Now firms usually use open innovation as their innovation paradigm in open economy. This paper investigates the effect mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation performance from the open innovation theory perspective, and particularly discuss the moderating role of customer empowerment. It introduces three concepts, namely, entrepreneurial orientation, customer empowerment and open innovation. Here open innovation is a moderator, customer empowerment is a mediator. Basing on these it builds a moderated mediation model. Utilizing data of 259 firms from the manufacturing industry to testify this model. The empirical results show that open innovation partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation performance, meanwhile customer empowerment positively moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and open innovation, open innovation is positively correlated with innovation performance, customer empowerment is positively correlated with innovation performance, and in the end it discusses some managerial implications and future research prospects.

Based on the perspectives of contextual ambidexterity, innovation theory and dynamic capabilities, it develops a deep understanding about the internal link between ambidextrous culture, radical and incremental innovation and firm transformation and upgrade. Eventually, a brand-new micro-drive mechanism for firm Transformation & Upgrade is launched. A questionnaire survey towards R&D teams in 217 Jiangxi traditional manufacturing is conducted, with the help from SPSS and AMOS statistical software and using regression and multiplicative interaction analyses etc. It is found that ambidextrous culture has a positive effect on both radical and incremental technological innovation, and through which it positively drives firm transformation and upgrade. The conclusions have reinforced the theoretical foundation of the ambidextrous culture and put a significant emphasis on the importance of managing flexible factors for firm innovative development. At last, implications and suggestions are given for future researches.

In the context of open innovation,firms mostly implement technological innovations embedded in the external network.Unfortunately,there is no unanimous conclusion about how network embeddedness influences technological innovation drawn in the extant literatures.In the light of the characteristics of breakthrough technological innovation,consisting of disruptiveness,high uncertainty,high resource dependency,social network analysis method is applied to reveal the synergetic mechanisms how structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness influence breakthrough technological innovation in the way of theoretical deduction and case paraphrase.The conclusions may not only enrich technical innovation theory from the network embeddedness perspective,but also provide a basis for developing enterprise network strategies for breakthrough technological innovation.

Innovation is divided into three types: industry innovation, technology innovation and organization innovation in this paper. We build the evaluation indicator system about industry innovation, technology innovation and organization innovation to evaluate and compare the developmental level of industry innovation, technology innovation and organization innovation in the East, Middle and West of China and measure the degree of marching and coordination among the subsystems of three innovations. The results show that the developmental level of three innovations in the East is higher than in the Middle and West of China. The degree of coordination among the subsystems of three innovations in the East is in the stage of primary coordination and the degree of coordination among the subsystems of three innovations in the Middle and West is on the verge of disorder or in the stage of barely coordination. The coordinate development level of three innovations in the East is better than in the Middle and West. This paper suggests that these regions should pay more attention to the matching and coordination among industry innovation, technology innovation and organization innovation in the process of implementing innovation-driven strategy.

Based on the analysis of the interactive integration of equipment manufacturing industry and producer services industry, this paper summarizes the evolution of the four stages of development, such as the stage of differentiation and development, the associated development stage, the stage of mutual development and the stage of integration and development, and uses the self organization theory to put forward the model hypothesis in the process of interaction and integration of the two industries. Industrial policy is a kind of public regulation policy that adopted widely in market economy, and industrial policy effectiveness evaluation is a basic method utilized to examine the effects of policy implementation. On the basis of constructing performance evaluation index system for the manufacturing of industrial policy, the thesis applied grey correlation neural network intelligent algorithm to predict the index data from 2005 to 2014. Then the contrast difference method was used to make a comprehensive evaluation on effectiveness of China's manufacturing industry policy from 2005 to 2014. The evaluation was divided respectively from the point of industrial structure, organization, science and technology in the manufacturing industry policy to analysis the performance levels and the stage evolution characteristics on the process of transformation and upgrading. The result provides scientific theory basis and reasonable proposals for manufacturing industry policy.

On the one hand,financial innovation provides more financing manners and instruments for companies' technical innovation.On the other hand,it can also optimize capital allocation efficiency,so that it can promote technical innovation indirectly.This paper constructs the theoretical framework on the basis of endogenous financial development theory and the efficient internal capital market theory.This paper aims to study the path of financial innovation's influence on technical innovation at the micro level.We take 343 A-share listed strategic emerging industry companies data from 2011 to 2015 as the study sample and do the empirical analysis of the relationship among financial innovation, capital allocation and technical innovation.The results show that financial innovation can promote technical innovation through improving the efficiency of capital allocation in strategic emerging industry companies.The conclusion provides theoretical reference for strategic emerging industry companies to make best use of financial innovation and improve capital allocation efficiency,thus facilitating technical innovation.

Considering as the government's policy tool box, the technology business incubator plays an important role in increasing the success rate of enterprise establishment, providing regional employment opportunities, promoting regional economic growth and so on. However, from the perspective of incubation enterprise, whether the technology business incubator really improves enterprises' R&D Efficiency is unknown. Different from the existing technology business incubator research, the paper uses the Propensity Score Matching and Generalized Cobb-Douglas production methods to validate the confusing problem after collecting the New OTC Market's 2301 scientific and technological enterprises related data in 2014.The empirical study concludes that national business incubator can really hatch Enterprises. After controlling for selective bias, the difference between the enterprises' R&D elasticity located in and out national technology business incubator is significant, the enterprises' R&D elasticity coefficient located in national technology business incubator is 0.095% compared to the 0.083% located out national technology business incubator. The conclusions that the paper concludes is of great significance to the development of the technology business incubator industry and for seeking regional economic growth strategy under the new normal economic conditions in our China.

Technological logic provides an endogenous impetus to the development of start-up, institutional logic enables the legitimacy of start-up. Both of which help start-up to improve the innovation performance. The effect of technological logic and institutional logic in the start-up's innovation performance will be affected by the environment. At the different stages of development of start-up, the effect of two logics is different. Therefore, on the basis of the relevant literature review, this paper researches the influence mechanism of the technological logic and institutional logic in the start-up's innovation performance at the different stages of start-up, and based on this, this paper brings forward the theoretical proposition, and constructs the theoretical framework of the moderating mechanism of the start-up's development stage, in order to provide theoretical basis for future research.

Dynamic capability is an important foundation for the survival and development of new enterprises. The organizational learning of new ventures should be guided by dynamic ability promotion and be conducted according to identification, acquisition and development of entrepreneurial opportunities. This study suggests that organizational learning of new enterprises is mainly influenced by knowledge base, mental model and the strategic consensus of the entrepreneurs, and knowledge management ability, organizational culture and social capital of the new enterprises. Therefore, the entrepreneurs should always keep learning and lead the organizational learning actively. Strengthen knowledge management foundation, plan organizational learning, and enhance relevant guidance and training of staff organizational learning in order to develop start-ups into learning organization and strengthen the development and utilization of social capital. This study will help people understand the rules of organizational learning in new enterprises better, and promote dynamic capability through the scientific management of organization learning.

The research uses a multi case study method, selects the case study object to carry out in-depth interviews, and analyzes the data. Based on the existing domestic and foreign research results, using NVivo10 qualitative analysis software for data analysis, our study indicates that in different stages, because of the different composition of top management team, the relationship among top management members of family business determines the establishment and maintenance of the trust, shows the different family business's top management team trust type, and the rational trust is more conducive to the sustainable development of family business. Besides, the type of the family business's top management team trust determines the decision participation and decision interaction of the top management team, and then affects the decision quality and commitment.

Knowledge hiding behavior of members can destroy the psychological contract, and cause obstacles to the cooperation among the members, and ultimately affect organizational performance in knowledge organization. Research on antecedents of hidden behavior can effectively prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon. Taking grounded theory as the main tool, it draws the results of interaction four dimensions of main body (endogenous factors), knowledge and task object (regulatory factors), interactive media (intermediary factor), organizational environment (external factors) as antecedents of members' knowledge hiding behavior in knowledge-based organization, carries out the thorough analysis, and put forward the countermeasures. The research gives the inspiration and the reference on knowledge management for knowledge-based organization.
