1 Research on the Early Warning Methods of Economic Growth Driven by Science and Technology Innovation In China based on the Boom State

In this paper, China's economic growth driven by scientific and technological innovation boom index is synthesized by using China's scientific and technological innovation boom index and the macroeconomic boom index.The driven index is divided into five boom warning interval.The paper studies the early warning of economic growth driven by China's scientific and technological innovation by using the methods of leading composite index prediction,ARIMA model,discriminant analysis and early warning signal lamp system.The paper further standardizes the research method system on early warning of economic growth driven by regional science and technology innovation.

9 Research on the Influence of Network Routine Rigidity on Exploratory Innovation in a Dual Network Embedded Perspective
There are always routine rigidity phenomena in a network organization,which could influence its exploratory innovation,and routine rigidity's effect would be moderated by network embeddedness. In order to reveal the mechanism that network routine rigidity influence exploratory innovation in a dual network embedded perspective. Through collecting and analyzing 258 copies of questionnaire on the industry of software,high-tech manufacture,information transmission,pharmacy,etc.,we find that network cognition rigidity and network behavior rigidity are both harmful to retain exploratory innovation. Moreover,the relationships between these network routine rigidity and exploratory innovation are moderated by the dual network which they are embedded.On a higher level of social network embeddedness,the relationship between network cognition rigidity,network behavior rigidity and exploratory innovation is stronger. Similarly,it is also stronger on a higher level of knowledge network embeddedness.

16 Research on CoEvolution of Social Network and New Product Diffusion
Based on the perspective of complex network,the problem of new product diffusion is discussed on a microscopic level.First,the customer decisionmaking behavior model is designed combined with psychology,sociology,game theory and other relative theories.An intelligent learning method is applied to accomplish the interactions of customers' decisionmaking behaviors.Then,the mutiagent simulation model is implemented on the software Anylogic,considering local network effects and designing network evolution rules.At last,the coevolution rules of social network and consumer's decision under different network environments are explored,and the impacts of product utility parameters,communication intensity,the numbers of seed users on the coevolution and the marginal time of linkbroken are analyzed in the process of new product diffusion.The Research shows that:①even though the original structures of network are different,the relations between consumers are reorganized in a new way with higher aggregation and stability,and the coevolution is accelerated and positive to each other in smallworld network and scalefree network;②even though the coevolution outcomes show dual character under the scalefree network with a high degree,the variation tendencies of network structure are highly similar in the process of the diffusion;③the product value increases with the promotion of network effect,while the positive functions of the coevolution will eliminate,if the network effect is extremely high or low;④the diffusion outcome will not be influenced when the scale of seed users reach up to a certain

25 Research on the Mechanism and Performance of Innovation Network Governance: an Empirical Analysis of Innovation Alliance Base on Grey Lattice Order Method
This article first systematically combs the governance mechanism of innovation network. Base on the constructs of the governance mechanism, the formation mechanism, the integration mechanism, the governance performance of innovation network, the paper sets up the performance measurement and Statistical Indicators. It uses the grey lattice order method to give an empirical analysis on industrial technology innovation strategic alliance in Jiangsu Province. The study finds out that the effect of governance mechanism on the performance of innovation network governance has more significant cyclical characteristics. The formation mechanism has the leading role, and it is the premise of the integration mechanism and the innovation mechanism. Innovation mechanism has the characteristic of lag, must be based on the effective formation and integration mechanism.

32 The Mechanism and Empirical Study on the Influence of Foreign Direct Investment to China 's Innovation Capability
Using the 2003-2015 provincial panel data of 30 provinces in China,in the basis of general analysis of the impact of foreign direct investment in innovation mechanism,with reference to international R&D spillovers method proposed by Potterie and Lichtenberg,using panel threshold model empirical test of the relationship from the perspective of technology gap.The results of the study show that OFDI can enhance the innovation ability of a country through the R&D results feedback effect,the M&A integration effect and the industry before and after the correlation effect.The empirical results show that OFDI reverse technology spillovers in different thresholds,The ability to enhance the innovation capacity presents a significant "Inverted U" feature,and only in the optimal technical gap can play its maximum effect.Finally,based on the conclusions of the mechanism and empirical research,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions from the government and the enterprise.

The Training Base of the EnterpriseUniversity Research Institute Cooperation can bring together the human, material and talent, so that developers and product demand are closely linked, then better to achieve Pareto optimal. Based on the natural experiment of the base, it is of great significance to objectively study its influence on the development speed of the industry to perfect the base and other regional development. In this paper, 37 kinds of industrial data in Jiangxi Province related to the scale of the use of double differential regression. At the same time, through the PSMDID method for robustness test, the base does not affect the industry development speed. In addition, through the "policy trap" mechanism to test the effect of the base does not show the reasons. The conclusion is that the base lacks an effective system to ensure that policy implementation makes the base face a "policy trap" threat.

44 Research on the Path of Agglomeration and Diffusion Function in Hi-Tech Zones Driven by Innovation
Agglomeration and diffusion are the core functions of high-tech zones driven by innovation,and the realization of these functions is of great significance to the sustainable development of high-tech zones.This paper constructs the theoretical model of innovation driven,conduction mechanism and function of high-tech zone of the relationship between the three,and then put forward the research hypothesis; then,by using the structural equation model and selected 115 countries China in high tech Zone enterprises as empirical research samples,the results showed that:(1) the system innovation agglomeration function of high-tech zone the implementation has a positive impact,and the impact is through innovative talents and financial work jointly,namely two in the realization of the intermediary effect completely on the path; (2) to achieve positive environmental effects of high-tech zone innovation diffusion function,and this effect is mainly through innovative talents to play a role,which is a new talent has partial mediating effect on transmission path,innovative financial effect is not obvious.

50 Research on the China's HighTech Industry Ecological Relationship and Evolution of the Technology Import
Technology Import is an important way of hitech industry technology innovation.Through using ecological system theory and LotkaVolterra Model, this paper constructs the model of the Purchase of Domestic Technology (DT) and Acquisition of Foreign Technology (FT) to hitech industries. Based on the statistical data of China' s hitech industries' statistical yearbook (from 1995 to 2014), this paper makes empirical research to analyze the ecological relationship and the evolution property of DT and FT and evaluates the fitting and forecasting performance of the model through using index of the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE).The study shows that there is not equilibrium point between DT and FT, that FT can restrain DT, that DT can promote FT, that FT can substitute DT in the end.The results of this study provide some practical enlightenment for technology import in improving technology import of hi tech industries.

56 An Analysis of the Impact of Green Technology Progress on "Made in China" Upgrade in Global Value Chain

This paper first constructs a theoretical framework that influences the "Made in China" upgrade from the perspective of green technology progress embedded in the division of global value chain.On the basis of this, the author builds the index system of "China Manufacturing" upgrade from the three aspects of the technological content of export products, the height of industry and the carbon productivity of export sector, and then uses 30 provincial sample data to test the green technology progress on the "Made in China" upgrade.Considering that China's manufacturing industry is increasingly integrated into the global production network with the "fragmented" production and "integrated" trade model, we incorporate the realistic background embedded in the global division of the value chain into the green total factor productivity.That is, taking into account the implied energy from foreign intermediate products and the implied energy factor in the export intermediate products, and using the nonradial, nondirectional relaxation measure direction distance function to measure the green total factor productivity in each region.The result of empirical test shows that: "Made in China" upgrade level in the year 2002 to 2015 shows the "pipemaking curve" trend,descending first and then slowly rising, and in accordance with the eastern region, the western region, the central region followed by decreasing.The high level of industry index and the low carbon productivity in the export sector are the main reasons for the low overall "Made in China" upgrade index in the central region. On average, green technological progress has improved the level of "Made in China" upgrades, but there are differences in different energy intensity regions, different economic zones, and different periods.Green technology progress in the energy intensity of high areas, the eastern region and the 2009-2015 period has more significant positive effect on "Made in China" upgrade. Capital intensity and participation in the global value chain division of labor has significantly contributed to the "Made in China" upgrade, but contrary to expectations, the degree of marketization has a negative effect on the "Made in China" upgrade.

63 Modeling and Simulation of Collaborative Innovation System of Hightech Industry
Hightech industry has become the main force to promote economic development. As the main power to improve the development of hightech industry, innovation is more and more important. In this paper, based on the importance of hightech industry in economic development and theory of synergetics, the structure of the hightech industry collaborative innovation system have been analyzed, through which the innovation entity subsystem and innovation environment subsystem have been recognized. After the influencing factors have been analyzed, casual loop diagram and system flow chart have been drawn. With JingJinJi as the example, five simulating schemes have been designed using the software of Vensim. According to the results of simulation, some countermeasures to improve the collaborative innovation ability have been put forward.

72 Location in Global Productive Service Value Chain, Knowledge Chain Integration and Local Firm Innovation Performance

Knowing how the position of producer service enterprises in the global value chain affects their innovation performance can help to find ways to improve their innovation performance. Firstly, starting with the knowledge-based value chain decomposition of multinational corporations, the conceptual model to be validated is presented. Then by using the structural equation moderated mediating model, it makes an empirical analysis and gets the following findings: location in global productive service value chain has a significant positive impact on innovation performance; knowledge chain integration plays a mediator role in the relationship between global productive service value chain location and innovation performance; the mediating role of knowledge chain integration is regulated by coordination by specific situation. Finally, according to the empirical conclusion, the paper puts forward innovation performance's promotion strategy for two kinds of producer service enterprises.

81 Executives Career Characteristics,Institutional Investors Governance and Corporate R&D Investments
We examine executives career characteristics and institutional investors governance impacts on R&D investments using samples of the non-financial Astock listed companies.We find that executives career characteristics have significant positive influence on R&D investments.The longer term executives engage in and the higher monetary compensation they get,the corporate R&D investments will be larger.However,this incentive effect to increase R&D investments will be weakened in an environment which institutional investors could supervise the executives effectively.For the risk of future career reputation damage and a dismission resulting from R&D investments failure,executives tend to avoid risk and have less willings to increase R&D investments.This article highlights the balance of the short and long term incentives.The board and shareholders should be prudent to penalize executives for the deperformance caused by R&D investments failures,which will dispel top executives' worry and motivate them to increase R&D investments.

89 Study on R&D Intensity Effect of Leverage Ratio in Innovative Science and Technology Enterprises
Enterprise R&D help to drive science and technology enterprises to establish innovative mechanisms to achieve sustained and steady development. From the perspective of leverage, this paper uses the two-stage leastsquares method, combined with 2010-2015 R&D data of listed companies in science and technology sector to explore how leverage affects the firm's R&D intensity effect. It is found that the leverage effect decreases the R&D intensity effect. For high leverage firms compared with the low leverage firms, the positive impact of growth opportunity on R&D intensity effect is negative, and increase of firm value caused by R&D intensity is declining trend. These results provide empirical evidence to improve the leverage ratio design of supply side structural reform.

95 Empirical Study of Founder's Narcissism and Enterprise Growth
Entrepreneurs' personality traits have significant effects on firm's growth. This paper built an integrated conceptual model relating narcissism, power of entrepreneur and enterprise growth,relative hypotheses were put forward then. Through the empirical analysis of 194 firms in Secondboard Market, we found narcissism has inverted U type relationship with enterprise growth. And structural power and owner's power have a significant positive impact on the growth of enterprises, they have part intermediary role between narcissism and growth. According to the research results, enlightenments of the conclusions and suggestions of future research were pointed out at the final.

The key factor affecting online brainstorming was concluded to be lack of motivation in participation by online interview.So,the online brainstorming model was constructed from ARCS motivation theory,and validated by online brainstorming crossing grouping control experiments.Experiments showed that attracting member′s attention,establishing member′s relevance,meeting member′s selfconfidence,could significantly stimulate member′s creative ideas; and the efficiency motivating idea would reach maximum point by adding the enhancing member′s satisfaction to these three factors.The results set up an academic foundation for the design and application of online brainstorming.

126 The Empirical Study on the Scientific Research Fund Input and the Research Process in the Colleges of China
Made an empirical study on the relationship between the college scientific research fund input and the research process in China by using the fixed effect model and the data of natural science research fund input of the universities in China from 1997 to 2015, thus confirming the experience knowledge and development logic of the investment and research process of scientific research. The research results show that the source structure of the scientific research fund input in our country is still vertical research funds supported mainly by the government, and the vertical research funds play a significant role in the development of the scientific research process. The horizontal research funds supported by the society play a quite important role, which need to be improved. The efficiency of scientific research fund input in Universities of China needs to be improved. The researchrelated fees in university have a positive effect, but its contribution is unsatisfactory. The investment of per capita service fee has not promoted the development of college scientific research a lot in our country. The reform of China's scientific research fund in colleges is effective, and the investment of the researchrelated fees tends to be rationalized. The negative effect of the development of scientific research caused by the service fee input, has been weakened.

138 Analysis on the Influence of Agglomeration of Producer Services on the Deep Development of the Civilmilitary Integration in Western China
The producer service industry is an industry associated with the manufacturing industry. With the development of cloud computing, Internet of things, large data and other hightech, the positive effect of producer services agglomeration on military and civilian integration industry upgrading, especially on equipment manufacturing industry, is increasingly significant. Based on the panel data of 10 provinces and cities in western China from 2003 to 2014, this paper uses the spatial measurement model to analyze the influence of producer service industry agglomeration on the upgrading of western military and civilian integration industry from the perspective of industrial space agglomeration, taking western equipment manufacturing industry as an example. The results show that the spatial correlation of military and civilian integration industry upgrading is remarkable; producer services agglomeration has a significant role in promoting military and civilian integration industry upgrade in western China; foreign direct investment, national capital proportion and information level can affect the upgrading of military and civilian integration industry in western China. In the end, this paper puts it forward that guiding the development of the western producer services agglomeration can be used as a policy to promote the military and civilian integration industry upgrading and the deep development of the Civilmilitary integration in western China.〖JP〗

146 Evaluation of Financing Efficiency of CivilMilitary Integration Enterprises
Improving the efficiency of financing is an effective way to solve the financing difficulties of the current civil military integration enterprises,especially the private enterprises which involved in the production of military products. How to improve the efficiency of financing? Objective evaluation of the efficiency of civil military integration enterprises and analysis of its influencing factors,so as to formulate countermeasures,is an appropriate path to explore. This paper takes the listed companies of civil military integration in Sichuan as the research object,using DEA Malmquist index method,taking the total assets of the enterprise and other two parameters as input variables,the rate of return on net assets and other two parameters as output variables,then an empirical study of financing efficiency of listed companies of Sichuan civil military integration in 2014-2016 years is conducted from the two dimensions of static and dynamic. The empirical results show that the efficiency of civil military integration enterprises is low,the backwardness of science and technology is the main reason,and there is a big gap between the technology and management level of each enterprise. Therefore,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the efficiency of military and civilian integration enterprises,such as improving the level of enterprise technology and innovation ability,atc.
