With the rapid development of high-tech innovation, the problem that a single innovation subject is confronted with resource constraints is becoming ever more obvious. In this context, collaborative innovation has many benefits, such as integrating all kinds of distributed resources, uniting a wide range of participants and realizing complementary advantages. It plays a major role in promoting national cutting-edge research in the field of science and technology, serving national major scientific and technological needs, supporting scientific and technological self-reliance. The major scientific projects are the most important part in the development of China's national frontier independent innovation capability, and also typical representatives of the cross regional, cross organizational and interdisciplinary collaborative innovation research networks in China. Meanwhile there are problems to be solved in the field of collaborative innovation management of these projects. For example, most of the existing studies are from the macro perspective, and pay little attention to individual behavior involved in collaborative innovation activities. However, individual participants are the foundation for the output of innovative achievements of major scientific projects. In addition, collaborative tasks of major scientific projects are mostly modular and integrated. In the relatively loose cooperative network relationship, there is also no specific theoretical explanation for the reasons why researchers actively cooperate and embed themselves in it.#br#In response to the above theoretical and practical demands, following the knowledge management theory and social network theory, this study reconsiders the individual collaborative relationship of major scientific projects in the form of interactive relationship network. It focuses on the specific issue of "the antecedents of network structure embeddedness of researchers participating in collaborative innovation network of major scientific projects". Specifically, this paper proposes a serial multiple mediation model on task conflict and structural embeddedness based on the special context of major collaborative innovation networks. Through empirical analysis of 329 samples of researchers in a major scientific innovation network, this study finds that group attention and social skill play a serial multiple mediation role in the relationship between task conflict and the structural embeddedness of researchers. Task conflict has a positive impact on the structural embeddedness of researchers in major scientific collaborative innovation networks through the path of “task conflict → group attention → social skills → structural embeddedness”. #br#The results have a certain theoretical contribution to clarify the structural embeddedness antecedent mechanism and its formation mechanism of researchers in the major collaborative innovation network. On the one hand, the study makes up for the lack of individual level behavior analysis in the existing collaborative innovation research. From the individual perspective, this paper puts forward new theoretical opinions on the antecedent mechanism of the network structure embeddedness of collaborative participants, and provides reliable empirical data support. On the other hand, the study demonstrates and explains the reason why task conflict can positively affect the structural embeddedness of participants in major scientific collaborative networks. The conclusions support some viewpoints under the framework of cognitive-affective system theory of personality, and expand the direction of related research topics.#br#The findings also have a certain practical significance for the collaborative relationship governance of major scientific projects. First, the study is helpful for major scientific project managers to face up to the rational elements of task conflict and avoid falling into the trap of single evaluation. It shows that encouraging the collision of different inspiration can benefit a favorable relationship network environment for the honest expression and active embedding behavior of the participants in the collaborative process. Second, group-oriented and individual socialization can stimulate the active embeddedness of the participants by meeting the needs of the participants for group belonging and value recognition, which is conducive to the improvement on the structural embeddedness level of the participant researchers. Third, there is a win-win opportunity for group goals and the self-improvement needs of the participants by allowing the participants to integrate their self-improvement needs into the collective goals, and encouraging them to give full play to their subjective initiative in social interaction, connection or embedding. It is conducive to members competing to act as an important node in the collaborative innovation network, so as to promote the benign development of the collaborative innovation network of major scientific and engineering projects.#br#

As demographic dividend and capital aggregation space are compressed, innovation has become the crucial driver for economic growth and transformation. In China, local governments show relatively strong intervention over macroeconomy. Government competition may affect the economic development mode and cross regional resource allocation, and it is deeply correlated with the regional innovation capability. Meanwhile, the spatial aggregation of R&D capital is closely related to knowledge spillover and the efficiency of innovation elements allocation, and is an important factor for innovation performance. It has been proved that government competition could have positive and passive impacts on growth. However, the innovation effect of government competition, the mechanism of R&D capital aggregation and the influence of competitive means and spacial interaction are ignored in the existing study. The impact of government competition on R&D capital aggregation is complex, and the characteristics of R&D capital aggregation may change dynamically with the intensifying competition. Will this affect innovation performance? Is there a optimal level and suitable mode of government competition for innovation fermentation? Focused on the dynamic impact of government competition on innovation performance, this study analyzes the level and mode of competition conducive to innovation through the mechanism of R&D capital aggregation.#br#The effect and mechanism of government competition on innovation performance is discussed in the theoretical analysis firstly. Government competition is not onlyconducive to optimizing infrastructure and public services, but also crowds out private economy, aggravates administrative monopoly and degrades the quality of factor allocation. The intensity of government competition may be an important factor for its innovation effect. Moderate government competition is advantageous to innovation efficiency, while excessive competition or insufficient competition may conduct the opposite effect. R&D capital aggregation plays a significant role for the effect of government competition on innovation performance, and it is cohesively linked to that dual influence. #br#Then, the above assumptions are further empirically tested based on the provincial panel data of Chinese Mainland from 1997 to 2019.The relative proportion of government expenditure in regional GDP is used as the proxy variable of government competition, and the total factor productivity of innovation calculated by Malquist Index is selected to measure innovation performance. Firstly, the system GMM method is used to estimate the effect of government competition on innovation performance. Secondly, the impact of government competition intensity is analyzed through the panel threshold model. Spatial interactive items of government competition are also embedded in to distinguish different effects between competition behavior and competition motivation. Thirdly, the relative share of R&D investment in GDP is used to calculate the degree of R&D capital aggregation, and the intermediary variable model is adopted to verify the mechanism of government competition—R&D capital aggregation—innovation performance and its variable effect. The absolute competition variables and three periods lag of government competition are introduced to test the robustness for the above conclusions. Finally, the impact of regional characteristics on the innovation effect of government competition is quantitatively analyzed with the economic development level, financial market development and technology market development as threshold variables.#br#The results show that government competition counts against the improvement of innovation performance, among which the competition in infrastructure construction and social security are negatively related to innovation performance at the significance level of 0.05, while the competition in public service has no significant impact. There is a threshold effect of government competition on innovation performance. Specifically, government competition has an inverted U-shaped impact on R&D capital aggregation, and R&D capital aggregation performs a threshold effect on innovation performance. Only with moderate competition can government competition be most conducive to R&D capital aggregation, and thus offset its negative impact on innovation and elevate innovation efficiency; it requires both the environment of moderate competitive motivation and the moderate competitive behavior. In this dataset, most samples are represented as insufficient competition, but the robustness study using absolute competition variables shows that competition homogeneity is also an important factor for insufficient competition. Moreover, regional characteristics can also indirectly influence the innovation effect of government competition through the mechanism of R&D capital aggregation. Therefore, governments should fully promote the development of industries with regional characteristics , optimize the top-level layout of innovative industries and implement differentiated competition strategies.#br#

Disruptive technology is widely regarded as a weapon for latecomers to seize market opportunities. Building innovation networks has become an important way for enterprises to leverage such innovation paradigms. However, existing research lacks the exploration of disruptive technology innovation networks. In addition, due to the complexity and uncertainty of disruptive technologies, the traditional enterprise organization management model is also stretched. Thus it is necessary to develop regulatory and management tools for disruptive technological innovation networks. Modularization has the efficiency of eliminating system complexity and promoting the division of labor and cooperation.#br#In order to verify the characteristics of disruptive technology innovation network, this paper chooses modular theory and selects intelligent voice as the research object to analyze the evolution characteristics of disruptive technology innovation network in different stages, and explores how to coordinate and guide the members of innovation network to better participate in the iterative upgrading of disruptive technology and realize the disruptive innovation of technology.#br#Firstly, this paper discusses the internal relationship between modularization and disruptive technology innovation network through literature review. It is found that enterprises can effectively use the mutual embedding of technology module and organization module to optimize the management of organizational network, help enterprises to obtain heterogeneous resources, promote the improvement of innovation ability and achieve the common goal of disruptive technology innovation network. Secondly, the invention patents of intelligent speech are retrieved and screened. By using MATLAB for growth fitting analysis, the study divides the development of intelligent speech technology into the following four phases:the germination incubation period (1962-1990),the first growth period (1991-2000),the adjustment storage period (2001-2011), and the second growth period (after 2012). Thirdly, the structural evolution characteristics of the whole network are analyzed. The intelligent voice innovation network presents the following characteristics: (1) the network scale has increased significantly, and the cooperation relationship has continued to expand; (2) the world characteristics are not obvious; (3) the network gradually gathers inward with different core nodes and other characteristics. This study also analyzes the modular organization network established by micro subjects, and concludes that the modular organizational network of the intelligent voice industry is increasing and showing a continuous dynamic evolution trend. With the improvement of the organizational modularity of innovation networks, the possibility of disruptive technologies increases. In addition, each module is found to establish a very close relationship through the core nodes, and the development of the network from weak ties to strong ties is conducive to the overall stability of the modular network.#br#In the analysis of the evolution trajectory of disruptive technology innovation network, it is found that subversive technology shows the curve characteristics of falling back and accumulating again after the periodic outbreak; the disruptive technology innovation network tends to be multi-subject, modular network, collaborative innovation and dynamic development. Besides modularization is conducive to the generation of disruptive technology. The architecture design based on technology modularization greatly enriches the diversified and novel knowledge resources in the innovation network, and improves the opportunities to break the existing technology configuration and realize disruptive technology innovation. It can also help the realization of disruptive technological innovation and the diffusion of innovative applications under the overall goal of the innovation network based on the loose coupling link between the modular organization networks. Lastly the expansion of network scale and the increase of heterogeneous subjects promote the evolution and upgrading of the network, reduce the interaction cost, improve the level of cognitive integration, and enhance the possibility of disruptive technological innovation.#br#From the perspective of modularization, this study deeply explores the structural characteristics and evolution process of disruptive technological innovation network, and analyzes the influence of the dual embedding relationship between technological modularization and organizational modularization on disruptive technological innovation. It expands the theoretical discovery that innovation network supports disruptive technological innovation, and enriches the formation mechanism of disruptive technological innovation and the role of modularization.#br#

Combining the structural balance theory and the dynamic balance theory, this paper focuses on the influence mechanism of negative links of the inter-organizational innovation network structure. To overcome the difficulty of the acquisition of empirical data, the paper conducts an agent-based modeling and simulation research. An inter-organizational innovation network is composed of a group of firms or organizations whose network behaviors contribute the bottom-up result of network evolution. In order to reduce unnecessary complexity, the paper limits firms'network behavior as firms'knowledge search which is based on the “triadic” network mechanism. Then it identifies four kinds of knowledge search behavior of innovative agents or firms, two kind of shielding phenomenon and the dynamic characteristics of knowledge search behavior, and finally builds a multi-agent model to simulate inter-organizational innovation network evolution process of innovation network. #br#It is found that at first negative links will fill the status gaps between the individual agents and keep the whole innovation network at a high level of equality. Secondly, negative links will be make the whole innovation network keep an arresting faction structure and hinder the convergence between factions. Thus, individual agents will be dependent on their factions strongly. At last, different with the previous conclusions, the paper shows that the network cohesion depends not only on the well-known positive links which represent knowledge sharing and knowledge collaboration, but also on negative links which represent hostility, confrontation and knowledge blocking. On the one hand, negative links will suppress the increasing trend of innovation network's positive topology and weaken the small-world phenomenon of the whole network. On the other hand, under the influence of negative links, the individual agent increases the reliance on its own fraction, which leads to closer contact between individual agents within factions.#br#The theoretical contribution of this paper is reflected in three aspects. First this study uses the multi-agent modeling and simulation methods to study the impact of negative connections on the evolution of innovation network structure, providing new research ideas and research perspectives for the introduction of negative connections or innovation networks under the framework of symbolic networks. Secondly, it defines enterprise knowledge search behavior as "knowledge traceability search", "knowledge source sharing search", "diffusion source sharing search" and "alliance search" by introducing the idea of structural balance and dynamic balance of symbolic networks, and enriches knowledge search research.Thirdly, on the basis of the four types of knowledge search behaviors, this study builds a multi-agent simulation model for the evolution of inter-enterprise innovation network structure under the influence of negative connections, which enriches the application of multi-agent modeling and simulation methods in innovation networks, social networks and complex networks.#br#The limitations of this paper are reflected in the following two aspects. First of all, there are many typical network behaviors of innovative individuals, and each basic type governs multiple seed classes. In this study, the network behavior of innovation individuals is limited to the "knowledge search behavior" based on the network transmission mechanism, which will lead to the universality of the multi-agent simulation model of innovation symbol network established on this basis to a certain extent. Secondly, for the multi-agent modeling method itself, although it can overcome the difficulties in obtaining empirical research data to a certain extent, the application of this method in the field of innovation networks has just started, and there is still much room for progress in the corresponding aspects of the model and reality, mainly reflected in that the individual behavior in the simulation model can not be well connected with the actual network behavior of enterprises. The individual behavior described by computer language is too simple and abstract, while the real network behavior of enterprises is more complex and specific. This makes the relevant conclusions difficult to understand. In addition, network structure is the embodiment of network functions and performance, and the negative relationship that has an important impact on the evolution of innovation network structure is not involved in this study. Therefore, in the future research, it is necessary to carry out a deeper expansion in the innovation of individual network behavior and the corresponding relationship between network structure and network performance.#br#

As the core areas with the most vitality and potential in China's regional economy, urban agglomerations become the main carriers supporting the development and growth of China's high-tech innovation capabilities. Comprehensively improving the technological innovation capabilities of high-level urban agglomerations is not only the key to realizing high-quality innovation-driven economic development, but also an important guarantee for promoting scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement. However, there is still a lack of research on regional differences in the technological innovation capabilities of high-tech enterprises. The samples are mainly concentrated at the provincial and municipal levels, and only simple descriptive statistical methods are used to compare the differences in the technological innovation capabilities of high-tech enterprises between different provinces and cities. It is revealed that there are regional differences in the technological innovation capabilities of high-tech enterprises, but there is no accurate description of the size of regional differences, the sources of differences and their temporal and spatial evolution characteristics.#br#This study constructs an evaluation index system for the technological innovation capability of high-tech enterprises in China's eight major urban agglomerations, and uses principal component analysis, Dagum Gini coefficients, Kernel density estimation, traditional and spatial Markov chain and other methods to evaluate the high-tech enterprises in China's eight major urban agglomerations from 2014 to 2019. #br#According to the empirical study on the regional differences and spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of technological innovation capabilities, it is found that firstly there is an universal increasing trend of the technological innovation capabilities of high-tech enterprises in the eight major urban agglomerations. The technological innovation capabilities of high-tech enterprises in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration are the highest, and the lowest is in the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration. This also shows that the economically developed regions often have high technological innovation capabilities of high-level enterprises, and the level of technological innovation capabilities of high-level enterprises in urban agglomerations also reflects the level of technological innovation capabilities at the regional level of urban agglomerations. Secondly the overall, intra-regional and inter-regional differences all show a significant expansion trend, and the inter-regional differences are the main reasons for the differences in their technological innovation capabilities. On the one hand, the high-end enterprises in the eight major urban agglomerations have not yet generally established the awareness of technological innovation, and they lack long-term consideration of innovation and entrepreneurship; what's more, they have weak intrinsic motivation for technological innovation, which leads to further regional differences. On the other hand, a collaborative innovation mechanism has not yet been formed among high-level enterprises in various urban agglomerations, and the interaction of innovation with each other is poor. Thirdly the distribution curve of technological innovation capability gradually shifts to the right, showing a tailing trend to the right, but the polarization phenomenon is different. With consideration of the spatial correlation, its technological innovation capability shows obvious asymmetric and asynchronous characteristics with non-equilibrium time-space transfer. This finding indicates that the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of technological innovation capabilities at the high-level enterprise level of urban agglomerations and technological innovation capabilities at the regional level of urban agglomerations are consistent and convergent. #br#The study proposes that various regions should implement differentiated high-tech innovation capability improvement projects. Cities with strong technological innovation capabilities of high-tech enterprises should expand the space for external development; cities with weak technological innovation capabilities of high-tech enterprises should focus on improving the technological innovation capabilities of high-tech enterprises. In addition, it is necessary to promote the cross-regional flow and balanced allocation of innovation resources of high-tech enterprises, actively expand the channels for large-scale and cross-regional flow of innovation resources and improve the policies with focus on the support of innovative resource elements flow from rich areas to poor areas. Finally, it is essential to strengthen the cross-regional division of labor and cooperation in high-tech industries, the correlation and interaction of high-tech industries between different urban agglomerations, so as to further promote the cross-regional exchanges and cooperation of high-tech industries, jointly solve the problems that restrict the industrial growth and development , and improve the overall development quality of China's high-tech industries.#br#

As an important factor of urban innovation and development, capital is faced with differences in spatial allocation, which leads to regional differences in innovation output. The sources of funds for innovation mainly include enterprise owned funds, subsidies from government and financial institutions. Because of its strong attributes of public goods, the government attaches great importance to R & D, especially fundamental research, and fiscal investment is essential. However, some studies have also pointed out that fiscal science and technology funds will cause the loss of innovation efficiency. By contrast, in recent years, thanks to the development of digital inclusive finance, the efficiency of digital economic service entities has been improved. Digital inclusive finance provides more market participants access to innovative financing channels, improve the efficiency of financial resource allocation, and promote innovative output. Since the allocation of funds is constrained by the visible hand of the government and the invisible hand of the market, which force does the improvement of urban innovation vitality come from? Can the integration effect of urban innovation be realized, or can the innovation driving effects of the two replace each other? #br#There are some problems untouched in the existing research. First, the existing studies mostly focus on the spatial independence, and do not involve whether fiscal science and technology expenditure and the development of digital inclusive finance show innovative spillover effects. Second, the existing studies mostly discuss the impact of fiscal science and technology expenditure and digital inclusive finance on urban innovation and development from a single perspective, and do not integrate them into an analytical framework. Third, it does not answer if development of digital finance lead to the reduction of innovation's dependence on fiscal science and technology funds.#br#In view of the source of funds for innovative sectors, fiscal science and technology expenditure is the most direct way for the government to regulate economic development, and in recent years, the substitution effect of digital inclusive financial development on traditional finance has become increasingly significant. The use of fiscal science and technology expenditure is taken as the proxy variable of the government's tangible hand and the development of digital inclusive finance is the proxy variable of the invisible hand of the market, and then the impact and mechanism of fiscal science and technology expenditure and the development of digital inclusive finance on urban innovation are analyzed based on the panel data of 275 cities in China from 2012-2020, and the effectiveness of spatial effect is tested. This study constructs a benchmark regression model of fiscal science and technology expenditure, digital inclusive finance and urban innovation. Given the spatial characteristics of fiscal science and technology expenditure and digital inclusive financial performance, this paper introduces the spatial factors on the basis of benchmark regression model to build a spatial measurement model of the relationship between them and urban innovation for identification.#br#It is found that financial science and technology expenditure and digital inclusive finance can improve the level of local innovation; fiscal expenditure on science and technology and digital inclusive finance have a significant spatial spillover effect on urban innovation, but there is a certain offset. Fiscal spending on science and technology can promote local innovation and also drive innovation development in other related regions. Although the inclusive development of digital finance can encourage innovation in the region, the innovation and development of other related cities are somewhat inhibitory; the development of digital inclusive finance weakens the innovation effect of financial science and technology funds, that is, the driving effect of fiscal science and technology expenditure and digital inclusive finance have an alternative effect on urban innovation, and there are obvious regional differences in the substitution effects.#br#By introducing spatial effect and exploring the innovation spillover effect of fiscal science and technology expenditure and digital inclusive finance, this study analyzes the local neighbor effect of tangible hand and intangible hand, and provides new empirical evidence for regional innovation effect. It further combines the two most important moderator variables in urban scientific and technological innovation to discuss whether their innovation driving effects are synergistic interaction or mutual substitution, expanding the interpretation of the internal mechanism affecting innovation.#br#

The gray rhino and black swan incidents have had a significant impact on China's economic vitality and resilience. Confronted with the slowdown in economic growth and structural adjustments, China is striving to deal with the effects of previous economic stimulus policies while contending with anti-globalization, technological bullying, trade protectionism, and the Covid-19 epidemic on the outside. It is critical to figure out how to maintain and enhance economic resilience. Industrial development and innovation are essential for economic resilience. Innovation serves as the initial driving force for economic resilience, with industry acting as a carrier. Industrial related diversity narrows and deepens the "technological distance" and input-output relationship between industries, which can strengthen the symbiosis of innovation ecosystems through clustering innovation populations, improving the efficiency of innovation resource allocation, optimizing the innovation environment, and enhancing regional economic resilience through innovation. Thus innovation and innovation ecosystem symbiosis are interdependent, and the industrial and innovation value chains must be tightly connected. #br#Academic circles and the government are highly concerned about how to reduce the risks caused by uncertainty and improve the ability of the economy to withstand shocks. According to a review of the literature, the majority of research support the positive influence of industrial related variety on regional economic resilience, but how does this effect occur? Can the transmission mechanism be the innovation ecosystem symbiosis? The above questions are in great need of in-depth investigation.#br#This study follows the path of "industrial related variety—innovation ecosystem symbiosis—economic resilience". It analyzes regional economic resilience with the GDP as the direct indicator and measures industrial related variety with the indicator of location entropy. The innovation ecosystem symbiosis is measured by the synergetic degree model of the compound system. Then, the study constructs a dynamic panel data model to examine the impact of industrial related diversity on regional economic resilience, and uses systematic GMM methods to estimate the model; by further applying the mediating effect model, the study investigates how industrial related variety affects economic resilience via the innovation ecosystem symbiosis. The contributions of this study can be summed up into two parts: firstly, it empirically investigates the transmission mechanism between industrial related variety and economic resilience; and secondly, it contributes to the research domain about the economic and social value of the innovation ecosystem symbiosis.#br#The main conclusions of this paper are as follows. Theoretically, industrial related variety can enhance regional economic resilience through innovation ecosystem symbiosis. It can also encourage the clustering of various innovation actors, promote communities of interest, improve the allocation efficiency of innovation resources, optimize the innovation environment, release and stimulate innovation potential and thus improve economic resilience. Empirically, the results of the mediating effect model show that the mediating effect of regional innovation ecosystem symbiosis in the relationship between industry related variety and regional economic resilience is significant, and the above-mentioned transmission mechanism is evident. In terms of economic resilience, the industry related variety can be seen as the "healthy body" and the innovation ecosystem symbiosis as the "strong mind," and they should be integrated to enhance regional economic resilience. It is recommended that an efficient market and an effective government should be created and cooperated to optimize the layout of industry related variety and enhance regional economic resilience. With regard to the question of how to enhance economic resilience by deepening the innovation ecosystem symbiosis, this paper suggests to strengthen the symbiotic development of innovation ecosystem from the perspectives of clustering of multiple innovation actors, improving allocation efficiency of innovation resources and improving innovation environment. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, curb unfair competition by law, and prevent the innovation subjects from falling into vicious competition.#br#

With the acceleration of the digital revolution and the liberalization of service trade, service sectors have become new sources to improve national participation and embedding position in the global value chain (GVC) and realize the added value of goods and services. China has been stuck in the middle and lower reaches of the GVC for a long time due to the late and low-level start of the service industry, and it is difficult to realize the transformation from being "made in China" to "served in China". Despite the self-evident importance of the service industry's involvement in consolidating and restructuring the global value chain, most previous research has laid much emphasis on the manufacturing industry over service industry, or simply regard the service industry as a "supplement" or "intermediate input" to the manufacturing industry, and the current status and contribution of the service sectors’ participation in GVC are seldom discussed, especially the producer services. In the view of the "smiley curve", the high end of GVC is concentrated in producer services at both ends, and this paper focuses specifically on the producer service industry which is the core of the integration of the IT application with industrialization and the strategic high point of global industrial competition. It aims to explore the participation and position status of producer services of China in the global value chain, analyze the spatial and temporal evolution of producer services' GVC participation and position to find the gap among major economies, and clarify the key factors influencing the participation and position of producer services in GVC to put forward the path and upgrading strategies for producer services in GVC and pursue high-level opening and high-quality development.#br#With the help of the trade flow decomposition data of UIBE GVC-ADB MRIO database, the study conducts calculation and measurement of the participation and position of producer services in the global value chain of 60 countries (regions) from 2007 to 2020, and constructs three groups of comprehensive indexes of the business environment, factor quality and innovation capacity to empirically test the factors potentially influencing the participation and position of producer services in GVC. The results show that (1) China's producer services have relatively low average participation in the global value chain, meanwhile, the average position of producer services is relatively high, especially since the international competitiveness of the financial industry and telecommunications industry are high; (2) according to the regression results, business environment and factor quality factors significantly promote the GVC participation of producer services, and innovation capacity factors significantly promote the GVC position of producer services. Moreover, the results of the heterogeneity effect test considering regional differences in economic development level confirm that GVC participation and position of producer services in countries(regions) with higher economic development levels are mainly affected by factor quality, while countries(regions) with lower economic development levels are mostly driven by factor quality and innovation capacity.#br#This paper herein puts forward the upgrading strategies of the global value chain of producer services in China. The first is to create a first-class international business environment and enhance the participation of producer services in GVC so that China could take advantage of digital reform to improve the efficiency of government services, optimize the efficiency of tax collection and administration, provide high-quality public services and accelerate the institutional opening-up pace of the service sector. The second is to optimize the quality of factor input and increase GVC participation in producer services by accelerating the implementation of the Foreign Investment Law and supporting regulations, simplifying foreign investment procedures, improving investment supporting facilities, and constantly optimizing the follow-up service level of investment enterprises. Lastly, it is essential to maintain the stability of the GVC of producer services and "climb up" the value chain with more independent innovation capacity by continually increasing investment in R&D and supporting producer services for service innovation, strengthening intellectual property rights protection, and enhancing the overall international competitiveness of service enterprises. The paper integrates international business theories, GVC-related theories and research results in the field of trade and investment in producer services, and it is expected to help local service enterprises to break the "low-end locking" of the service industry and participate in international competitions.#br#

The continuous development of the Internet has had a huge impact on social life and production methods. Its integration with different industries has driven the development of related industries. Innovation and entrepreneurship have been stimulated with new vitality in the Internet age. Entrepreneurs' application of the Internet is an effective way to achieve innovation and entrepreneurial performance growth. In the Internet era, the Internet has become an indispensable medium for entrepreneurs to obtain information and resources, and it has also become a breakthrough for enterprises to innovate and make profits. Various examples in real life show that the popularization and application of the Internet not only provides more business opportunities, but also helps entrepreneurs to obtain information and resources related to entrepreneurship in the process of starting a business, and helps the survival and development of entrepreneurial enterprises. Sustained entrepreneurial activities and good enterprise development can effectively improve the regional economic activity and play a positive role in improving the imbalanced regional economic development. The overall influence of the Internet on entrepreneurial activities has also attracted the attention of many scholars to conduct research centering on the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities, the improvement of social capital, resource integration, business model innovation, etc. to lay a solid theory for follow-up research. New businesses usually lack resources and full legitimacy, and they have low social acceptance. These are the main factors hindering the performance of new companies. With the development of Internet technology and economic globalization, the rapid changes in consumer demand and the acceleration of technological upgrading, the external environment for entrepreneurship has become increasingly complex with intense market competition, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for entrepreneurs and new start-ups. In order to seize opportunities and meet challenges, entrepreneurs need to keep learning, increase knowledge reserves, and solve the problem of survival disadvantages of new entrepreneurial enterprises. But where to learn, that is, the acquisition of knowledge sources, has become an important factor affecting the learning of entrepreneurs.#br#For entrepreneurs, communication and access to information resources are the main values of the Internet for their entrepreneurial activities. Entrepreneurs can not only establish or join communities, obtain information and resources through interaction with other individuals in the community, but also search, browse and download required materials on Internet media platforms. However, in the previous research on the relationship between personal Internet embeddedness and entrepreneurial activities, the relationship between Internet embeddedness and entrepreneurial activities was mostly explained from the perspective of personal embeddedness. Research from a single angle will lead to simplification of conclusions, which is not conducive to the development of entrepreneurial research. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the impact of Internet embeddedness on entrepreneurial activities from different perspectives. This study believes that entrepreneurs' Internet embedding and entrepreneurial learning have an important impact on the performance improvement of new ventures, and construct the conceptual model from the perspective of Internet embedding methods. It uses empirical research methods to explore the impact of entrepreneurial Internet embedding on the performance of new ventures, as well as the mediating role of entrepreneurial learning.#br#On the basis of drawing on mature scales at home and abroad, this paper makes appropriate modifications accordingly, designs the questionnaire, and conducts a questionnaire survey by combining online and offline methods to carry out empirical research. The results show that both Internet community embedding and Internet media embedding have a positive impact on the performance of new ventures. Entrepreneurial learning plays a partial mediating role between Internet media embedding and new venture performance. In the embedded model of the Internet community, the mediating effect of cognitive learning on the survival performance of new startups, the mediating effect of experiential learning on the growth performance of new startups, and the mediating effects of enterprise survival and growth performance are more significant.#br#

Companies that conduct quite a lot of R&D investments and actively carry out innovative activities are often considered to have good development opportunities and promising profitability by investors in the stock market. Therefore, the company's R&D investment behaviors have become an important information reference for investors to evaluate the company. At the same time, with the purpose of promotion the transformation of economic growth mode, the Chinese government has issued a series of preferential policies to encourage companies to carry out R&D innovation to improve the technology level. This, in turn, makes the R&D behavior of a corporate highly concerned and sought after by investors in the market. In the Internet environment, the investor sentiment is easy to spread rapidly and affect other investors, and it may lead to irrational emotions in the capital market on the company's stock price and affect the decision-making behaviors of the corporate managers. #br#This paper uses the posting messages of Eastmoney Shanghai Securities Composite Index Bar from 2010 to 2020 to construct an investor sentiment indicator. On this basis, it studies the R&D catering behaviors and innovation efficiency of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges to analyze the relationship between the managers' catering behaviors and the quality of corporate financial information. The research results show that the high risk of R&D projects and the uncertainty of future returns result in the fact that investors find it time-consuming and difficult to accurately identify the true values of the projects. In this case, investors will have irrational expectations of the company's prospects under the influence of psychological bias, which will lead to irrational fluctuations in stock prices. Therefore, corporate managers have sufficient motivation to increase R&D investment expenditure so as to take advantage of the overvaluation of stock prices to obtain private benefits. However, managers' catering behaviors will lead to the reduction of high-quality innovation patents and the increase of low-quality innovation patents, and thus it is not conducive to the improvement of the company's innovation efficiency and long-term value growth. In addition, managers tend to hide negative information in order to further meet the psychological expectations of investors. They are also motivated to manipulate corporate financial information disclosure through earnings management and other kinds of methods to cooperate with their R&D investment catering behaviors, which consequently brings about a decline in the quality of corporate financial information. The research results of this paper confirm that an irrational capital market will lead to the failure of corporate governance mechanism. In this case, the government supervision department that makes corresponding regulatory policies plays a vital role in correcting and restraining the irrational behaviors of the capital market. They should formulate policies to clarify the disclosure standards of the financial reports, and restrict the companies from publishing exaggerated or misleading statements. It is feasible to use the big data technology to monitor the changes of the network public opinion, so that the scientific and technological supervision runs through the company's information disclosure before, during and after the process, which helps to ensure the comprehensiveness and timeliness of the supervision#br#From the theoretical perspective, this study makes the following contributions. Firstly, it expands the method of measuring the irrational characteristics of investors in the big data environment and makes certain contributions to improve the measurement accuracy and credibility of investor sentiment. Secondly, from the perspective of corporate R&D investment, this study advances the understanding of managers' catering behaviors. Finally, this paper reveals that capital market information noise could influence the quality of corporate financial information by distorting corporate R&D investment behaviors, which enriches the research on the consequences of corporate catering behaviors. From the perspective of policy practice, this study has important and significant reference for listed companies in China to optimize the R&D investment behaviors, enhance their innovation capability and form market competitive advantages. Meanwhile,it provides important decision-making reference for the relevant government departments to further improve the supervision of China's capital market, protect the rights of small and medium-sized investors, and improve the functions of China's capital market.#br#

Nowadays, the government and new energy vehicle companies have gradually increased their investment in innovative resources for new energy vehicles to increase the innovation output of new energy vehicles. But what follows is the problem of diminishing marginal output of new energy vehicle innovation, and the traditional model of "high input and high output" may no longer be applicable. Correspondingly, the inherent law of diminishing marginal output of corporate innovation and increasing marginal cost of corporate innovation input may inhibit the innovation efficiency of new energy vehicle companies. Most of the present studies carry out in-depth and detailed research from the aspects of innovation stage division and DEA model improvement, ignoring the actual impact of environmental factors on the innovation efficiency of new energy enterprises.#br#This paper selects 187 new energy vehicle listed companies as research samples to make an empirical analysis. First, regional openness, labor quality, technical market environment, technical foundation, and environmental regulation are selected as environmental factors, and the three-stage DEA method is used to measure the influence of environmental factors and the innovation efficiency of new energy vehicle enterprises; second, equity concentration, enterprise patent stock, employee quality, government subsidy intensity, enterprise-scale, financing structure, number of R&D personnel, and R&D personnel are selected based on the measured innovation efficiency value of new energy vehicle enterprises. By taking the expenditure as an explanatory variable, the Tobit model is used to study the influencing factors of the selected variables on the innovation efficiency of new energy vehicle enterprises.#br#The results show that the innovation efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 187 new energy companies are 0.14, 0.26, and 0.59 respectively, indicating that the overall innovation efficiency of new energy vehicle companies is not high. Pure technical efficiency may be the main factor responsible for this phenomenon. Without removing environmental factors and random errors, the innovation efficiency of listed new energy vehicle companies presents an inverted N shape, with the average value fluctuating around 0.15, the average pure technical efficiency fluctuating around 0.25, and the average scale efficiency fluctuates about 0.6, and the low pure technical efficiency of new energy vehicle enterprises is the main reason for the low innovation efficiency, indicating that new energy vehicle enterprises have much room for improvement in internal management. After excluding the impact of environmental factors on innovation efficiency, the innovation efficiency of listed new energy vehicle companies is generally stable, and the development trend has changed, showing an N-shaped development, indicating that environmental factors have had a substantial impact on measuring the innovation efficiency of new energy vehicle companies. It is necessary to use the three-stage DEA model to measure innovation efficiency after eliminating the influence of environmental factors. From a specific analysis, the innovation efficiency and scale efficiency of new energy vehicle enterprises are at a low level, and the pure technical efficiency is at a high level of 0.9. Therefore, it is analyzed that the reason for the low innovation efficiency of new energy vehicle enterprises is no longer pure technical efficiency, and the low scale efficiency has become the key factor restricting the low innovation efficiency of new energy vehicle enterprises.#br#The Tobit model is used to study the influencing factors of the selected variables on the innovation efficiency of new energy vehicle enterprises. The results show that the characteristics of enterprises themselves have different degrees of influence on innovation efficiency. R&D expenditures promote innovation efficiency but are not statistically significant, and R&D personnel is positively correlated with innovation efficiency at the 1% level. At the level of 1%, ownership concentration has a significant role in promoting the innovation efficiency of enterprises. Enterprise patent stock at the level of 1% promotes the improvement of enterprise innovation efficiency. At the 1% level, there is a positive relationship between enterprise-scale and enterprise innovation efficiency. Both the government subsidy intensity and the financing structure have a negative impact on the innovation efficiency of enterprises at the level of 10%.#br#Compared with previous studies, this study considers the impact of environmental factors of new energy vehicle companies on innovation efficiency, instead of using traditional DEA methods and stochastic frontier analysis methods to calculate innovation of new energy vehicle companies. Second, based on the existing research foundation of new energy vehicle enterprises, the study selects the commonly used factors affecting enterprise innovation efficiencies, such as ownership structure, government subsidies and employee quality, and further explore the influencing factors of enterprise innovation efficiency excluding environmental factors.#br#

The rapid development of science and technology, especially the emergence of new technologies, has brought benefits to the whole society. However, the ethical risks it brings have become increasingly prominent. The ethical and moral issues are mainly related to nuclear technology, biotechnology and information technology. How to promote scientific and technological ethical governance and prevent scientific and technological ethical risks have become the new mission. For this reason, it is of great significance to strengthen the ethical review of science and technology. Ethical review is an effective means of scientific and technological ethics governance, and ethical review of science and technology follows the concept of “science and technology for good”. Ethical review is served as gatekeeper and has a very important normative effect on research and innovation in cutting-edge scientific and technological fields. In order to give full play to the role of ethical review in the governance of scientific and technological ethics, attention should be paid to the construction and improvement of relevant mechanisms for ethical review.#br#There are still some deficiencies in China's construction mechanisms of the ethics committee, the operation of the ethical review procedures and the application of the ethical review methods. For example, the standardization and homogeneity of the ethics committee construction are still insufficient, which affects the overall level of the ethics committee construction. The procedures and mechanisms for avoiding conflicts of interest are far from satisfactory, and this may lead to unfair ethical review results. Due to the lack of homogeneous review standards, mutual recognition of the ethical review results is highly affected. The mechanism for the construction of information technology for ethical review is not good enough, leading to a generally low level of information management. These problems will influence the quality and efficiency of the ethical review of science and technology. Therefore, it is necessary to find the countermeasures and optimize relevant mechanisms.#br#By using the research methodology of case study, data analysis, overseas experience, and other methods and approaches, this study concludes the following countermeasures for further improvement and optimization. (1) Regarding the construction of the ethics committee, the relevant certification mechanism should be built, and the entry threshold should be raised to comprehensively improve the strength of the committee. The independence of the ethics committee should be enhanced from three aspects of personnel recruitment, independent establishment and financial support. The review capacity of the ethics committee should be continuously strengthened through system constraints, business training, guidance and supervision. (2) As to the operation of ethical review procedures, the conflict of interest avoidance mechanism should be improved, and the scope of the avoidance subject should be reasonably determined. Scientific and technological ethical risk assessment standards should be set to define the risk classification and its connotation, and corresponding review procedures should be used according to the risk levels of research projects in the hierarchical and classified management. (3)With regarding to the ethical review methods, the mutual recognition mechanism of review results should be optimized to improve review efficiency and quality through mutual recognition. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of ethical review information, promote the standardization of electronic data, and improve the authority management system of the information system.#br#In conclusion, the above research can solve the specific problems existing in the practice of the ethical review of science and technology in China. By multi-party exploration, especially by drawing on the successful experience abroad, the corresponding countermeasures with strong feasibility and certain novelty are proposed. Ethical review of science and technology can effectively avoid scientific and technological ethics and safety risk. By optimizing the related mechanism of ethical review of science and technology, the good governance of science and technology can be realized.#br#

Innovation failure refers to a deviation of innovation projects between the actual situation and the target expectation. Due to the increasing volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity in modern business environment, innovation projects tend to fail more often than they succeed. Enterprises can only obtain competitive advantages through continuous trial and error. Employees' learning from failure describes the process in which individuals spontaneously reflect on innovation failure events and avoid similar failures by adjusting behaviors. The existing literature has explored the causes and effects of learning from failure from the perspectives of attribution, cognition, emotion and so on. However, there is little attention to the mode of learning from failure. It is not clear what factors can affect the choice of learning mode. In addition, with the word “996” (working from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day for six days a week) appearing on various network media platforms, the effect of challenge stressors has become a hot issue again. In practice, challenge stressors are essential for enterprises to maintain innovation performance after failure. According to the theory of learning under occupational stressors, there is a reciprocal relationship between stress and learning. However, few scholars have focused on the relationship between challenge stressors and learning from failure, and there is insufficient response to the double-edged effect of stress. Therefore this study aims to open the black box between challenge stressors and learning from failure by exploring the relationship among challenge stressors, dualistic work passion and employee′s learning from failure (single loop learning and double loop learning) based on the cognitive appraisal theory of emotion.#br# This study selects employees from technology-intensive enterprises as the sample, because they experience challenge stressors more frequently compared with employees from traditional manufacturing industries and service industries. The survey is limited in Guagndong Province, the most economically active region in China. Shenzhen and Zhuhai are selected as the representative cities. After consulting the management committee, the enterprises whose innovation projects failed to reach the expected goals in the past three years are screened out. With the help of executives, employees with failure experiences are selected as research samples, and a total of 500 questionnaires are commissioned. Finally, 267 valid questionnaires are collected.#br# The results show that challenge stressors have a positive effect on single loop learning, and an inverted U-shaped effect on double loop learning; challenge stressors have an inverted U-shaped effect on harmonious passion, and a positive effect on obsessive passion; both harmonious passion and obsessive passion have a mediating effect on challenge stressors and single loop learning or double loop learning. Moreover, the mediating effect of harmonious passion between challenge stressors and double loop learning is more significant, while the mediating effect of obsessive passion between challenge stressors and single loop learning is more significant.#br# The theoretical contributions of this research are as follows. First, from the perspective of learning depth, this study breaks the cognitive entrenchment of the mode of learning from failure in previous literature, and provides new directions for the future. Second, the empirical results show that challenge stressors can activate learning behaviors to a certain extent, but also induce defensive behaviors. This conclusion is a supplement and extension of the theory of learning under occupational stressors. Third, this study confirms the mediating role of dualistic work passion between challenge stressors and employees′ learning from failure. On the one hand, it responds to scholars' call for research on the complex relationship between stress and passion. On the other hand, it deeply explains the reason why employees choose different modes of learning from failure under the same level of challenge stressors, providing a new perspective for understanding the formation process of employees′ learning from failure.#br#Enterprises are suggested to attach importance to the mode of learning. The empirical results show that employees are more inclined to adopt single loop learning after innovation failure. Single loop learning pursues efficiency and short-term performance, while double loop learning contributes to the improvement of strategic goals and long-term performance. Both of them are indispensable. Enterprises should also treat the challenge stressors dialectically and focus on cultivating harmonious passion, including establishing a post rotation system, providing professional skills training courses, improving fault tolerance and correction mechanism.#br#

With the rising tide of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, the innovation-driven digital economy is promoting the intelligent manufacturing and platform transformation of enterprises. It is necessary to keep exploration and innovation for further development in the complex and changeable competitive environment. The essence of enterprise innovation is the innovation of employees, which is inseparable from the self-breakthrough and reform of employees. As one of the important ways to help enterprises break the core rigidity of the organization and stimulate unexpected innovation or even subversive innovation, the employee deviant innovation is an important power source to improve the creativity and innovation of the organization. Therefore, it becomes particularly important of how to stimulate employee deviant innovation accurately and effectively. Platform leadership is a new leadership model that can provide grassroots employees with a platform for development. It can enhance the possibility of employee exploration breakthrough, which also is the key cause of stimulating employee deviant innovative behavior. It has an important impact on the reform and development of organizations and employees. So it is of great significance to explore the influence mechanism and boundary conditions of platform leadership on employee deviant innovation behavior.#br#This paper constructs a serial intermediary model of platforming leadership, independent self-construction, remodeling job and employee deviant innovation, and explores the dual path influencing mechanism of distributed leadership on employee deviant innovation behavior based on the self-consistency theory, self-determination theory and three-way interaction theory. It also analyzes the serial mediating role of independent self-construction and job crafting of all distributed leadership and employee deviant innovation and the moderating role of error management atmosphere. The data for this study were from 342 valid questionnaire obtained after online and offline surveys and return visits to the employees. The 342 valid questionnaires were empirically analyzed by SPSS22.0 and AMOS23.0 software. Firstly, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity test, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis were carried out to confirm that the samples were suitable for regression analysis. Then, the main effect, mediating effect and moderating effect of this study were tested by hierarchical regression. Finally, Bootstrap was used to test the serial mediation effect.#br#The results show that platform leadership positively drives employee deviant innovation behavior; independent self-construction and job crafting partially mediate the relationship between platform leadership and employee deviant innovation; independent self-construction can positively stimulate the behavior of employees' job crafting, and both independent self-construction and job crafting play a chain mediating role between platform leadership and employee deviant innovation; error management atmosphere positively moderated the relationship among platform leadership, independent self-construction, job crafting and employee deviant innovation. #br#To sum up, on the premise that innovation is fundamental to enterprise progress and development, this study constructs an integrated analytical framework. By integrating two mediating variables, independent self-construction and job crafting, it interprets the influence mechanism and process of platform leadership on employees' active changes from a new perspective. It improves the boundary conditions of distributed leadership influencing the mechanism of employees' active change behavior, expands and enriches the theories and researches of human resource management in the era of platform economy. In addition, this study also provides management inspiration for realizing the development of organizational platform by getting through in-depth interpretation of the characteristics and advantages of the new leadership style of platforming leadership, as well as its cognitive function, stimulation process and influence boundary on the formation of employee deviant behavior. Enterprises should speed up the construction of a platform-based organization to invite both managers and employees for employee develop together, encourage a tolerant atmosphere of mistakes in deviant innovation, provide employees with more training and introduce deviant innovation into the enterprise culture. Future research can expand the scope of sample selection to cover more geographical areas, so as to eliminate the possibility of accidental phenomena in local areas. It is suggested to have a follow-up survey to make the data more convincing. In addition, researchers can try to explore the influence mechanism of platform leadership on employee deviant innovation behavior from different perspectives, andthe possibility of more reasonable boundary conditions.#br#

Knowledge is regarded as an important resource for enterprises to improve R&D performance and core competitiveness. Despite the fact that most of the existing research focuses on the positive impact of knowledge transfer, negative effects of knowledge transfer persists. With the deepening of practice, firms gradually find that knowledge transfer sometimes not only fails to bring the expected benefits, but also becomes a burden to organizational costs. At present, the increasing number of studies on negative effects of knowledge transfer has the potential to meaningfully impact managers' understanding of knowledge transfer process control and practice outcome transformation. However, the research directions and emphases of existing studies are scattered. It is therefore the purpose of the current work to conduct a systematic review of extant research on negative effects of firm knowledge transfer. #br#First, the protocol used to collect and synthesize the extant research on negative effects of knowledge transfer is outlined, including a comprehensive search of CNKI and WOS databases as well as standard screening. Second, there is a general overview of the findings from the literature reviewed. By Citespace and VOS software, this study makes an analysis of high-frequency keywords to extract the eight research hotspots of the negative effects of knowledge transfer, and the evolutionary law of the negative effects of knowledge transfer is clarified. Third, from 124 literatures from 2000 to 2021, it systematically summarizes the concept and manifestation of the “negative effects” of knowledge transfer by using the method of scope review, and further reviews the antecedent variables, consequence variables and moderating variables of the negative effects of knowledge transfer. Then a comprehensive theoretical framework of negative effects of knowledge transfer is constructed to systematically reveal the formation mechanism and governance mode of negative effects in the process of knowledge transfer. .#br#The main research findings are as follows. (1) In terms of development trend, the research on the negative effects of knowledge transfer presents two stages of slow start and rapid development, but there is still little domestic attention. (2) The connotation of negative effect of knowledge transfer is analyzed based on reviewing the concept of existing literature. It is believed that negative effect refers to the leakage of core knowledge or skills in the process of knowledge transfer due to some reasons (e.g. opportunistic or conflicts). Therefore, it damages the core competitiveness of firms and reduces the effect of firm performance. (3) From the internal mechanism of negative effects of knowledge transfer, the antecedent variables, consequence variables and moderating variables are summarized. On the one hand, some factors among the four levels of knowledge, industry environment, organization and partners will lead to negative effects in the process of knowledge transfer, and adversely affect the innovation ability and performance of the organization. On the other hand, situational factors, organizational flexibility, knowledge segmentation and other factors in the four levels will adjust the negative effects in the process of knowledge transfer before and after the process of knowledge transfer. (4) In terms of research content, there are fewer systematic review papers on the relevant topics; in terms of research methods, most of the scholars have adopted a single subjective method. Few research uses macro software analysis and the method of combining representative sample systems to clarify the negative effects of the mechanism of knowledge transfer. Specifically, the use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods provides a broader lens to research content that has not been covered by previous reviews.#br#This paper poses greater challenges for future empirical researchers to note and by providing actionable direction for scholars and practitioners around negative effects of knowledge transfer, and for firms, they should ensure a good start-up state before knowledge transfer and skillfully avoid the negative effects arising from the knowledge transfer process. Through active guidance to firms in this paper, the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge transfer are improved, and the core competitiveness and innovation capability of firms are further enhanced after knowledge transfer.#br#
