1 Co-opetition Relationship, Organization Routine Updating and Breakthrough Innovation

Breakthrough innovation is an important form of innovation-driven development, and it has become the norm for enterprises to promote collaborative innovation through co-opetition. Based on dynamic capability theory and resource-based theory, this paper discusses the interaction mechanism of co-opetition relationship, organization routine updating and environmental uncertainty on breakthrough innovation. By analyzing the questionnaire survey data of 298 enterprises, the results shows that both competition and cooperation have a positive impact on breakthrough innovation, while co-opetition balance has a negative impact on breakthrough innovation. Organization routine updating plays a mediating role in the relationship of cooperation, co-opetition balance and breakthrough innovation. Technological uncertainty moderates the relationships between competition, cooperation and breakthrough innovation respectively, while market uncertainty moderates the relationships between cooperation, co-opetition balance and breakthrough innovation respectively. The research results enrich the research on the relationship between co-opetition and breakthrough innovation, and provide theoretical reference for enterprises to manage co-opetition relationship to promote breakthrough innovation.

10 The Influence of the Characteristics of Executive Team on the Investment Strategies of Venture Capital Institutions

As the helmsman of a startup,senior management team is an important signal mechanism for venture capital institutions to deploy investment strategies.Based on higher order theory,therefore,to explore business enterprise senior management team characteristics on the impact mechanism of vc institution investment strategy,then analyzes the institutional environment and the vc industry expertise regulating mechanism of the impact of the above,the following conclusions:①for low average age,the education level is higher,the stronger political relations and social relations strong entrepreneurial companies senior management team,venture capital institutions tend to adopt a phased investment and joint investment strategy;②a favorable institutional environment can reduce the investment cost and help venture capital institutions optimize the quality of value services,so as to weaken the influence of the characteristics of entrepreneurial enterprise's senior management team on the phased investment and joint investment of venture capital institutions;③higher industry expertise means that venture capital has a relatively complete supervision mechanism and rich resource network,so it can reduce the impact of the characteristics of senior management team of start-up enterprises on phased investment and joint investment of venture capital institutions.

19 Effects of Boundary-Spanning Search on Technical Innovation:a Moderated-mediation Model

With 357 enterprises in 4 province as research subject,explored how boundary-spanning search influence technical innovation,and based on dynamic capabilities theory,this paper analyzed the mediating effect and regulating effect exerted by dynamic capabilities and technological turbulence.Result suggested that:boundary-spanning search of both technological knowledge and market knowledge had significant positive influence on dynamic capabilities and technical innovation. Dynamic capabilities acted as a whole mediator between boundary-spanning search of technological knowledge and technical innovation,meanwhile,dynamic capabilities acted as a partially mediator in boundary-spanning search of market knowledge and technical innovation.Technological turbulence had positive regulating effect on the relation between dynamic capabilities and technical innovation,specifically,not only can technological turbulence reinforce the positive influence from dynamic capabilities on technical innovation,but also technological turbulence can affect how dynamic capabilities play a regulating role in boundary-spanning search and basic innovation.

37 Regional Integration and Urban Innovation:based on the Quasi-natural Experiment of the Enlargement in Yangtze River Delta

As Chinese cities entered a new era of metropolitan region development, regional integration is having a profound and extensive impact on urban innovation. This study deeply analyzed the potential mechanism of regional integration for urban innovation from the aspects of the flow and integration of innovation resource, knowledge technology spillover and market scale expansion. Moreover, this paper took the panel data of 283 cities in china from 2003 to 2018 as samples, and regarded the enlargement in Yangtze River Delta as a quasi-natural experiment. In addition, it empirically analyzed the relationship between the enlargement in Yangtze River Delta and urban innovation by using synthetic control method and PSM-DID model. The results showed that: ①Overall, the enlargement of the Yangtze River Delta significantly promoted the improvement of whole cities 'urban innovation. And in terms of different regions, the expansion also significantly improved the urban innovation of incumbent cities and new cities, but new cities' improvement was greater than the influence of incumbent cities.②The results of heterogeneity analysis showed that the expansion policy had a stronger effect on the urban innovation cities which located in Scientific Innovation Corridor than other cities, meanwhile, the improvement of regional accessibility can also significantly enhance the expansion policy's effect on urban innovation.③Further analysis found that the effect of expansion policy on urban innovation shows a trend of diminishing marginal effect. The results of this study is of great significance to promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, deepen regional innovation cooperation, and develop the innovative demonstration in the Yangtze River Delta region.

46 Research on Development of High Quality Collaborative Innovation in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

In one country two systems principle, aiding one belt, one road development, deepening cooperation of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao continuously to build up a world-class innovative economic Bay area are major strategies for China's reform, opening up and innovative development. By constructing 10 detailed indicators of innovative environment, input and output of 9+2 urban agglomeration in greater bay area, the entropy TOPSIS method is used to study the high-quality innovative development level of greater bay area in 2018, and the differences among cities in greater bay area are analyzed deeply. The results show that: there are differences in the performance of 3 subgoals and comprehensive level in 9 cities. The overall pattern is "less and prominent leading type, more and close medium type, many and low type, obviously complementary advantages". According to the comprehensive level of high-quality innovative development, the 9 cities and 2 districts are divided into 3 types: leading, medium and low. The deep understanding of the characteristics of high-quality innovative development in greater bay area can provide an important basis for promoting the level of high-quality innovative development in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

54 Research on Regional Green Innovation Efficiency Evaluation and Intelligent Diagnosis based on Three-stage Malmquist-PNN

This paper applies three-stage Malmquist index to measure the green innovation efficiency of eight comprehensive economic zones excluding external environment and random interference factors. The probability neural network (PNN) is used to conduct intelligent diagnosis of green innovation efficiency. The results show that: ①The green innovation efficiency of the eight comprehensive economic zones shows the fluctuation trend of "decline-rise-decline-rise". It is mainly determined by technological progress, while the low technology efficiency is caused by the decline of scale efficiency. ②After eliminating the interference of external environment and random factors, Malmquist index of each region decreases. The green innovation efficiency in the first stage is overestimated, which is due to the overestimation of technical efficiency. Among them, the rankings of northwest and middle reaches of the Yellow River are quite different from that of the first stage, while the rankings of other regions remain unchanged. ③Accelerating the development of technology market and optimizing industrial structure contribute to the growth of green innovation efficiency, while the level of economic development, economic openness and environmental regulation have no significant impact on green innovation efficiency. ④According to the results of intelligent diagnosis, the eight comprehensive economic zones are divided into three categories: the areas of total efficiency, the areas of pure technology inefficiency and the areas of scale inefficiency.

63 Research on the Impact of Industrial Policy on Technological Innovation from the Perspective of China′s Capacity Reduction

Based on the inter-sector transmission perspective of policy effect, a multi-sector general equilibrium model including the upstream energy sector, the midstream power sector and the downstream production sector is established to depict China's capacity reduction policy implemented in 2015 in the way of exogenous impact on the production function of high energy-consuming industries. Through the calibration model, the core endogenous variables are analyzed in the period of policy impact compared with the balanced growth path changes in the path period. The results show that: first, the policy of capacity reduction at the cost of "short-term pain" can achieve the primary policy goal of boosting the price of excess industrial products; second, under the endogenous setting of technological innovation in the energy sector, the policy of capacity reduction can increase the proportion of green energy in the total energy use and achieve the "green structure effect"; third, the policy of capacity reduction can reduce the green energy to achieve green cost-effectively. Furthermore, price policy is introduced to simulate the policy scenario, and the policy cost of the endogenous technology model and exogenous technology model is compared to achieve the same emission reduction goal. It is found that endogenous technology can acquire the emission reduction goal with a lower tax rate and less welfare loss. The conclusion shows that endogenous technological innovation is the crucial link to improve the transmission of capacity reduction policy and reduce the cost of the policy. It promotes the market boost of downstream surplus Industries and the green transformation of the upstream energy sector. It provides a new perspective of the interaction between industrial policy and technological innovation for supply-side reform research.

71 Research on the Influence of Multi-level Innovation Network Structure Hole Characteristics on Organizational Innovation Performance

Based on the patent application data of China's new energy vehicle field from 1997 to 2019,this paper uses a complex network method to construct three types of innovation networks: organization collaboration network,member collaboration network,and knowledge mergence network,and quantifies the characteristics of the structural holes in the three types of networks. On this basis,the panel negative binomial regression model is used to empirically analyze the influence of the structural hole characteristics of organization cooperation network,member cooperation network and knowledge fusion network on organizational innovation performance. The research results show that: when only direct effects are considered,the structural hole characteristics of organizational collaboration networks and knowledge mergence networks have a significant positive impact on organizational innovation performance,and the characteristics of knowledge mergence network structure have a greater impact on organizational innovation performance; and after further considering the interaction,the two interaction items of organizational collaboration network,member collaboration network and knowledge mergence network structure hole feature have a significant positive impact on organizational innovation performance. Among them,the interaction between the member collaboration network and the knowledge mergence network has the strongest influence on the organization's innovation performance. After replacing structural hole features with clustering coefficient,the above research conclusions are still robust. Finally,based on the perspective of multi-level innovation network optimization,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.

80 Idiosyncratic R&D, Knowledge Spillover and the Innovation Output of Enterprises

The primary premise for smoothing the innovation chain is to format scientific cognition of the differential innovative function undertook by different types of enterprises and the technical economic relations between the enterprises.Based on the data of the listed manufacturing companies' patent forward citations from 2012 to 2018, this paper found that there exist idiosyncratic R&D behaviors among different ownership enterprises.The R&D activities of state-owned enterprises have more assumed the innovative function of basic research, while the R&D activities of private enterprises have more assumed the innovative function of applied research.This paper used the panel Tobit model to empirically analyze the impact of idiosyncratic R&D's knowledge spillover on enterprises' innovation output.The results showed that the knowledge spillover of state-owned enterprises can significantly promote the applications of all kinds of patent, while the knowledge spillover of private enterprises shows a promoting effect on the applications of invention patents and an inhibitory effect on the applications of non-invention patents.And the level of influence varies among the enterprises with different ownership or different stages of life-cycle.This paper contains the following policy implications.During the process of constructing a new national innovation system based on the innovation chain, state-owned enterprises should be guided into the scientific fields which are highly dependent on basic research in order to solve the problem of market inefficiency and give full play to its innovation promotion effect.Private enterprises should be encouraged to collaborate in the field of common technology in order to avoid the innovation inhibition effect formed by horizontal competition.Making appropriate policies according to the enterprises' situations will also be conducive to the efficient allocation and comprehensive integration of innovative resources.

90 Research on the Relationship between Family Participation Heterogeneity and Family Business Innovation Performance

Based on the data of A-share family businesses in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange during the period 2013-2019,establish a relationship model between family participation and enterprise innovation performance,focusing on the intermediary role of R&D investment,and explore the impact mechanism of family participation on enterprise innovation performance.Among them,family participation is redefined as family ownership participation,management authority participation and intergenerational inheritance participation.According to the scope of innovation achievements,innovation performance includes technology innovation performance and product innovation performance.The research indicates that:①family management rights participation and intergenerational inheritance participation has a positive effect on corporate R&D investment and innovation performance.Family ownership participation will inhibit R&D investment and have no significant influence on the company's innovation performance;②R&D investment shows some intermediary role,the involvement of family management rights and intergenerational inheritance has an indirect impact on the enterprises innovation performance through R&D investment.Therefore,it is suggested that family businesses should reduce the involvement degree of family ownership properly,abandon the thinking logic of balancing enterprise innovation with restricted social emotional wealth,and increase the intensity of R&D investment to promote the improvement of enterprise innovation performance.

99 Analysis of Team Knowledge Heterogeneity Effect on Creativity in Corporate Intrapreneurship Teams

While corporate intrapreneurship team have significant heterogeneity. So,how to make full use of members' knowledge heterogeneity and enhance the creativity of corporate intrapreneurship team and individual members is of great significance. Therefore,based on the view of information exchange and the shared leadership theory,this paper introduces team knowledge sharing and individual information elaboration as mediators and shared leadership as moderator,constructs a multi-level model of team knowledge heterogeneity on team creativity and individual creativity. Multisource data which collected from 51 intrapreneurship teams was used to carry out empirical tests. The results show that: team knowledge sharing plays a mediating role in the influence of team knowledge heterogeneity on team creativity,and individual information elaboration plays a mediating role in the relationship between team knowledge heterogeneity and individual creativity. Shared leadership plays a mediating role between team knowledge heterogeneity and team knowledge sharing,team knowledge heterogeneity and individual knowledge heterogeneity. Volume information elaboration plays a positive regulatory role. Shared leadership positively regulates the indirect relationship between team knowledge heterogeneity and team creativity,and between team knowledge heterogeneity and individual creativity. The results of this study have certain reference value for team managers to make effective use of the advantages of team knowledge heterogeneity,stimulate the creativity of team and individual.

Industrial Internet platform enterprises are becoming the core driving force for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises, and manufacturing enterprise clusters have created conditions for the formation of industrial Internet platform enterprises. There is a phenomenon of interactive empowerment between industrial Internet platform enterprises and enterprise clusters. Haier and XCMG, the industrial Internet platform enterprises, have experienced the growth process of " integration and co creation-growth and symbiosis-mature and evolution". Through exploratory case analysis and cross case analysis, the paper puts forward the mechanism of interaction enabling, and condenses the growth and evolution mechanism model of industrial Internet platform enterprises. This study promotes the theory of platform economy, enriches the theory of empowerment, and puts forward a universal development model: "manufacturer self-study" model and "cloud assistance" model. The conclusions of this study have certain reference value for the transformation of China's traditional leading manufacturing enterprises to industrial Internet platform enterprises.

116 Research on Patent Quality Evaluation Using Machine Learning

With the rapidly growth of patents, patent quality issues have become increasingly prominent, and patent quality evaluation has become the focus of scholars. Faced with a large number of patent data, how to construct an effective patent quality evaluation method to achieve accurate evaluation and classification of patent quality is an urgent task. Firstly, this paper proposes a new patent quality evaluation indicator system through systematic investigation and review patent quality evaluation research literature. Secondly, according to the new patent quality evaluation indicator system, a patent quality evaluation method based on machine learning is constructed, and the artificial intelligence technology patent is taken as an example for empirical research. The research results show that the effective comprehensive utilization of technical, economic, legal and subjective evaluation indicators of patents is helpful to evaluate the quality of patent in more comprehensive and in-depth; The patent quality evaluation method based on machine learning can quickly classify and identify high-quality patents, thereby improving the depth and value of patent quality evaluation results, and providing the possibility to realize the intelligentization of large-scale patent quality classification evaluation.

125 Evaluation and Test of the Governance Effectiveness of Science and Technology Communities based on the Theory of Sociology of Science

Taking the result effectiveness of governance goal-oriented as the evaluation key point, and based on the theory of "science dichotomy" and typical literature, a specific evaluation index system is constructed in this paper. Moreover, this evaluation index system is tested and empirical analyzed. Here are the main conclusions: firstly, the achievement of the science and technology communities' governance goals will positively and significantly affect the organizations' social influence and satisfaction level. Secondly, the overall governance effectiveness of science and technology communities in China is at the initial stage, and compared with S&T service capability, the S&T communication capability is much better. There is a phenomenon of differentiation among these science and technology communities, among which the medical disciplines are better, and the interdisciplinary performance is poor. Thirdly, the internal driving force of China's science and technology communities' governance reform is insufficient, and the effects of policy and administrative intervention are relatively obvious. However, the science and technology communities with weakest administrative intervention has the highest level of governance effectiveness. At present, the breakthrough of governance transformation focuses on the China's scientific and technological communities which are affiliated to public institutions.

134 Research on the Influence Mechanism of Employee Entrepreneurship on Performance

In the current research on the relationship between entrepreneurship and performance, the research on the influence mechanism of individual level employee entrepreneurship on their performance, especially how employees self-regulation to achieve this goal in the work is still in the ascendant.Based on the perspective of regulating focus, this study regards prevention focus and promotion focus as two mediating paths of employee entrepreneurship on task performance and innovation performance.Through two-stage paired data analysis of 521 employees in a Chinese top 500 enterprise, the results show that the positive influence of employee entrepreneurship on task performance and innovation performance is not binary opposition.Employee entrepreneurship is a positive antecedent variable of prevention focus and promotion focus.In addition, prevention focus and promotion focus respectively mediate the relationship between employee entrepreneurship, task performance and innovation performance.

142 The Double-edged Sword Effect of Multiple Knowledge Network Embeddedness on Team Innovation Performance

Based on network embedding theory and experiential learning theory,following the logic of "resources-behavior-performance" framework,this paper constructs a theory model to discuss the impacts of multiple knowledge network embeddedness of on innovation performance.The two-stage questionnaire data of 277 leader-member matching survey was used to verify the relationship between variables by using PROCESS and MEDCURVE macro program.The results showed that:firstly,internal and external knowledge network embeddedness have an inverted U effect on team innovation performance; secondly,exploitative error-based learning mediates the positive relationship between internal knowledge network embeddedness and team innovation performance,while it mediates the inverted U relationship between external knowledge network embeddedness and team innovation performance; thirdly,explorative error-based learning mediates the inverted U relationship between both knowledge network embeddedness and innovation performance in teams respectively; Finally,both knowledge network embeddedness have effects on team innovation performance through the chain mediating effect of exploitative error-based learning and explorative error-based learning.

The process of manufacturing firms' servitization is inevitably accompanied by product and service innovation,and collaborative evolution of them is an important force to promote the process.The current studies on servitization have mostly discussed the relationship between product and service innovation,and with the increasingly obvious "digital" characteristics of servitization,most studies have put forward the promotion effects of digital technology on innovations from the perspective of technology.However,few scholars have systematically combed and reviewed the influence of digital technology on the relationship,which restricts the research and practice of digital servitization to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper reviews the relevant literature systematically.Firstly,it combs the interaction and coupling dilemma of product and service innovation.Secondly,it clarifies the antecedents,processes and results of product and service innovation promoted by digital technology,and accordingly analyzes the mechanism of digital technology enhancing the coupling effect of product and service innovation.Finally,it puts forward three directions of future research on this topic.
