Abstract This essay constitutes a relational model among supervisor developmental feedback,core selfevaluation,work engagement and subordinate's innovation behaviors.Then empirical research is done through MLR for the model.The research demonstrates that supervisor developmental feedback has positive effect on work engagement and subordinate's innovation behavior.Core selfevaluation moderates the relationship between supervisor developmental feedback and work engagement as well as subordinate's innovation behavior.Subordinate's work engagement mediates the relationship between supervisor developmental feedback and subordinate's innovation behavior and the moderation effect of core selfevaluation on them.
