Research on Incentive Mechanism of Green Building Based on Ecological Environment Benefit Compensation |

Abstract To establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism is an important factor to promote the healthy development of green building. This paper is based on the perspective of ecological, that take the ecological environment benefits of green building as the important compensation factor, based on the analysis of green building effect and the profit 1oss of the green building constructor, build the "Loss Compensation Model" to compensate the loss of green building constructor, build the "Effect Compensation Model" to compensate ecological environment effect that crate by green building constructor. Using the profit function that made by C-D production function to discusses the Compensation standard, using the Opportunity Cost Method, Market Value Method, Ecological Restoration Cost Method to estimate the ecological environment effect of green building. So, it establishes the incentive mechanism of green building that base on the ecological benefit compensation.
