1 The Research of Ownership Structure and Investment Incentive in R&D Partnership
Peng Wenmin,Shi Benshan
In an environment with contractual incompleteness, ownership allocation is important in the R&D partnership. This paper uses the property right approach to explore the ownership structure of innovation and investment decision in a scenario where two parties invest sequentially. The results show that optimal ownership structure varies with bargaining power, and sole ownership by the parties whose bargaining power is relative low can balance their investment incentive. The range of joint ownership based on marketer's bargaining power is increase with relationship-specificity.For an efficiency improvement,we consider an option contract that allocates the ownership according the researcher's investment incentive initially, and the marketer has the right to make the offer of option price. The results of comparisons show that option contract can mitigate underinvestment problem to improve the total surplus.

8 Organizational Factors and Syndicate Formation between Venture Capitals and Incubators
Zuo Zhigang,Xie Fang
In supporting of business innovation and entrepreneurship, investment cooperation between venture capital (VC) and business incubator (BI) is of great significance, but the potential benefits have seldom been explored in practice. This paper empirically analyzes organizational factors that affect the formation of investment syndicate between VCs and BIs. Results show that goal, resource, and ownership significantly affect the syndicate formation. For the factor of resource, strong-strong pairs have higher probability to be syndicated. For the factor of goal coordination, VCs have higher probability to syndicate with commercial BI rather than other types. Furthermore, difference in ownership is negatively related with the syndicate formation. The interactive effect between the factors is somehow alternative. This paper also puts forward suggestions to promote the cooperation between VCs and BIs in China.

Yang Chaojun,Hu Ruoqing
Based on the Er-xiang Dual theory, the evaluation index system of coordinative degree of green innovation system is established which include state Subsystem and Process Subsystem. And based on the Chinese provincial-level panel data during 2008 to 2014, an empirical analysis is performed to evaluate the coordinative degree by using PPE-Malmquist-CDG model. Then, using kernel density estimation to analysis the coordinative evolution rule on green innovation System of China's Industry. The results show that industry green innovation system has just entered the middle-coordination stage, and the state is not stable. From the point of evolution law, the coordinative degree of green innovation System present a "up-down-up" fluctuation trend, and waviness width of the kernel density curve present a "divergent-convergence-divergence" characteristics. In space, the coordinative degree of green innovation System in east is higher than west. So, in the long term, the coordinated development of industry green innovation system remains to be further improve.

55 Study on Niche Innovation to "Carbon Unlocking"
')" href="#"> Li Hongwei Hot!
It is concluded that, from an evolutionary model of technology population niche competition, low carbon technology will be "lock out" of mainstream market due to "carbon lock-in". By contract, niche market provides "protected space" for the development and application of low carbon technology. Replacement and hybridization are two alternative strategies to escape from "carbon lock-in" based on two different kinds of niche innovation, i.e., competitive niche innovation and complementary niche innovation. These two alternative strategies mean different paths and ways to arrive at the goal of "carbon unlocking". Replacement strategy consists of three stages, that is, competitive niche formation, accumulation and branching, and the substitution of carbon-based technological regime by low carbon one, whereas hybridization strategy also has three stages: competitive niche formation, hybridization and low carbon transition of carbon-based technological regime. Pros and cons of both two strategies should be weighed when put into practice.

106 Measurement and Empirical Research on Disruptive Innovation for Different Target Markets: Based on the Perspective of Enterprise Cognition
Lin Chunpei,Yu Chuanpeng,Zhang Zhengang
Existing disruptive innovation categories are mainly focused on the way that the value of new products or services provide and their differences in the way of erosion of existing markets, and ignore the different nature of target market and its possible impact on the enterprise. In the innovation practice, the cognitive judgment of innovative change has an important influence on the strategic decision. Therefore, based on the enterprise cognitive perspective, disruptive innovation will be divided into three types: disruptive innovation for new markets, disruptive innovation for competitors' markets, disruptive innovation for self-markets. At the same time, based the related measurement study of Govindarajan & Kopalle and the interviews in Chinese manufacturing enterprises, the measurement scale for three types of disruptive innovation are developed in this paper. Finally, the empirical test for the scale is conducted using a sample of 696 Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The results show that the three-factor measurement model, which includes the disruptive innovation for new market, the rival market and the self market, is effective, and the scale can provide the basis for the further research of disruptive innovation.

Li En'ping,Zhang Zhenming
As more and more enterprises begin to use crowdsourcing for innovation and cooperation, the features of crowdsourcing make intellectual property risks of crowdsourcing platform increasingly protruding and have a great influence on the healthy development of crowdsourcing platform. This paper constructs an evaluation index system, and proposes an integrated evaluation model that combines DEMATEL, ANP based on the correlation between indexes and D-S evidence theory. And we not only evaluate the intellectual property risk of Crowdsourcing Platform about InnoCentive but also draw a conclusion that the degree of risk of Zhubajie.com Website is very different from InnoCentive's. The main results may be summarized as follows: the high innovative crowdsourcing task is the most original factors which may course intellectual property risk and then result in rising of the intellectual property environment risk. The wrong management behavior of the Crowdsourcing platform is one of the most superficial reasons; The management of Crowdsourcing Platform is the most direct and effective channels to lower the risk. The management of the Crowdsourcing Platform and the management for intellectual property environment should be combined to reduce the risks which are irrelevant to innovation.
