On the basis of the interview of knowledge employees' innovation behavior, this paper analyzed the connotation of knowledge employees' perception of innovation ability, and developed a multidimensional measurement scale of knowledge employees' perception of innovation ability in Chinese context. The questionnaire was used to test the reliability and validity of the scale by the two phase survey. The results showed that the scale included 5 dimensions, including professional planning ability, continuous learning ability, active change ability, selfefficacy, and risk tolerance ability. The results not only help to clarify the dimensions of the perception of innovation ability of employees and predict the innovative behavior of employees, but also help individuals and organizations to guide and shape the creative ability of knowledge employees.
