Abstract Abstract：The recent years have witnessed the active participation of Chinese social organizations into the fields of public service，however the effect and results of those involvement vary a lot. At the same time, in all social fields, there are lacking of objective and scientific evaluation for performance level of public service provided by social organizations. And this evaluation system has been utilized in the science and technology organizations in Wuhan. According to the data derived from field's research, combined with empirical research model results, a deeper investigation and probation about the performance level and practical predicament of Wuhan science and technology organizations' participation into public service.
