The Status Quo of China’s Innovation Capability and Its Influencing Factors An Analysis Based on the Global Innovation Index
The strategic targets of constructing innovationoriented country were presented by the Chinese government.In order to promote the construction of innovationoriented country in China,the current status of innovation capacity of China need to be understood.Based on the Global Innovation Index from 2013-2017,China’s journey is summarized to be an innovative country.Meanwhile analyzed the gap of innovation capability between China and innovationleaders,compared the ranking trends between China and BRICS,the main features of current China’s innovative capacity are listed and the lack of innovative capacity of China are reflected in this research.this research identified the position of China in the global innovation map.On the one hand,China’s growing success in innovation would have strong effects on the global innovation are revealed.On the other hand,many obvious flaws existed in innovative capacity are pointed out.Specifically,Based on the strength and weakness analysis,the research showed that the innovation capacity of China still possessed many obvious flaws,including the weak institution environment,low creative outputs and lower level of market sophistication.Some recommendations to eliminate obstacles and prompt innovation were put forward.This research is of great significance for the understanding the current status of innovation capability of China and prompting the construction of innovationoriented country in China.

Reanalysis of Metastasis Rule of World Center for Science and Technology Activity
By quantitative analysis of the nationality distribution of the Nobel prize winner in science of 1901-2016 we can find the general situation of the world science and technology activity center shifting from Germany to the United States and the development trend of the current research of science and technology in the world: the countries in Europe is the focus of research of science and technology in the world and the United States is the world center for science and technology activity. But this position is not very stable. As all the countries pay attention to the research of science and technology the development of science and technology in the world toward multi polarization has emerged, which has important enlightenment value for our country's system reform and policy adjustment of science and technology.

Connotation Hierarchical Structure and Framework of Collaborative Innovation
Collaborative innovation is not only an academic concept but also a political concept in China. However, the existing studies neglected the current situation of collaborative innovation in China when they tried to grasp the connotation of collaborative innovation, and they were restricted to explore the collaborative innovation from a The medium level (organizational) perspective. Based on adequate consideration of the actual situation of collaborative innovation in China and taking account of the government's intention to promote collaborative innovation, this paper analyzes the connotation and function of collaborative innovation from the micro, medium and macro perspectives, and finds that different level actors form corresponding model of collaborative interaction when they are affected by both external and internal motivations. In addition, the collaborative performance at different level are influenced by the collaborative pattern and mechanism that different level actors adopt. Finally, this paper accepts the research ideas of teasing out the cause and effect of collaborative innovation to construct an analytical framework from a multilevel perspective, and presents some future issues of research on collaborative innovation.

Research on the Optimization of Mainstream & New Stream Innovation Elements Based on FourDimensional Theory Model
A fourdimensional theory model of mainstream & newstream innovation is constructed taking innovation lifecycle, innovation elements, innovation ability, and innovation synergy degree as dimensions. Mainstream & newstream innovation elements evolution rules are analyzed and the optimal allocation modes are explained. Also this paper employs multicase study methods to summarize the rules of optimal allocation in Chinese firms. The results show that: ①the trend of innovation capability, factor appropriate degree, and innovation synergy degree with the evolution of innovation life cycle are basically the same; ②the direction of optimal element allocation is to fully exploit the innovation potential, upgrade the factor appropriate degree, so as to ensure innovation activities to achieve the optimal state;③the enterprise can take a comprehensive use of adaptive mode, collaborative mode and alternate mode to promote the synergy of mainstream & newstream innovation, and finally realizing the highest innovation ability and innovation performance.

Research on the Innovation Ability of Online Users in Crowd Sourcing Innovation Community
Crowd sourcing innovation community is a new innovative carrier and media under the conditions of information,which can provide a large number of innovative ideas for enterprises to carry out produce research and development activities.In order to better manage the community and users,it selects the Local Motors community as the research object.By collecting data and analyzing the user's behaviors,it uses the clustering analysis to make use of the performance of user's network innovation from the perspective of user's innovation ability.The community user's innovation ability has been divided into four different types.The research not only enriches the theoretical research of crowd sourcing innovation community,but effectively help the community managers to carry out efficient management and enhance the operational capacity as well.

Research on the Economic Growth Promoting Effect of National Innovation Demonstration Zone
As an important carrier of China's innovationdriven strategy, National Innovation Demonstration Zone(NIDZ) is an important measure to promote regional economic growth.And It's important to make quantitative evaluation of NIDZ's promotion on economic growth.This article used DIDMethod and Synthetic Control Method to have made assessment on the effect of NIDZ in Beijing, Hubei and Shanghai.And found that,the NIDZ can promote the economic growth, but there is regional heterogeneity.TheNIDZ obviously have promoted the economic growth of the Central provinces like Hubei, but the promotion on economic growth in Eastern provinces like Beijing and Shanghai was not significant, which helps to promote regional economic convergence.And the eastern province should speed up the NIDZ's transformation and upgrading, and make them become new growth pole of regional economy.Through the mediating effect model,the NIDZ is found to promote economic growth by promoting regional innovation.

Coupling Coordinationof Different Types of FDI and Regional Innovation Capability
Through referencing the theoretical models of coupling coordination and constructing corresponding indexes system,this paper measures the coupling coordination degree of manufacturing FDI and R&D FDI and the regional innovation capability including the three coastal economic circles in 1998-2014,Whilst making an empirical analysis to find out the effect of the coupling coordination degree to regional innovation capability.The results show that the average of the three regions' coupling coordination degree is 0.5355,and it's still at a barely coordination stage.The region innovative capacity of the three regions exist obvious differences.The coupling coordination of manufacturing FDI and R&D FDI has a positive effect on improving the regional innovation capability which exist certain differences between the three regions.They should promote further and focus differently on the interactive coordination of manufacturing FDI and R&D FDI,thus,adapting the requirements of New Normal and improving the regional innovation capability.

The Influence of Scientific and Technological Innovation and Financial Development on the Technical Level of Regional Export Trade
The spatial model is used to analyse the impact of technological innovation and financial development on the technical level of export trade, based on 11 provinces and municipalities in Changjiang economic belt during 2001-2016.The results show that the combination of financial development and technological innovation can effectively improve the level of export trade, the mutual influence is obvious, and the effect of fixed capital investment is weakening and the role of foreign-invested enterprises is improving in Changjiang economic belt, the financial development plays an important role in adjusting the degree of dependence on foreign trade in hightech products.Therefore, the coordination between financial development and technological innovation should be strengthened, the integrated construction of technology markets in Changjiang economic belt 〖JP2〗should be accelerated, the foreign investment in hightech industries should be guided, and the direction and intensity of financial support should be adjusted according to the needs of product exports in different periods.

Study on the Spillover Effect of Innovation Efficiency in China's Manufacturing Industry Based on Innovation Value Chain
Based on the theory of innovation value chain, this paper divides China's manufacturing innovation activities into three links: technological production, materialized production and value production. And this paper uses DEA model to calculate the innovation efficiency of the three links in China's manufacturing industry. Then it builds the weight matrix of economic foundation space and uses spatial error model and spatial Dubin model to analyze the spatial spillover effect and value spillover effect of innovation efficiency in three links of manufacturing industry in China. The results show that whether from the industry perspective or the regional perspective, there is a high innovation efficiency in technological production and value production, while the innovation efficiency of the materialized production is low in China's manufacturing industry; in terms of the spatial spillover effect of innovation efficiency in all links of manufacturing industry, China's manufacturing industry shows significant spatial spillover effects on the efficiency of technological production, value production and materialized production; and the empirical results of the value chain spillover effect of the innovation efficiency of China's manufacturing show that the efficiency of technological production and the efficiency of materialized production, the efficiency of materialized production and the efficiency of value production both show obvious value chain spillover effects.

Technical Independent Director Interlocks,Technological Innovation and Corporate Environmental Performance
Based on resource dependence theory,reputation theory and inter-organizational imitation theory,this paper empirically tests the effect of an informal mechanism—technical independent director interlocks on corporate environmental performance and explores the regulatory effect of the technological innovations on the relationship between and technical director interlocks and corporate environmental performance.Based on the empirical analysis of the panel data of China's a-share listed companies from 2014 to 2016,the research results show that there is no obvious relationship between the technical executive director interlocks and the corporate environmental performance; the technical independent director interlocks is positively correlated with corporate environmental performance; after distinguishing the nature of the equity,it was found that among the state-owned enterprises,there was a significant negative correlation between the technical independent director interlocks and corporate environmental performance.Further research has also found that technological innovation has reduced the positive relationship between technical independent director interlocks on corporate environmental performance; in state-owned enterprises,technological innovation has not affected the relationship between technical independent director interlocks and corporate environmental performance.

Radical Innovation and the Strategic Change of Existing Enterprises:the Role of Organizational Decline and Redundant Resources
It examins how radical innovation affects enterprise's strategic change，and examins the mediating effect on the relationship between radical innovation and strategic change, examins the moderating effects of redundant resources.The empirical research based on 233 hightech firms indicates that radical innovation has significant positive effects on strategic change, organizational decline plays the part of the intermediary role;redundant resources positively moderates the relationship between organizational decline and strategic change,and also enhances the mediation effects of redundant resources,and there exists a moderated mediation effect.

Study on the Relationship between Innovation Search,Network Capability and Innovation Performance under Open Environment:an Questionnaire Investigation based on Manufacturing Enterprises in JiangsuZhejiangShanghai District
Under open environment,it is an important mean for firms to get access to external resources through innovative search as to enhance enterprises' innovation performance,and the study about the process mechanism that how innovative search affects innovation performance is still insufficient. Based on the innovative search theory and network capability theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship among the innovation search,network capability and innovation performance,and makes an empirical study of 183 manufacturing enterprises in the Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai in China. The results show that:①both of innovative search (the depth and the breadth) and network capability have a significant positive correlation with the innovation performance; ②the depth and the breadth of innovative search both drive enterprise network capability and,in turn,further enhance enterprise innovation performance,and the network capability plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between innovation search and innovation performance;③the impact of search breadth on network capability is larger than that of search depth.

The Inertia of Technical Input and Enterprise Performance:Evidence from Listed Manufacturing Enterprises in China
The paper uses all Ashare publicly traded manufacturing companies in China, and studies the influence of the technology strategy on the performance of the firm from the perspective of the persistence of technology input, and discusses the moderating effect of the external environment and its own factors, including the enterprise scale and financial leverage. The empirical results show that the inertia of technology strategy affects the enterprise performance. The positive effect of inertia is more pronounced when external environment is turbulent. The scale of enterprise inhibits the positive relationship between the inertia of the technology strategy and the enterprise performance. The financial leverage of stateowned enterprises has inhibited the positive effect of inertia, while the financial leverage of nonstateowned enterprises has promoted the positive influence of inertia on enterprise performance. This paper studies suggest manufacturers should use high input level, constant technical investment strategy, rather than through the additional or cutting technology into ways to cope with dynamic environments. Largescale enterprises should focus on technological innovation, increase investment in technological innovation, avoid excessive reliance on the economic benefits brought by the scale of enterprises, and prevent the blind cycle execution of technical input. In view of the problem of "budget soft constraint", stateowned enterprises should pay attention to the rational use of debt financing and improve corresponding incentive mechanism, so as to push the debt to its governance effect.

The Social Network Characteristics and Growth of New Venture: The Moderating Effect of Relationship Quality
Based on the investigation and study of 202 new ventures in Hefei hightech industry development zone, this paper explores the moderating effect of relationship quality on the relationships between the startup social network characteristics and growth performance by using the method of multiple regression analysis. The results show that: the three dimensions of the social network characteristics(network size, network heterogeneity and network strength) have a positive influence on the growth performance, the effect of network strength is positively correlated with the performance, secondly, is the effect of network size , the effect of network heterogeneity is weakest. There are positive relationships between the relationship quality and growth performance. The relationship quality plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between social network characteristics and growth performance.

Mechanisms of Government Governance on Enterprise Innovation Performance: Market Effect or Herding Effect
Examined how government governance affects enterprise innovation performance. Empirical evidence suggests that there are two effects of government governance influencing enterprise innovation performance: market effect and herding effect, and the market effect dominates. Further, the sensitivity of enterprise innovation investment herding behavior on government governance, and also the sensitivity of enterprise innovation performance on herding behavior is more significant in nonstateowned enterprises.

Comparative Research on Strategy and Policy of Science and Technology Innovation between China and India
As two important BRIC powers, the strategies and policies for science and technology innovation in China and India have drawn much attention.Taking the Indian "Science, Technology and Innovation Policy 2013" and China's "National Innovation Driven Development Strategy Outline" as an example, the article compares and contrasts the similarities and differences between the two by using the comparative research method and holds that all of them are the products of the global technological industry transformation and that science and technology industrialization and human resources construction as the core content of the policy.However, in terms of the degree of development, China's overall S&T innovation policy is ahead of India, and India's concept of inclusive innovation deserves China's reference.The paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving people's livelihood construction, personnel training and industrial agglomeration, which are conducive to improving the strategy and policy of science and technology innovation with Chinese characteristics.

Core Corporate's Ethical Leadership and Collaborative Innovation Performance
Innovation network is an effective platform for companies to obtain external key innovation resources and enhance their competitive advantages. The core corporate ethical leadership style is an important factor affecting the success or failure of cooperative innovation, and it is of great significance to explore its impact mechanism on the cooperative innovation performance. Based on social learning, role recognition, social exchange, social embeddedness, and other theories, this study integrates psychological distance into the models of core corporate ethical leadership and collaborative innovation performance, and uses the stepwise regression analysis to conduct empirical analysis of 381 valid samples. The study found that: moral equity, role definition, and power sharing have a positive effect on relational stable cooperative innovation performance, cooperation-satisfied cooperative innovation performance, and innovative capability-raising cooperative innovation performance respectively; psychological distance has a significant role in regulating the relationship between moral equity, role definition, and cooperative innovation performance, but the regulation of the relationship between power sharing and cooperative innovation performance is not significant. This mechanism of action provides a new path for enhancing cooperative innovation performance, and provides important inspiration for companies and external organizations to carry out cooperative innovation activities.

The Role of Individual's Creativity in Developing Entrepreneurial Intentions:Empirical Insights from the New Generations
Based on social cognitive theory,the aim of this study is to examine the influencing mechanism of new generation staff's creativity on their entrepreneurial intention and the moderation mechanism of entrepreneurial environment,specifically,the market resource environment and the institution regulation environment.352 new generation employees as empirical samples completed our questionnaire including perceived creativity,entrepreneurial selfefficacy〖JP〗,entrepreneurial intention,and entrepreneurial environment (market resource environment and institution regulation environment).The results show that:the creativity of new generation staff is positivity related to their entrepreneurial intention; new generation staff's entrepreneurial selfefficacy partly mediates the relationship between creativity and their entrepreneurial intention; market resource environment positively moderates the relationship between new generation staff's creativity and their entrepreneurial intention,and the interaction of market resource environment and creativity significantly predicts their entrepreneurial intention via their entrepreneurial selfefficacy.When they perceived the market resource environment is high,the new generation staff may have a higher level of entrepreneurial selfefficacy,and they also have a higher entrepreneurial intention.

A Literature Review of Sustainable Transition Theory and Future Prospects
The Sustainable Transition (ST)Theory, which emerged abroad in the past two decades, provides a scientific theoretical explanation, a new analytical framework and an effective method tool for the two gaps that need to be crossed in the development of emerging technologies. The theory has received keen attention from government, academia and business community, and become an important research field of the current international social technology transition management and innovation management. At present, the research on the ST theory and the frontier is not enough. This paper analyzes the origin and connotation of the foreign ST theory, and uses the Mapping Knowledge Domains method to describe the knowledge basis, development trend and hotspot trend of ST research. On this basis, the paper analyzes the advantage of using ST to study the industrialization of emerging technologies, and finally points out the future research direction.
