance by taking 233 listed SMEs as the sample with the data from 2013 to 2015.The results show that intellectual capital is conducive to directly enhance shortterm and longterm performance. At the same time, the mediating role of intellectual capital through organizational character helps to significantly promote the shortterm performance of enterprises. However, the fundamental source of corporate longterm performance is knowledge capital.

    The migration of entrepreneurial enterprises is a very important decision in the process of it's development and growth.Based on the literature research and characteristics of entrepreneurial enterprises, this study develops a model of the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial enterprises' migration intention, and primarily research the influencing factors and their mechanism of the entrepreneurial enterprises' intention under the influence of uncertainty tolerance of entrepreneurial entrepreneurs.The study found that policy environment, quality of life and quality of government service is the main external factors that affect the migration intention of entrepreneurial enterprises, and the uncertainty tolerance of entrepreneurial enterprises is an important internal factor.With the strengthen of uncertainty tolerance of entrepreneurial entrepreneurs, the impact of quality of life on the intention to migrate is weakened, while policy environment on migration intention is enhanced, reflecting the policy environmentoriented features of the current entrepreneurial business incubation and migration.The conclusion of the study further explains the phenomenon that the entrepreneurial enterprises in the migration scenario are insensitive to the regional economic environment and gathered in the cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and other cities with an extremely high cost of living.

    Why does the employees′ creative performance be more different to those people who have the similar career adaptabilities? Based on the theories of career construction and context power this paper analyzes the mechanism of career adaptability influencing the employees′ creative performance with the help of 207 batteries data which come from the employees in the science and technology enterprises.The results show that the employees who have the stronger career adaptabilities tend to have the higher creative performance,and the employees who are more optimistic tend to be more uncertainty acceptance,and the state optimism and uncertainty acceptance play a chained mediated role between the career adaptability and the employees′ creative performance.The difference of state optimism and uncertainty acceptance can explain the difference of the creative performance to those employees who have similar career adaptabilities to a certain extent.It also supplies a theories support for those managers who are facing the dilemma of developing their employees′ career adaptabilities or not.
