Abstract College students are a new force of innovation of the society. We are facing with the problem that the rate of participation and success are low about college student's innovation and entrepreneurship in China. The paper analyzes the main motivator and obstacle for student's innovation and entrepreneurship, research the logical relationship between creative, innovation and entrepreneurship, the theory of hatch chain and embedded innovation, explore the model about ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship in college and construction path. Finally, the paper give an empirical research based on a case. In order to provide reference tor innovative and entrepreneurial university.
