No Embargo and Synchronized Full-text Availability
All online-first articles and formally published articles are made freely available in full text on the journal's official website (www.kjjb.org) immediately upon publication, without any embargo period. Readers do not need to register, subscribe, or pay to read and download the full text of articles from the journal website.

Digital Preservation Policy
All journal articles are digitally archived on the journal's official website, where readers can search, browse, and download current and archive articles. To ensure data security, the editorial office maintains backup copies of the journal content. The journal's articles are also disseminated and preserved through third-party platforms such as CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP Information, and Chaoxing. In the event of journal discontinuation or other special circumstances, readers may continue to access published articles through the journal website archive and relevant third-party platforms.
The journal will continue to improve its long-term digital preservation mechanism and actively explore recognized long-term preservation services in line with international open access standards.

Author Self-Archiving

This journal permits authors to store all versions of their articles in institutional or other subject repositories of their choice. The metadata of the article in the repository must include the standard journal publication information and be provided as the recommended citation.

Data Sharing

To further enhance research verifiability and reproducibility, and to promote research integrity and quality, Science & Technology Progress and Policy actively advocates and practices the concept of open science. The journal encourages authors to submit supplementary resources such as research data, code, and research materials that support their research along with their articles. These will be published alongside the article through the journal's publishing platform.

Post-publication Discussion

After publication, authors and readers are welcome to engage in discussions. Comments can be sent to the journal's email address bianwu@kjjb.org. The editorial office will process and respond as soon as possible.
