An Examination of the Relationship between Task-Uncertainty Job-Control and Employee Entrepreneurial Behaviors:Mediating Effect of Thriving at Work and Moderating Effect of Psychological Capital |

Abstract The employee entrepreneurial behaviors are the basis for achieving and maintaining the company's entrepreneurship.Based on the theory of Job Demand-Resources, to constructing the relationship model of task uncertainty job control and employee entrepreneurial behaviors with thriving at work as mediator variable and psychological capital as moderator variable.The empirical findings indicate that: task uncertainty and job control have significant positive effects on employee's internal entrepreneurial behavior; thriving at work has a partial mediating effect between job control and employees′ entrepreneurial behavior; psychological capital has positive moderating effect on the relationship between job control and employee's internal entrepreneurial behavior, which means that the higher the level of employees' psychological capital, the greater the direct influence of job control on their internal entrepreneurial behavior.The findings of this study have important guiding significance for enterprises to correctly understand the influence of task uncertainty, job control on employees' psychology and work behavior, and effectively use these two work characteristic factors to promote employees' internal entrepreneurship.
