Relationship between Challenge-Hindrance Pressure and Employee Creativity:the Mediating Role of Work Involvement |

Abstract There is a serious divergence of the relationship between working pressure and employees' creativity in management's domain,the study of its mechanism is also at the exploration stage.Through the survey data of 394 employees,the results showed that challenging pressure has a significant positive influence on employee creativity,hindrance pressure has significant negative effects on employees' creativity;Work involvement fully mediates the process;Perceived organizational support weakening challenges-hindrance pressure effect on the work involvement.
