Abstract Abstract:In this paper, dissipative structure theory is used to analyze the formation mechanism of the structure of China's intellectual property management system. First, this paper theoretically analyses the rationality and its characteristics of dissipative structure of China's intellectual property management system; then based on the Brusselator model and its translation in management, employs the relevant statistical data of the 30 regions in 2014 and 2015, and conducts an empirical validation of dissipative structure of China's intellectual property management system. Research results show that: at the present, the dissipative structure of China's intellectual property management system in most regions has not formed, regions forming dissipative structures in China only accounted for about 13%, intellectual property management systems of some developed regions have not formed the dissipative structure, and internal disorder degree in system of these regions is high, which will hinder the improvement of intellectual property management level in these regions.
