1 Study on the Innovation and Growth Strategy of Coworking Space Business Model

Under the concept of "sharing economy + innovation and entrepreneurship",the rapid development of coworking space is closely related to its business model innovation.This article first studies coworking space by using the business model canvas which could describe the value logic.Analysis shows that in the business model innovation,compared coworking space business model with traditional real estate industry business model,the main innovation is the value proposition; in the business model growth strategy of coworking space,the value should be the development of platform and community,the customer interface should focus on hierarchy and openness,the business interface should improve personality and transboundary,the profit model should be diversification and light assets.On the basis of the theoretical analysis,this article chooses URwork as a case study,which is a typical enterprise of coworking space,thus provides a reference for further promoting the innovation and development of coworking space business model in China.

9 The Impact of Venture Capital Network Communities Clustering and Reach on Successful Exit

It becomes a new hot topic to research venture capital network from the medium perspective in theory domain. Based on the medium lever, that's network community, this paper investigates the impacts of venture capital network community clustering, reach, clustering and reach's interactive on successful exit. Using the sample data of CV source database from January 1,2005 to December 31,2015,and using multiple regression model, the results show that:the relationship of the venture capital network community clustering and successful exit has significantly inverted U type;the venture capital network community reach has a positive effect on successful exit;community reach positively moderates the inverted U type relationship between community clustering and successful exit. The research results have certain theoretical value and practical guiding significance to optimize venture capital network community structure and improve firm's investment performance.

The subjects of the study on the methods of achieving organizational ambidexterity are Kodak and Fuji.We try to discuss the constraints and internal mechanism of the core competence iteration when the enterprise try to build the organizational ambidexterity.This study opens the black box of the reason why enterprises may fail when they face industry impact and it explains different constrains in a deep way,thus finding the internal mechanism of the core competence iteration in enterprise transformation.This mechanism is consist of three components: the optimized original,the next generation and the potential core competence,which transfer and support each other in the mechanism.This study innovates and enriches in the theory of organizational ambidexterity and its methods,which is of highly significance and value for Chinese enterprises when they consider to reform and transform.

22 Analysis the Microscopic Path of Knowledge Flow:based on China’s Technology Innovation Cooperation Network in Biological Medicine Field

Knowledge flows is an important process of technology research cooperation and plays an important role in innovation output.This paper analyzes network structure,cooperative relations and node properties three factors’interactional influence of knowledge flows,preliminary building the basic framework of knowledge flow microscopic analysis in the technology innovation cooperation network.Then,by using the QCA ,we dissect 96 innovation body’s typical path and microscopic paths of knowledge flow in collaborative innovation process.It finds that: knowledge flows of technology innovation network have been interactional influenced by node properties,network structure and relationship degree;for knowledge flow,knowledge stocks and close cooperation of nodes are important guarantee;in the field of biological medicine,colleges and research institutes are more likely to establish extensive cooperation with different types of the node to promote the efficient flow of knowledge,while enterprises mainly through close cooperation with a small amount of nodes.

34 Regional Innovation Capability and Strategic Emerging Industries to be High-end

There is an important issue of development of Chinese strategic emerging industries concerned by the government, the practical and academic circles. Basing on the data of 128 listed companies in Chinese strategic emerging industries during the period of 2006-2015 by using the methods of DEA and Malmquist index,we measure the change rate of total factor productivity and its decomposition, and test the effect of regional innovation capability and the policy implementation on the change rate of total factor productivity and its decomposition of the strategic emerging industries by using multiple regression model. It is found that the total factor productivity and technological progress rate of Chinese strategic emerging industries have increased significantly, and Chinses strategic emerging industries are gradually becoming high-end trend of "heavy technology innovation". It is also found that enhancing regional innovation capacity is helpful to the development of strategic emerging industries to high-end trend. In particular, the implementation of the policy in 2009 speed up the impact of the regional innovation capacity in the change rate of total factor productivity, technological progress rate and pure technical efficiency of strategic emerging industries.

40 Study on Spillover Effects of Innovation Resources Gather on Regional Innovation Performance

Through measuring the innovation resources gather level using location quotient method, the paper empirically studied the spillover effects of gather level in universities and high technology industries on regional innovation based on knowledge production function model. The results showed that: ①the universities' current gather level of single innovation resource had significant negative spillover effects on the innovation performance in eastern and middle region, but significant positive spillover effects in western region. And the high technology industries' current gather level of single innovation resource had significant positive spillover effects on the whole;②in general, the spillover effects of innovation resources' interactive function on regional innovation performance presented the opposite trend compared with single gather level;③the spillover effects of both universities and high technology industries' single innovation resources gather level on innovation performance were not a simple linear relationship;④the interaction function of human resources and financial resources gather showed obvious synergistic effect, and the single innovation resources' lower and higher all would inhibit regional innovation performance' promotion. And then put forward related suggestions to promote the regional innovation ability.

46 Does Ageing Affect Technological Innovation?

China is entering the period of population aging.Aging has two kinds of impact on technological innovation,one is the positive side and the other is the negative side.These two forces perform in the opposite way.From the macro perspective,the impact of population aging on the innovation is in an inverted U type trend,that is,with the aging of population,impact on innovation firstly increases and then decreases.Based on the panel data of Chinese provincial level,this paper uses instrumental variables regression,differential GMM and system GMM methods for the empirical research.The results confirm that impact of aging on innovation is of inverted U type,and that the peak age of invention,utility model and design is not the same,and that invention patent has the earliest peak age as it is typical fundamental innovation.

52 Research on Innovation Network Structure in Urban Agglomeration of Yangtze River Delta from the Perspective of Green Development

The paper takes 41 major cities in Urban Agglomeration of Yangtze River Delta as examples and researches the innovation network under restraint of green development. And then it calculates the linkage of regional green innovation by the gravity model, and researches the network structure feature on the basis of the social network analysis. Five results are as follows. Firstly, the result shows that the low density of network hinders the resource transfer. Secondly, according to the centrality degree, several developed urban areas formulate a core group, and are surrounded by the other low-degree cities. Thirdly, the number of the structural holes in the network grows. Fourthly, as for spatial dimension, the core areas exhibit a clear trend of the spatial distribution pattern. Lastly, there exist 8 cliques according to the CONCOR method of block models. Some cliques are reflexive. The first and fifth ones are transmitters, and the forth and the sixth are receivers. Besides, the second clique and the eighth clique are isolates.

Calculate the dependence of imported business service to the manufacturing industry using WIOD input output table. Examined the effects of imported business services on productivity growth, using firm-level data of the period 2001-2007.The result shows that imported business services and indigenous R&D make manufacturing firms' technology progress significantly; imported business services promote private firms indigenous R&D to make firms' technology progress more significant.

66 Will Process Innovations Inhabit Employment?

Panel data are collected from 159 listed enterprises in five manufacturing industries during 2001 to 2012.This paper uses process patent separated from patent data as a proxy of process innovation to study the employment effect of process innovation. The empirical results of fixed effects regression confirm that process innovations can create jobs at whole. Furth study shows that process innovations have more positive effect on skilled workers than production employees. The conclusion confirms that process innovation will improve the demand of employees and promote employment.

The input-output data table is given in the form of matrix data columns, it is capable to describe the degree of association between economic and technical products in the department of national or regional economic system and can be used directly or indirectly as the adjacency matrix of complex networks, thereby forming a directed weighted network. Thus, in this paper based on the input-output table of direct consumption coefficient matrix the global industrial strongest relevant networks (GISRN) model is established. Then, the global industrial cluster development network (GICDN) model is built with the specific product department as the core product. In the end, using closeness centrality will research the function and status of automobile manufacturing industry as the core product department in economics systems.

80 The Research on the Impact of the Ego-Network’s Changes from the Key Inventors to the Innovation Performance: the Whole Network as an Intermediary Variable

Key inventors as an important participant in organizational R & D has a significant impact on innovation performance.But its impact mechanism is not clear.In this paper,the whole network as an intermediary variable,we use 36 communications manufacturing enterprise patent data,in two steps to reveal the impact mechanism of the key inventors on the R&D performance.Firstly,from the respective of cooperative network and the knowledge network,considering the influence of size and density of network’s change on the rangeability of network’s betweenness centrality.Moreover,this paper divides the rangeability of two network’s betweenness centrality into the positive and negative changes,the effects of these two changes on organizational innovation performance are discussed respectively.The results show that:①the key inventor can influence the rangeability of the cooperative network’s betweenness centrality by changing rangeability of the size of self-cooperation network,and decrease of the rangeability of the cooperative network’s betweenness centrality will cause the enterprise’s innovation performance decrease;②the key inventors can influence the rangeability of the knowledge network’s betweenness centrality by changing rangeability of the size and density of self-knowledge network,and decrease of the rangeabilith of the knowledge network’s betweenness centrality will cause the enterprise’s innovation performance increase.

91 Institutional Logic and New Ventures' Technological Innovation Mode:Examining the Effect of Past Performance and Intervention Duration

Based on the analysis of questionnaire investigation data from 236 new ventures in 5 provinces,this paper draw on the institutional theory ,examined the effect of institutional logic of venture capitalists (VCs) and government on new venture's exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation,and whether this effect is influenced by new ventures' past performance and intervention duration.The results shows:①new firms with relationships with VCs will achieve more exploitative innovation than new firms without them,while new firms with relationships with government will achieve more exploratory innovation than new firms without them;② when past performance of new firms with relationships with VCs appeared better,their tendency to choose exploitative innovation will be lower,and when past performance of new firms with relationships with government appeared better,their tendency to choose exploratory innovation will be higher; ③new firms with relationships with VCs will be more likely to choose exploitative innovation over time,and new firms with relationships with government will be more likely to choose exploratory innovation over time.

99 Embedded Innovation Network and Technology-Based Small and Micro Enterprises' Innovation Performance:the Mediating Effect of Network Capacity

Technology-based small and micro enterprises embedded in the innovation network, further sharing the innovation network's resources to improve innovation strength, through playing the role of network construction and management capability. Based on the questionnaire data of 246 software enterprises in China software valley (Nanjing) and other incubation parks, this paper uses SPSS and LISREL software for statistical analysis, and explores the mediating effect of network capability on the embedded innovation network and technology-based small and micro enterprises' product innovation performance. The results show that: the stability of embedded innovation networks helps to enhance innovation performance of technology-based small and micro enterprises; the greater the intensity of embedded innovation networks, the stronger the network capability of technology-based small and micro enterprises;the stronger the network capability, the more obvious of innovation performance improvement;the network capability of technology-based small and micro enterprises can enhance the role of embed innovation network in innovation performance.

106 The Mechanism of Accommodation Affecting Opportunism: based on High Technology Firms

Drawing on self-enforcing agreement literature, this paper focus on exploring how a wronged firm's accommodation helps govern the exchange partner's opportunistic behavior, what drives a wronged firm's accommodation. The survey data were collected from 173 seller firms in China. The hypothesized relationships were examined using partial least squares (PLS) analysis. The findings suggest that a wronged firm's level of accommodation is positively related to observability of the exchanges and this positive relationship is moderated by complexity of exchange. Accommodation, as a cooperative response strategy, curtails opportunism in buyer seller relationships.

111 Study on the Effect of Environmental Regulation and R&D Investment on Green Technology Innovation

Green technology innovation needs to be stimulated by external incentives. Based on the review of environmental regulation policy,R&D input and green technology innovation, from the perspective of system dynamics, the paper constructs the system dynamics model of effect of environmental regulation and R&D policy on green technology innovation, and empirically tested the applicability of the model. The simulation results show that to strengthen environmental regulation and R&D can improve enterprise's green technology innovation ,environmental regulation in the short term is higher than the R&D investment in promoting effect, but in the long run below the promoting effect of governmental R&D investment. The R&D investment has positive effect on the green technology innovation, and growing over time. Finally, according to the simulation results, the paper puts forward policy suggestions for the future development of green technology innovation.

127 Quantitative Evaluation Innovation Policies of the State Council

This article is based on the 12 innovation policies of the state council during 2014 to 2016.Based on the researches of domestic and foreign scholars and combined the results and the characteristics of innovation policies, we put up with the PMC index model with 9 primary variables and 37 secondary variables. The text mining methodology helps us to dig deeper and finish quantitative evaluation of 12 innovation policies of the state council. The final result could be seen clearly through the PMC surface. The 12 policies are good level, so we rate second division of the evaluation ranking by separating the good level into upper good level and lower good. The results of every primary and secondary variables could be traced and confirmed in the mult-input-output tables and PMC index summary table of various policies, which helped to find the weakness of the policies and provide specific and feasible guidance to policy formulation and modification.

Cyber-physical system(CPS) applied in the manufacturing process,can connect different levels of the enterprises' manufacturing resources,and achieve high efficient process monitoring.A flexible manufacturing system based on dynamic service alliance is built by integrating multiple granularity resources.Many problems appear in the operation stage,such as task allocation,real time decision.Hence,it is urgent to study real time manufacturing intelligence method to improve the performance of service alliance.According to the service capacity and collaboration relations,a dynamic collaborative task allocation model is firstly proposed.Considering the task correlations,time,physical location and related influencing factors,we construct a collaborative task rhythm control model based on Petri-net and MDM to enhance collaborative productivity.Moreover,a multilevel real time decision making system,describing the decision model of local agent and collaboration decision in the same enterprise or across different enterprises,is presented to adapt the state change of task,object,human and environment.The generalized framework and illustration of manufacturing intelligence in real time manufacturing system is given here,future challenges in the field should be widely discussed and further researched.

143 Ethical Leadership, Organizational Trust and Knowledge Sharing Behavior

Drawing on social learning theory and social exchange theory and using a sample of 353 employees, the paper, attempted to probe the mechanism of the impact of the ethical leadership on employee knowledge sharing behavior, especially to explore the mediating role of organizational trust between ethical leadership and knowledge sharing behavior, and the moderated mediation role of psychological safety. It is found that ethical leadership had positive impact on employees’ knowledge sharing behavior, which was partly mediated by organizational trust. Furthermore, psychological safety played a moderated role between organizational trust and knowledge sharing behavior,ethical leadership had a stronger impact on knowledge sharing behavior when employee psychological safety was higher.

The results of stressor effect on creativity are mixed in creativity research.The results showed that: psychological empowerment significantly decreased the effect of hindrance stressor on creativity, while has no significant effect on the relationship between challenge stressor on creativity, while significantly increased the effect of hindrance stressor on creativity; the self-efficacy dimension significantly increased the effect of challenge stressor on creativity, while significantly decreased the effect of hindrance stressor on creativity; the self-determination dimension has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between challenge stressor-hindrance stressor and creativity; the influence dimension significantly decreased the effect of challenge stressor on creativity, while has no significant moderating effect on hindrance stressor and creativity.
