Abstract To explore the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial activity of scientific and technological personnel，This article takes 27 provinces and municipalities as samples,adopts the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method,selects 8 representative variables from the four dimensions of the market environment,policy service environmentfinancing environment, and entrepreneurial culture,and discusses the impact through the overall perspective Conditional configuration and path of entrepreneurial activity of scientific and technological personnel. The results show that there are 4 effective ways to increase the entrepreneurial activity of scientific and technological personnel. That is, the capital-driven path, the service + culture dual-driven path, the policy service-driven path, and the service + capital dual-driven path; at the same time, the number of government R&D projects, the proportion of total financial industry output in DDP, and the scale of social financing Increment and the proportion of private enterprises are the core conditions for increasing the entrepreneurial activity of scientific and technological personnel, while the number of R&D projects, the number of incubators and the increase in the scale of social financing are three sufficient conditions for increasing entrepreneurial activity. The research results can not only provide a theoretical basis for improving the entrepreneurial activity of scientific and technological personnel in different regions, but also provide guidance for formulating promotion strategies according to local conditions.
