    Since its establishment in the 1980s, Chinese technology factor market (TFM) has become an essential driving force for optimizing industrial structure, transforming economic growth mode and promoting high-quality economic development. But compared with the holistic development of domestic market economy, TFM is underdeveloped. The existing studies have shown that TFM’s high risk, information asymmetry, positive externality make it highly complex and heterogeneous, which means its operation mechanism is different from commodity market, but these is a lack of discussion on this operation mechanism. Therefore, this paper conducts in-depth research on this aspect based on the market sociology theory to examine the forming process of dynamic and heterogeneous real markets as well as expounds the shaping effects of many social factors on market, such as government, social structure and culture.#br#In this study TFM is conceptualized as a complex, interconnected system consisting of three complementary and synergistic dimensions: government, social structure and actor. On the one hand, this study makes an historical analysis of each dimension, so as to make an in-depth characterization of the development characteristics of the three dimensions. On the other hand, through cross-dimension analysis, it further examines the linkages and synergies of government, social structure and actor to explore holistic evolution law and internal operation mechanism of the TFM. Based on the above research mentality and the framework, this study collects multi-source heterogeneous data including policy text, patents, technical contract turnover, proportion of different technical contract types and the numbers of market participants from Chinese official statistics between 1980 and 2020. Though analyzing these data by policy bibliometric analysis method, social network analysis method and descriptive statistical analysis method, this study carries out panoramic analysis of Chinese TFM to explore evolution law and operation mechanism in the TFM.#br#The results show that more than 40 years of historical evolution of Chinese TFM, the government, society structure and actor play different roles in cultivating and developing TFM, and are consistently unified and integrated with each other. The government’s roles are to establish institutional environment, invest in the generation of scientific and technological achievements, regulate market failure and improve market equality. Besides, it should be noted that the market transformation relies on the adjustment of the government roles, so the government needs to have a leading consciousness and take responsibilities of guidance and early warning for the development of TFM. The role of social structure is to change the way of distribution of social capital, transmission of market benefit and fair access to resources through mutual construction of relationship network and economic network. As to the actor’s role, the number of different types of actors adjust the structure of supply and demand to maintain and promote the market operation. Under the shaping effects of these three forces, the TFM has evolved from being dominated by redistribution mechanism to being dominated by market-oriented allocation mechanism, from monopoly of state-owned organizations to integrated development of state-owned and private organizations, from being insufficient in equalization effect to continuously being enhanced in equalization effect.#br#The research concludes that underlying issue of the TFM’s development is how to strike a balance between the role of the government and that of the market, and we should follow more closely the rules of the market and better play the role of the government. The theoretical contributions of this paper are as follows. Firstly, this paper put forwards a multi-dimensional analysis framework from the market sociology perspective with interplays between government, social structure and actor, which fills the gap between market and government in previous studies, and expands the concept and theoretical basis of the TFM. Secondly, it explores the overall evolution law of Chinese TFM, enriching the research of market sociology in the context of emerging country. Thirdly, it explores the application of multi-source heterogeneous data analysis method in TFM research, and makes up for the deficiency of previous qualitative research.#br#

    Opportunity-driven entrepreneurship plays an increasingly prominent role in overcoming the middle-income trap, and realizing economic transformation and high-quality development, especially in the face of an increasingly complex international environment and the impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic. Existing studies have pointed out some influencing factors of opportunity-driven entrepreneurship, but they are relatively fragmented. As an influential behavioral prediction theory in the field of social psychology, the theory of planned behavior can effectively predict entrepreneurial intention and subsequent entrepreneurial behaviors. It provides a comprehensive and powerful explanatory framework for opportunity-driven entrepreneurship. At the same time, entrepreneurial activity is a complex social issue and is subject to the dynamic nature of nonlinear network feedback system. As a result, it is hard to predict entrepreneurial activity. The significance level of traditional regression methods is influenced by the sample size and the coefficient is influenced by the measurement scale, which makes it difficult to assess the importance of influencing factors as well. Opportunity-driven entrepreneurship involves plenty of characteristic variables, and the relationship between each variable and opportunity-driven entrepreneurship may not be limited to a single linear relationship.#br#With the advent of the era of big data and the development of computer information technology, artificial intelligence receives increasing attention in more and more research and application. It is disrupting industries, business management and innovation related to entrepreneurship, but little attention is paid to the field of entrepreneurship. As one of the core algorithms in the field of artificial intelligence, the machine learning algorithm can fit nonlinear relationships well and is suitable for dealing with the prediction of opportunity-driven entrepreneurship. Therefore following the theory of planned behavior, the study selects 12 characteristic variables to construct the influencing factor framework of opportunity-driven entrepreneurship from subject norm, attitudes toward the behavior and perceived behavior control combined with demographic characteristics. The influencing factor framework specifically includes achievement orientation, risk taking, public recognition, media publicity, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, etc. A total of 19 805 samples are obtained from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor database in 2018. The XGBoost algorithm is used to predict opportunity-driven entrepreneurship and identify key influencing factors, and the results are compared with those of three machine learning algorithms. The results show that the XGBoost algorithm can predict opportunity-driven entrepreneurship better than support vector machine, random forest and logistic regression in accuracy, precision, recall and F1 value. According to the ROC curve, the AUC value can reach 0.94, which again shows that the prediction effect of XGBoost algorithm is good. In the meantime, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, opportunity recognition and relationship perception are important factors affecting opportunity-driven entrepreneurship, while demographic characteristics such as gender are less important.#br#This study makes two contributions.It first applies the theory of planned behavior and demographic characteristics to analyze the influencing factors of opportunity-driven entrepreneurship, which helps make up for the lack of systematicity in the analysis of opportunity-driven entrepreneurship in previous studies, verifies the applicability of planned behavior theory in explaining opportunity-driven entrepreneurial behavior, and deepens the application of the theory in the field of opportunity-driven entrepreneurship. Then the study combines artificial intelligence with opportunity-driven entrepreneurship, applies machine learning methods to the prediction of opportunity-driven entrepreneurship, and establishes a prediction model of “whether individuals participate in opportunity-driven entrepreneurship”. The XGBoost algorithm has the best prediction effect on opportunity-driven entrepreneurship, and can detect the interaction ambiguity and nonlinear effects in the input data, extend the application of machine learning methods in the field of entrepreneurship, and make up for the shortcomings of traditional econometric analysis methods.#br#The study also provides practical insights and references for individuals, government and external investors. First, for government and external investors, they can identify potential opportunity-driven entrepreneurs based on the XGBoost algorithm to facilitate better allocation of resources to potential opportunity-driven entrepreneurs and reduce selection costs to promote opportunity-driven entrepreneurial practice. Second, the government should target to create an environment that fosters opportunity-driven entrepreneurship to continuously improve individual entrepreneurial self-efficacy, enhance individual entrepreneurial relationship perception, and strength individual entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. For individuals, special attention should be paid to enhancing entrepreneurial self-efficacy, focusing on the accumulation of entrepreneurial relationships and actively identifying entrepreneurial opportunities to transform into opportunity-driven entrepreneurial behavior.#br#

    Technology transfer can boost collaborative innovation in regional science and technology organizations. The problem of low transaction rates in China's technology market still remains serious and it is vital to study on the drivers of inter-organizational technology transfer to promote the technology market development . Technology proximity, as an internal and external factor of technology transactions, is a necessary condition for promoting technology knowledge transfer and a decisive factor for partner selection. However, there is no consensus on the impact of technology proximity on technology transfer, and various theories such as the facilitation theory, inhibition theory and inverted U theory have been formed. Meanwhile, the previous studies have paid little attention to a fine-grained discussion about the connotation definition and quantitative measurement of technology proximity, which makes it hard to illustrate the intrinsic mechanism of the impact of technology proximity on technology transfer. Therefore, this paper makes a fine-grained delineation of technology proximity and explores its microscopic impact on technology transfer to reveal the inner driving mechanism of technology transfer and promote the matching of supply and demand entities as well as technology transactions.#br#The absorptive capacity attributes of technology transfer organizations, the structural proximity of technology content among organizations, and the location and relational proximity of organizations in the technology transfer network are comprehensively considered to fine-grain the technology proximity into 3 dimensions of technology absorption capacity proximity, technology content structure proximity and technology transaction network proximity, with a total of 11 indicators. Then QAP analysis methods, Spearman's rank correlation and time series models are used to construct a model of the influence of multidimensional technology proximity on patent technology transfer, including (1) testing the influence of multidimensional technology proximity on technology transfer by QAP regression analysis; (2) testing the dynamic influence of node centrality on technology transfer by Spearman rank correlation; (3) testing the dynamic influence of technology transaction proximity on technology transfer by QAP correlation.#br#On the basis of an empirical study of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional invention patent transfer data from 2011-2018, the paper investigates the impact of multidimensional technological proximity on patent technology transfer and concludes that (1) on the dimension of technology absorption capacity proximity, technology reserve proximity positively promotes technology transfer; and technology strength proximity negatively affects technology transfer; (2) on the dimension of technology content structure proximity, the proximity of the technology foundation influences technology transfer in an inverted U-shape, the proximity of technology investment negatively influences technology transfer, and the proximity of technology complementarity positively promotes technology transfer; (3) on the dimension of technology transaction network structure proximity, network structure proximity positively promotes technology transfer, and the role of network openness proximity is not significant;network node degree centrality and proximity centrality positively promote technology transfer, and the role of betweenness centrality is not strong, indicating that the effects of merit link and proximity link in the network are significant; the positive impact of technology transaction proximity on technology transfer is "inverted U-shaped", and the path-dependent effect is significant; (4) three extended indicators exert an important effect on patent technology transfer, and their effects are robust in the time series model, i.e. network distance proximity has the strongest promoting effect, followed by technology complementarity proximity, which indicates that organizations prefer to choose others with short network distance and strong technology complementarity for patent technology transfer; while technology investment proximity has the strongest inhibiting effect, which means that organizations with similar demands tend to compete, and it's difficult to carry out patent technology transfer; (5) among the other dimensions of proximity, geographic proximity has a non-significant contribution to technology transfer, while institutional proximity and social proximity have a positive effect on technology transfer.#br#Addressing the above issues, it is advised to (1) promote the construction of a big data platform for technology transactions, dynamically measure the multidimensional proximity between entities, and improve the model of matching technology supply and demand and transaction recommendation on the existing platform; (2) reduce the cost of technology transactions among cross-regional organizations, explore diversified technology transfer models among organizations, and enhance the activity of technology transaction networks; (3) promote the construction of a national technology market, and give full play to the technology spillover effect of backbone organizations in the national market.#br#

    Reform and innovation are the driving force and sources of high-quality economic development. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party and the state have focused on comprehensively deepening reform in order to eradicate institutional malpractices and deep-seated conflicts of interests in many economic and social fields, and continued to release institutional dividends in key links. As an important institutional exploration for the Party Central Committee's efforts to comprehensively deepen reform in the new era, the pilot zone for comprehensive innovation reform undertakes major national reform and development strategic tasks, which is of great significance in stimulating innovation-driven vitality and endogenous growth drivers.#br#To this effect,can comprehensive innovation reform effectively boost regional economic growth and become a new driving force for high-quality development? This is the problem this paper aims to answer. At present, there are still some deficiencies in the academic research on the above problem, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: first, there is a lack of discussion on the economic effect of the national comprehensive innovation reform pilot zone from the macro level; second, existing researches have not clarified the transmission channels of innovation system reform affecting economic growth, and the relevant mechanism has not been systematically explained theoretically and tested empirically; thirdly, the endogeneity problem has not been well solved.#br#In order to explore the economic effect and transmission mechanism of the comprehensive innovation reform pilot zone, this paper uses the difference-in-differences model to conduct the research through panel data in 254 cities in China from 2011 to 2018. The results show that firstly the construction of the experimental area significantly promotes regional economic growth, and it has been strengthened with the passage of years, the results are significant through the robustness test of instrumental variable estimation, propensity score matching difference method and nighttime light intensity substitution method. Secondly the economic effects of experimental policies are mainly realized through transmission mechanisms such as innovation-driven effect, structural optimization effect and resource allocation effect, among which the structural optimization effect is relatively weak. Further research shows that the above system dividends are stronger in the experimental areas with higher government efficiency and market allocation of factors.#br#This paper explores the mechanism of innovation system reform and economic growth from the perspective of comprehensive innovation reform, and it expands the literature related to policy evaluation of innovation reform. Then focusing on the institutional dividend of comprehensive innovation reform to the economic effect, it examines the transmission mechanism of the economic effect of comprehensive innovation reform from the perspective of innovation-driven, structural optimization, resource allocation and other transmission channels, and explores the effect of government efficiency and market-oriented allocation of factors from the perspective of effective government and efficient market. In addition this paper identifies and evaluates the economic effects of comprehensive innovation reform by using the differential difference method, and combines multiple robust strategies, such as instrumental variable estimation and substitution of night light intensity, to identify the policy effects more accurately.#br#The results have the following policy implications. (1) In order to deepen a new round of comprehensive innovation reform experiments to stimulate new drivers of economic growth, this paper proposes to grant greater autonomy and deepen a new round of pilot comprehensive innovation reforms in prefecture-level cities with a sound economic foundation and abundant talents for innovation. (2) Combining the regional industrial structure and innovation resource endowment, the government should promote the formation of a collaborative and interactive innovation reform path between scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading. Local governments should promote the comprehensive innovation reform and upgrading of industrial structure and high-quality development of the real economy in the virtuous cycle with the consideration of regional industrial structure and innovation base. (3) It is essential to adhere to the dual drive of scientific and technological innovation and institutional innovation, and promote the formation of an innovation incentive system that enables the government and the efficient market to work in concert and mutually promote each other, and continue to release institutional dividends of comprehensive innovation and reform to stimulate new drivers of growth.#br#

    Industrial parks have been the key platform to promote industrial agglomeration, resource integration, technology transfer and sustainable innovation around the world. The main carriers are consisted by economic development zones and high-tech zones with the aim to realize sustainable development. Under the new development pattern, it has become an urgent problem of how to effectively improve the economy and innovation performance to promote sustainable development in industrial parks. The perspective of sustainable development integrates economic, society and environmental factors into the same analysis framework, and emphasizes the factor coordination and interaction.#br#From the perspective of sustainable development, this study constructs the analysis framework of industrial parks’ sustainable development system from five aspects, including economic foundation, innovation carrier, industrial cooperation, public service and social environment. Meanwhile, it adopts the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA) method to carry out research in the hope of revealing the complex causal mechanism of sustainable development system on economic and innovation performance in the industrial parks. Thus, this study takes 100 national industrial parks in China as samples, including 49 economic development zones and 51 high-tech zones, and applies the fsQCA approach to explore the sustainable development pathways that can generate high economic performance and high innovation performance inthe industrial parks.#br#It is found that the necessary conditions of high economic and high innovation performance involve more than just a single sustainable development element ; however, good economic foundation plays a general role in generating high economic performance, both good economic foundation and abundant innovation carrier play general roles in generating high innovation performance.There are three sustainable development pathways that can generate high economic performance, and two sustainable development pathways that can generate high innovation performance. These findings denote the multiple realization ways of improving economic and innovation performance in the industrial parks. Meanwhile, there are four pathways generating non-high economic performance, and five pathways generating non-high innovation performance, and there is an asymmetrical relationship with the corresponding pathways of high performance.Under certain conditions, there is a substitutive relationship between the high industrial cooperation and the high social environment in achieving high economic performance. There is a complementary relationship between the high economic foundation and the high innovation carrier in achieving high innovation performance.High innovation performance pathway must be high economic performance pathway, but not vice verse necessarily. The pathway with high economic foundation, high innovation carrier and high industrial cooperation is the key path to generate both high economic performance and high innovation performance.The proportions of economic development zones and high-tech zones among industrial parks with high economic performance and high innovation performance are balanced, and the development pathway of these two zones for improving economic and innovation performance is similar.#br#This study constructs the antecedent condition system that affects the economic and innovation performance of industrial parks from the perspective of sustainable development, and reveals the similarities and differences between these two kinds of pathways and their internal connections. By incorporating both economic development zone and high-tech zone into the research category, it realizes the comparative analysis of these two types of parks from the aspect of sustainable development pathways.For future research, on the one hand, it will be helpful to further optimize the research results by integrating government support and digitalization into the analysis framework. On the other hand, it's also encouraged to use a multi-period and multi-linear growth QCA method to analyze the development pathways of industrial parks in different stages, and explain the reasons for the evolution.#br#

    Although most manufacturing enterprises have recognized the importance of service innovation, a majority of manufacturing enterprises in China are still at the low end of the global value chain, and face many difficulties during service innovation. First, it is the trend of times for service innovation in the manufacturing industry to participate in and building an innovation ecosystem. Especially in the era of digital economy, the aggregation network and value creation of interdependent and symbiotic evolution among members of the innovation ecosystem is emphasized. The manufacturing industry has to clarify how to improve service innovation performance through the cooperation with various innovation entities. Second, enterprises are facing the problem of "service paradox", and it is urgent to find effective ways to improve the performance of service innovation. In the era of digital economy, digital capability plays an important role in the serialization of manufacturing industry. However, the existing research lacks in-depth discussion on how to coupling the digitization and serialization of manufacturing industry, especially the impact and mechanism of digital platform capability on the service innovation performance are not touched.#br#Existing research believes that to solve the problems above , enterprises need to pay attention to the important role of dynamic capabilities. In particular, the digital dynamic capabilities and the ecosystem are mutually supported. With the absorption and integration of dynamic capabilities and the management of the ecosystem, the service innovation performance can be effectively improved. In addition, with the rapid development and wide application of digital technology, the organizational boundaries become blurred, and the environment in which enterprises are located is more interconnected. The innovation of enterprises usually requires the management of partnerships. In the innovation ecosystem, the digital capability, network capability and value co-creation behavior of enterprises are closely related. On the one hand, the dynamic network relationship management among enterprises is an important force to promote innovation and development. Network capabilityplays an important role in improving the service innovation performance by accelerating the flow and sharing of heterogeneous resources. On the other hand, in the innovation ecosystem, the service innovation is mainly guided by customer’s needs, and therefore the realization of service innovation is a continuous interaction process with participants. The digital platform capability can help enterprises to build an ecosystem covering different innovation participants at a lower cost, and provide access to realize value co-creation through interaction and resource integration.#br#Therefore, this paper focuses on the core issue of how the digital platform capability can improve the service innovation performance of manufacturing industry. From the perspective of the innovation ecosystem, combined with the dynamic capability theory and the value co-creation theory, the chain mediating model of "digital platform capability—network capability—value co-creation—service innovation performance" is constructed based on the logical of "capability—behavior—result". The managers of manufacturing enterprises are the research objects, and the first-hand data is collected by means of questionnaire survey with 448 valid sample data of manufacturing enterprises. The hierarchical regression analysis and Bootstrap method are employed to test the theoretical hypothesis. The research results show that (1) digital platform capability has a significant positive effect on service innovation performance; (2) both network capability and value co-creation play a mediating role between digital platform capability and service innovation performance; (3) there is a chain mediating function of "digital platform capability—network capability—value co-creation—service innovation performance".#br#This paper explains the internal mechanism of digital platform capability enabling service innovation performance from the perspective of innovation ecosystem. In terms of the theoretical significance, it not only opens the mechanism black box between digital platform capability and service innovation performance, but also broadens the research of digital platform capability and the research of antecedents factors of service innovation performance, and provides a theoretical perspective for future studies. For the managerial implication, it presents the possible path for manufacturing enterprises to improve the service innovation performance with the help of digital platform capabilities, and provides inspiration for manufacturing enterprises to integrate digitization with servitization.#br#

    In the current era, digital technology has changed the production processes, business models and industrial organizations, and even subverted the basic assumptions of many innovative theories. Digital technology supports the development of industry, and its supporting ability plays a key role in the process of forming industrial change. Especially in today's digital economy era, with the unpredictable market supply and demand and increasingly fierce competition among merchants, enterprises urgently need to keep exploring new market opportunities for profit growth and find a way that is in line with their own digital transformation in order to cope with the general trend of industrial change, and the use of digital technology plays an important role in this process. Therefore, it is a historical mission to explore how digital technology affects industrial change. What can be done to explore the influence mechanism of digital technology on industrial change? What are the common theories to explore the influence mechanism of digital technology on industrial change? Through what kind of mechanism does digital technology affect industrial change? What is the intensity of these influence mechanisms? #br#Within the analytical framework of long-wave theory of technological innovation (technological innovation—organizational change—labor employment—government supervision-industrial reform), this paper explores the influence mechanism of digital technology on industrial change. First of all, the research hypothesis is deduced based on the relevant theory and research; secondly, the literature is screened and coded according to the research paradigm of meta-analysis technology. Finally, the meta-analysis is carried out, including publication bias analysis, main effect analysis, moderating effect analysis, multiple regression analysis and sensitivity analysis, etc.#br#Firstly the influence mechanism of digital technology on industrial change consists of three levels: : the organizational level includes financial factors, innovation factors, performance factors, production and operation factors; the labor force level includes employment factors and labor force status factors; the policy level includes policy factors. Regardless of the degree of heterogeneity, there is a significant correlation between the main effect of digital technology on industrial change and the moderating effect of its influence mechanisms.#br#Secondly the impact of each mechanism is not consistent, for high correlation, moderate correlation and low correlation are involved. Environmental governance performance, regional innovation performance, total factor labor productivity, technological innovation capability, regional innovation, change of business model and factor mismatch at the organizational level; employment information, employment quality and urban and rural income at the labor level, and institutional and cultural heterogeneity at the policy level play important roles in analyzing the impact mechanism of digital technology on industrial change. The mismatch between policy attention and talent system is presented in the moderate influence mechanism of digital technology on industrial change. Finally, the inclusive nature of digital inclusive finance, green technology innovation, production speed, digital change and policy orientation play a weak role in analyzing the influence mechanism of digital technology on industrial transformation. Although these factors belong to a weak mechanism in the analysis of the influence mechanism of digital technology on industrial change, it should be noted that these mechanisms may have a stronger or weaker impact in analyzing the impact of digital technology on industrial change in different situations.#br#Thirdly in the existing empirical research, the main theories used to explore the influence mechanism of digital technology on industrial change are Schumpeter's innovation theory, empowerment theory, service-oriented logic theory, technological change, and labor demand theory, adaptive structure theory, technology long-wave theory and so on. In addition, there is the need to look forward to the following aspects: (1) the research on the specific process and forms of industrial change affected by digital technology; (2) the research on the government management strategy of digital technology; (3) the research on the impact of digital technology on industrial change in the context of China. This study provides a reference value for further deepening vertical-related research and situational-related research in the future.#br#

    The issues of inadequacy of innovation capability in many technical fields and dependence on core technologies hinder China's high-quality development. Improving the technological innovation performance of enterprises is of great practical significance for breaking the monopoly of western countries over core technologies, boosting the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the international market, achieving the mission of “high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement”and realizing the strategic goal of innovation-driven high-quality economic growth.#br#On the basis of the literature review, this paper follows the resource-based view of strategy that capability determines performance and the theory of corporate value co-creation to build a theoretical model with customer knowledge sharing and corporate technological learning as the mediators, customer relationship capability as the independent variable and corporate technological innovation performance as the dependent variable. After defining each variable in the model and performing a theoretical analysis of logical relationships between these variables, the study proposes the theoretical hypothesis that customer relationship capability not only directly influences the technological innovation performance of enterprises, but also indirectly influences their technological innovation performance by influencing customer knowledge sharing and corporate technological learning.#br#Through the connections among customer relationship capability, customer knowledge sharing, corporate technological learning and corporate technological innovation performance, this paper reveals how capability determines performance from the perspective of value co-creation in technological innovation between enterprises and customers. It further defines customer relationship capability as the ability of enterprises to communicate with and serve customers from the perspective of enterprise, and this definition helps better understand customer loyalty to enterprises and value co-creation of customers. In addition, this paper extends the connotations of corporate technological learning by taking technological learning as a process of organizational learning from the perspective of organizational learning, and provides a more comprehensive understanding of the role of customer relationship capability in technological innovation performance with the view that corporate customer relationship capability not only influences product innovation performance,but also influences process innovation performance.#br#Implications arising from this study for enterprises are presented. In order to enhance the performance of technological innovation, enterprises should emphasize the training of scientific and technological talents and the construction of R&D facilities as well as the improvement of customer relationship capability, and energetically use customer relationship capability to facilitate the improvement of technological innovation performance. To this end, in the practice of innovation management, on the one hand, enterprises should improve the professionalism and vocational capabilities of customer relationship personnel through the establishment of professional norms and vocational training for customer relationship personnel; meanwhile the ability to produce high-quality products and customer service’s ability to organize and coordinate may be improved by adopting advanced production technologies and facilities, perfecting the quality management system and improving customer service facilities. On the other hand, it is necessary to explore how to use customer relationship capability to facilitate technological innovation and make full use of customer relationship capability in accelerating technological innovation. Hence, this study holds that enterprises may adopt three exploratory practices. The first is to invite some important clients to communicate with corporate R&D departments on a regular basis, learn more about customer demands on the basis of enhancing mutual affection or allow customers to join the corporate R&D team and directly participate in product design. The second is to provide customers with innovation toolkits, transfer design tasks to customers, invite customers to independently design products that meet their requirements, and make enterprises responsible for high-quality products and superior services. The third is to establish a platform for online interaction between enterprises and customers, and enterprises can thus cooperate with customers in specific innovation tasks, set up virtual laboratories, and employ 3D software and virtual reality technologies to make customer participation more convenient.#br#

    The economy is shifting from high-speed growth to high-quality development in China. It is necessary to build an eco-civilization with Chinese characteristics so as to enter the new development stage and green transformation is an essential part. Therefore, the Chinese government has highlighted the importance of green transformation at the national strategic level. Specifically, the scientific statement that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" was put forward in 2005. Ten years later, green development, as one of the "five development concepts", has become the principle of development actions. However, there is a serious incongruity between the current national understanding of green strategy and the current situation of industrial development. The rough and inefficient development mode, high energy consumption and high pollution business practices are still common, especially in the primary industry which is closely related to people's basic livelihood; meanwhile the industrial scale is massive, the penetration of digital technology is shallow, and the awareness of transformation is relatively weak. Hence, it is urgent to explore the green innovation practices of enterprises to promote the green transformation of the primary industry.#br# In the context of green transformation, corporate green innovation has become an academic focus, but most of the studies have ignored the multiple definitions and process logic of green innovation, resulting in the realization process of corporate green innovation remaining ambiguous. Along with the increasing environmental uncertainty, research on the combination of green concept and dynamic capability is emerging, among which the influence of green innovation on the green dynamic capability has been verified by empirical studies, but the relationship between green dynamic capability and green innovation has not been explored in depth at the micro level. Due to the limitation of the empirical research method, it is difficult to understand the definition and connotation of green dynamic capability beyond the priori framework of dynamic capability. In addition, there are few studies concerning green innovation process on the primary industry which is in urgent need of green transformation. Therefore, this study introduces the concept of "green behavior", and focuses on the green innovation practice of the primary industry to explore the relationship between green transformation context, green behavior and green dynamic capability in green innovation.#br#This paper adopts an exploratory single case study and chooses Zhengbang whose business covers the primary industry and has won the "China Social Responsibility Green Environmental Protection Award" as the single case study object.On the basis of nearly 100 000 words of interview materials and 189 000 words of other written materials, this study makes reference to the data coding procedure of the grounded school of constructivism, and carries out the data analysis using multi-level coding to address the core question of how enterprises can realize dynamic green innovation.#br#According to the case analysis,a dynamic process model of corporate green innovation is constructed to reach the following conclusions: (1) the realization of green innovation is closely related to the internal and external green transformation contexts; (2) the greening behavior of enterprises includes green product development and transformation, green prevention and control system upgrading, green management platform building, green knowledge transfer and creation, and green legitimacy awareness cultivation, presenting "internal coordination and external coordination" and "two-level recognition". (3) The green dynamic capability system of enterprises includes green environmental adaptation capability, green resource integration capability, green relationship connection capability and green organizational learning capability, and they are mutually reinforcing with the corresponding green behaviors.#br#This paper enriches the theoretical research on green innovation and green dynamic capabilities from the four aspects of concept definition, driving condition, conceptual connotation, and behavioral logic. Specifically, it explores the details of green behavior and improves the definition of green dynamic capability. In respond to the call of Mousavi et al., it explains in depth the micro mechanisms in the green transformation context and implementing greening behaviors corresponding to the construction of green dynamic capabilities in the green innovation process. The conclusions provide significance for promoting green innovation and the transformation of primary industry enterprises.#br#

    China's industrial economy is growing at a high speed. In order to alleviate the ensuing problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution, the main source of China's industrial growth has been transformed from labor and capital investment to technological progress. However, there is still a considerable scale of manufacturing industries which show extensive growth and remain at the middle level and low endof the international industrial chain, and thus it is urgent to adjust the economic structure and realize industrial upgrading. The general economic development trend involves social networking, digitization and intelligence. The combination of digitization and carbon emissions has brought new driving forces to the development of industrial enterprises.#br#Given the digital strategy and the goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality", this paper discusses the nonlinear impact mechanism of digital level on corporate carbon performance and the mediating transmission of green technology innovation from three dimensions of digital construction, application and development. The data of Chinese industrial enterprises and the dynamic GMM model from 2010 to 2020 are selected for the empirical testing. The results reveal that firstly the level of digital construction, application and development has a U-shaped relationship with the carbon performance of enterprises. The levels of digital construction and application in most central and western provinces have not crossed the inflection point, and the impact on the carbon performance of enterprises is still in the inhibition stage. However, the digital development levels of eastern China and a few central and western provinces have crossed the inflection point, and has a significant promotion effect on the carbon performance of enterprises. Secondly both corporate inventive green technology innovation and improved green technology innovation play a partial mediating role between digital construction, application and development level and corporate carbon performance. The mediation effect decomposition shows that compared with improved green technology innovation, inventive green technology innovation has a more significant mediating role between various dimensions of digitalization level and corporate carbon performance. The robustness test is carried out by changing the data year, and it is found that the above conclusions still hold.#br#With integration of digitalization level, green technology innovation and enterprise carbon performance into a unified framework, this study discusses the nonlinear impact mechanism of different dimensions of digitalization level on enterprise carbon performance, as well as the mediating role of green technology innovation. It helps to improve the promotion effect of digital technology on enterprise low-carbon development, and provide decision-making reference for relevant departments to formulate the digitalization low-carbon development strategies. The following policy implications are therefor proposed. (1) The government should increase the digitalization investment in the central and western regions, and with appropriate preference to the central and western regions when formulating digital transformation policies to ease the development gap of regional enterprises' digitalization level, and accelerate the promotion of digital level on carbon performance. The central and western regions should strengthen communication and cooperation with the east, and deepen the introduction, digestion and absorption of digital technology to shorten the time when digital application level blocks carbon performance. The government should further optimize the digital talent incentive mechanism and digital industry guidance fund, and support outstanding digital industry entities to achieve high-quality digital development. (2) Enterprises should optimize the allocation of green technology innovation resources and promote the deep integration of digitalization and green technology innovation. The government should strengthen the financial support and property right protection for enterprises' green technology innovation, and further build the existing data resource platform with digital technology to achieve intelligent and real-time supervision and improve the quality of government environmental supervision. It is also necessary for enterprises to increase investment ingreen technology innovation according to their own actual conditions, and promote the transformation and technological upgrading of improved green technology innovation to effectively promote the green and low-carbon development of enterprises.#br#

    The empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements is an important exploration to enhance the principal status of researchers, stimulate their innovation power and promote the transformation of job-related scientific and technological achievements. At present, the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements in China faces multiple obstacles in law, practice and technology. The pilot reform policies also suffer from problems, such as poor operability. Therefore, it is necessary to firstly clarify the theoretical basis and core categories of the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements. On this basis, the path of empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements has overall and directional significance for the development. The current path of public law in China highlights many problems. Therefore, the private law path with the autonomy of will as the core is gradually favored. But from the perspective of China’s national conditions, it is believed that China should adhere to the mixed law path of public law and private law synergy.#br#This study aims to solve the problem on the legal, practical and technical obstacles faced by the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievementsin China, as well as the operability of the relevant reform pilot policies themselves by improving the supervision rules. Meanwhile the power and responsibility system for the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements is to ensure the freedom of ownership and self-governance of scientific researchers.#br#On the basis ofthe above analysis , it is found that the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements breaks the binary division between public law and private law, and promote the coordinated play of the functions of public law and private law. It is not only the inherent requirement of the unity of the legal order, but also the practical need for the reform of the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements. Specifically, it is necessary to promote the coordination of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Scientific and Technological Progress, the Civil Code, the Patent Law and other relevant laws and regulations, to strengthen the integrity and unity of the public law and private law systems, and to build a public-private system in empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements. In a mixed law system, in addition to applying public law to safeguard public interests, empowering order, and preventing the loss of state-owned assets, it is also necessary to implement the incentive function of private law. When conditions are favorable, the Law on Empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements can be formulated with integration ofthe relevant content of public law and private law. In short, the core meaning of the mixed public-private law path is to improve the functional performance of job-related scientific and technological achievements empowerment in accordance with the requirements of overall and professional. Consequently it is to promote the better and faster transformation of job-related scientific and technological achievements into economic and social benefits.#br#The innovation of this paper firstly clarifies the theoretical basis of the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements, and believes that the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements needs to make clear that the ontology of empowerment is the theory of rights; on this basis, the original intention of the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements is to maintain scientific research. The researcher's invention right can maximize wealth on the basis of the coordination of multiple interests. In the reform process, it is necessary to follow the experimental regulation theory to test the legitimacy and rationality of the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements. Secondly, combined with the deficiencies of the dominant path of public law in China's practice and the path of private law proposed by relevant scholars,the study believes that the reform and empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements should adhere to the mixed law path of public law and private law in China.#br#

    Can the inclusive fiscal technology expenditure effectively improve the innovation performance of enterprises? An in-depth understanding of this problem will help to improve the allocation mode of regional fiscal technology expenditure resources and enhance the level of innovation. Meanwhile the impact ofinclusive fiscal technology expenditure on corporate innovation performance may have certain nonlinear characteristics. Thus this paper intends to deeply analyze the complex relationship between the inclusive fiscal technology expenditure and the corporate innovation performance, and explore the mediating mechanism of corporate R&D intensity on the relationship between the two factors.#br#The benchmark model and the threshold model are respectively constructed to explore the impact of inclusive financial technology expenditure on corporate innovation performance. Firstly, the corporate innovation activities are dynamic in practice, and the past innovation performance has an inertial impact on current innovation, so this study uses the system GMM model to carry out benchmark model regression analysis. The modeling steps in this part are to examine the direct effect of inclusive financial technology expenditureon enterprise innovation performance through a linear model, and analyze it from the perspective of regional heterogeneity; then the quadratic term of the index of inclusive fiscal technology expenditureis incorporated into the model, and its nonlinear effect on enterprise innovation performance is examined. The factors of enterprise R&D are integrated into the analysis framework, to investigate the moderating effect of R&D intensity on innovation driven by the inclusive fiscal technology expenditure. Secondly, the development and change of the level of R&D intensity of enterprises in different regions may change the effect ofinclusive fiscal technology expenditure on the innovation performance of enterprises. In order to clarify the above-mentioned influence mechanism, this paper takes the intensity of cooperative R&D and the intensity of internal R&D factors as the threshold variables, and takes theinclusive fiscal technology expenditure as the core explanatory variable.#br#On the basis of the data of 30 provincial levels in China from 2009 to 2019, it is found that the impact of inclusive fiscal technology expenditure on enterprise innovation performance is "U" shaped, and relatively speaking, it is more conducive to the improvement of front-end innovation performance of enterprises. In the drive of scientific and technological innovation by the inclusive fiscal technology expenditure in different regions, the study finds that the central regions benefit significantly, while the eastern regions are hardly influenced, and the western regions suffer from it. By strengthening cooperative R&D, it can positively moderate the innovation driving effect ofinclusive fiscal technology expenditure on the front-end and back-end enterprise innovation performance, while it is more conducive to the innovation driving effect ofinclusive fiscal technology expenditure on front-end innovation performance by strengthening the internal R&D. However, higher R&D intensity of cooperation does not always bring better performance, when the cooperative R&D is higher than a certain limit, it is not conducive to the innovation driving effect ofinclusive fiscal technology expenditure, and the investment intensity of internal R&D elements, including infrastructure, personnel and development funds, must be higher than a certain threshold in order to give full play to the innovation driving effect of inclusive fiscal technology expenditure.#br#Therefore with the improvement of regional R&D intensity, it is necessary to timely improve the inclusive level of fiscal technology expenditure, especially in the central regions; at the same time, in order to effectively stimulate the inclusive effect of technology finance,the government should guide enterprises to improve R&D intensity and optimize resource allocation structure.#br#On the basis of the previous focus on the competitive financial technology support model and its allocation intensity, this paper innovatively analyzes the complex impact of the inclusive fiscal technology support model on the innovation performance of enterprises, and discusses the enterprise R&D threshold conditions for effectively undertaking the inclusive resources of fiscal science and technology expenditure from the perspective of enterprises. This is quite different from the previous studies on how to optimize the mode and intensity of financial technological support to meet the needs of enterprises from the perspective of policy supply.#br#

    Since the new era, as the role of craftsman spirit in scientific and technological innovation has become increasingly prominent, craftsman spirit has been given new connotation and mission. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to correctly grasp the essence of the transmutation of craftsman spirit in scientific and technological innovation in the new era for strengthening the practical achievements of craftsman spirit in scientific and technological innovation in China.#br#The existing academic research focuses on the connotation change of craftsman spirit, but most of them start from the change of production mode to argue that the industrialized production mode of modern society has made craftsman spirit structurally a new spiritual ethos, advocate the thorough reconstruction of craftsman spirit, and re-examine the value implication of craftsman spirit on this basis. At the same time, there are few discourses combining normative research and quantitative research, and there is also a lack of research confirming the transmutation of craftsman spirit connotation from the practical aspect.#br#In view of this situation, starting from the Marxist theory of social consciousness, this paper discusses the transmutation dynamics and essence of the craftsman spirit in scientific and technological innovation in the new era. First, the development of productivity is the fundamental driving force of the connotation transmutation of the craftsman spirit, and the mainstream ideology has clarified the direction of the transmutation of the craftsman spirit and accelerated its process. At the same time, under the influence of the two forces, the craftsman spirit is becoming more and more technical and ideological in form, professional and systematic in content, and more practical and contemporary. Then, in real life, does the change of craftsman spirit conform to the above characteristics? This study collects the data of craftsman spiritual theme activities in China in recent years, and investigates the evaluation criteria and results of five different types of regional and hierarchical theme activities, including 5 different theme activities and 960 evaluation data according to the standards like frequency and influence of these activities. By examining the selection criteria and the proportion of industries that reflect scientific and technological innovation ability in the selection results, the study creatively reveals the details of the evolution of craftsman spirit with the data of craftsman spiritual theme activities. It is found that the prominence of scientific and technological innovation content in the selection criteria of the craftsman spiritual theme activities and the average test results of the proportion of patent-intensive industries in the craftsman spiritual theme activities can prove that the craftsman spirit has undergone significant transmutation in the direction of science and technology. As for the development tendency, the results of Mann-Kendall trend analysis indicate that the proportion of patent-intensive industries in most theme activities is increasing significantly, which proves that this transmutation is still on going.#br#However, in some activities, the proportion of patent-intensive industries has already reached a fairly high level at the initial stage. With the further development of the activities and the gradual enrichment of industries evaluated, the proportion of patent-intensive industries does not show further growth, proving that the craftsmanship spirit of the new era still retains the universal applicability of the traditional craftsmanship spirit. This shows that the transmutation of craftsman spirit in the scientific and technological dimension only partially occurs, and it is the development and enhancement of craftsman spirit itself in the sense of hermeneutics.#br#In view of the above conclusions, it is necessary to further clarify the scientific and technological connotation of craftsman spirit, accelerate the realization of the value of craftsman spirit in scientific and technological innovation, and optimize the theme activities of innovative craftsman spirit, so as to strive for greater role of craftsman spirit in China's scientific and technological innovation activities.#br#

    Team creativity is becoming increasingly important to organizations and how to promote team creativity is a key management challenge for team leaders. Feedback is an important management tool in the development process of team creativity. Then there comes an important question, which is more effective, positive feedback or negative feedback? Previous studies on feedback valence and creativity are mostly focused to the individual level and the current understanding on how feedback valence affects team creativity is still limited.Following the theory of emotional information, this study establishes a theoretical model from the perspective of emotion and reveals the influence of feedback valence on team creativity from the team level by integrating feedback valence, emotional presence and diverse curiosity into the same research framework. It explores how different feedback valence influences team creativity by stimulating emotional presence and the moderative effect ofdiversity curiosity in the process.#br#The study uses experimental methods to test hypotheses so that causal relationships between variables can be inferred.Researchers seldom adopt the method of experimental research to study the relationship between feedback valence and team creativity. This study uses this method for reference to explore the emotional mechanism of the impact of feedback valence on team creativity. The measurement of feedback valence needs to be completed by experimental manipulation. The timely measurement of the effect of feedback valence on emotion after the manipulation will be more accurate, and these factors determine that the experimental method is more suitable for this study. A total of 415 students from a Chinese university participated in the experiment. These students formed 118 teams of three or four students. These teams were randomly assigned to the experimental conditions, and the team that completed the task was awarded bonus points for course scores. At last, 11 teams with incomplete data filling were deleted, and the data sample finally adopted was 107 teams with 379 students (39.8% female students). The experiment lasted for about a year and was carried out in 10 classes successively. The duration of each experiment was about 160 minutes, and the total duration of the experiment was about 1 600 minutes.#br#Mplus7.0 and SPSS23.0 softwares are used to analyze the data. This study supports most hypotheses and drew some important conclusions or findings:feedback valence positively affects team creativity, and positive feedback (compared with negative feedback) is more beneficial to team creativity; emotional presence mediates the relationship between feedback valence and team creativity; negative feedback (relative to positive feedback) positively affects team's negative emotional presence, negatively affects team's positive emotional presence, and then negatively affects team creativity; diversity curiosity moderates the relationship between feedback valence and team creativity, partially moderates the relationship between feedback valence and negative emotional presence.#br#The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in the following three aspects. Firstly, the study verifies the impact of feedback valence and the mechanism of the impact. It adds a new perspective to explain team creativity from the feedback valence, and provides a theoretical basis for how to improve team creativity through feedback valence as a management tool. This study has also enriched the research literature on the relationship between feedback valence and team creativity, and provided a new perspective for exploring the influencing factors of team creativity. Secondly, the research focuses on the emotional mechanism affecting team creativity and the results of this study support the view that team emotion responses to feedback valence, which is an important mechanism to explain the relationship between feedback valence and team creativity. This is an interesting finding that sets the stage for future research of the effects of different types of feedback on team emotion and team creativity. Thirdly, diversity curiosity is used as a situational factor to influence team creativity. Previous studies on creativity paid little attention to how team characteristics affect team creativity, and systematic studies on the importance of diversity curiosity in the process of influencing team creativity were also lacking. This study finds that the impact of feedback valence on team creativity and positive emotional presence depends on the level of team diversity curiosity, which provides the possibility to further study the impact of other feedback interventions on team creativity. The results of the research extend the boundary conditions of team creativity research and contribute to the literature on the relationship between curiosity and team creativity.#br#

    In modern digital economy, employees' innovative vitality is an important source for organizations to gain competitive advantages. However, in the process of innovation, employees may ignore the veto of leaders or violate organizational norms to carry out innovation activities privately through informal ways, which is called bootleg innovation. Bootleg innovation is widespread in various sorts of organizations which brings innovative performance, however, some scholars propose that bootleg innovation may lead to a series of negative effects. Therefore, how to effectively manage bootleg innovation to exert its positive role and avoid its harm has become an important research topics in the new era. Bootleg innovation has attracted wide attention from scholars, but some inadequacies exist in the studies. The lack of consensus on the connotation of bootleg innovation leads to various conclusions on the concept definition, measurement dimensions and indicators; the research findings on the influencing factors and consequences of bootleg innovation are fragmented and not systematic and comprehensive. Therefore, on the basis of the research results at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the research themes and research frontiers of bootleg innovation, and tries to clarify the existing understanding and research limitations. The study is expected to promote the development of bootleg innovation theory research in the oriental context and provide certain references for academics and practitioners.#br#The study first provides a framework to recognize bootleg innovation in terms of history of research development. Specifically, from the evolution of "unification" into " divergence" and then "re-unification" of the connotation of bootleg innovation, this paper classifies the history of bootleg innovation research into three major stages: "initiation", "division" and "integration", explains the various interpretations of bootleg innovation in different stages, and proposes a more comprehensive connotation and characteristics based on the oriental context. The different measurement dimensions and indicator scales as well as limitations at the current stage are summarized.Then it reviews the established research findings and analyzes the influencing factors of bootleg innovation from two static and one dynamic perspectives. It is confirmed that the bootleg innovator's personal ability, personality traits and his or her values will affect whether he or she practices bootleg innovation activities; the enterprise's management approaches to innovation, performance, routine replication, flexible working and leaders can be influencing factors to bootleg innovation; from the dynamic perspective, the fitness of the bootleg innovator to the job (e.g., workplace status) and the fitness of the bootleg innovator to the leader (e.g., superior-subordinate relationship) are also important influencing factors to bootleg innovation.#br#Moreover the innovative behavior can be influenced by both exogenous factors and endogenous factors such as employees' internal psychological motivation. Since exogenous factors can influence innovative behavior by affecting the psychology of employees, the psychological factors of bootleg innovators are explored. Given the fact that the existing research is lack of comprehensive and systematic analysis, this study adds the "I dare" perspective to the existing framework to reveal the four internal motivations of "I am", "I can", "I would" and "I dare" in the formation of bootleg innovation.#br#Meanwhile opinions of different scholars differ on the role of bootleg innovation. Actually, bootleg innovation is characterized by both the legitimacy of the purposes and the illegitimacy of the means, so it indicates that bootleg innovation is a double-edged sword. Thus, this paper discusses the positive benefits and negative damages of bootleg innovation from both individual and organizational sides, and attributes a diversity of important factors that moderate its double-edged sword effect, such as workplace status and leader's feedback behavior.#br#Finally this study concludes with a model of bootleg innovation that provides a more comprehensive and explicit research framework. It is suggested that future research can be deepened and expanded in terms of research paradigms, theoretical foundations, mechanisms of effect and contemporary contexts. Overall, this paper enriches and extends innovation theory and provides a reference for organization to manage bootleg innovation activities.#br#
