    In the 21st century, with the development of the internet, mobile communications, internet of things, cloud computing and big data, etc., and the rise of the knowledge economy, consumerism and crowdsourcing, the traditional innovation mode led by technology innovation has become difficult to adapt to the complex and volatile market environment and rapid iteration of consumer demand during internet and intelligent era. Based on this background, a new and more effective TDBMC integrated innovation model was proposed to meet the innovation needs of emerging technology companies, but this model has not yet been scientifically verified. Therefore, the article proposes a mechanism model and related assumptions based on the conceptual model of TDBMC integrated innovation and the idea of integration of innovation dimensions→integrated innovation capabilities→innovation performance. After the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire survey data, a structural equation model analysis was conducted to verify the main path for the enterprise to implement the TDBMC integrated innovation model. Finally, the conclusions and future research directions are given.

    On the basis of asset specificity theory, service quality theory and relationship quality theory, this study constructed a theoretical model about the relationship among relationshipspecific investment, service quality and relationship quality. The structural equation model was used to empirically test the driving effects of relationshipspecific investment and service quality on relationship quality based on 424 valid samples from nine service outsourcing demonstration cities in China. The research results show, in the context of R&D outsourcing, propertybased relationshipspecific investment and knowledgebased relationshipspecific investment have a significant positive effect on relationship quality, and the impact of knowledgebased relationshipspecific investment is more obvious. Reputation, technical ability and communication quality have a significant positive effect on relationship quality. Among them, technical ability has the most significant impact on relationship quality, followed by communication quality, and reputation has relatively little impact.

    A single green credit policy or environmental fiscal policy has limitations in environmental governance and industrial upgrading. Therefore, on the basis of explaining the mechanism of green credit policy and fiscal policy respectively, this paper gives the possible channels of policy synergy between them. Then, using the provincial panel data from 2007 to 2016, this paper examines whether there is synergy between green credit and environmental fiscal policy in promoting industrial upgrading, and examines the relevant factors that may enhance the synergistic effect between them. The empirical results show that there is a significant synergistic effect between green credit and fiscal policy, and the synergistic effect between green credit and tax policy is better than that between green credit and expenditure policy, while the level of financial development can significantly promote the synergy between green credit and environmental fiscal policy. In addition, the paper also examines the relationship between policy synergy and unit energy consumption and unit pollution emissions, and draws similar conclusions.

    The evaluation method of national innovation influence is established from the perspective of efficiency difference, and the flowing tendency of innovation factor among countries along "One Belt and One Road" is revealed so as to promote exchanges and cooperation. The innovation efficiency of each country is calculate using DEA model, and the endorsing relationship among countries is identified according to DEA principle. Furthermore, the innovation networks are constructed and the innovation influence of each country is expressed by the eigenvector centrality of nodes, and the innovation influence type, the innovation network characteristics, the innovation input redundancy rate and the output deficiency rate are analyzed. The study show that there is a significant gap between countries in innovation efficiency; countries are distributed at the center, the core and the edge of the innovation network, whereas the influence of national innovation decreases in turn; According to the relative intensity of innovation elements, countries along the belt and road can be divided into 6 types of innovation. The necessity and ways of innovation exchange and cooperation between countries along the route are proposed.

    This paper starts with analysis of the innovation capability system structure of BeijingTianjinHebei. The environmental regulation intensity and industrial structure are integrated into the innovation system. By using the method of system dynamics and patent authorization quantity as the object of representation, the simulation model of scientific and technological innovation capability system is established to explore the technological innovation strength of BeijingTianjinHebei in 2025. From the perspective of innovation policy environment and innovation resource input, the scenario analysis method is used to simulate the changes of output variables under different input factors and combinations of factors. According to the results of simulation and formation mechanism analysis of BeijingTianjinHebei innovation capability, the scientific basis for the strategic planning is putted forward to enhance the BeijingTianjinHebei technological innovation capability.

    This paper takes the green development of the Yangtze River economic belt as the research perspective.We have constructed an evaluation index system from four aspects:industrial transformation and upgrading, independent innovation ability, resource utilization efficiency and environmental protection.Using the panel data for 2007-2016 years, we measured the green development level of the Yangtze River economic belt industry.On this basis, we use the spatial autocorrelation method to analyze the spatial distribution and evolution law of green development of industries in the Yangtze River Economic Zone.The results show that the green development index of industry in the Yangtze River Economic Zone is between-0.4 and 0.37, Shanghai is the best, Sichuan is the worst, and the overall level of green development of industry is gradually decreasing from the downstream to the middle and upper reaches of the region.Spatial autocorrelation analysis showed that the Moran 's index was positively positive and showed positive spatial correlation.In order to promote the green development level of the industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, it is necessary to give full play to the radiation leading role of the downstream areas,Strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the lower reaches and the middle and upper reaches of it.The transformation mode of green undertaking industry in the upper and middle reaches of Yangtze River Economic Belt should be constructed to promote regional common development.

    Considering the path of regional diversification, this paper investigates the influence mechanism of manufacturing agglomeration, manufacturing agglomeration and technological progress on green innovation performance. The results show that there are significant differences in the degree of manufacturing agglomeration, and the eastern provinces are located in the high degree of manufacturing agglomeration interval (MI≥0.05), and the central and western provinces are located in the middle manufacturing cluster (0.02≤MI<0.05). With the passage of time, the concentration of manufacturing agglomeration in the central and western regions has been gradually improved. For the technological progress path variables, independent research and innovation has a positive impact on green innovation performance, technology introduction and domestic technology purchase have a weak or no negative negative performance. The influence of government manipulative ability and human capital level in control variables is positively correlated with the performance of green innovation. To a certain extent, R&D personnel input is not conducive to improving green innovation performance. The relationship between manufacturing agglomeration and green innovation performance is "U". The synergistic effect of manufacturing agglomeration and independent R&D innovation has promoted the innovation performance of green innovation and the positive synergies with the introduction of technology and domestic technology are restrained, but negatively affect the green innovation performance.

    The measurement model of green technology innovation efficiency in advanced manufacturing was constructed based on range adjusted measure (RAM) and stochastic frontier analysis (SFA), and then economic level, public quality and government support intensity were used as its environmental variables. The efficiency of green technology innovation was analyzed empirically by the advanced manufacturing panel data for 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2016, and the threshold effect between it and environmental regulation was analyzed. Results showed that the regulation factor and statistical noise in the efficiency evaluation could cause deviation of measurement results and environmental variables had differentiated impact on the input and output relaxation variables. The ranking of advanced manufacturing green technology innovation efficiency in most provinces would be changed after the relaxation variable was adjusted. However, although the green technology innovation efficiency of advanced manufacturing industry had a trend of steady upward, their overall efficiency was still low. Meanwhile, the green technology innovation efficiency had formed "three major gradients" in space layout, and also a significant "urban linkage effect". The formal and informal environment regulation had a single threshold value for the green technology innovation efficiency of advanced manufacturing, but they were "U" and inverted "U" type relationship. Moreover, the capital intensity and industry profit margin had a positive effect on the green technology innovation efficiency of advanced manufacturing.

    Based on the theory of industrial generic technology and technology diffusion model, the threestage evolution simulation model of industrial generic technology diffusion was constructed by the government's role as the adjustment variable, then the paper analyses the evolution characteristics of the three stages of industrial generic technology diffusion under the condition of the government. The Matlab platform is used to simulate the subject adoption behavior and generic technology diffusion speed, and taking the diffusion of generic technology in China's new energy vehicle industry as an example, the simulation results are tested empirically. The results show that industrial generic technology diffusion has experienced decision authority, the second innovation, and attached diffusion three diffusion stage. The adoption ratio of industrial generic technology diffusion follows the "S" curve law, while the speed of industrial generic technology diffusion shows the "N" trend of "risingfallingrising". Enterprises that directly adopt the results of secondary innovation have a greater impact on industrial generic technology diffusion. The government plays a key role in the process of technology diffusion, but at different stages of diffusion, the way and degree of government intervention will vary. The scale and speed of the industrial generic technology diffusion are affected by the ratio and success rate of the reinnovation. Only the transformation of industrial generic technology into proprietary technology or new products can achieve the effective diffusion of common technology.

    China's economy is in a period of transition, and the weak innovation ability is the present situation of most enterprises, and the enterprises need to improve their innovation ability. This survey uses Haier Group as the object, and designs two different questionnaires to measure Haier's innovation ability from the perspective of middle and senior managers. At the same time, it compares the research results of other enterprises in the previous period and measures the current innovation ability of Haier from the perspective of ordinary employees. The results of the study show that Haier's ability to innovate is continuously improving, and it is higher than that of competitive companies in the same industry. In response to the inadequacy of innovation capability, the Countermeasures for improving the innovation ability of enterprises are given.

    The network boundary provides a more timeliness research perspective for the effectiveness analysis of organizational learning while the changing of entrepreneurial model and situational elements. Incubatees provides abundant empirical script for delivery of above perspective, and restore the synergistic influence process of multidimensional organizational learning mode on enterprise value creation activities under the complex situation. The empirical results of 235 enterprises show that both internal and external learning can not only improve the creativity of incubatees, but also have synergistic effect, and these relationships will be moderated by the internal and external environment. The lower the heterogeneity of the incubation network and the stronger dynamic environment, the stronger the positive relationship between internal learning and creativity, while the higher the heterogeneity of the incubation network and he weaker dynamic environment, the stronger the positive relationship between external learning and creativity. Further test of moderating effect on the synergistic effect of internal and external learning found that it's conducive to the synergistic effect of learning and external learning on incubatees creativity, while the heterogeneity of hatching network is low or the dynamic environment is weak. The conclusion provides a relatively complete framework for the integration of organizational learning, environmental factors and entrepreneurial incubation theory, and also provides a more targeted decisionmaking basis for design of learning strategy and incubation mechanism.

    Enterprises are ultimate undertakers and elementary units of social economy, and enhancing the innovation performance of enterprises is the prerequisite and guarantee for realizing Chinese economy innovation-driven development. Embedded innovation becomes a new innovation paradigm. Firms' innovation activities are influenced by both knowledge elements in the knowledge network and partners in the collaborative network. This paper explores the influence of knowledge network embeddedness and collaboration network embeddedness on enterprise innovation performance from network structure perspective, and builds up the knowledge network and collaborative network of biological medicine field in Wuhan East Lake high-tech zone by network visualization technology to analyze the impact of centrality and structure hole on enterprise innovation performance. Results show that: ① It has an inverted U-shaped relationship between enterprise innovation performance and centrality in knowledge network, while innovation performance and structural holes present a positive correlation;②enterprise innovation performance is positively related to centrality in collaborative network, while there's no significant relationship between innovation performance and the degree of structural holes;③knowledge network and collaborative network has no correlation. Finally, some suggestions is put forward from network embeddedness and network structure perspectives.

    Based on the angle of value chain in two stage, and incorporating the nature of property rights into the research framework of enterprise innovation, metafrontier theory and DEA model were used to measure the innovation efficiency of different types of enterprises in China under the two frontiers from 2007 to 2016, and then, it explored the technology gap and its influencing factors in different nature of enterprises in two stages. The results show that: the enterprises' efficiency of different natures is obviously different in China's provinces, the efficiency of R&D and achievement transformation of stateowned enterprises is the lowest, while the efficiency of foreignfunded enterprises is relatively high, the transformation efficiency of various enterprises is decreasing obviously, and the efficiency under metafrontier is less than the efficiency under the group frontier; there are obvious technical gaps between stateowned and privatelyowned groups in the two stages, in the transformation stage, the technical gap between stateowned, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwanowned and foreignfunded countries was 0.124 and 0.110 respectively, and the technical gap was increasing, the value is close to 0.300 in 2016; ownership structure has aggravated the technological gap between stateowned enterprises and other enterprises. The government support and the quality of labor have hindered the twostage technological gap between stateprivate and stateforeign enterprises. Industryuniversityresearch cooperation, intellectual property protection, financial environment and foreign investment have different influences on the technology gaps.

    Based on the investigation and analysis on current development situation of Technology Service Enterprises (TSE) in China, the panel data of 248 TSE listed in NEEQ board in 2015-2017 was selected to measure Financing Efficiencies (FE), Financing Risks (FR) and the trends of them from multiple perspectives by Threestage DEA Model with Malmquist Index and Fscore Model. Besides, the data of 56 TSE delisted from NEEQ board and 2336 TSE listed in regional stock exchange markets were selected as well to observe the trends of FE and FR. The results indicated that Scale Efficiency was no longer the determinant factor of FE but Pure Technical Efficiency, and there were significant differences among FE and FR of TSE from the perspectives of subdivided trade structure, attribution area, market stratification and transfer method. Further research detected a linkage relationship between FE and FR, however, they were not the only causes of delisting. Based on the comparative results above mentioned, for the purposes of improving the capital market system in China and the development of TSE, this article suggested that control FR strictly, deepen service integration and explore innovative market stratification.

    As the basis of innovation and development of national defense science, technology and industry, national defense intellectual property right is an important guarantee to implement the national strategy of military and civilian integration. The pledge financing of national defense intellectual property rights can effectively widen the financing channels of military enterprises, solve the contradiction between a large amount of fund demand and a single financing channel in the process of transforming the achievements of national defense intellectual property rights, and improve the efficiency of the conversion and application of military defense intellectual property rights. Based on the strategy of civilmilitary integration, this paper analyzes the restrictive factors of defense intellectual property mortgage financing under the current system, starting from the current situation of intellectual property pledge financing in China. Through the research on the construction of intellectual property pledge financing system in the process of the foreign militarycivilian integration development, the creative construction of intellectual property rights pledge financing system is carried out. The general framework of the financing model of national defense intellectual property rights pledge in China is established, and the responsibilities of the institutions and departments involved are expounded in detail, and corresponding policy suggestions are put forward in order to release the potential of the utilization of national defense intellectual property rights in China.

    Employee innovative performance is an important criteria for measuring enterprise innovation capacity.Under the theoretical framework of the interactionist perspective on creativity,this paper investigates the mechanism of employees' harmonious passion to innovative performance through creative selfefficacy from the cognitive perspective.Regression analysis of 492 questionnaires shows that harmonious passion can positively predict employees' innovative performance,and it is mediated by creative selfefficacy.Moreover,perceived creative climate moderates the relationship between harmonious passion and creative selfefficacy.Furthermore,perceived creative climate moderates the indirect effect of creative selfefficacy.The findings reveal the importance of employees' affect and cognition in improving innovative performance.

    Under the background of postacademic science, some scholars believe that science has evolved from "science for the public interest" to "science for the private interest". Under this background, priorities in scientific discovery can bring more social resources and economic benefits. At present, due to the development of media technology such as mobile internet, there are also some "internet celebrity scientists" who have attracted great attention from the media and the public because of the priorities in scientific discovery. This is a new phenomenon worthy of attention. In fact, some "internet celebrity scientists" and the organizations behind them pay attention to the timeliness of originality in the priorities in scientific discovery, but ignore the recognition and testing of the scientific community. If the priorities in scientific discovery advocated by "internet celebrity scientist" can't stand the test and recognition of the scientific community, it will also damage itself and the supporting organizations behind it.

    Cocitations analysis based on CiteSpace literature shows that although foreign studies on team clusters and their management have not yet formed a unified theoretical framework, the problems about multiborder cooperation, grouporiented intervention, network impact characteristics and new cooperative effects and capacity of team clusters, etc are becoming the main research direction and hotspot.Based on this,this paper is focused on the management dilemma between entrepreneurship ecology and imbedded innovation network under the loose collaborative network on the team cluster level; summarizes the concepts and features of team cluster management based on discussions on the interactive features between innovation and entrepreneurship and evaluations of current achievements.The key points of analytic clustering management include: responding to multiple scenarios of innovation, considering decentralized and collaborative community decisionmaking technology innovations, considering coevolutionary mechanisms for dynamic effectiveness, and considering the diffusion of innovation effectiveness in knowledge production.The current progress can provide a theoretical reference for entrepreneurialoriented startups and entrepreneurial organizations in the transformation and cooperative management practices of entrepreneurial organizations.Further exploration of analytical methods and overall research frameworks for hot issues can help expand theory basis for team management, innovation management, and organizational change.
