1 The Reflection about Upgrading of Innovation System Based on " Internet+Venture Investment " Embedding and Mechanisms Design

Abstract:"Internet + " and " InnovationDriven " has become the important strategy of economic development, with the advantages of the Internet to achieve innovation and upgrading, and promote economic development has become an inevitable trend. This paper analyzes the mechanism of lever solution in the e-commerce and crowd-funding platform, the Internet innovation platform from the perspective of system. Furthermore, two key mechanisms to promote the innovation system embedded in the " Internet + Venture Investment " are put forward according to the revelation and innovation practice: the bilateral incentive mechanism at the venture enterprise level and the GEM (Growth Enterprise Market) mechanism of the capital market. Based on this,from the starting point of incentives for innovation,it proposes approaches to improve these mechanisms, in order to provide theoretical basis of institutional design and policy reform for the development of innovation in our country.

7 Formation Mechanism of Dissipative Structures of Intellectual Property Management System in China Based on Brusselator Model

Abstract:In this paper, dissipative structure theory is used to analyze the formation mechanism of the structure of China's intellectual property management system. First, this paper theoretically analyses the rationality and its characteristics of dissipative structure of China's intellectual property management system; then based on the Brusselator model and its translation in management, employs the relevant statistical data of the 30 regions in 2014 and 2015, and conducts an empirical validation of dissipative structure of China's intellectual property management system. Research results show that: at the present, the dissipative structure of China's intellectual property management system in most regions has not formed, regions forming dissipative structures in China only accounted for about 13%, intellectual property management systems of some developed regions have not formed the dissipative structure, and internal disorder degree in system of these regions is high, which will hinder the improvement of intellectual property management level in these regions.

16 Study on the Collaborative Innovation Cooperation Mechanism of Innovation Ecosystem

Abstract:The paper analyzes the occurrence and evolution principle of organizational innovation collaborative innovation from the perspective of evolutionary psychology, deduces the above occurrence and evolution principle based on incomplete information dynamic game, through the analysis and deduction indicate that long-term cooperation, direct interest, common interest, and business reputation can effectively promote collaborative innovation among innovative organizations. It carries out the empirical test of the above conclusions by collected questionnaires, and based on empirical analysis propose the suggestions of building collaborative innovation cooperation mechanism in innovation ecosystem. It points out that interest stimulation should be taken as the original driving force to start the cooperation among the innovation organizations, the influence of business reputation should be expanded to supervise the cooperation among the innovation organizations, and the long-term cooperation effect should be valued to keep the long-term cooperation among the innovation organizations.

Abstract:The global R&D network investment is a new type of R&D investment organization which is newly introduced by the multinational companies to adapt to the requirements of open innovation. The researches of the academic circle on how to realize the spatial cooperative governance of the global R&D investment in the multinational companies differ in concept connotation, key elements and operation mechanism. In this paper,based on the introduction to the existing literature,it summarizes and analyzes the concept, objective effect and key elements of the global R&D network investment in spatial cooperative governance,and analyzes around the hierarchy of governance,then puts forward the basic framework of spatial cooperative governance of the global R&D network investment. In the end of the paper, it points out that by combing with global integration practice of multinational companies, further research on the problem of spatial cooperative governance model of global R&D network investment in multinational companies can be done.

30 Evaluation on Intellectual Property Efficiency of National Hitech Zones Based on Twostage DEA Model with Shared Inputs

Abstract:According to the operational characteristics of intellectual property, dividing the whole process of intellectual property into two stages, including intellectual property creation and intellectual property application. Building a twostage DEA model with shared inputs under the hypothesis of variable returns to scale and evaluating intellectual property efficiency of 114 national hitech zones in our country. The results show that overall intellectual property efficiency and two substage intellectual property efficiencies of national hitech zones are both at a low level. The development degree among hitech zones is out of balance and there is great gap about the inputs and outputs of innovation resources. Meanwhile, according to the evaluation results, dividing national hitech zones into four types, including lowcreationhighapplication, highcreationlowapplication, highcreationhighapplication and lowcreationlowapplication based on their operational characteristics of intellectual property. Then, putting forward some specific suggestions on their development.

37 Study on Index of Technological Innovation Principal Status of Jiangsu Enterprises Based on DEA Model without Input

Abstract:In the background of innovationdriven development and enterprises supported as subject of technological innovation, it seems to be an important problem to measure technological innovation principal status of enterprises. There still exist some disadvantages of recent research, including analysis framework, research methodology, indicator design and research data. Considering Jiangsu province as example, this paper puts forward enterprises technological innovation principal status measuring framework, constructs monitoring indicators system, and establishes technological innovation principal status index system of Jiangsu enterprises, including enterprise technological innovation principal status index, enterprise innovation system factor index, enterprise innovation activity factor index, large and medium enterprise technological innovation principal status index and hitech enterprise technological innovation principal status index, by using DEA model without input. Finally, all the indices above are calculated with real data of Jiangsu province.

Abstract:The process of servitization of the equipment manufacturing industry have many risks. The good risk control can promote the implementation of servitization. Firstly, build the implementation process of the equipment manufacturing servitization by literature. Provide the roadmap for servitization and show the transformation of service clearly. Secondly, inductive the influencing factors combined with the implementation process of the equipment manufacturing servitization, use WBSRBS method to identify the risk in the implementation process of the equipment manufacturing servitization ,and then assessing risk by the unascertainedmeasure. Finally, analysis the practical examples risks, according to the analysis results, advice the equipment manufacturing industry should pay attention to strategic risk and organizational risk when they begin to servitization.

Abstract:Yutong as a leader in the Chinese bus industry,not only in the field of new energy automotive has advanced innovation and development,but also has made outstanding contributions to the new energy automotive industry.With the help of the grounded theory that is a qualitative research method,this paper analyzes development strategy of Yutong new energy automobile,though the coding of its raw data.It is found that the collaborative innovation strategy is dependent on organizational innovation strategy,technological innovation strategy,market innovation strategy,and product innovation strategy,which is the key to the Yutong's achievements on new energy automobile.The product innovation strategy is the core of collaborative innovation strategy,organizational innovation strategy is an important guarantee,technological innovation strategy is the basis and an important part,while market innovation strategy is the necessary means.Based on it,a collaborative innovation strategy model and the fivestage advance strategy of collaborative innovation are formatted.

Abstract:The Emergence of Collective Intelligence of Innovative Small and Micro Enterprises focus on optimization of their network structure and enhance of their innovation performance.This paper empirically analysis the relationships between enterprise network strength,network breadth,network stability and enterprise innovative performance,to explain the impact of how learning characteristic,maximization of boundary,adaptability affects the performance,with innovative small and micro enterprises as the research objects.The results show the network strength,the network breadth had a significant positive impact on innovation performance,the network stability on innovative performance had a weak positive effect,environmental dynamism had a negative mediating role between the network strength and innovation performance.Environmental dynamism had a negative mediating role between the network breadth and innovation performance.

Abstract:Based on the background of big data,this paper studies the impact of science and technology SMEs′ social capital on dynamic capability,and constructs a theoretical model of "social capital——knowledge sharing——dynamic capability".The empirical study method was used,and SPSS and Amos software were used for statistical analysis in this study.The results show that knowledge sharing plays a fully mediating role between social capital and technological dynamic capability.Knowledge sharing plays a fully mediating role between cognitive capital and market dynamic capability,and between capital and market dynamic capability,and knowledge sharing plays some mediating role between structural capital and market dynamic capability.In addition,based on the background of big data,this paper puts forward the corresponding management suggestions,hoping to provide some inspiration for science and technology SMEs to use social capital to build and enhance the dynamic capacity from the perspective of knowledge sharing.

Abstract:Under the background of internet economy, more and more firms have achieved transformation through ecosystem strategy, facing the challenge of nonboundary development, demediation change and individuation customer need, they survive in new environment and gain new competitive advantage. This paper takes Leshi Inc. as an example, try to uncover the mechanism of ecosystem strategy and the source of new competitive advantage——ecoadvantage. The research of this paper shows: the key of firms conducting ecosystem strategy lays on the application of internet technologies such as big data, cloud compute and so on, achieving synergistic effect of different business units, cut down the cost while providing differential products, and finally construct ecoadvantage. The construction of ecoadvantage doesn't happen at once, firms need define boundary based on customer situation rather than industrial boundary, develop vertical closed industrial chain in specific industry, enhance Infrastructure of ecosystem, build open and sharing platforms, then form ecosystem with multiindustry synergism and ecoadvantage gradually. Further more, ecosystem strategy should consider multiple risks, especially the business synthesis risk and capital risk. This paper extends current research concerning ecosystem strategy and competitive advantage, and also contribute to the practice of internet transformation and building ecosystem.

88 The Mechanism of Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Policy:A Perspective of continuity and stability of the policyand the Multiplier Effect

Abstract:Science and technology entrepreneurship activities associated with enterprise formation, achievement transformation, product produced, value creation and other complex and varied activities,which determines configuring resources independently only rely on the current China's less mature entrepreneurial market is difficult to meet the requirements, so the urgent need for national and local governments is to provide a strong policy support. Based on entrepreneurial cognition theory, entrepreneurial orientation theory and entrepreneurial network theory, this paper builds the theoretical framework. 243 science and technology startups in Wuhan are analyzed by using the structural equation model and regulating effect model. The results of the study mainly include: the theme of science and technology entrepreneurship policy has no significant positive effect on the effect of science and technology entrepreneurship policy; the continuity, stability and the multiplier effect of science and technology entrepreneurship policy have a significant positive adjustment effect on the above effect.

95 Quantitative Analysis of Impact of Intellectual Property Protection on Chinese Growing Innovative Enterprises Independent Innovation

Abstract:This paper quantitatively analyzes the impact of intellectual property protection on growing innovative enterprises technological innovation through the empirical research on 2009-2014 panel data of the GEM listed companies. From the perspective of innovation input, improving the level of intellectual property protection would significantly increase the R&D capital input of the growing innovative enterprises; increasing government subsidy funding will further strengthen R&D input increased due to the improved protection of intellectual property; the more profits, the greater size, the higher debt level will lead to a strengthening of the positive role in promoting innovation input caused by the improved protection of intellectual property. From the perspective of innovation output, strengthening intellectual property protection can improve the enterprises to promote the output of patents, but suppress the utility model patent output in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangsu. The increase of R&D capital investment, the increase of government subsidy, the improvement of profit level and the enlargement of enterprise scale will improve the positive effect of intellectual property protection on innovation output. The impact of the increase in the level of intellectual property protection on the number of applications for design was significantly negative.

103 Organizational Intentional Forgetting, Knowledge Governance and Corporate Radical Innovations

Abstract:The source of all innovative activities comes from knowledge. Effective management of knowledge is of great importance to organizational radical innovation. Most present literatures make research on the important influence of knowledge on innovation from the angle of the acquirement and absorption of knowledge. Few researches mention how to deal with old knowledge and how to treat the relation between new and old knowledge. An empirical study is made to test the effect of the two dimensions of organizational intentional forgetting on enterprises' radical innovation through making an investigation of 233 advanced manufacturing corporations. At the same time, the mediating role of knowledge governance (both formal governance and informal governance) and the moderating role of market turbulence have also been explored. The results show that ideas and formalities forgetting have significant positive effect on radical innovation. Both formal knowledge governance and informal knowledge governance have great positive effect on radical innovation. Knowledge governance plays a partial mediating role between organizational intentional forgetting and enterprises' radical innovation. Market turbulence shows a moderating role.

111 A Study on the Relationship between Organizational Inertia and Market Knowledge Transfer

Abstract:In order to discuss the mechanism of organizational inertness on market knowledge transfer, this study constructs the theoretical model of organizational inertness, absorptive capacity and market knowledge transfer on the basis of reviewing existing relevant research literatures. A total of 165 valid questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 statistical analysis software. The results showed that organizational inertness had a significant positive effect on the effect of market knowledge transfer, and the absorptive capacity had a significant positive effect on the effect of market knowledge transfer. Organizational inertness had a significant negative effect on absorptive capacity and its dimension, absorptive capacity and its dimensions play a part of the role of organizational inertness and market knowledge transfer. The research results have certain management implications for promoting the transfer of market knowledge among strategic alliance enterprises.

Abstract:In order to systematic analysis and evaluate crossfunctional interface collaborative efficiency for transformational enterprises team cluster, aiming at features of team clusters as relational network family, leadership style, strategic vision agglomeration, under the circumstances of strategic transformation, combined with the perspective of system collaboration, nonlinear emergence and strategic change, based on the structural identification and collaborative mechanism analysis of crossfunctional interface for team cluster, put forward a set of evaluation plan which can improve three types of crossfunctional collaborative efficiency as internal polymerization efficiency, strategy embedding efficiency and behavior continuity efficiency according to the order parameter of "functional integration synergy degree" and prospect theory. The case study shows that the proposed analytical method is effective and feasible, can provide some analytical theory and method reference for promote crossorganizational dynamic coordination of multilevel functions in the transformation circumstances, and improve the manage resource allocation efficiency of joint research and development team cluster.

133 An Empirical Study on the Factors Influencing the Openness of Enterprise Innovation under the Internet Plus

Abstract:In the context of the internet era, more and more enterprises obtain new technological resources to reconstruct competitive advantage through open innovation. However, the empirical results show that innovation openness is difficult to be controlled and it influences innovation performance of enterprise under open innovation model. Based on the Social Network Theory and open innovation practices, the environmental factors effect innovation openness. Empirical from the 203 samples indicates that intellectual property, network resource availability, network interaction and network resource transaction risk have significant impact on the innovation openness. Enterprises should fully consider these factors in the process of open innovation and determine the optimal opening degree.

141 A Comparative Study on Financing Efficiency Measurement ofInformation Technology Enterprises from Multiple Perspectives

Abstract:The panel data of 1087 Information Technology(IT) enterprises in 2013-2015 were selected to measure the Financing Efficiencies(FE) and the changes of sample firms from multiple perspectives based on the investigation and analysis on current development situation of IT enterprises in China and DEA Model.Besides,the panel data of the enterprises that listed in NEEQ board and had transferred board were selected to observe the changing trends and to proceed associative analysis of the FE and the intensities of Research and Development(R&D).The results showed that there were significant differences in the FE of IT enterprises from multiple perspectives: FE reached lower level among the subdivided industry of Hardware and Semiconductor from the perspective of subdivided trade structure; the FE in northeast China were not optimistic from the perspective of attribution area; the FE of the Generate Edition Market were the highest from the perspective of capital market.Further research found that the IT enterprises had transferred board should hold on high R&D intensities after transferring board.Based on the comparative results above,for the purposes of improving the capital market system in China and the FE of IT enterprises,this article suggests that optimize the management of enterprises,promote the cooperation between industries,integrate regional development,accelerate research to develop Transfer Board System.

Abstract:Lacking of innovative talent training is the important bottleneck to achieve the thirteen"fiveyear plan"and to implement"talent +"model in the time of social transformation. This paper selects 206 talents from the group of enjoying the title of innovative talents as samples, bases on an innovative talents training project, and makes multiangle questionnaire survey and multilevel data analysis. we find the problems of"six attaches great importance and less "in talent training. Based on the investigation and study, this paper points out the dilemmas of talent training in the current stage as the shortage of innovation talent training platform, specialized innovative personnel services institution, cooperation platform between innovative talent, and special talent project for strategic industrial chain. Therefore this paper give recommendations: to establish a conception of personnel, to found innovative talent service center and the evaluation and research institute for innovation talent project, to design innovation talent work platform, management and service platform, to improve the application, issuance, use and supervision system of the training funding, to establish strategic emerging industry chain of innovative talent project, and to strengthen the special overseas training programs.

154 The Mechanism of Employee Innovation Behavior: The Impact from Leadership

Abstract:Based on the internal motivation theory and situational strength theory, this paper explores the transformational leadership effects on employees' innovation performance and its mechanism. The empirical test of data comes from 96 work teams with 355 subordinates and their supervisors in multiple enterprises in China. Then we adopt regression,as well as bootstrap to test our hypotheses by Amos and PROCESS macro for SPSS statistical software. It shows that psychological empowerment mediated the relationship between transformational leadership and employees' innovation performance. It also indicates that leadermember exchange positively moderated the relationship between psychological empowerment and employees' innovation performance, and this type of leadership also positively moderates the indirect effect of transformational leadership on employees' innovation performance through psychological empowerment. Namely under the high quality leadermember exchange relationship, he mediating effect of transformational leadership through psychological empowerment on employees' innovation performance is significant, under the low quality leadermember exchange relationship, the mediating effect is not significant.
