1. Submission and Review Process

(1) The only submission method for this journal is online submission through the official website (www.kjjb.org). Please register and log in to the website for submission and obtain a manuscript number. Please fill in the complete names of all authors, their affiliations, and detailed contact information when submitting, and accurately select the article's section.

(2) This journal adopts a double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts will undergo preliminary review by the editorial department, external review by peer experts, and final review by the Final Review Committee. The preliminary review mainly examines the manuscript's topic relevance, academic quality, and academic norms. The external review is conducted by peer experts to assess the manuscript's innovation, scientific rigor, logic, meticulousness, authenticity, research integrity, norms, and theoretical and practical value. The final review is conducted by the Final Review Committee based on expert review opinions and the journal's publication needs.

(3) The editorial department will complete the preliminary review within 1 week after receiving the manuscript and inform the author of the preliminary review results. Manuscripts that pass the preliminary review will enter the re-review and peer review stage. The peer review cycle is generally 1 month. Authors can log in to the submission system to check the manuscript processing status. For inquiries, please consult the editorial department via telephone or Enterprise WeChat customer service.

(4) The final acceptance result will be notified to the author through the submission system and email. Accepted manuscripts will be scheduled for publication according to the submission time, section arrangement, and other factors.

2. Review and Publication Fees

(1) This journal does not charge a review fee.

(2) Upon acceptance, article processing fee will be charged based on the number of pages, with a standard rate of 500 RMB per page. The article processing charges will be notified to the author for payment before the manuscript is officially published.

(3) After the article is published, this journal will send a complimentary copy of the print journal to the author.

3. Submission Guidelines

(1) Submitted manuscripts should be original works of first publication, demonstrating innovation, academic merit, scientific rigor, and standardization. They must not have been published in any publicly available publications (including journals, newspapers, monographs, proceedings, dissertations, conference proceedings, etc.) or online platforms in any form, and must not involve plagiarism, duplicate submission, or repeated publication, or any other form of academic misconduct.

(2) This journal utilizes the Academic Misconduct Literature Check System (AMLC) for Science and Technology Journals to perform text similarity detection on every manuscript entering the second review stage. The similarity rate generally should not exceed 10%. Manuscripts failing to meet this requirement will be rejected.

(3) Submitted manuscripts must not contain state secrets. Submitting authors are responsible for the confidentiality of their manuscripts.

(4) The authorship and author order of the manuscript should be carefully verified and confirmed before submission. In principle, changes to the author list and affiliation information are not accepted after submission. If modifications are indeed necessary due to special circumstances, a written request signed by all authors must be provided and approved by the editorial department.

(5) This journal reserves the right to make editorial revisions and value enhancements to accepted manuscripts.

(6) Upon submission of the manuscript, it is deemed that the author(s) agree that this journal shall possess the rights of reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, translation, compilation, and adaptation of the manuscript, and authorize this journal to sublicense the aforementioned rights to cooperative online publishing platforms (such as CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP Information, Chaoxing, etc.). This journal will disseminate accepted manuscripts through various forms, including print journals and online platforms.

(7) This journal has joined databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP Information, Chaoxing Domain Publishing Platform, and Dragon Source Periodicals Network. Accepted manuscripts will be made available online first or digitally published on these platforms. If the author does not explicitly state disagreement with online publishing at the time of submission, it will be deemed as consent to online publishing by this journal.

(8) Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript must submit a written withdrawal application to the editorial department and state the reasons. Manuscript withdrawal at different processing stages will incur a certain editorial service fee depending on the specific circumstances.
