1 Research on the Evolution of Venture Capital Institutions Alliance Network and Joint Investment
Yang Ye,Chen Rong,Qiu Zhiyi
Based on the data of venture capital events in China Venture database, this paper constructs a quadratic model, empirically examines how the network location of venture capital institutions affects their joint investment strategies from the perspective of sub-group level of joint investment network, and examines the role of informal institutional evolution on the behavior of venture capital institutions. The results show that the relationship between network location and joint investment probability is inverted U-shaped,and the relationship between network location and cross-subgroup joint investment probability is positive U-shaped.That is to say,in the process of evolution of China's joint venture capital investment network, institutions with low network location tend to invest jointly, and they tend to seekoriginal joint partners; institutions with high network location tend to invest independently and are more inclined to seek cross-subgroup joint partners in joint investment. In the process of network evolution of venture capital in China, the change of network relationship alters the information channel of venture capital and affects investment decision-making.The government can consider the network spontaneously formed by the venture capital, and better cultivate the local venture capital market by mastering the evolution law of this informal institution.

20 Path Selection of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation in Chinese Universities
Sun Junhua,Wei Li
There is an obvious “paradox” in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities in China. The output of scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities is rich, but the transformation rate is very low.Based on the data of 28 provinces and cities in the Compilation of Science and Technology Statistics of Colleges and Universities and China Statistical Yearbook, and based on the interface theory, this paper uses fsQCA method to explore the practical path of university science and technology achievements transformation under multiple concurrent factors and complex causal mechanism. The research shows that: R&D full-time personnel and the number of R&D projects are the necessary conditions for the driving mechanism of the transformation of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities.Entrusted funds of enterprises and institutions, intermediary service fees for science and technology,full-time R&D personnel and R&D number of projects are the core conditions for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities. There are four different ways to support the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The comparison of path 3a and 3b shows that the two premise variables of “cooperative research network” in network resources and “university soft facilities” in technical support have reciprocal substitution effect. Finally, this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities of different regions under the existing conditions.

37 Research on the Impact of Innovative Capital Use Structure on Innovation Output: Empirical Study of China's Regional Industrial Enterprises
Zhang Meili,Li Baizhou
Based on the theory of innovation value chain, innovation output is divided into intermediate output and final output. The industrial enterprises in 28 provinces of China from 2011 to 2017 are taken as the research objects, this paper explore the impact of innovation capital use structure on innovation output by using the random effect model and threshold regression model on the premise that the scale of innovation capital remains unchanged. The results of this research show that the proportion of independent research and development funds is significantly positively correlated with the number of patent applications and new product sales revenue. The proportion of technology import funds and technology purchase funds has no significant influence on the number of patent applications. The proportion of technology introduction funds and technology purchase funds is significantly positively correlated with the sales revenue of new products. The proportion of technology transformation funds is negatively correlated with the number of patent applications and the sales revenue of new products. There is a significant single threshold effect between the proportion of independent R&D funds and the number of patent applications and the sales revenue of new products. After the proportion of independent research and development funds exceeds the threshold value, its promoting effect on the number of patent applications decreases, and its promoting effect on the sales revenue of new products increases. The conclusion expands regional innovation theory from the perspective of innovation factor structure, and has certain practical significance to improve the innovation output level of regional industrial enterprises.

Gao Lina,Jiang Fuxin
With the transition of innovation demand characteristics in new development stage, the impact of intensity of basic research on regional innovation performance has become increasingly important. The government support and structure of human capital play a regulating role in the process of regional basic research intensity affecting on the innovation performance. Based on provincial panel data from 2000 to 2018, using the system GMM estimation method, from the three dimensions of scale of innovation, the per capita output of innovation and structure of innovation, the paper explores the basic research strength of regional innovation performance of dynamic effect and the strength of the government support, the structure of human capital. The findings show that the intensity of basic research exerts a significant negative impact on regional innovation performance. The positive role of the government support and the structure of human capital can positively moderate the inhibition of the intensity of basic research on regional innovation scale and per capita innovation output. The government support reversely moderates the negative effect between the intensity of basic research and regional innovation performance. The structure of human capital positively moderates the influence of basic research intensity on regional innovation structure. Therefore, different types of regions should fully understand the role and acting path of investment in basic research and give full play to the positive role of innovation management policy.

91 Does Expansion of Parent-subsidiary Controlling Investment Promote Innovation Investment of Business Groups
Chen Shuai,Chen Shen
Business transaction between business groups is a dynamic process of capital financing and knowledge integration. Taking a-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2007 to 2019 as samples, this paper empirically examines the impact of controlling-asset investment between parent-subsidiary companies on innovation investment of business groups. The results show that, the expansion of parent's controlling investment in its subsidiaries is helpful to increase the innovation investment of the enterprise group. Further, the above relationship is more significant in enterprises with severe financing constraints, greater industrial support, higher industry concentration and business complexity. Meanwhile, we find that the better the expansion effect of parent's controlling-investment in the subsidiaries, the stronger the sustainability of the innovation investment of the group business. The test of intermediary mechanism shows that, the level of cash holdings has a partial mediating effect on the controlling-investment to the innovation investment of enterprises. This paper enriches and expands the relevant literature on the economic consequences of the interaction between parent and subsidiaries and the influencing factors of innovation investment, and has important enlightenment significance for relevant departments and enterprises to play the advantages of internal capital market and promote enterprise innovation.

121 Power Field:the Domination and Purport of University Academic Evaluation
Zhao Menglei
Due to the constant constraint of the power field on academic research, the free production field of higher education organizations, research institutions and individual teachers is subject to the control and discipline of the power hierarchy symbols. The evaluation symbols such as the differences of journals, the grades of papers, the levels of projects and the grades of professional titles under the regulation severely restrict the internal characteristics of academic production in universities or scientific research institutions, which makes another evaluation mechanism appear under the condition of the continuous development of academic research and power field. The rank symbol of power has the function of exchange, which can be used as the general equivalent to carry out equivalent exchange with the academic. The inner binding of the power field to academic research constantly induces its academic research to match the symbols of the power level field, in order to encourage them to get the corresponding academic capital; In the view of power hierarchy symbols, when there is a paradox between real and false scholarship, the field discipline academic research into a kind of stray. In view of this,it is necessary to strengthen the guidance of academic habitus to construct a clean and upright academic research atmosphere, avoid the shackles of the power field on academic evaluation, pay attention to the implementation of the structural management mechanism of academic evaluation, and improve the internal self-discipline of scholars.

128 Congruence Effects of Servant Leadership Supply-Need Fit on Creativity:the Roles of Intrinsic Motivation and Proactive Personality
Li Miaomiao,Tian Qitao,Kwan Ho Kwong
Although the effectiveness of servant leadership depends on the congruence of leaders and subordinates fit, the current research limits to examine the impact of servant leadership from the single perspective: either the leader′s or subordinate′s. Based on the person-environment fit paradigm, the study empirically tests the congruence effects of servant leadership supply-need fit on creativity, and explores the mediating effect of followers′ intrinsic motivation and the moderating effect of followers′ proactive personality. A dyad of 200 leaders and 726 followers were involved to conduct analysis by combining polynomial regression and response surface method. The results are concluded: servant leadership with high supply and high need fit fosters more followers′ intrinsic motivation than those with low supply and low need; followers′ intrinsic motivation mediates the relationship between servant leadership supply-need fit and creativity; followers′ proactive personality has a nonsignificant moderating effect on the relationship between servant leadership supply-need fit and followers′ intrinsic motivation.

136 TMT Heterogeneity,Team Conflict and Enterprise Green Performance:an Integrated Analysis Framework of the Moderating Effect of Diversity CEO Leadership Styles
Ren Xiangwei,Sun Liwen,Xing Liyun
Based on upper echelons theory and so on, from the perspective of factors integration analysis, such as TMT heterogeneity, in view of the discussion on the mechanism of green performance driven by TMT, the paper tries to construct the theoretical model of TMT heterogeneity, team conflicts and enterprise green performance under the moderating of diversity CEO leadership styles.Using Bootstrapping, hierarchical regression and other methods to empirically test the driving factors' mechanism and boundaries of TMT heterogeneity. The results show that:①Both TMT heterogeneity and task conflicts have significant positive effects on promoting green performance of enterprises, and the task conflicts plays a part of intermediary effect in the relationship between TMT heterogeneity and enterprise green performance, while relationship conflicts have significant negative effect on enterprise green performance. It shows that heterogeneous top management team has more diverse ideas, the members of the top management team analyze and integrate these views, and then acting on green performance, however, while relationship conflicts between members can weaken the process;②The transformational CEO leadership style plays a negative moderating effect in the relationship between task conflict and enterprise green performance, it shows the importance of appropriate guidance and care, streamlining administration and instituting decentralization for transformational CEO, in order to ensure that the members of the top management team express their views fully. The transactional CEO leadership style also plays a negative moderating effect between relationship conflict and enterprise green performance,it indicates the reward and punishment are important measures for transactional CEO to reduce the intensity of emotional conflicts and enhance team cohesion.
