Science & Technology Progress and Policy (ISSN 1001-7348; CN 42-1224/G3), founded in 1984, is a semi-monthly journal supervised by the Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province, sponsored by the Hubei Academy of Scientific and Technical Information, and co-sponsored by the China Management Science Society.

Aims and Scope

The journal consistently adheres to its mission of promoting scientific and technological progress and facilitating the integration of science and technology with the economy. It is dedicated to promoting the interdisciplinary integration of natural sciences and humanities and social sciences. The journal publishes high-level academic achievements that are forward-looking, strategic, and policy-oriented in the fields of science and technology management innovation, regional science development, industrial technology progress, enterprise innovation management, science and technology legal system and policy, knowledge science and knowledge engineering, evaluation and forecasting, and science and technology talent development, providing intellectual support for science and technology innovation and socio-economic development at the national and regional levels.
