    In the increasingly complex product demand and production environment, the enterprise is faced with more complex production problems. How to use innovative methods to solve enterprise production problems scientifically and systematically is one of the problems that perplex enterprises for a long time. This paper studies the conceptual model of fusing and integrating applications of multiinnovationmethods, and gives a theoretical system of fusing and integrating applications of multiinnovationmethods driven by enterprise production problems. Then, based on the application process of fuse and integration of multiinnovationmethods, a "LCUE" method is proposed to guide enterprises to applicate fuse and integration of multiinnovationmethods from multiple dimensions. Finally, combining the production practice of an air conditioning assembly enterprise, the value flow method is used as the template, and the multiinnovationmethods is integrated and fused based on the LCUE matrix. The enterprise production problem is solved effectively, and the feasibility of fusing and integrating applications of multiinnovationmethods and the LCUE matrix method is verified.

    Based on the essential connotation of enterprise's innovation capital and entrepreneur's innovation capital, according to the theoretical thought of dissolving method of twoelement opposites from sociological study, it was pointed out that the relationship between enterprise's innovation capital belonged to a holistic paradigm and entrepreneur's innovation capital belonged to an individual paradigm is neither direct mutual substitution nor unidirectional promotion effect, but a kind of multidimensional connectivity called "dual consubstantiality".Furthermore, a conceptual model which could describe the relationship above was built up, in order to make an exploratory analysis on the inner connectivity channels and related mechanism between these two types of capital.

    The deep integration of "Internet +" and inclusive finance has had an important impact on technological innovation. This paper systematically expounds the influence mechanism of "Internet +" and inclusive finance on technological innovation, and conducts an empirical study based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2016.The study found that "Internet +" promotes technological innovation through scale effect and competition effect; inclusive finance promotes technological innovation by stimulating the underlying dynamics and internal dynamism of society. Due to the huge differences in Internet development in the eastern, middle and western regions, the influence effect of "Internet +" on technological innovation appears obvious regional bifurcation.Further research has revealed that the "Internet +" and Inclusive finance do have strong joint characteristics, and the crossover effect has increased the effect of the "Internet +" on technological innovation.Finally, based on the analysis conclusion, the paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.

    Under the new normal economy, entrepreneurship is an important way to promote China's economic development and improve people's livelihood. The risk, uncertainty, and positive externalities of the entrepreneurial process require government finances to play an active support role. This article is based on the dynamic panel model of data from 30 provinces (except Tibet) in China from 2007 to 2015, and examines the relationship between regional fiscal expenditure and entrepreneurial activity. The research results show that the scale of fiscal expenditure has a lagging positive effect on the number of entrepreneurial activities and the quality of entrepreneurial activities. When we further study the impact of fiscal expenditure on the quality of entrepreneurial activities, we find that the lag effect of fiscal expenditure scale stems from the lagged effect of fiscal expenditure structure. The impact of fiscal expenditure structure on the quality of entrepreneurial activities varies greatly; at the same time, research finds that innovation is an important means of improving the quality of entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, in order to support "mass entrepreneurship, innovation," the financial support for business ventures in all regions should be adjusted in scale and structure, focusing on optimizing expenditure structures that are conducive to innovation and providing a favorable public environment for entrepreneurship.

    Currently, there is a certain economic development gap between regions in China. For regions with different degrees of development, increase R&D input into different industries can have different influence on regional innovation output. By using theories of comparative advantage, dynamic comparative advantage and considering the regulating effect of absorptive capacity, this paper constructed a knowledge output function to discuss the role of R&D input in traditional industries and hightech industries in regional innovation output in different stages of developed regions and underdeveloped regions. It can be finds that the R&D input of traditional industries contributes to regional industrial innovation in both the developed and underdeveloped regions; and the R&D input of hightech industries contributes to innovation outputs in developed regions all the time, while it only has a catalytic effect on innovation output when regions developed to a certain stage in developing regions.

    Examined the effect of national hightech zones in China on urban innovation capability using method of DID.The analysis is based on the panel data of 336 cities in China from 2001 to 2016, using urban innovation capability index provided by “FIND Report on City and Industrial Innovation in China”.The results show that the 〖JP〗establishment of national hightech zones can significantly improve urban innovation capability, and this effect gradually increased by year.Furthermore, the effect is influenced by endowed comparative advantages.With comparative advantage in resource endowments, the national hightech zones plays a more important role in promoting urban innovation capability.There is evident heterogeneity for agglomeration and selection effects in national hightech zones.The conclusions are confirmed by robustness test.

    The foundation of innovationdriven development lies in county area. Based on the patent data of 107 research units of the county scale from 2008 to 2016 in Shanxi province, this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of the innovation level and the convergence evolution law by standard deviation ellipse and space markov chain method. The results showed that the gravity center of innovation in Shanxi province has been 〖JP〗shifted three times: the migration to the northeast was obvious in 2008-2013, then turn to the southwest in 2013-2015, it began to move northeast in 2015, and the position moved from Qi county to Qingxu county. Combined with the standard deviation elliptical orbit, "northeastsouthwest" pattern of county innovation level is stable, the main axis tends to be decentralized and the auxiliary axis tends to be concentrated. According to the average level, the county is divided into four categories: low level, middle low level, middle high level, and high level. And the "centerperiphery" pattern, which is mainly based on the provincial capital and welldeveloped counties, is not easily broken in the short term. There is a possibility that different types of innovation converge towards higher levels, but the probability of crosslevel transition is low. The neighborhood background plays an important role in innovation type transformation and the change direction of county innovation level tends to be consistent with that of the neighborhood, which partly explains the local spatial polarization of innovation in county level.

    The coordinated development of regional economy is a difficult problem faced by the dual pressures of China's economic development on agglomeration and polarization. The Yangtze River Economic Belt, especially the underdeveloped provinces, undertakes industrial transfer in developed regions as an industrial route to solve the coordinated economic and social development. Industrial transfer activities, due to the different characteristics of the regional host-guest characteristics, present typical characteristics of multiple transfer and threshold transfer, which makes the research lack of scientific quantitative analysis and falls into blind spelling policy. In this paper, the efficiency of the model and the economic and social development of the degree of coordination of entropy analysis, measured in the Yangtze River Economic Belt provinces (cities) between 2004 and 2016 integrated industrial transfer efficiency, and examine the threshold effect value and change trends. The study found that the efficiency of industrial transfer in the provinces (municipalities) within the economic belt has increased significantly during the inspection period, but many provinces (cities) have inconsistent staged balance relationships, and this relationship has not yet revealed that Collaborative development capabilities.

    This paper constructs the analysis framework and hypothesis on integration into the GVC and the effect of technological progress, using the panel data of 1999 to 2015 equipment manufacturing industry, calculates the integration index of equipment manufacturing industry based on input-output table, calculates total factor productivity using Solow residual method and data envelopment analysis. The result show that the equipment manufacturing industry integration into the GVC overall showing "W" type characteristics, compared with 2015 showed an upward trend in 1999; in addition, the technological progress of equipment manufacturing industry is more obvious. Empirical results show that integration into GVC can promote technological progress, but due to the existence of the "blocking effect", there is a "U" curve relationship between integration and technological progress. Besides, the factors for property right and the scale of high quality scientific research personnel have system-improved effect on technical progress. R&D、export intensity、construction intensity of fixed assets restricts technological progress in some extent. The conclusions of this paper have important policy implications for China's equipment manufacturing industry to improve total factor productivity and achieve technological progress.

    Since the influence of environmental factors and random errors is not eliminated, the use of traditional data envelopment analysis (DEA) and stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) to study the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries is likely to cause errors in evaluation results. The three-stage DEA model combined with the two measures and analyzes the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry and its influencing factors, which can ensure the effectiveness of the evaluation results. The research results show that the lack of scale efficiency is the key factor limiting the improvement of China's high-tech industry innovation efficiency. In addition, the openness of the market can significantly promote the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries, while the government subsidies, regional economic development and regional competition are not conducive to the improvement of innovation efficiency. Finally, through cluster analysis of input factors and technical efficiency, 28 provinces and cities in China are divided into four types of innovation types, and policy recommendations for improving the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries are proposed.

    Based on manufacturing industry panel data of the latest world inputoutput table, this paper calculates science and technology services penetration index of Chinese manufacture subsector, and then empirically analyzes the impact of science and technology services penetration on manufacturing technology progress. Results indicates: science and technology services penetration has promoted the technological progress of manufacturing industry in China, but the strength of the effect is not satisfactory; innovation contribution of science and technology services is differently in factorintensive manufacturing industry; both local and imported science and technology services have significant stimulating effects on manufacturing innovation performance, the former have stronger promoting effect on the innovation than the latter, while are obvious that local science and technology services have localization effects; there is complementarity between local and imported science and technology services in the process of manufacturing innovation. Imported science and technology services can promote the development of local science and technology services, which mean that local science and technology services need to further absorb and reuse the capacity of imported science and technology services.

    Based on the survey data of 296 hightech enterprises in the economically developed eastern part of our country, this paper explores the relationship among open innovation, dual innovation ability and core competence of enterprises by using structural equation model.The results show that: open innovation has a significant positive impact on the dual innovation capability of enterprises, the dual innovation capability of enterprises has a positive impact on the core competence of enterprises and plays a complete intermediary role between open innovation and core competence of enterprises; inwardoriented open innovation has a significant positive impact on gradual innovation ability and breakthrough innovation capability, while outwardoriented open innovation only has a significant positive impact on breakthrough innovation capability of enterprises; both of the two dimensions of metainnovation (including incremental innovation ability and breakthrough innovation capability) have a positive impact on the core competence of enterprises.

    Traditional social network theory believes that social network ties innovators holding are helpful for improving innovators' performance. However, when considering the social network cost, the social network ties in different quality level may make different effects on innovators' performance. The objective data from LEGO Ideas open innovation platform was scrawled by crawler program to build the social network of platform users. And the heterogeneous effects of high-quality and lowquality social network ties on user innovation performance was tested. As a result, it was found that the quantity of social network ties platform users holding did not affect user innovation performance, while the quality of social network ties was the key point. Highquality ties can significantly increase the value of users' innovative output and significantly reduce the risk of elimination of users' creative ideas; while lowquality ties significantly reduced the value of users' innovative output and slightly increase the risk of elimination of users' creative ideas. Hence, we proposed the strategic suggestion for open innovation platforms and platform users.

    Based on sample of Chinese manufacturing listed company of OFDI from 2003 to 2014, by the perspective of the resources and capability, this paper examines the doublesided effects of organizational inertia on innovation performance of enterprises. Results show that stateowned holding and early international experience have negative impacts on enterprise innovation performance; the positive correlation between R&D investment and innovation performance is strengthened when enterprises have strong core business capability; the moderating effects of core business capability between R&D investment and innovation performance are significantly different due to the heterogeneity of the invested area.

    Establishing a complete and efficient innovative ecosystem of scitech small and micro enterprises is an effective way to solve the innovation dilemma, improve innovation efficiency, and promote the transformation of new and old kinetic energy. Through using ecosystem theory and the dynamic evolution model, this paper constructs the network framework and network connection model of innovation ecosystem in scitech small and micro enterprises, and analyzes the equilibrium points and stability items of the evolutionary models in the relationship of competition, mutualism and predator. It is found that the degree of competition is determined by the degree of innovation niche overlap. The equilibrium condition of system evolution is high degree of specialization and the appropriate embeddedness. Finally, from the two aspects of value subject and institution subject, we put forward the governance strategy to promote the continuous evolution of innovation ecosystem of scitech small and micro enterprises.

    This paper takes samples of nonfinancial listed companies from 2014 to 2016 to study the impact of different types of financial asset allocation on ambidextrous innovation, and examine the "moderating effect" of executive incentive on the relationship between financial asset allocation and ambidextrous innovation. Then, we conduct further tests based on the heterogeneity of property rights. In robustness testing, we introduce the ITCV to measure whether endogeneity changes the results of regression. Empirical results are shown as follows: (ⅰ) Shortterm financial asset allocation has no "reservoir effect" on ambidextrous innovation.(ⅱ)longterm financial asset allocation has a "crowdingout effect" on exploratory innovation. In addition, the "crowedout effect" of longterm financial assets on exploitative innovation is influenced by property heterogeneity. (ⅲ)Compared with developmentbased innovation, the "crowedout effect" of longterm financial assets on exploratory innovation is more significant. (ⅳ)In the stateowned companies, equity incentive is helpful to weaken "crowedout effect", while the "moderating effect" is inconspicuousness in nonstateowned companies. (ⅴ)Compared with exploratory innovation,the "moderating effect" of Salary incentive which will weaken the negative relationship between longterm financial assets and exploitative Innovation investment is more significant.

    Science Technology Innovation (STI) policy evaluation is an important way to implement the innovation-driven development strategy in a modernized economy. It is highly similar to the Fair Competition Review in concept, value, function and so on. The Fair Competition Review has the unique value of guaranteeing fair competition in the market, can solve the logical problems in the STI policy evaluation, and break the governmentled closed evaluation system. The existing STI policy evaluation has some problems, such as standard ambiguity, mode deviation, absence of subject and absence of result, etc. From the perspective of Fair Competition Review, systematic adjustment can be made to STI policy evaluation, and focus on improving concepts, procedures, standards, results and responsibilities.

    This study uses selfdetermination theory as a theoretical basis, empirically analyzes the mechanism of organization empowerment on employee creative performance. The results show that: The organization empowerment can positively predict the creative performance of the employees; The intrinsic need satisfaction plays a partial mediaton role between the relationship of organization empowerment and creative performance. The proactive personality mediates the relationship between organization empowerment and creative performance via intrinsic need satisfaction. Therefore, in order to effectively improve the creative performance of employees, managers must not only consider the degree of organization empowerment, but also pay close attention to their personality traits and psychological changes. This research provides a new theoretical perspective for the improvement of enterprise innovation ability, and provides a theoretical basis for talent selection, training and promotion based on personality traits.

    Knowledge employees learning from failure in innovative work has the characteristics of high value and high resistance. Leaders′ active guidance and employees′ own quality are effective ways to promote learning from failure. Based on relational leadership theory and experience learning theory, the authors introduced psychological capital as a mediator and critical thinking as a moderator, built a moderated mediation model to study the influence mechanism of inclusive leadership on knowledge employees′ learning from failure. The empirical analysis on 368 knowledge employees′ sample data found that inclusive leadership has a positive effect on knowledge employees′ learning from failure. Psychological capital partially mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership and learning from failure. Critical thinking positively moderates the relationship between psychological capital and learning from failure as well as the indirect effect caused by inclusive leadership to learning from failure through psychological capital.

    It systematically collects, collates, classifies, and analyzes literature in the field of technical standards regulation between 2010 and 2017.Firstly,from the perspective of the regulatory subject, the regulations in the process of forming technical standards are divided into three categories: government regulation (G),alliance/association regulation (A) and legal regulation (L); secondly, the dimensions of these three paths are decomposed; finally, the role of various factors of every path in the process of technical standards formation is discussed. This study will be helpful to provide a more solid foundation for theoretical research in this field and to provide some reference for China's practice of independent technical standards.
