Abstract Obtaining high added value at the high end of the industrial chain is the only way to get rid of the "low-end lock".Different parts of the integrated circuit industry chain have different technical requirements and research and development needs,and the research and development cooperation after the embedded industry chain has not been discussed.From the perspective of industry chain,establish a research and development cooperation network of integrated circuit industry,adopt complex network theory and analysis method,analyze the network scale,small world,scale-free characteristics,node influence range and subject characteristics before and after embedded in the industry chain,and reveal The differences in the characteristics of R&D cooperation networks before and after the integration of the integrated circuit industry into the industrial chain and the characteristics of R&D cooperation provide suggestions for the enhancement of the competitiveness of China's integrated circuit industry.The results show that the development of the integrated circuit industry has obvious characteristics of R&D cooperation in value chain,and the network of core nodes in the network has a significant impact on the evolution of the industry around the fixed core enterprise.However,China is in the R&D cooperation network of IC industry chain.Has not yet formed an impact.
