|
|
Abstract As two important BRIC powers, the strategies and policies for science and technology innovation in China and India have drawn much attention.Taking the Indian "Science, Technology and Innovation Policy 2013" and China's "National Innovation Driven Development Strategy Outline" as an example, the article compares and contrasts the similarities and differences between the two by using the comparative research method and holds that all of them are the products of the global technological industry transformation and that science and technology industrialization and human resources construction as the core content of the policy. However, in terms of the degree of development, China's overall S&T innovation policy is ahead of India, and India's concept of inclusive innovation deserves China's reference. The paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving people's livelihood construction, personnel training and industrial agglomeration, which are conducive to improving the strategy and policy of science and technology innovation with Chinese characteristics.
