The Influence of Organizational Dual Learning in Service Outsourcing on Suppliers' Innovation Ability |

Abstract Responding to market competition by enhancing its own innovation capabilities has become an important strategic choice for most service outsourcing suppliers. Based on social network theory and organizational learning theory, using the 174 effective matching survey data of contracting companies and supplier companies, to explore the impact of organizational dual learning on supplier innovation capabilities, and to verify the regulatory role of contract governance and relationship governance mechanisms. The results found that: ①exploratory learning and utilization learning have a positive impact on supplier innovation capabilities; ②relationship governance mechanism plays a positive role in the relationship between organizational dual learning and supplier innovation capabilities; ③contract governance mechanism is in There is a negative moderating effect in the relationship between organizational dual learning and supplier innovation capabilities. The research results help to clarify the internal mechanism of organizational dual learning affecting suppliers' innovation capabilities, and have certain reference significance for Chinese service outsourcing companies to effectively use different organizational learning methods to enhance their independent innovation capabilities.
