Abstract In the large-scale railway construction, it is urgent to deepen the research on the realization of technological innovation. Based on the successful experience and characteristics of technological innovation of railway engineering project, this paper analyzes the key influencing factors of technological innovation, puts forward the TCP paradigm of technological innovation and constructs the technological innovation model of railway engineering project based on TCP paradigm. To promote the railway project technical innovation and the benign operation of the further enhance the efficiency.
