A Study on Enterprises' Design Innovation Path Based on the Differences of Technology Intensity in the Coming Intelligent Era
Li Ruohui, Guan Huiyuan
The coming of the intelligent era brings a further gap between products of the technology intensive industry and traditional manufacturing sectors. Based on the differences of enterprises' technology, this paper divides them into two types. And taking the abilities of discovering and expressing design touch points as the main indexes for enterprises' design capability, it constructs a path of "design capability to design performance to company competitiveness" to research on the characters of designs in these two kinds of enterprises. The result shows that, in companies with lower technology intensity, products' forms and CMF play a positive role on companies' competiveness, while the way of using and the number of designers have a negative effect. In higher technology intensity companies, products' function and usage are the most positive factors, and the design funds together with the technology support also play a positive role.

Research on Impact Factor of how China's Science &Technology Policy Embody Environment Protection
Feng Ying
Green development concept has been elevated to be one of five concepts for development, environment protection has been a transsectional ,transdiscipline public policy issue on government agenda. Science and technology policy plays an important role on promoting environment protection. However, research on how China's S&T policy impact on and promote environment protection remains a gap to be filled. This paper analyzes environment protection in China's S&T policy from 1949 to 2015 to explore which factors impact on environmentalfriendly S&T policy most. The conclusion is more necessarily not to be good, namely, environmental friendly S&T policy is impacted on by sufficient policy making level, clear high level governance tool, efficient multiorganization synergy and abundant resource allocation most. The innovative part of this paper is to explore a theoretical framework to tackle environment protection by a transsectional way, and to build up a full time sample library of how China's S&T policy promote environment protection in practice. This research sheds light on relations of environment protection and S&T policy gives policy suggestions on how public policy resonate "Green Concept for Development" of "Five Concepts for Development" by CPC.

How Do Entrepreneurs Realize Cognitive Change?
He Yiqing, Zhang Yuli, Liu Yiran
Within entrepreneurial context featured by high uncertainty and time pressure, entrepreneurs are inclined to used heuristics to reduce cognitive effort, however, this tendency may aggravate cognitive inertia which would lower entrepreneurs' capability to perceive environmental change. As a result, based on social cognition and information management theory, this study examined the microlevel process of information processing and knowledge schema evolution of entrepreneurs during environmental scanning. Four main constructs were identified, including environmental scanning, information processing, information source selection and heuristics; three types of knowledge schema evolution process model were constructed, including: integrationrenewal, screeningfiltration, absorptionaugmentation. The "screeningfiltration" process may not only repel new knowledge, but also intensify the extraction of existing heuristics which in turns further hinder cognitive change. The results also showed that, entrepreneurs rely more on information accessibility than information quality, more on perceived information source quality than perceived information quality. At last, an integrated model was proposed with theoretical and practical implications.
