1 Innovation-driven Economic Growth: a Comparative Study of the Maker Model and the Traditional Innovation Model

Firstly, this paper sort out the global development history of makers and compare the difference between the traditional innovation process and the maker mode. Based on that it builds a two-sector model of knowledge production to measure the economic growth effect resulting from the maker mode's deep knowledge exchange. Then the maker index is constructed in accordance with the above theoretical model to estimate the relative difference of economic growth effect rises from the different factors such as market, economic levels, and institutional arrangements etc under ideal conditions. Besides, the specific mechanisms between the economic growth and the two kinds of innovative modes are also discussed, including the suitable market types of each innovative modes.

6 Research on Risks and Evasion Strategy of Complex Technology Network Layout

Complex technology acts as a multi technology network system, its layout has potential risks from the horizontal dimension, vertical dimension and structural dimension. Based on the risk analysis of the three dimensional degree, we suggest from three aspects, such as the design of network cooperation, the system construction of technology network support fund and its management, the reform of technology property right system. The essay proposes the strategy and system design to deal with the risk of complex technology network. It is very helpful to understand the complex technological innovation network and strengthen management on the network risks.

13 A Study on Capture Process of Innovation Resources in the State Key Laboratory

Revealing the 9 phases at the capture process of innovation resources in the State Key Laboratory based on C State Key Laboratory, including information searching, evaluating, associating, attaching, importing, digesting, assimilating, re-innovating and towing. Basis on resources-based theory, synergy innovation theory and innovation network theory, the paper condenses a general theoretical model about capture process of innovation resources in the State Key Laboratory -SBIP model, and points out the main directions deeply researched in the future. The SBIP model derived from the research has theoretical significance at expanding and enriching the existing literature, while has practical significance at enhancing the quality and quantity of innovation resources to ensure and improve the State Key Laboratory's innovation capability by perfecting the capture process of innovation resources in the State Key Laboratory.

19 Technology Habitual Domains' Evolution Based on Strategic Selection of Ambidextrous Innovation

Under the hypercompetitive environments, enterprise's quick response to environmental changes, new products and new technology development are key to its survival. Therefore, in innovation practice, how to apply exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation is particularly important for enterprises(explorative innovation and exploitative innovation are concluded as ambidextrous innovation in this paper). This paper uses case study method to explore the relationship between technology habitual domains' evolution rule and strategic selection of ambidextrous innovation based on technology habitual domains' evolution. This study selects the case of Jiangsu Hengli High Pressure Oil Cylinder Co. Ltd.'s ambidextrous innovation strategic selection from 2004 to 2013, to discuss how enterprises select ambidextrous innovation strategy at each stage of technology habitual domains' evolution, in order to provide a theoretical base for enterprises' innovation strategic selection from an endogenous perspective.

26 Research of Institutional Entrepreneurship:Based on the Stakeholder Perspectives

Previous studies have pointed out that stakeholders may affect the process of the institutional entrepreneurship , but there was a lack of analysis about the theoretical basis and the mechanism of this influence. Based on the summary and analysis of former reseaches, this paper puts forward three basic elements-the field, resources and legitimacy, and explores how stakeholders influence the progress of institutional entrepreneurship. This study has some theoretical implications for the follow-up scholars, if they attempt to study how institutional entrepreneurs use relevant strategies to obtain resources and legitimacy based on the stakeholder perspective.

32 Relationship between S&T Achievements from Three Main Parts of Technological Innovation and Economic Growth in China

According to analysis on the composition of main parts of technological innovation and each part's research traits and corresponding economic benefit, this paper further analyzes the situation about relationship between main parts of technological innovation and economic increase. Bases on China's time series data from 1986 to 2011, uses vector autoregressive model, granger causality test, impulse response function and variance decomposition method, and dynamically analyzes relationship between S&T achievements from main parts of technological innovation and economic growth in China. Study shows that S&T achievements from enterprise have best effect on economic growth, and university is in second place. But research institutions have little push on economic growth compared with enterprises and universities. Combining with empirical analysis on China's output effect of S&T achievements from different main parts of technological innovation, puts forward relevant strategies to realize overall effect of S&T achievements from main parts of technological innovation for achieving most positive effects on economic growth and finally makes a contribution to further study on industry, university and research cooperation and construction of nation innovation system.

40 Research about Win-win Balance Between Environmental Protection and Economic Development of Chinese Provinces

By the use of Meta frontier-DEA model, combined with Malmquist Luenberger index, this paper investigates the achievements of 29 Chinese provinces about win-win balance between environmental protection and economic development from the perspective of environmental efficiency. Both of the environmental technology heterogeneity and the potential efficiency between different provinces have been thoroughly analyzed. Simultaneously, the dynamic changes of the efficiency have also been considered. The empirical result shows that only a few provinces have achieved a win-win situation, the environmental technologies of provinces in three different groups present significant differences, both of the technical and management factors are important sources of potential environmental efficiency. These results can help local governments make related policy and promote coordinated development of environment management and technology progress, sequentially achieving a win-win balance between environmental protection and economic development.

52 An Analysis of Evolution Process of Patent Studies in China

This paper adopts statistical data of periodical literature to roughly describe the evolution process of patent research in China,and briefly discusses the historical inevitability of scientifically managing the research findings of patent to create patent study. According to the research content,this paper identifies patent study to be an interdisciplinary subject between two blocks of knowledge:mathematical natural science and philosophic social science,to explore its status in the scientific knowledge system,namely,the attribution relation of patent science. Finally,through the construction of disciplinary structure of patent study,this paper analyzes the differentiation and derivative clues of several branch subjects of patent study in a period of the future.

This study uses statistical methods to analyze the shifts in Humanities and Social Science power. According to the results,it shows that the Humanities and Social Science power of the word indeed transferred,and till the end of the 20th century it has transferred more than 10 times between the UK,Italy,France,Germany and the United States. This paper also expounds and analyzes the characteristics of Humanities and Social Science power,such as the prime time interval,the competitiveness and the transfer model;Finally,discusses the average number of the humanities and social scientists in each prime time,it shows that the average number growth since the 15th century present law of exponential.

64 Duality of Total Factor Networks and Formation & Evolution Mechanism of Industrial Cluster

Factors for industrial development require the carriers such as knowledge network, social network, internet of things and value network. Based on analysis of linkage and integration of the four networks and the relationship between integration and organization of industrial cluster, a new notion total factor network is proposed and its structure and framework are analyzed. Then, the duality of total factor network is studied. For one thing, its virtual image is knowledge sharing and computing network; for another, its real image is distributed network for factor storage. There are relevant and mapping relationship between virtual and real image. Finally, the formation and evolution mechanisms of industrial cluster are analyzed based on virtual or real complement and replacement. These would be important to sustainable development of industrial cluster from total factor network's optimization perspective.

It presented a new research framework based on previous papers and Industry-University-Research cooperation in China,and it explored the model of collaborative innovation from the two dimensions of situational and procedural perspective.The situational context included three levels of cultural situation,knowledge situation and value situation.The process context included three stages of cooperation power,collaboration interface and cooperation results.It noted that collaborative innovation network is an open,supra-regional innovation network,then it integrated a Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation model based on the Chinese scene,and it theoretically confirmed the 2011 program is a China-based innovation model scenario using case studies.

75 Study on Industrial Technological Features of Crowding-out Effect on Employment in Technical Progress

Based On analyzing the mechanism of the crowding-out effect on employment in technical progress,we measured the effect through a extended C-D production function model.We chose five variables,such as the labor intensity, to describe the industrial technological characteristics, then established the industrial technology factors model of extrude employment effects on this basis.The empirical analysis of the data from our manufacturing 25 industry segments shows: labor intensity of employment has a negative effect on extrude employment effects.It suggests that labor-intensive industries have a difficulty in labor saving through technological progress.And then,we provided a theoretical reference for an arrangement of the path transfer on labor-ntensive industries.

80 Change in China's Public Agricultural R&D Investment and Its International Comparison

This paper analyzes the status and trends of China's public agricultural R&D investments, makes international comparison from the perspective of BRIC countries and emerging countries. Studies show that China's public agricultural R&D investment made a rapid growth and at the head of the BRIC countries and emerging countries, while the stability of the investment is not optimistic, and the investment intensity is clearly insufficient; public agricultural R&D investments mainly focus on government departments and supporting agriculture and Services sectors of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery. Government should increase public agricultural R&D investment intensity, ensure investment stability, make funds tilted to forestry, animal husbandry and fishery and encourage private sector investment.

86 The Influence of Enterprise Resources on New Ventures' CVC Decision

Corporate venture capital (CVC) is the main path of enterprise denotative development. Recently, the new ventures listed on Chinese GEM are active to choose CVC strategies, enterprise resources are the important factors that influence the enterprises choose CVC strategy. This paper based on 204 manufacturing enterprises listed on Chinese GEM from 2009 to 2011, through collecting the CVC data of these companies from 2010 to 2014. Analyze the impact of enterprise technology resources, financial resources and reputation resources on new ventures' CVC decision. The study found that: the technical resources and financial resources promoted new ventures to choose CVC strategy, reputation resources is no significant difference among venture investment decisions to the company.

91 Relationship Network, Dynamic Capabilities and Internationalization Performance of SMEs

Based on firm international network theory and the theory of entrepreneurship, through the empirical study on 108 samples from Shaanxi, Zhejiang and Jiangsu, elaborates entrepreneurial relationship impacts on the internationalization performance of SMEs and the mediating effects of enterprise dynamic capabilities. The results showed that: foreign horizontal relationship and domestic vertical relationship have a significant positive effect on enterprise internationalization performance, foreign vertical relationship has a significant negative effect and no significant effect does domestic horizontal Relationship have; all the four dimensions of dynamic capabilities play a perfect intermediating role in entrepreneurial horizontal relationship impacts enterprise internationalization performance; searching and absorbing capability, transforming and integrative capability and change and innovation capability play roles of imperfect mediators in entrepreneurial vertical Relationship impacts on enterprise internationalization performance; while networking and cooperating capability has no intermediating effect.

103 The Impact of the Different Work Value Pursuit on Innovation Behavior

This study explore the causing mechanism of creative behavior, based on the perspective of work values. Using more than 352 questionnaires, the empirical results from hierarchical multiple regression found that work values has a significant effect on innovative behavior, comfort and security (Comfort) has a significant negative impact on innovative behavior, competence and growth (Competence) has a significant positive impact on innovative behavior, status and independence (Status) also has a significant positive impact on innovative behavior. Innovation climate moderated the relationship between Comfort and innovative behavior, which means that comfort and security making less negative influence on innovative behavior in the situation of higher innovation climate. Innovation climate also moderated the relationship between Status and innovative behavior, status and independence made the largest influence on innovative behavior in the situation of higher innovation climate.

124 Empirical Study on Evaluation Index of Patent Cooperation Capability for University Based on Data of Collaborative Patents from Guangdong Province

Patent cooperation capability is an important component for technology innovation capability for university as well as key factors for university competitiveness.This study proposes a method to evaluate such capability based on both breadth cooperation and depth cooperation,breadth cooperation capability assessed by collaborative patent applications and the number of collaborative enterprises,depth cooperation capability assessed by cooperation rate,collaborative strength and times of activity period.The weight of indexes determined by Entropy Method,the empirical analysis based on data of collaborative patents from 16 representative universities in Guangdong province concludes that patent cooperation capacity for universities in Guangdong province has big differences among the same type or the same level universities,capability not being related to Universities level and geographic location,lacking of long-term patent cooperation as well.The study results have value of strong reference for universities how to enhance cooperation with industry and strengthen technology innovation capability,while providing a sound basis for decision making for governments to perfect mechanism of protection and incentives for cooperation.

130 Relationship between Challenge-Hindrance Pressure and Employee Creativity:the Mediating Role of Work Involvement

There is a serious divergence of the relationship between working pressure and employees' creativity in management's domain,the study of its mechanism is also at the exploration stage.Through the survey data of 394 employees,the results showed that challenging pressure has a significant positive influence on employee creativity,hindrance pressure has significant negative effects on employees' creativity;Work involvement fully mediates the process;Perceived organizational support weakening challenges-hindrance pressure effect on the work involvement.

Because technology enterprises have technical content and entrepreneurial threshold, entrepreneurs mainly is employed technology personnel. Technical personnel in the entrepreneurial decisions will face many concerns, including the abandonment of the opportunity cost of existing work, technology shares interests distribution pattern, the venture may face various problems and so on. While there are many impacts of technology entrepreneurial intention factors, but can be summarized in two factors: the personal traits and entrepreneurial environment. In this paper, the researchers constructed a model of factors of entrepreneurial intention, concluded the entrepreneurial capacity of researchers, access to resources, risk tolerance, and good policy environment, investment and financing environment, marketing support system, entrepreneurship education support system all positively related to entrepreneurial intention. But most researchers in the entrepreneurial attitude is still cautious side, should create policy support in the form of a variety of entrepreneurship, eliminate entrepreneurs' concerns.

142 Study on Spatial Knowledge Radiate Effects of Knowledge Field Based on Knowledge Attributes and Field Theory: Taking the Yangtze River Delta as an Example

Knowledge flows is unevenly distributed in time and space with field effect. It has constructed a knowledge field which was gathered by multinational R&D center clustering based on knowledge attributes. Then, it has established a field sources index system and model for determination of strength from 5 aspects which are knowledge stock, knowledge construction, knowledge level, knowledge distribution and knowledge flows to do measurement and analysis field sources in Shanghai. The results show that there are conspicuous knowledge radiation effects for source field cities to surrounding area, but there is a big room for improvement. Finally, on the basis of research, it proposes strategy to strengthen the conspicuous knowledge radiation effects.

148 The Nomological Network Research about Knowledge Sharing and Knowledge Hiding among the Staffs from I-U Cooperative Organizations

This paper establishes a nomological network to analysis the relationship between knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding among the staffs from I-U cooperative organizations, we choose six immediate antecedents from three different aspect , including knowledge, subject and circumstance. Set knowledge ambiguity as knowledge, self-efficacy, organization based self-esteem, meta-competence and psychological ownership as subject, incorporating fairness and chaxu atmosphere as circumstance, and the knowledge spillover of I-U as immediate result. Then the nomolmogical network is analyzed by hierarchical regression, We reduce the dimensionality of data by Projection pursuit, and we test multi-mediating effect by Mackinnon and Multivariate delta method. It turns out that there are differences between knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding, they are two independent constructs. Knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding are both mediating variables between immediate antecedents and immediate result.
