    According to the relationship between subject and object, this paper divides technology into symbolic technology, governance technology, engineering technology and life technology, and then demonstrates the four technologies and explores their theoretical implications. The guiding philosophy of Technological Development in China has gone through three stages: people's will theory, practical rationality and organic rationality. The four types of technological status are different in different stages, but they are not matched in general. Technological progress has two sides. The reason for the risk of social stability lies not only in its direct negative effect, but also in the change of social structure caused by the mismatch of four kinds of technologies, including the de-identification of cultural structure, the de-authorization of governance structure and the materialization of social life structure. These damages are like "ant-nest" encroachments on social order. The core of social stability lies in the matching and dynamic equilibrium of four kinds of technologies. From technological risk to technological order, we need to start with three ways: clarifying the symbolic technology, systematizing the governance technology and remodeling the concept of life technology.

    Based on the integration of social networks, systems, and the theory of innovation resistance, a moderating model was constructed. Through the regression analysis of 241 survey data of high-tech enterprise managers, the results showed that tech-based breakthrough innovation has positively affected. The market-based breakthrough innovation and social conflict have a positive U-shaped relationship; the political relationship has positively moderated the relationship between tech-based breakthrough innovation and social conflict, and has no effect on the relationship between market-based breakthrough innovation and social conflict; commercial relationship have no effect on the relationship between these two breakthrough innovations and social conflict. These conclusions have enriched the theory of breakthrough innovation and social conflict, and at the same time have helped the government and enterprises understand the importance of political and commercial relationships and how to reduce social conflict through the establishment of good political and commercial relationships.

    Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation plays an active role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and improving the innovation performance of enterprises.This research based on the theory of social network, from the perspective of Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation, using the 371 valid data obtained from the survey of enterprises in the alliance network, we construct a moderated mediation model, using structural equations and hierarchical regression analysis to make an empirical test.The empirical results indicate that collaborative competence can be composed of a second-order four-dimensional variable,which is the co-effect of enterprise with four types of subjects in the Industry-University-Research collaborative Innovation; alliance network embedding positively affects collaborative competence and innovation performance; collaborative competence plays a partial mediating role in the impact of structural embedding and relationship embedding on innovation performance; Furthermore, knowledge rigidity has a negative regulation.The conclusions provide a useful reference for how companies embedded in the network of Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation can effectively cooperate with external entities to improve their innovation performance.

    Without effective institutional constraints, science and technology administrative review and approval is highly likely to lead to corruption. The path coefficients of the structural equation modeling were fitted by establishing the mechanism model of correlation between the science and technology administrative examination and approval and the incidence of corruption, and by correlation analysis, internal consistency and EFA test, and second-order validation factor analysis. The results show that, market incentives can directly affect the incidence of corruption, both command control and market incentive can breed negative and corrupt public service motivation and thus generate corrupt behavior, the external influence brought by the improvement of marketization degree is more significant than the internal variation of public service motivation on the increase of corruption incidence. The financial, In view of the different types of administrative examination and approval of science and technology, implement differentiation of corruption prevention and control mechanism, personnel for examination and approval of public service motivation, blocking the corruption in the mediation, deepening the reform of administrative examination and approval system of science and technology, pushing forward the construction of the institutionalization, standardization and normalization of examination and approval to streamline optimization technology of administrative examination and approval process, improve the intensive degree of examination and approval, reversed transmission to performance reduce the incidence of corruption.

    Based on the research and development drive theory, this paper calculates the traditional and innovative green development efficiency and green total factor productivity in different regions of China from 2001 to 2017 by constructing the DEA-SBM model including R&D input, and empirically analyze the influencing factors of regional innovation green development efficiency by means of generalized least squares (GLS) model. The results show that: ① The innovative green development efficiency of China and the four major economic regions under the innovation factor is higher than the traditional green development efficiency under the traditional factors, showing an upward trend of volatility and gradually converge. The traditional and innovative green development efficiency in the eastern region is the highest. The efficiency of innovative green development in the central region has not been greatly improved, while the efficiency of innovative green development in the western and northeastern regions has improved. ②From 2001 to 2017, the national innovative green total factor productivity is on a rising trend, and its changing trend was consistent with the trend of technological progress. Technological progress was the main factor to promote its growth. ③ The economic development level of each region is positively correlated with the innovation green development efficiency. The urbanization level, FDI and the national innovation green development efficiency have a positive correlation effect; the industrial structure and environmental regulation are negatively related to the national innovation green development efficiency.The relationship between the scale of R & D investment, the intensity of R & D investment, the results of R & D investment, and the efficiency of regional innovative green development has different performances in the country and the four major economic regions.

    In this paper, the non-radial directional distance function is used to measure the green total factor productivity growth in 277 prefecture-level cities in China from 2003 to 2016, and then the influence of national high-tech zones on green growth is empirically evaluated by using the difference in difference propensity score matching. On the basis, it further studies the conduction pathway. The results show that the national high-tech zones significantly promote green growth, mainly through the promotion of technology leadership change for a given group; the national high-tech zones have obvious heterogeneity to green growth, showing a " marginal diminishing effect".The middle region, the low-grade cities and the "growth period" of the national high-tech zones play a greater role in promoting green growth, the establishment of national high-tech zones is of great significance to promote the coordinated green development of regional economies; the conduction path shows that the innovation driven national high-tech zones promote green growth through the effects of human capital, fiscal allocation and opening to the outside world.

    The talent, as the main body of technological innovation, are important inputs of regional innovation systems, and their inter-provincial distributions potentially affect the efficiency of innovation systems in various regions. Taking the talent and R&D panel data of 30 provincial level regions in China from 2009 to 2016,with the decomposition of the innovation value chain, the effects of the number and structure dimensions of scientific and technological talents on the three-stage efficiency of the regional innovation system were investigated. Under the quantitative dimension, the distribution scale of talents has a non-linear influence on regional knowledge innovation efficiency and patent innovation efficiency, which shifts from the economies of scale of talent pooling to non-economical; The increase in overall concentration, that is, the relative concentration of national scientific and technological talents, helps to improve the efficiency of patent innovation and product innovation in various regions. Under the structural dimension, the increasing proportion of women and doctoral R&D personnel in the talent team has a negative effect on the efficiency of knowledge innovation.

    Taking the three industrial technology innovation strategic alliance cases as a sample, this paper carries out an exploratory multi-case study on the stability of alliances by using the three-stage grounded theory approach.And we also construct an influencing mechanism model of the stability of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance from the perspective of cooperation mechanism.We draw the following propositions: the operation mechanism, the control mechanism, the incentive mechanism and the integration mechanism jointly constitute the cooperation mechanism of the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance.As a protection mechanism for the operation of alliance, the four-dimensional cooperation mechanism can promote the stability of the alliance.And the government policy can strengthen the promotion effect of alliance's cooperation mechanism on the stability of the alliance.It provides the theoretical basis and reference for the establishment of mechanism and the formulation of government policy in the process of strategic alliance cooperation.

    Using the panel data of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises in China's equipment manufacturing industry from 2010 to 2017, the paper analyzes the impact of different technology sources on the technological innovation of each enterprise, and further examines the absorption efficiency of the external technology sources of each enterprise. The study finds that the influence of different technology sources on the technological innovation of China's equipment manufacturing industry is significantly different due to the different ownership systems. Among them, the introduction of foreign technology has a significant positive impact on the technological innovation of private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises. There is no significant impact; domestic technology purchase has a significant inhibitory effect on private enterprises, and has no impact on other types of enterprises; foreign direct investment has a significant positive effect on technological innovation of state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises, and has no significant impact on private enterprises. Independent research and development has significantly promoted the technological innovation of state-owned enterprises, but has not significantly promoted private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises. The investigation of absorption efficiency found that the absorption efficiency of various technology sources by different ownership enterprises is low overall, and there are certain differences: state-owned enterprises and private enterprises have higher absorption efficiency for foreign technology introduction, independent research and development and foreign technology introduction. There is a complementary effect; there is a substitution effect between the independent R&D of private enterprises and the purchase of domestic technology; the absorption efficiency of foreign direct investment by foreign-funded enterprises is relatively high.

    Knowledge is the foundation of firms' technological innovation.Firms should not only search for external knowledge, but also have the ability of knowledge orchestration.Drawing on the knowledge-based theory and the resource orchestration theory, we analyze the influence of the two dimensions of external knowledge search on technological innovation of firms and discuss the mediating role of knowledge orchestration capacity and the moderating role of innovation willingness.The empirical results show that both search breadth and search depth have significant positive impact on knowledge orchestration capacity, and knowledge orchestration capacity has significant positive impact on firms' technological innovation.Moreover, knowledge orchestration capacity plays a partial mediating role between the search breadth, search depth and firms' technological innovation, and innovation willingness plays a moderating role between knowledge orchestration capacity and firms' technological innovation.This paper reveals the internal mechanism of external knowledge search on firms' technological innovation and provides theoretical support for manufacturing firms to improve their knowledge orchestration capacity and technological innovation level.

    Based on the data of 317 Sci-tech SMEs in China Growth Enterprise Market from 2009 to 2017, this paper explores the relationship between analyst tracking, internal control effectiveness and technological innovation of SMEs from the perspective of invention patent output. The study finds that the number of analysts significantly increases the company's invention patent output, and the effectiveness of internal control plays the mediating role in the influence of analysts' tracking on the company's invention patent output, and the mediating effect is more significant in companies with higher degree of financing constraints. The above research results show that the effective cooperation of internal and external governance mechanisms promotes the technological innovation of Sci-tech SMEs, and this effect is more obvious when corporate financing constraints are higher.

    The complexity of technological innovation in high-tech industries has increased dramatically, and creating an innovative ecosystem has become an important strategic choice for enterprises to maintain long-term competitive advantage. Based on the perspectives of knowledge management, structure of technological interdependence and network externalities, using panel data of China's electronic information technology industry listed companies from 2007 to 2017, this paper explores the deep-seated mechanism of creating different types of innovation ecosystems to promote the core technology development and enterprise sales growth. The results show that creating a "related technological diversification innovation ecosystem" can help enterprises to create core competitive advantages, promote the development of core technologies, and achieve sales growth of enterprises; creating a "unrelated technological diversification innovation ecosystem", which not only directly promotes the core technology development and enterprise sales growth, enriching complementary product technology systems, inspiring indirect network externalities, and coupling with "related technological diversification innovation ecosystem" to promote enterprise sales growth.

    Through the social network enterprises can achieve resource slack and thus have an impact on the choice of innovation, this mechanism has become an important path for the sustainable development of enterprises, but that what kind of network, and which slack for what type of innovation is topic still need to explore. This paper makes an empirical test on the network strength, different types of organizational slack and two kinds of innovation models by using the data from the survey of about 200 companies. The results found that network strength has a significantly positive and direct influence on exploratory as well as exploitative innovation; and also through positively influencing unabsorbed slack has an indirect effect on both kinds of innovation. Unabsorbed slack exhibits a significantly positive influence on innovation. But no significantly positive effects have been tested with absorbed slack in the path road paradigms, which may be affected by the factors or conditions of the enterprise itself. Finally, according to the conclusions of this study, three important management implications are put forward.

    From the perspective of knowledge transfer, this paper constructs a conceptual model of core enterprise governance mechanism affecting innovation performance of modular network. Based on the survey data of 268 sample enterprises operating in a modular way, empirical tests were carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results show that: core enterprise rule governance mechanism, contract governance mechanism and relationship governance mechanism have significant positive effects on innovation performance of modular network; among which rule governance mechanism has the most significant effect; explicit knowledge transfer plays a full intermediary role between rule governance mechanism, contract governance mechanism and innovation performance of modular network; tacit knowledge transfer plays a part of intermediary role between relationship governance mechanism and innovation performance of modular network; the research conclusion provides theoretical guidance for core enterprises to better manage modular network innovation activities.

    With status improvement and role change of the subsidiary of host country, the reverse knowledge transfer from the subsidiary to parent company has gained more and more attention from scholars, but the existing literatures have not analyzed it from the perspective of institutional gap and lack the investigation with system dynamics method. In view of this, based on the institutional gap divided into institutional surplus and institutional deficit, according to the logic of legitimacy and efficiency, the paper adopts the system dynamics to construct the causal relationship model and system flow diagram about the effect of institutional surplus and institutional deficit on the reverse knowledge transfer of multinational company. Further, based on the equations designed, the paper conducts the simulation analysis on the system dynamics model, and adjusts the quantitative value of institutional surplus and institutional deficit to conduct the sensitivity analysis. The results show that institutional surplus and institutional deficit affect the reverse knowledge transfer of multinational company following the logic of legitimacy and efficiency respectively; the institutional surplus hinders the reverse knowledge transfer from the legitimacy-oriented subsidiary to parent company; the institutional deficit promotes the reverse knowledge transfer from the efficiency-oriented subsidiary to parent company. The research conclusions can make a theoretical contribution to the study of knowledge transfer on one hand, and can help multinational company formulate appropriate tactics to promote reverse knowledge transfer, then enhance its own innovation capability on the other hand.

    Scientific and technological innovation is the driving force of social development, while human capital is the subject of innovation. The dynamic process of human capital evolution from low level to high level is the process of human capital structure upgrading. The human capital structure upgrading improves the performance of scientific and technological innovation by matching with the upgrading of technology structure, creating and improving innovation environment and upgrading of demand structure. In this paper, we calculate the angle between two vectors to measure the level of human capital structure upgrading. on this basis we analyze the promoting effect of the human capital structure upgrading on the performance of scientific and technological innovation and compares it with the effect of human capital stock on the performance of scientific and technological innovation. Regression results show that human capital structure upgrading significantly promotes scientific and performance of technological innovation. Compared with the stock of human capital, human capital structure upgrading plays a greater role in performance of scientific and technological innovation. In the regional study, the effect of the human capital structure upgrading in the eastern and central regions on performance of scientific and technological innovation is higher than the national level, while the northeastern region shows a restraining effect. Therefore, when formulating innovation-driven human capital policy, we should consider how to improve the advanced level of human capital structureupgrading and formulate differentiated human capital policy according to regional conditions.

    Based on the cognitive evaluation theory and psychological contract theory, this paper explored the relationship between three dimensions of high commitment work system-ability enhancing, motivation enhancing, opportunity enhancing and constructive deviant behavior as well as the moderating role of collectivism orientation with a sample of 243 employees matched to 70 department managers. Multilevel analysis revealed that: ability-enhancing practices and opportunity-enhancing practices have no significant effect on constructive deviant behavior, but have a significant negative effect on personal control. Motivation-enhancing practices have a significant positive effect on the constructive deviant behavior and personal control, and personal control mediated the relationship between high motivation-enhancing practices and constructive deviant behavior. The relationship between motivation-enhancing practices and constructive deviant behavior was moderated by collectivism such that motivation-enhancing practices were positively related to constructive deviant behavior when collectivism was lower; however, when collectivism was higher, the relationship between motivation-enhancing practices and constructive deviant behavior was insignificant.

    Resource bricolage is a powerful way for enterprises to combine the resources at hand to deal with new problems and opportunities,and is a powerful way for enterprises to resolve institutional and resource constraints. As an emerging field of entrepreneurial research, resource bricolage is becoming a hot topic for scholars. This paper summarizes the origins and conceptual connotations of resources,and systematically sort out Chinese and English literature from 1972 to 2018 using literature analysis and scientific knowledge map. This paper further constructs a theoretical analysis framework around the important topics and frontier hotspots of resource bricolage,and discusses future research directions and local research topics in the Chinese context. This paper will build a holistic perspective for resource research for domestic scholars,and promote domestic resource research connect with international frontiers.
