The Growth and Evolution Mechanism of Industrial Internet Platform Enterprises |

Abstract Industrial Internet platform enterprises are becoming the core driving force for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises, and manufacturing enterprise clusters have created conditions for the formation of industrial Internet platform enterprises. There is a phenomenon of interactive empowerment between industrial Internet platform enterprises and enterprise clusters. Haier and XCMG, the industrial Internet platform enterprises, have experienced the growth process of " integration and co creation-growth and symbiosis-mature and evolution". Through exploratory case analysis and cross case analysis, the paper puts forward the mechanism of interaction enabling, and condenses the growth and evolution mechanism model of industrial Internet platform enterprises. This study promotes the theory of platform economy, enriches the theory of empowerment, and puts forward a universal development model: "manufacturer self-study" model and "cloud assistance" model. The conclusions of this study have certain reference value for the transformation of China's traditional leading manufacturing enterprises to industrial Internet platform enterprises.
