Abstract Abstract:Yutong as a leader in the Chinese bus industry,not only in the field of new energy automotive has advanced innovation and development,but also has made outstanding contributions to the new energy automotive industry.With the help of the grounded theory that is a qualitative research method,this paper analyzes development strategy of Yutong new energy automobile,though the coding of its raw data.It is found that the collaborative innovation strategy is dependent on organizational innovation strategy,technological innovation strategy,market innovation strategy,and product innovation strategy,which is the key to the Yutong's achievements on new energy automobile.The product innovation strategy is the core of collaborative innovation strategy,organizational innovation strategy is an important guarantee,technological innovation strategy is the basis and an important part,while market innovation strategy is the necessary means.Based on it,a collaborative innovation strategy model and the fivestage advance strategy of collaborative innovation are formatted.
