Abstract It examins how radical innovation affects enterprise's strategic change，and examins the mediating effect on the relationship between radical innovation and strategic change, examins the moderating effects of redundant resources.The empirical research based on 233 hightech firms indicates that radical innovation has significant positive effects on strategic change, organizational decline plays the part of the intermediary role;redundant resources positively moderates the relationship between organizational decline and strategic change,and also enhances the mediation effects of redundant resources,and there exists a moderated mediation effect.
