The Methods of Achieving Organizational Ambidexterity and the Study of Their Constraints:from Perspective of Core Competence Iteration Innovation |

Abstract The subjects of the study on the methods of achieving organizational ambidexterity are Kodak and Fuji.We try to discuss the constraints and internal mechanism of the core competence iteration when the enterprise try to build the organizational ambidexterity.This study opens the black box of the reason why enterprises may fail when they face industry impact and it explains different constrains in a deep way,thus finding the internal mechanism of the core competence iteration in enterprise transformation.This mechanism is consist of three components: the optimized original,the next generation and the potential core competence,which transfer and support each other in the mechanism.This study innovates and enriches in the theory of organizational ambidexterity and its methods,which is of highly significance and value for Chinese enterprises when they consider to reform and transform.
