1 Study on the FourStage Diffusion Process Model of Disruptive Innovation
Based on the theories regarding disruptive innovation, diffusion of disruptive, and fuzzy frontend of innovation, this article innovatively constructs a fourstage diffusion process model of disruptive innovation from the whole process perspective, including the generation of disruptive creativity, the development of disruptive innovation products, the intrusion of nonmainstream market and the dominance of mainstream market. Each stage is correlated with other stages circularly, and they are highly influenced by external environment factors such as technology, market, policy and competition. It selects LCD TV and emulational mobile phone as two typical cases of highend and lowend disruptive innovations, and develops the fourstage diffusion process model of highend and lowend disruptive innovations after performing confirmatory analysis on them.

8 The Mechanism of Crossborder Innovation in Fuzzy Front End of Breakthrough Innovation
Based on the background of "Internet +", crossborder innovation has become an important form of breakthrough innovation. Through the existing literature research, this paper constructs an effect model of crossborder innovation in the fuzzy frontend of the breakthrough innovation, and applies the case study method to validate the model with the selfdriving automobiles as an example. The result shows that crossborder innovation plays an important role in the fuzzy frontend of breakthrough innovation. Crossborder innovation can be divided into crossborder search and crossborder cooperation. Crossborder search is helpful for idea collection and selection to identify the opportunities of breakthrough innovation; crossborder cooperation can help to improve efficiency and success rate of R&D; crossborder search and crossborder cooperation are complementary to each other, with exclusivity, help to form a competitive advantage, common commitment to the success of R&D in breakthrough technology.

17 Trend Research for Knowledge Flows of Patents and Trends of Technology Fusion
It is of practical significance to research the crossintegration of technology through the citation between patents, considering the onesidedness of the current technology boundary division and the lack of dynamic analysis of the technology integration process, presents a procedural method to analyze trends of technology fusion.First, the concordance between industry and patent is employed to construct the knowledge flow matrix, and then comprehensive assessment indicators have been established from two dimensions of technology spillover and technology influence, and 4 kinds of different types of technology fusion are depicted; the dynamic process of technology fusion by time series analysis.Finally, it takes the greencar patent data by State Intellectual Property Office, to verify the effectiveness of the procedural method.The result reveal that there is a clear technical proximity in the process of technology fusion;the technology fusion role will change dynamically.

23 Empirical Research of Patent Technology Diffusion Mechanism Based on ERGM
Dependency relation exists between diffusing path of patent technology from view of network embeddedness, while this kind of endogenous effects from network has not been fully investigated.Factors influencing patent technology diffusion were classified into patent value, patent protection, multidimensional assortativity, and structure embeddedness.And analyzing model was formulated by dividing the variables with respect to influencing factors into two parts involving endogeneous and exogeneous variable.Moreover, graphene patents was chosen for empirical research in order to validate theoretical hypothesis by using method of ERGM.Therefore, empirical conclusions were drawn that patent technology diffusion is positively correlated with patent value, multidimensional assortativity with respect to technology, geography, society, embeddedness of closed triangle structure, while negatively correlated with intensity of patent protection.It is worthwhile to pay attention to the intense impact of structure embeddedness, and the model incorporating all factors involving endogenous and exogenous issues is capable of stronger capturing capability for the mechanism of patent technology diffusion than another with only a part of all issues.

30 Research on the Threshold Effect of FDI Inflows on Green Technology Innovation and Its Regional Comparison
Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2007 to 2015, a regulatory and marketincentive regulation will be ordered to be incorporated into the nonlinear panel threshold model for FDI inflows to green technology innovation in China. Discussed the timing changes of the two environmental regulatory thresholds in the East, Central, and West regions of China, and empirically analyzed the complex nonlinear effects of FDI inflows and green technological innovations. The results show that during the sample period, the development of green technology in China has steadily increased. Among them, the level of green technology innovation in the eastern region is the highest, followed by the middle, and the worst in the west; the eastern region has significant single orders of a controlbased regulation dual threshold and market incentive regulation, In both the central and western regions, there are significant dual thresholds for the controlbased regulation, dual thresholds, and marketincentive regulation; R&D personnel input, independent R&D innovation, and government regulation capabilities in all regions significantly positively impact green technology innovation, and foreign trade levels in the eastern region. Significantly positive green technology innovation, but in the central and western regions showed a significant negative effect.

38 Research on Spatialtemporal Pattern and Its Influencing Factors of Talent Agglomeration in China
Based on the theory of location quotient, This paper analyzed the change of talent agglomeration in China from two aspects: time and space.Then this paper used quantile regression to analyze the influencing factors of talent agglomeration in China.The results show that, the gap in talent agglomeration in various regions of China is decreasing year by year.According to the sequence from high to low, the degree of talent agglomeration of the eastern region is the highest, and the northeastern region takes the second place, the western region is the third one, and the central region is the lowest one.The economic development level and the local fiscal education input have significant positive effects on the talent agglomeration in all the points, the level of wages and public service has a significant positive effect on the talent agglomeration in the low points, the level of urbanization has a significant positive influence on the talent agglomeration in the high points, the university has a significant influence on the talent agglomeration in the middle quantile points, the effect of regional openness on talent agglomeration in different quantile points is not consistent.Finally, this paper gives some suggestions on economic base, policy environment, culture education and social environment to some regions with a low level of talent concentration.

45 Evaluation of Regional Low Carbon Innovation Efficiency Considering Technology Heterogeneity
To accelerate the reform of the ecological civilization system, the key to the construction of beautiful China lies in the improvement of low carbon innovation ability and the efficiency of low carbon innovation. From the perspective of spatial heterogeneity and energy saving and emission reduction constraints, this paper constructed an innovative efficiency measurement model incorporating technology heterogeneity and non expected output, and used China's provincial panel data to measure China's inter provincial low carbon innovation efficiency. It is found that the efficiency of innovation is overestimated under the constraint of energy saving and emission reduction. Namely, undesirable output will reduce the efficiency of innovation activities. Due to the heterogeneity of spatial technology, there is significant spatial difference in innovation efficiency, showing a decreasing pattern of "East Central West" efficiency, and the low carbon production technology in the eastern region is closer to the effective frontier, and the gap is expanding gradually.

55 Spatial Interactive Effect between Technological Innovation and Agglomeration of Producer Services under Innovative Value Chain
This paper establishes an assessment index system based on the theory of the innovative value chain, evaluates comprehensively the technological innovation intensity and empirically tests the spatial interaction effect between technological innovation and industrial agglomeration using the panel data of 30 provinces in China during 2005-2015 through spatial simultaneous equation model. The results show that the technological innovation intensity in China is not balanced and the regional difference has a tendency of expansion. There is a remarkable mutual promoting effect between technological innovation and agglomeration of producer services, the multiplier effect of technological innovation on agglomeration of producer services is more obvious. The spatial spillover effect of technological innovation on agglomeration of producer services is negative, but the spatial interaction effect of agglomeration of producer services on technological innovation is not significant. The interaction effect and spatial effect between technological innovation and agglomeration of producer services should be considered, stand on the frame of spatial system, strengthen technological interchange and develop industry cluster district, in order to realize the interactive development of technological innovation and industrial agglomeration.

63 Does the Combination of Industry and Finance Have the Dualdirectional Regulation Effect on the R&D Investment of Manufacturing Enterprises
The high return of R&D investment attracts manufacturing enterprises to expand their investment scale, while the high risk of R&D investment further strengthens the financing constraints of manufacturing enterprises.Can the combination of industry and finance reduce the R&D investment of manufacturing enterprises and restrain excessive investment? Based on the data of China’s manufacturinglisted companies listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen Ashare from 2007 to 2016, this paper show that the combination of industry and finance has a oneway regulating effect on the R&D investment of manufacturing enterprises, which can alleviate the shortage of R&D investment and aggravate the overinvestment of R&D investment.The paper further analyzes the mechanism of the combination of industry and integration to effectively alleviate the deficiency of R&D investment and aggravate R&D investment, putting forward some suggestions on how to make effective investment in manufacturing enterprises.

71 Research on Operation Mechanism and Optimization Countermeasures of AI Industry Technology Innovation System
Artificial intelligence technology is one of the core drivers of the new industrial revolution. Promoting technological innovation in the AI industry is an important measure to build an autonomous and controllable AI core technology system, cultivate a new highland for the global AI industry, and promote intelligent upgrading of various industries. Aiming at the unbalanced development of China's AI industry chain, and the lack of finegrained analysis for the operation mechanisms of the system, this paper studies the operational mechanism of the AI industry technology innovation system from the aspects of driving force, resource supply, and cooperation model. The findings are: Firstly, the AI industry technology innovation system has the characteristics of selforganization and symbiosis. Secondly, the AI industry includes three subsystems of technological innovation such as hardware, systems, and applications. They have technological linkages to each other. At the same time, there are differences in development status of subsystems. Thirdly, the AI technology innovation has three major problems, including the insufficient innovation ability of the underlying key technologies, obstacles to innovative resources supply, and deficient cooperation model. Based on the symbiotic theory, the optimal countermeasures are proposed for the sustainable development of the AI industry.

79 Limited Partner, Competitor Indirect Ties and Entrepreneurial Innovation
This study investigates the impact of competitor indirect ties through limited partner (LP) on innovation at entrepreneurial firms from the theoretical perspective of competitive information leakage.By collecting samples of Around venture capital (VC) financing firms in the electronic and optoelectronic equipment industry with the PEdata Database, and by using the negative binomial model, it is found that indirect ties to competitors through LP impede innovation, and that this effect is moderated reversely by several factors including indirect ties to competitors through VC, relative amount of LP commitment in VC funds, and VC cooperation.This study expands the hypothesis of competitive information leakage to LP level, and reminds entrepreneurial firms that when seeking VC financing, it is necessary to pay caution to the likely negative effect of both the obvious competitor indirect ties through VC and the hidden competitor indirect ties through LP.

87 Research on the Relationship between Special Asset Investment, Buyer Monopoly and Upstream Enterprise Innovation Investment
This paper constructed a model based on the case of the bankruptcy of SuZhou Lianjian Company, which had been a upstream supplier of Apple Co. The model concerned on the following three elements in the firm's vertical linkage including specific investment, buyer monopoly and relational capital. The model derived the four deductions as follows: The upstream supplier's innovation investment is reduced with the increase of specific investment for the deal and increased with the enhancement of the bargain power, increased with the decrease of the buyer's market power and increased with the accumulation of the relational capital. The paper used the data collected by the World Bank's investigation on Chinese firms to testify the above deductions empirically. From the coefficient matrix this paper finds that the upstream supplier's innovation intensity is negatively related to the specific investment rate and positively related to the cooperation history and upstream supplier firm's size. The larger the size of upstream supplier firm, the relatively smaller the buyer's market power, the relatively larger the bargain power of the supplier and the upstream supplier's innovation investment will be increased. Both the OLS and robust methods find that the upstream supplier's specific investment significantly reduces its innovation investment; the relational capital represented by the cooperation history has a significant relationship with supplier's innovation investment.

95 Heterogeneous Institutional Ownership, Government Subsidies and Enterprise Technological Innovation
As important capital source and institutional guarantee of enterprise management, institutional investors and government subsidies have a major impact on enterprise technological innovation.Based on the panel data of strategic emerging listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2010 to 2015, it make an empirical analysis of the relationship between institutional ownership, government subsidies and enterprise technological innovation.It finds that institutional ownerships can't prominently impact the enterprise technological innovation.The government subsidies can impel institutional ownerships to produce positive effect on the enterprise innovation, especially the substantive innovation.Besides, the fund holdings negatively effect the enterprise technological innovation.And securities company and QFII holdings have insignificant and significant positive effects on enterprise innovation respectively.Further, the government subsidies weaken the negative effect from fund holdings to the enterprise innovation and promote the positive effect from the securities company and QFII holdings to the enterprise innovation.Lastly, the government subsidies more positively regulate the relationship between the fund holdings and the nonsubstantive technological innovation, and more positively regulate the effect from securities company and QFII holdings to substantive technological innovation.

101 Does Private Placement Increase R&D Expenditure?
This paper uses the Chinese listed firm data between 2006 and 2016 to empirically test the impact of private placement on R&D expenditure by system GMM and OLS methods. The results in the paper show that private placement declines not only current R&D expenditure, but also cumulative R&D expenditure, and different frequent private placements also decline R&D expenditure. At last, lager shareholders and their related parties as object of private placement to further be examined, but here partial evidences to still support the conclusions that private placements also decline R&D expenditure. These conclusions provide new evidence for improving R&D expenditure under the background of equity financing, and references for institutional reform to increase R&D expenditure in Chinese listed companies.

Researching the enterprises in new economy environments how to survive and develop as well as how to get sustainable competitive advantage is of important meanings. Taking Alibaba for case study, the paper puts forward a new theory, that is, intellectuality management, and analyzes its forming and evolution process based on exploring the knowledge management system and character management system from the coupling perspective. 〖JP〗The results show that Alibaba's knowledge management system is composed of knowledge capital management and knowledge process management, and its character tends to ISTJ type; two systems are coupling and evolving in different stages of organizational development; Alibaba has formed its intellectuality management system, and this system tends to be knowledgecharacterunited after threestage evolution. Intellectuality management has become its source of sustainable competitive advantage of business ecosystem.

Through the analysis of the driving force and obstacle factors of knowledge service, the cloud platform architecture of cloud computing industry alliance knowledge service is designed, and improving the management model of the alliance knowledge service platform and optimize the process.According to the knowledge characteristic to design the knowledge service mode which can be applied to cloud computing industry alliance.The model of knowledge service based on cloud platform realizes the acquisition, storage and sharing of different knowledge types.Through the simulation and comparison of traditional knowledge service model effects, it is found that there are three kinds of industry alliance knowledge service models based on cloud platform, which improves knowledge resource innovation and application efficiency.

123 The Impact of the Change of Network Ties Strength of Overseas Research Talents on Its Creativity
The paper studies the change of dynamic network characteristics of overseas high level scientific research talents and its influence on scientific research performance based on the copublished paper data of overseas highlevel scientific research talents introduced to China from 1990 to 2015.The hypothesis in this paper is that under the dynamic network relation, the proportion of the past strong relation quantity is positively related to the proportion of the current strong relation quantity. And the proportion of the past strong relation quantity will inhibit the emergence of new relation, and also has inhibitory effect to the innovation of scientific research, while the structural hole has a moderating effect on the proportion of the past strong relation and the innovation of scientific research. We use the negative binomial regression model to analyze the proportion of the past strong relation quantity, the proportion of the current strong relation quantity, the proportion of the new relationship and the mechanism of its interaction on the innovation of scientific research in the paper. In the sample of 3year data window, the regression analysis supports all the assumptions significantly. These conclusions deepen the understanding of highlevel overseas scientific research talents, contributing to improving the innovation of scientific research in China. Furthermore, it provides theoretical and empirical support for countries and relevant institutions to develop talent introduction policies and maximizes the effectiveness of overseas talent resources.

Based on the discrepancyreduction mechanism and selfverification theory,this paper explores the perceived overqualification effects on employee' knowledge sharing behavior and its mechanism.The results show that: perceived overqualification has a significant negative influence on employees' knowledge sharing behavior;core selfevaluations play a full mediating role in the negative relationship between perceived overqualification and employees' knowledge sharing behavior;leader political skill negatively moderated the relationship between perceived overqualification and employee core selfevaluations;leader political skill also negatively moderated the indirect relationship between perceived overqualification and knowledge sharing behavior through employees' core selfevaluations.

138 An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Transaction Leadership and Dynamic Capabilities in Synergetic Innovation Teams: The Mediating Role of Regulatory Focus
The mechanism of leadership's role on innovation capability has aroused widespread concern in academic research,but there are few studies on transactional leadership,especially empirical research in the context of universityindustryinstitute alliances.This paper studies the mechanism of transactional leadership on dynamic capabilities in the context of synergetic innovation.In order to illustrate the relationship between transactional leadership and dynamic capabilities better,we introduces regulatory focus as intermediary variables based on the literature research.This paper obtains 301 data from the synergetic innovation teams of hightech industryuniversityinstitute alliances through structured questionnaire and analyzes it by the method of regression analysis.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between contingentreward and the capability of sensing and seizing,and there is also a significant positive correlation between management by exception and reconfiguration capability.The promotion focus and prevention focus play intermediary role respectively.The study verifies the differential impact of transactional leadership on dynamic capabilities and enriches the theory of strategic leadership and dynamic capabilities,which is conducive to the management of synergetic innovation of universityindustryinstitute alliances.

145 The Influence Mechanism of Paradoxical Leadership on Team Creativity:An Empirical Study From the Perspective of Social Network
Based on social network theory, this paper explores the mediating role of internal network strength of ties and external network strength of ties to conduct and verify the dual mediation model of paradoxical leadership and team creativity.Using a sample of 41 teams, the empirical results show that: paradoxical leadership has a significant positive impact on team creativity; internal network strength of ties and external network strength of ties play the dual mediating roles between paradoxical leadership and team creativity. Besides, the mediating role of internal network strength of ties and external network strength of ties has no significant difference .The above conclusions not only enrich the application of social network perspective in the study of leadership behavior and its effectiveness, and expand the research on the mechanism of paradoxical leadership, but also provide references for enterprises to improve team creativity effectively.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is regarded as a core driving force of global technological revolution and industrial revolution and brings profound changes to innovation itself.This article aims to provide a comprehensive panorama on innovation management under the perspective of artificial intelligence from the five theoretical perspectives of technology, system, organization, law and system.This article reviews domestic and international literature on innovation management under the perspective of artificial intelligence, systematically sorts out and makes comments on the technological innovation path, innovation policy, technological innovation model and innovation of intellectual property system in the field of AI from thetheoretical perspectives of technology, system, organization and law, respectively.Basing on the existing research, we propose and define the new technological innovation model "machine innovation", which enriches the theoretical research perspective in this field.Faced with the situation of innovation management under the perspective of artificial intelligence and the research blank on the innovation ecosystem in the field of artificial intelligence from the perspective of system, we draw 4 paths for innovation management under the perspective of artificial intelligence and prospect for future research.
