Abstract With the lack of business ethics and emergence of environmental pollution and other issues, people pay more and more attention to business ethics and green entrepreneurship. Empirical analysis is utilized to study the relationships among business ethics, green entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage of technology startups. The results show that business ethics has a positive impact on both the green entrepreneurial orientation and the competitive advantage of technology startups, and green entrepreneurial orientation has a positive impact on the competitive advantage of technology startups, as well as the green entrepreneurial orientation plays an intermediary role between business ethics and competitive advantage of technology startups. Based on the growth characteristics of technology startups, the internal relationships among business ethics, strategy and competitive advantage are described, and some suggestions are put forward contrapuntally.
