Ties Strength and Technological Innovation: the Mediating Role of Interfirm Trust
Consider effect of cooperation relationship characteristics on cooperative innovation performance, existing studies are limited in single perspective of social network. Little know about how dose networklevels relationship characteristics "ties strength" influences cooperative innovation mode through the bilaterallevels characteristics "relationship quality".Combined with social networks, social capital and knowledge transfer theory, it analyzes the relationship among ties strength, interfirm trust and different types of technology innovation mode. It collects a random sample of 327 manufacturing and high technology enterprises located in many provinces in China, uses SEM testing method to test hypotheses. The results indicates that: compared with the economic based trust, strong ties bring more positive effect on emotion based trust; the effect of emotion based trust on incremental innovation is significant positive, and economical based trust is much fit for radical innovation; the effect of the strong ties on incremental innovation mediated by emotional trust, and the effect of strong ties on the radical innovation is transferred through economical trust.

The Relationship between Entrepreneurial Strategy and New Venture Competitive Advantage in Transitional Contexts
Innovation strategy is conducive to build a new value chain, and imitation strategy complements the existing value chain. However, most of existing researches focus on innovation strategy and the attention on imitation strategy is insufficient. Many new ventures achieve success by imitation strategy in practice. Especially, as the institutions are less developed, which are the root causes of dysfunctional competition. Dysfunctional competition may restrict innovation strategy and promote imitation strategy. However, both of which have a positive impact on new ventures in practice, so that choosing innovation strategy or imitating strategy is crucial for new ventures. In this paper, it examines the moderating effects of dysfunctional competition in two types of environmental turbulence, including high technological turbulence and low market turbulence versus low technological turbulence and high market turbulence. Using data collected from 153 new ventures in China, it finds that both innovation and imitation strategies have positive effects on new venture competitive advantage, however, the effect is different: as typical Chinese context, the moderating effect of dysfunctional competition on imitation strategy has no relation with technological and market characteristics, and the moderating effect on innovation strategy is based on technological and market characteristics.

Based on the threedimensional structure of business model, this paper constructs a business model innovation analysis framework based on big data, and studies the internal mechanism of how big data affect the innovation of business model. The conclusion of the study shows that big data discovery value, provides a new perspective and way to create value for the enterprise, big data has become an important point of enterprise business model innovation; impact of big data on business model innovation is reflected in the elements of business model, including value proposition, value creation and delivery mode, get the three a toplevel elements and sub elements; big data will penetrate into every aspect of business management, which provides an important means for the enterprise customer segmentation, product precision service innovation, process innovation, profit model innovation, value network reconstruction.

Study on Growth Differences of Total Factor Productivity and the Path of Highend Development of Strategic Emerging Industries in Yangtze River Delta
By using DEAMalmquist index, this paper has studied the changes of total factor productivity and its decomposition item of listed companies of strategic emerging industries from the dimension of influencing factors, time series and growth pattern in Yangtze River Delta from 2007 to 2015.And this paper has performed a convergence test by using σ convergence equation and absolute β convergence equation between different types of enterprises. The research result shows that: The declining trend of total factor productivity of strategicemerging industries in Yangtze River Delta derived from the reduced technology efficiency level, the whole industry shows a lowend development trend that both pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency are low; According to the two dimensions of industry highend, The listed companies of strategic emerging industry in Yangtze River Delta are divided into three different types: Efficient growth companies, Extensive growth companies, Miserable growth companies. The differences of growth pattern between different types of enterprises are striking, so it is necessary to choose an appropriate highend development path; The total factor productivity and its decomposition item of listed companies of strategic emerging industries in Yangtze River Delta tend to converge significantly, the differences between enterprises will gradually narrow and eventually tend to the same steadystate level.

Regional Innovation Efficiency and Convergence of Hightech Industries Based on Innovative Environmental Constraints
With panel data of hightech industries in China, by using stochastic frontier model under environmental constraints, this paper estimates the innovation regional research and application efficiency of hightech industries, and then based on β convergence, σ convergence and club convergence methods, respectively, from the two respects of research and application dimensions, to investigates the convergence of the hightech industrial innovation efficiency. Main findings: (1) in general, innovation environment makes obvious impact on innovation efficiency of hightech industries in China, and with innovation environment constraints, the overall basic research efficiency of hightech industry has increasing development trend, which of eastern and western regions are higher than that of northern and southern regions; Meanwhile the application efficiency are roughly divided into two stages: slow growth from 2000 to 2007 and slow decline from 2008 to 2014 year, which presents "eastern higher than western regions while southern regions are higher than northern ones".(2) the basis research efficiency has significant convergence while the application efficiency shows trend of spreading.

Research on Coevolution of Strategic Emerging Industry Clusters based on Niche Adjust
Coevolution is the effective mode and the inevitable path of strategic emerging industry cluster development. In order to improve the stability and coupling coordination degree of cluster coevolution, this paper fuses the theory of synergetic and ecology etc, attributing coevolution of strategic emerging industry cluster to two kinds of ecological relationships that are selforganized coevolution within the cluster, and otherorganized coevolution under the control of government. This paper also constructs the model of coupling coordination degree, and organization population coevolution based on improved LotkaVolterra model, which has been analyzed qualitatively and simulated numerically. The research shows that the factors of population influence and largest niche, etc, have a positive feedback effect on the niche expansion and the evolutionary equilibrium of organization population. By building clustered coevolution model of "selforganization plus otherorganization", taking cluster's selforganization as the core, with the help of otherorganization of the government, to adjust the populations niche, which is expected to improve the equilibrium of the cluster evolution and coordination degree of coupling, and promote coevolution of the strategic emerging industry cluster.

Research on the Innovation Transfer Obstacle in the Industral Cluster Innovation Network with Cluster Upgrading
The key to the upgrading of industrial cluster lies in the improvement of the whole innovation ability of the cluster,the transfer of innovation ability in the industrial cluster innovation network can improve the innovation ability of the whole cluster.Understanding and overcoming the obstacles of innovation ability transfer can accelerate the transfer process of innovation ability,and it is very important for cluster upgrading to study the obstacles of innovation ability transfer in the innovation network of industrial clusters.This paper puts forword the concept of the obstacles of innovation ability transfer in the innovation network of industrial clusters,construct the conceptual model,and through empirical research,verifies that obstacles of innovation ability transfer in the innovation network of industrial clusters and cluster upgrading are negatively correlated.Then by the correlation analysis of weights,the paper gets five dimensions of obstacles hindering the degree of cluster upgrading, puts forward improvement countermeasures for the main obstacles.

Analysis on the Threestage Innovation Efficiency Change of Hightech Industr
In this paper, the internal undesirable output is incorporated into the inputoutput index system, and the SBM model and EBM model are used to measure the innovation efficiency in the technological development stage, transformation stage and marketization stage in hightech industry. Research shows that: ① The threestage static innovation efficiency change trend first rises slightly and then descends, the East first descends and then rises, the West and Northeast first rise slightly and then descend, but the Central continues to descend. ②The dynamic efficiency of the technology development stage is growing, while the technological transformation stage and marketization stage are declining. Eastern efficiency has remained ahead, Northeast and West second, Central last. ③The dynamic efficiency of the technology development stage is mainly driven by the efficiency change but in the technological transformation stage and marketization stage it is dominated by relatively strong technological change. The East is driven by technological change, and the Central and West are driven by the efficiency change. The Northeast is driven by the efficiency change in the technological development stage and marketization stage, while the technological transformation stage depends on technological change.

Whether the operation of co-maker space can effectively support the improvement of the enterprises' value is the key to foster the development of the small and medium enterprises， and also text effectiveness of co-maker space.The paper use structural equation model to study the system that co-maker enhance the value of enterprises,including technical value,environmental value,policy value and commercial value.Then according to the idea of raising the value of enterprises,we put forward the operation mechanism of organization and management,exchange and sharing,education and training,financing service and business service.The results indicate that business services raise the value,organizational management,education and training,financing services positive affect business services and then raise the value,exchange and sharing negative affect business services and the reduce the value.The paper explores the path of raise enterprises' value,and has certain reference value.

Research on the Relationships among Business Ethics, Green Entrepreneurial Orientation and Competitive Advantage
With the lack of business ethics and emergence of environmental pollution and other issues, people pay more and more attention to business ethics and green entrepreneurship. Empirical analysis is utilized to study the relationships among business ethics, green entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage of technology startups. The results show that business ethics has a positive impact on both the green entrepreneurial orientation and the competitive advantage of technology startups, and green entrepreneurial orientation has a positive impact on the competitive advantage of technology startups, as well as the green entrepreneurial orientation plays an intermediary role between business ethics and competitive advantage of technology startups. Based on the growth characteristics of technology startups, the internal relationships among business ethics, strategy and competitive advantage are described, and some suggestions are put forward contrapuntally.

Key Factors of Intellectual Capital for Startups’ Innovation Competitiveness
In the time of innovation and entrepreneurship, the amount of new open firms in China rises up sharply, but the same happens to closed ones. How to gain competitiveness for startups through innovation is not only a premise of survival of them, but also critical to the vitality of the whole national economy. From the perspective of intellectual capital, this paper induces the factors of the innovation competitiveness of startups. Then based on questionnaire from 260 entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial team members, it finds that human capital is the most important factor of the innovation competitiveness for startups. The top factors of it are strategic leadership, innovation courage of entrepreneurs and cohesiveness of entrepreneurial team. According to the data, the key factors of the innovation competitiveness of startups are different among industries, firm ages and firm scales. The role of financial investors is more important for manufacturing industry than service industry. Besides human capital, incentive system and R&D output of structural capital, and the environment of competition of social capital are also very significant for older and larger startups, rather than younger and smaller ones.

Strategic Experimentation, Entrepreneurial Learning and Business Model Innovation of New Ventures
Strategic experimentation is a low-cost way to explore business model, which is based on the value creation model of the development and opportunities of entrepreneurial opportunities. According to the effectuation theory, the new ventures need to achieve business model innovation through strategic tests. This research aimed at the relationship between strategy experimentation and business model innovation. Conclusion show that Strategic experimentation is helpful to promote the enterprise business innovation and entrepreneurial learning is the critical path to promote the entrepreneurial opportunity identification, which plays an intermediary role between the strategy of experimentation and business model innovation. The conclusion reveals the strategic test mechanism for new enterprise business model innovation, for new enterprises to carry out the business model innovation, which has a certain reference.

This study aims to explore the connotation and the process model of micro innovation evolution， electing the sample Kweichow Moutai and Jiangxi Lidu, adopting the method of SPS case study, based the purpose of study on the era of big data.Based on the review of literature, this paper explores the process of micro innovation.The study find: Firstly, The process of micro innovation is a dynamic evolution, and the enterprises in the industry after the initial development of enterprises and industries to follow the three basic stages of the initial, upgrading and stability.In different stages of evolution, the data management platform has realized the leap from the independent type to the relational type.The evolution path of the micro innovation of the latecomer enterprise usually presents the evolution characteristics of the external drive type.The leading enterprise innovation evolution path usually shows the evolution characteristics of push type.Secondly, in the process of micro innovation, the strength of the relationship between enterprise stakeholders is the key elements that decide the enterprise micro innovation evolution.In addition, the latecomer enterprise and the leading enterprise have different direction in the different stage.At the same time, the intensity of the relationship between the latecomer enterprise, the leading enterprise and their stakeholders is correlated with the formation of innovation portfolio.

Construction of Patent Implied License System in China
There is imperious demand for the patent implied license system to the judicial practice in our country. However, the existing system cannot solve all the problems faced in the practice. Therefore, it is imperative for our country to establish the patent implied license system. As far as the specific legislation, the basic provisions in the General Principles of Civil Law which related to the patent implied license should be first perfected. And only the typical patented implied license can be raised to legal requirements which have universal significance in the Patent Law. Meanwhile, it should be clear that there is no conflict between the establishment of patent implied license rules in Patent Law and the basic requirements of TRIPS agreement.

The Impact of GVCGFs Local Investment on Enterprise Innovation
China's government venture capital guiding funds (GVCGFs) mostly tend to invest in local enterprises.By collecting matching samples from the PEdata Database and using the negative binomial distribution model,the impact of GVCGFs local investment on enterprise innovation is investigated in this paper under the investment mode of equity participation.The main results are summed up as follows:The promoting effect of GVCGFs on local enterprise innovation is better than that of private venture capital (VC) funds,while the promoting effect of GVCGFs on non-local enterprise innovation shows no significant difference with private VC funds.；The promoting effect of GVCGFs on local high-tech enterprise innovation is better than that of private VC funds,while the promoting effect of GVCGFs on local non-high-tech enterprise innovation shows no significant difference with private VC funds；Whether GVCGFs invest in local enterprises of expansion stage or mature stage,the promoting effect of GVCGFs on innovation is better than that of private VC funds；The selection effect,rather than treatment effect,is the main channel through which GVCGFs promote the local enterprise innovation.

Alliance Control Mechanisms and Knowledge Acquisition: the Role of Partner Selection
Based on the survey of 209 manufacturing firms and 944 suppliers, employing the analytic technique of Hierarchical Linear Model analyzes the moderating effect of public selection and social selection on the relationship between the interaction of contract control and relation control and the suppliernetwork's knowledge acquisition. The empirical results show that both contract control and relation control can improve the suppliernetwork's knowledge acquisition, and the relationship between those two kinds of control mechanisms is substitute. The public selection of partner selection strengthens this substitute effect, and the social selection of partner selection weakens this substitute effect.

the Impact of High speed Rail Construction on the Development of Knowledge intensive Service Industry：An Empirical Study
Hot!
The spillovers of knowledge and innovation exist space barrier, and high speed rail further breaks the gap of regional space, reduces the distance of time and space, and promotes the development of knowledge intensive industry which is characterized by knowledge and innovation. Construct the provincial panel data of 2006 to 2015 and use fixed effect to study the impact of high speed rail construction on the development of the knowledge intensive service industry from the regional level and the industry level in China. Find that the high speed rail construction has a positive impact on the increase of the number of practitioners of the knowledge intensive service industry in China and plays a promoting role in the fixed assets investment of knowledge intensive service industry in Midwest. Fully illustrated, the high speed rail construction can improve the regional investment environment, break the regional barriers, promote knowledge spillovers, accelerate the flow of factors, and has great significance to the development of knowledge intensive service industry and industrial upgrading in the central and western regions. That further confirmed the correctness and the necessity of the construction of high speed rail in Midwest.

Empowering Leadership and Employee Voice: the Mediating Role of Psychological Ownership
On the foundations of psychological ownership theory, the present study explores how empowering leadership influences employee's voice behaviors. The questionnairebased study is grounded upon 221 leaderemployee matched samples from technical corporations. The results show that empowering leadership is positively related to employee's voice behavior; both the psychological ownership of organization and job mediated the relationship between empowering leadership and voice behavior, but has differences: psychological ownership of organization plays an mediating role in the influences of empowering leadership on selfjobconcerned voice and selfjobunconcerned voice, while psychological ownership of job only mediates the relationship between empowering leadership and selfjobconcerned voice behavior.

Study on Factors of Individual Innovation Contribution Degree Based on User Feedback in Open Innovation Communities
User feedback in interaction is an important part in terms of user innovation.Based on need satisfaction theory, the impact of feedback from other users on individual innovation contribution degree in open innovation community are studied.The quantity and quality of the feedback are studied to verify how this two aspects affect individual innovation contribution degree by using data mining in typical open innovation community——Local Motors.The results showed that: the quantity and quality of feedback have significant effect on individual innovation contribution degree, the number of feedback has a significant positive effect on individual innovation contribution degree.Feedback rate and user diversity have a significant negative impact on individual innovation contribution degree, Feedback length and feedback support documents have no effect on individual innovation contribution degree, at the same time, the study finds that positive emotion has no regulatory effect between user feedback and individual innovation contribution degree.
