    The dark side of innovation have drawn increasing attention from both scholars of organizational science and practitioners of management. First, we disscussed the difference and the relationships between creativity and innovation. Second, we proposed some possible negative impacts of innovation at the individual, organizational, and societal levels. Thirdly, we discussed the reasons that could lead innovation to pruduce negative effect, including the stimulation of negative factors and the moderator variables. Finally, future research, we suggested, should therefore attempt to model both the positive and negative sides to innovation, and integrative models should encapsulate these in ways that allow them to be considered in relation to innovation antecedents, processes, and outcome.

    The rapid development of the "sharing economy" has caught attention from the industry and academia.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation, effects and existing problems of sharing economy.Based on the "decreasing and compensating" law in evolution, this paper claims that sharing economy is obliged to be appear as a passive innovation to solve the "resource matching" problem by means of technologies.The development of the sharing economy is a process of "disintermediation" and "re-intermediation".After analyzing the key contents including dynamic pricing mechanism, freedom mechanism and bilateral constrain mechanism,corresponding strategies for developing sharing economy are put forward combining its and the socialization, professional and B2B trend.

    The cooperation between colleges and enterprises can effectively promote the transformation of technological achievements, and how to develop a reasonable pricing model for the successful transfer of technology between universities and enterprises has played a key role. The transplantation model based on transfer of university and enterprise, has combined with the enterprise's participation. According to the transplantation model, we construct the expectation utility function of the universities and enterprises. Finally, through the empirical solution, we can verify the model and the reality of fit. It has certain practical significance for universities to establish a rational pricing model.

    This paper examines the impact of government R&D subsidies on enterprise's R&D investment with the propensity score matching method. The empirical result shows that the government R&D subsidies has an inducing effect on enterprise's R&D investment. Then, it uses the propensity score matching method to further test the differences of inductive effects of government R&D subsidies under different financing constraints. The empirical results show that in the context of strong financing constraints, government R&D investment subsidies can stimulate enterprises to increase their R&D intensity more effectively, the inductive effects become even stronger.

    Based on provincial data of full-time equivalent of R&D personnel, expenditure on R&D, number of patent granted, technology market turnover and new product sales revenue from 2001 to 2013,this paper used principal component analysis method to calculate provincial comprehensive evaluation index of innovation capability, and calculated innovation capability of three major economic zone based on the comprehensive evaluation index, and then discussed regional disparity and distribution dynamics of three major economic zone with Dagum's Gini coefficient and Kernel density estimation method. The study found that the level of innovation capability of three major economic zone is rising. The innovation capability of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River economic zone is higher than the national average level, and the innovation capability of Belt and Road along the province (city, autonomous region) is lower than national average. Gini coefficient and its decomposition result suggest that the regional disparity of innovation capability is increasing .After 2005,internal disparity of regions is the major source of overall inequality. Kernel density estimation indicates that although innovation capability of China and three economic zone is improving, regional disparity continues to expand.

    Vertical specialization division of labor has emerged as an important form of international division of labor with the further deepening of the fragmentation of industrial organization and it's global layout.As China's third largest trading partner,ASEAN is also the focus of Chinese production capacity output and construction of regional production network.We measured vertical specialization division of labor of CAFTA through the data of cross-border input-output and international trade data,analyzed the influence factors of vertical specialization in China-ASEAN manufacturing industry through panel data of manufacturing industries.The study found that market structure or market concentration degree is the most important factor,R&D and density of technical input and industrial openness are also the important factors in the vertical specialization of China-ASEAN manufacturing industry.

    To improve the efficiency of the implementation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy, this article evaluates Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region culture industry resources allocation efficiency using DEA method. And the results show that the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region culture industry is not balanced, the allocation of resources in Beijing is the best, Tianjin fluctuates in the resource allocation efficiency, and the allocation of resources in Hebei is the worst. In addition, through the comparison with Yangtze River Delta region, the study also finds that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei also has certain gap in terms of resource allocation efficiency. On the basis of the study, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region culture industry resources target adjustment and improvement scheme are studied. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve resource distribution efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region culture industry.

    In this paper, from the entry point of industrial robot industry, we excavated and retrieved industrial robot patent data by the use of TDA, Matlab software with a search range of Derwent patent database, then depicted a comprehensive and detailed industrial robot industry patent map of China. The Map had a comprehensive analysis of industrial robots of China in terms of patent application year, agencies, state of the art distribution, patented technology cycle and the differences compared with the world cycle, to provide reliable industry technology intelligence for industrial robot patent portfolio of China.

    Based upon the evolutionary reform of China's Defense Industry, this article looks into the driving force and their motivation in Civil-military Integration. A Dynamic Game Model is then used to analyze the behavior of key roles such as governments, firms and funds, the overall system of conditions conducive to the development of civil-military integration and policy recommendations. Including the introduction of park-based management model to achieve the integration of local military and civilian leadership and military-oriented state-owned enterprise incentive compatibility; leveraging the state-owned investment and operation of the pilot companies to promote mixed ownership and strengthen the industrial chain collaboration and sharing; reflect the "light approval of supervision" Through the "dry school, learn to dry" to eliminate lazy style of work, improve the market order.

    Different relationships among explorative and exploitative market learning, radical and incremental innovation, and efficient and effective firm performance are discussed. Empirical research based on 303 paired Chinese enterprises indicates that incremental innovation positively influences radical innovation, competitiveness strategy uniqueness positively moderates this relationship; explorative market learning affects radical innovation more strongly than exploitative market learning, but exploitative market learning affects incremental innovation more strongly than explorative market learning; the interaction between explorative and exploitative market learning positively influences radical and incremental innovation, but stronger for radical innovation; radical innovation influences efficient and effective firm performance more strongly than incremental innovation.

    According to the studies of previous scholars, the degree of technical relevance and complementarity has a significant influence on technological M&A performance. Does this mean that different types of M&A will affect the performance of Chinese enterprises after technological M&A? This paper uses the data of 219 technological M&A of Chinese enterprises from 2006 to 2015 to do empirical analysis and robust test. The result indicates that horizontal technological M&A have a negative effect on Chinese enterprises' performance, while vertical technological M&A have a promoting effect and conglomerate technological M&As are not significant. Thus, Chinese enterprises should reserve enough capital before conducting horizontal technological M&A and motivate R&D personnel after M&As to improve the independent R&D efficiency. And Chinese enterprises should increase technological complementary M&As. For conglomerate technological M&As, Chinese enterprises should be familiar with the knowledge of the target technology and avoid the outflow of talent employee.

    Based on the literature at home and abroad, this study built the relation framework of characteristic, behavior and performance. Using the 227 CEO as the research sample, this paper made an empirical analysis of the relationship between regulatory focus of CEO and enterprise performance by constructing the structural equation model, and selected green innovation as a mediating variable. The results showed that: the CEO promotion focus had a positive effect on corporate performance, while the prevention focus had a negative effect; green product innovation and green process innovation both had significant positive effect on firm performance; green product innovation and green process innovation played part mediating role between promotion focus and firm performance.

    This study aims to discover the effect of transformational leadership on researchers' engagement. It collects data from 186 researchers from 4 universities and 1 research institution, and uses established measures to capture key variables.Multiple regression is employed to analyze data. Regression analysis shows that transformational leadership is positively associated with work engagement,and it is moderated by challenge job demand. In addition, intrinsic motivation fully mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement. Moreover,mediated moderating analysis find that challenge job demand moderates the effect of intrinsic motivation on work engagement negatively. So the challenge job demand moderating effect of transformational leadership on work engagement is negative and indirect. Then contributions, practical implications and limitations are discussed.

    From both the political and legal system environment and the financial environment, this paper analyzes the impact of institutional environments on the entrepreneurship. Through the empirical study, we found that: the quality of government administration has an positive effect on both the innovation entrepreneurship, entrepreneur entrepreneurship, and the comprehensive entrepreneurship; the business legal environment, financial environment and entrepreneurial spirit are negatively correlated; the financial environment has a positive moderating effect in the relationship between the government administrative management and the innovation entrepreneurship, but has an negative moderating effect in the relationship between the business legal environment and the entrepreneur entrepreneurship.

    Based on the policy tool theory of Rothwell and Zegveld,took the policy text of "13th Five-Year" science and technology innovation planning in China and "America Innovation Strategy 2015" as the research objects,this paper made a comparative study of the policy tools of the two countries innovation strategic planning. The results show that the environmental policy tools are the most frequently used both in China and the US,and the ratio of environmental policy tools in China is higher than that in the United States; the proportion of supply-type policy tools in the two countries is similar,but the internal structure of China's supply-type policy tools is not reasonable; the demand-based policy tools are the least used in both countries,and the demand-based policy instruments in China are particularly low. Compared with the United States,China has some disadvantages such as over-overflow,misplacement and vacancy in the use of individual policy tools. Therefore,this paper draws lessons from the experience of policy tools using in America,and puts forward suggestions for improving the layout of policy tools for China's strategic planning.

    Based on the Entropy method and Bayesian Stochastic Frontier Analysis model, this paper measures the efficiency of sci-tech & finance integration of provinces in China from the aspect of comprehensive outputs from 2001 to 2014. Then this paper analyses the factors that influence the efficiency of sci-tech & finance integration in China based on Panel data econometric model. Based on the researches in this paper, some conclusions can be drawn as follows that the research on the weights of the three sci-tech outputs based on the entropy method shows that every output index has different weights in different years and each output index account for a large proportion in the total output. Therefore, only considering the three sci-tech outputs comprehensively can measure the efficiency of sci-tech & finance integration in China objectively, the efficiency of sci-tech & finance integration in 30 provinces has been increased over time, but the increase range is very different among provinces, the national finance expenditure on sci-tech, the venture capital investment and the capital market financing for sci-tech have significant positive effect on the efficiency of sci-tech & finance integration in China, while the sci-tech loan from banking industry have a significant negative effect on the efficiency of sci-tech & finance integration in China. With the researches above, this paper hopes to provide some theoretical basis for the optimal allocation of financial resources.

    Our country is in the midst special historical process of the energy revolution and equipment manufacturing towards intellectual manufacturing, causing the development problems of new energy equipment manufacturing towards intellectual manufacturing, which attracts more and more attention from scholars.This article constructs influencing factors index system of intellectual development in new energy equipment manufacturing industry from four dimensions of technology innovation, digital integration, connectivity and manufacturing transition, and use the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight to evaluate the degree of the influence factors on the intellectual development of the new energy equipment manufacturing industry. The empirical result shows that the impact of digital integration and connectivity on the intellectual development of new energy equipment manufacturing industry in our country is bigger, and technology innovation and transformation take second place.

    From the perspective of measurement,the definition of 'risk' and 'uncertainty' could be defined from the perspective of measurement.The risk was called the probability of occurrence of an event could be measured,and the uncertainty was called the probability of occurrence of an event couldn't be measured.And then,this paper divided the ability of entrepreneur into static capabilities and dynamic capabilities based on the different ways to dealing with risk and uncertainty.The dynamic capabilities of entrepreneur were to create a new production function.It was suitable for dealing with uncertainty problems.However,the static capabilities were suitable to deal with the risky problems.At last,this paper made an empirical analysis on the influence factors of dynamic capabilities.The conclusions are as follows:compared to women entrepreneurs,male entrepreneurs have a higher probability of using dynamic capabilities.The dynamic capabilities of entrepreneur are positive to enterprise governance experience and negative to political working experience.However,the relationship between dynamic capabilities and abroad experience is not clear.

    Development of Internet plus and the implementation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation provide opportunities for college students to participate in entrepreneurship and innovation,the innovation of college students is beneficial to promote innovation-driven economic development in China. Based on the analysis of the college students' innovative decision-making and innovation behavior evolution in crowd innovation mode,this study constructed an evolutionary game between the innovative demanders and university students. System dynamics method was used to further describe the decision process on both sides. The model was then simulated by Vensim,results show that strategic choices of university students and innovative demanders are interactive,if only one side choose Nash equilibrium strategy,the two sides cannot reach evolutionary equilibrium. When innovative demanders' participation strategy probability is greater than 0.2,or probability of college students innovations be adopted is greater than 0.5,the system will eventually achieve evolutionary equilibrium.Finally,targeted suggestions was put forward to improve the level of college students' innovative undertaking from the perspectives of college students and the government,such as putting emphasis on effective communication and positive interaction,actively participating in the innovation skills training,promoting the development of the maker space.

    There are some problems in the technology innovation, including low efficiency, hard to find the correct direction of technology innovation, traditional technology transformation path is not smooth, technology and market docking is difficult and so on. Along with the rapid development of global big data technology in recent, the paper proposes the model of intelligent technology innovation based on TRIZ theory and big data, which is expected to solve these problems. In the paper, it takes the patent technology development for example, analyzes the role of TRIZ theory and big data prediction in technical requirements, discusses the application of the TRIZ theory, data mining and collaborative innovation in technology research and development, and studies the important position of patent operation platform in the technology market. In order to achieve the goal of accelerating technological innovation and technology transformation, it uses the TRIZ theory and big data to correlate technical demand, technology research and development and technology market, and make seamless docking between them.

    This paper reviewed the analysis of network structure of technology, determination of core technology and the emergence of new technology, the methods of technology integration and diffusion, analyzed co-occurrence analysis standardization tools of the past scientometrics and patentometrics, according to the use of Jaccard similarity coefficient in the patentometrics, puts forward the concept of relative technological correlation and relative technological similarity, to improve the previous Jaccard Distance and Jaccard similarity coefficient, using Derwent patent manual code in the database to makes an empirical analysis, and made a comparison analysis with Jaccard similarity coefficient.

    The topic that innovation driven development has become the mainstream of world industry change,with which many innovation-related concepts has come into being.
