1 The Test of Management Innovation′s Effectiveness and Its Realization Paths

In the strategical context of innovation-driven development,management innovation becomes an important source of sustainable competitiveness for enterprises.By constructing a system for evaluating management innovation capability and effect,220 enterprises that have won the "national enterprise management innovation achievements" award in 2017 are taken as research samples to appraise the level of management innovation capability and effect and measure the relationships between them by using the method of linear regression analysis,in order to answer a scientific question “is management innovation effective?”.The results show that management innovation is always effective from the perspectives of self-report and third-party report,and it is beneficial to the advancement of comprehensive strength through the mediating role of the realization of innovation effect.The research results are in favor of the confidence of enterprises promoting management innovation,and would lead and motivate them to carry out the management innovation.

10 Research on Innovation Method by Combining from Microscopic Perspective

In the field of innovation management,most of the current researches on innovation focus on the macro level,and there are few studies conducted from the micro perspective.Among them,a model of knowledge reuse for innovation based on rooted theory by Majchrzak et al.is a representative study at the micro level.However,this model still needs to be improved in operability.The specific performance is as follows: the "search" step uses a wide range of conceptual methods such as analogy and extension to locate,lacking specific search path; the "analysis" step does not give a specific combinatorial analysis tool that can be implemented.This paper mainly expands the two aspects of this model: ①draws on the concept of "information patch","information clue" and "information utility / interaction cost" in information foraging theory,the concept of " attributes similarity" and "relationship similarity" in structural mapping theory and the theory of relevance,constructs an innovative search model and makes the “search” step of the original model more specific; ②introducts the innovation matrix in the "analysis" step of the original model to make this step easier to implement.

19 The Demand and Construction of Innovation Culture of Enterprise Strategic Orientation under the Sharing Economy

Based on the interactive relationship between sharing economy and corporate strategic orientation and culture,this paper reveals the role of innovation culture in promoting corporate strategic orientation under sharing economy.Based on the existing innovation elements,i.e.innovation gene,innovation talents and innovation environment,innovation technology and innovation resources,this paper discusses the demand of enterprise strategic orientation for innovation culture under the sharing economy.By analyzing the conservative farming culture and the self-sufficient consciousness of small farmers in China,we can reflect on the restriction of traditional culture.Finally,combined with the theory of cultural evolution,the paper studies the concept culture,system culture and utensil culture,and then constructs the innovation culture,so as to promote the effective implementation of the strategic orientation of enterprises under the sharing economy,so as to promote the state and enterprises to take measures from the aspects of concept change,system construction and technological innovation,so as to realize the sustainable and healthy development of the sharing economy and enterprises.

Innovation has become a new engine to stimulate regional economic development since the traditional driving force is gradually off the stage.When thinking about the development path of each regions within innovation era,new economic theory is required in order to explain,to guide and to construct the development pattern transformation in each region.Smart specialization can be understood as a new economic theory which can provide an innovative framework to explain how the regional resources can be an endogenous power of regional innovation-driven development.The logic of smart specialization follows a continuation process of deepening,diversifying and specializing of more general innovation strategies,with consideration of regional specifies and inter-regional characteristics,to restart economic growth by leveraging innovation led/knowledge-based investments in regions.This paper explained the relationship between regional resource agglomeration and regional innovation-driven development based on the logic of smart specialization,which is resources embeddedness andconnecedness; technical and economic attributes of resources and resources supporting degree.

44 Analysis of Regional Entrepreneurship,Spatial Spillover and Economic Growth

This paper uses the provincial panel data of China from 2005 to 2017 to study the effect of entrepreneurship and regional economic growth by establishing a spatial Dubin model based on different spatial weight matrices.The results show that the level of regional economy in China presents a significant spatial auto-correlation; The improvement of the quality of opportunistic entrepreneurship has a significant pulling effect on regional economic growth,which will promote economic growth within the region and adjacent areas of entrepreneurship,but may inhibit economic growth between geographically adjacent regions; demand-based entrepreneurship,to some extent,will restrict regional economic development and may inhibit economic growth within the region,but it will promote economic growth between geographically adjacent regions; Among the control variables,the human capital has the strongest promotion effect on economic growth and the largest spillover effect.

51 Spatial and Time Correlation Analysis of Ecological Protection Efficiency and Development Efficiency of Science and Technology Service Industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

On the basis of defining the efficiency of ecological protection,the evaluation indicators were constructed,and the science and technology service industry was divided into three sub-sectors.The main research objects are 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The input and output data of 2010-2017 were collected.Super-efficient DEA model and window analysis were used to evaluate the ecological protection efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the development efficiency of the science and technology service industry.The spatial measurement model was used to analyze the influence of the latter on the former.The research results show that the ecological protection efficiency and the development efficiency of science and technology services of the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt vary significantly; the efficiency of scientific research and technology service industry has a positive impact on the ecological protection efficiency of the local and surrounding areas; the efficiency of science and technology capital service industry positively influence the local ecology protection efficiency,but puts restraining effect on the ecological protection efficiency of its surrounding areas; the science and technology publicity service industry hasn't had a significant impact on the efficiency of ecological protection.Based on this,the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of the Yangtze River economic protection by improving the efficiency of the science and technology service industry were proposed.

59 The Enovation Ecology of R&D,Technology Renovation and Technology Import:The case of Chinese High-tech Industry

From the perspective of technology innovation input,through using technical innovation ecological characteristics and Lotka-Volterra model,this paper constructs a model of independent R&D (RD),Technology Renovation (TR) and Technology Import (TI),and based on the data of China statistics yearbook on hi-tech industry,makes empirical research to analyze the ecological relationship of China’s hi-tech industry.The study draws two conclusions.First,in high-tech industry overall TR can restrain RD,and RD can promote TR,and RD can promote TI and TI can promote RD,TI can promote TR and TR can restrain TI.Second,there are huge differences of ecological relationship of technology innovation in high-tech segment industry.This study has some directive significance for the optimization and adjustment of technological innovation in China’s hi-tech industries.

68 Risk or Opportunity:the Impact of Economic Policy Uncertainty on Breakthrough Innovation in Manufacturing Industry

Using the data of China's A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2010 to 2017,this study based on the theory of real options and the theory of macroeconomic policy uncertainty,which revealed the mechanism of the impact of economic policy uncertainty on breakthrough innovation in manufacturing.And from the perspective of behavioral finance,this paper examines the role of managers' overconfidence in regulating the relationship between the two.The results of the study show that economic policy uncertainty have a depressing effect on breakthrough innovation in manufacturing,and this inhibition is more pronounced in advanced manufacturing.Overconfidence of managers has weakened the inhibitory effect of economic policy uncertainty on manufacturing breakthroughs.Non-state-owned manufacturing enterprises are more affected by economic policy uncertainty than state-owned manufacturing enterprises,and the regulation of managers' overconfidence is more prominent in non-state-owned manufacturing enterprises.In addition,by further analyzing the impact of economic policy uncertainty on breakthrough innovation in manufacturing,it is found that financing constraints play a mediating role in economic policy uncertainty and breakthrough innovation.The conclusions of the study have certain implications for the manufacturing industry to reduce the risk of economic policy uncertainty and seek opportunities for high-quality development.

Obtaining high added value at the high end of the industrial chain is the only way to get rid of the "low-end lock".Different parts of the integrated circuit industry chain have different technical requirements and research and development needs,and the research and development cooperation after the embedded industry chain has not been discussed.From the perspective of industry chain,establish a research and development cooperation network of integrated circuit industry,adopt complex network theory and analysis method,analyze the network scale,small world,scale-free characteristics,node influence range and subject characteristics before and after embedded in the industry chain,and reveal The differences in the characteristics of R&D cooperation networks before and after the integration of the integrated circuit industry into the industrial chain and the characteristics of R&D cooperation provide suggestions for the enhancement of the competitiveness of China's integrated circuit industry.The results show that the development of the integrated circuit industry has obvious characteristics of R&D cooperation in value chain,and the network of core nodes in the network has a significant impact on the evolution of the industry around the fixed core enterprise.However,China is in the R&D cooperation network of IC industry chain.Has not yet formed an impact.

86 Academic Imprints,Network Routines and University Spin-off Companies' Industrial Embeddedness

In the entrepreneurial practice of university spin-off companies (USOs),lacking of cooperation tacit understanding has become an important obstacle to the industrial network embeddedness.In response to this problem,this paper adopts a new perspective of network routines.Starting from the heterogeneity brought by the academic creation background of USOs,we build the research model of “academic imprints - network routines - industrial network embeddedness”,and test the moderating effects of technological turbulence.The proposed theoretical hypotheses' model was empirical tested by means of a questionnaire survey conducted on 379 USOs and multiple linear regression.The results indicate that,the academic imprints of USOs have a positive effect on the establishment of network routines.At the same time,in the process of embedding into the industry,network routines have different effects on the two dimensions of industrial network embeddedness.Network routines are inverted U-shape related to structure embeddedness,but have a positive linear effect on relationship embeddedness.The technological turbulence positively moderates the relationship between “academic imprints - network routine establishment - industrial network relationship embeddedness”.

95 The Influence Mechanism of Relationship Quality on Enterprise Innovation Performance Based on R&D Outsourcing Situation

On the basis of relationship quality theory and dynamic capability theory,this study establishes a theoretical model of the influence mechanism of relationship quality on innovation performance in R&D outsourcing,and uses the structural equation model to conduct empirical tests based on 424 valid samples from nine service outsourcing demonstration cities in China.The results show that the dynamic ability of enterprises in R&D outsourcing has a significant positive effect on their innovation performance; the relationship quality has no significant direct effect on the enterprise innovation performance,but the relationship quality can promote the dynamic ability of enterprises by improving the degree of knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer,thus indirectly achieve the role of enterprise innovation performance.

Integrating organizational learning with dualistic innovation theory of exploration versus exploitation,this study discusses the influence of past success on future innovation.Based on the detailed patent data of Chinese manufacturing listed companies in 2000-2017,the results show that the successful innovation experience in the past is positively related to the number of patents applied for.However,when we divide innovation into exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation,we find that past success has a significant and negative impact on exploratory innovation.The test of indirect influencing factors shows that cooperative R&D among firms can promote the positive relationship between past successful innovation and subsequent innovation; the stronger the path dependence,the greater the promotion to the exploitative innovation,but the greater the obstacles to exploratory innovation from past successful experiences.This paper not only extends the research on enterprise success from a new perspective,but also provides an explanation mechanism for the current paradox of the influence of previous successful experience and subsequent innovation performance.It is also of great practical significance for enterprises to innovate better and maintain their long-term competitive advantage.Meanwhile,this paper also provides important practical significance for enterprises to innovate better and maintain their long-term competitive advantage.

115 An Empirical Research into the Influence of the Dynamic Capability on the IUR Collaboration Innovation Process from the Perspective of Knowledge Flow

In light of the circulation process of knowledge spinning beyond organizational boundaries of the Industry-University-Research(IUR),the IUR Collaboration Process can be divided into three progressive phases (Knowledge Sharing,Knowledge Creation and Knowledge Advantage) depending on the synergistic degree of innovation subject's knowledge behaviors.Based on this theory,the Dynamic Capability Theory (DCT) is introduced to build the hypothesis model of the Dynamic Capability influencing the knowledge flow of the IUR Collaboration Innovation Process.By studying a sample of size 235,it is found that,in the IUR Innovation Process,Knowledge Sharing has a significant positive effect on the formation of Knowledge Creation and Knowledge Advantage while Knowledge Creation has a significant positive effect on the formation of Knowledge Advantage; in terms of the influence of Dynamic Capability,it has a significant positive effect on both knowledge Commons and Knowledge whereas it has an insignificant effect on Knowledge Advantage.However,Dynamic Capability could indirectly affect the Knowledge Advantage via Knowledge Sharing and Creation between innovation subjects.The research illustrates that Dynamic Capability must be one of the root motives of formulating Knowledge Advantage.

124 Model and Computational Experiment Researchon the Evolution Mechanism of Knowledge Collaboration in Innovation Networks

Based on the symbiotic relationship classification between nodes in the innovation network,the entropy change theory,as well as the Lotka-Volterra model,construct the process mechanism model of knowledge collaboration among the nodes in innovation networks.Then,the model is analyzed by the MATLAB platform using the assignment method and the control variable method.The results show that the knowledge output level of the innovation network is affected by the following five factors: the natural growth rate of nodes,the cooperative willingness index between nodes,the competition index between nodes,the knowledge entropy of nodes,and the entropy of nodes.And the same factor have an inconsistent impact on the final level of knowledge innovation output when the nodes in different symbiotic relationships.

The Military-Civilian integration has entered a period of transition from initial integration to deep integration in China.It is necessary to grasp the macro development context,research situation and trend of civil-military integration,understand the breakthrough point of micro governance,and objectively and comprehensively study the current era characteristics of the Military-Civil integration.Based on data visualization,this paper takes Military-Civilian integration papers of the CSSCI and CSCD database as the research object,combs the research of Military-Civilian integration.This paper summarizes the research hotspots and the characteristics of the times.In view of the current domestic Military-Civilian integration constraints,this paper proposes the necessity of theoretical research on Military-Civilian integration governance.On this basis,by analyzing the requirements of Military-Civilian integration for "Unified","Integrated","New" and "Deep",this paper studies the connotation and orientation of Military-Civilian integration governance and Military-Civilian integration institutional changes,and establishes the theoretical framework of Military-Civilian integration governance.Both important means of governance have been established,including the cooperation governance and the institutional governance.It also considered the important role played by the institutional change of Military-Civilian integration.This can solve a series of constraints existing in the process of transition from general integration to deep integration,also improve the development path of civil military integration.This provides some reference for the high quality innovation and development of Military-Civilian integration in the new era.

144 Overqualification,Psychological Distance and Employee's Innovative Behavior:Cross-Layer Moderation Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility

Based on a questionnaire survey of 147 leaders and 445 employees of 22 companies in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Exploring whether the excess qualification affects and how it affects employee innovation behavior from the individual and enterprise levels.Investigating the mediating role of psychological distance in the process of over-qualification affecting employees' innovative behavior and the moderating role of corporate social responsibility in this process.The results of the study indicate that overqualification is negatively related to employee's innovative behavior.Psychological distance mediated the relationship between overqualification and employee's innovative behavior.Moreover,this mediating effect was moderated by corporate social responsibility.This paper puts forward the practice of management from three aspects: attaching importance to the psychological distance between employees and organizations,reducing the perception of overqualified employees and paying attention to corporate social responsibility.

The essence of innovation and entrepreneurship education is a dynamic reflection of the social service-oriented requirements of talent cultivation in colleges.In order to ensure the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the main influencing factors and the correlation between them are determined based on the field survey data of several local universities in Jiangxi province.This paper probes into the linear relationship between the service function of science and technology innovation and the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources in local colleges and universities by means of time series multiple regression analysis.Meanwhile,it interprets the exponential factors that may affect the service function of science and technology innovation in local colleges and universities under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education by using the ordered Probit model.The results of data analysis and verification of the model can provide theoretical support for the development of science and technology innovation services in local universities.Finally,the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and service function of scientific and technological innovation in local universities is discussed in depth,and the relevant conclusions and empirical analysis are given.
