As a unique element of new economic development, digitalization plays an increasingly important role. The technological development driven by digitalization has forced the innovative paradigm to change and the innovation process has also made a leap from the linear paradigm of the inner-enterprise or collaborative paradigm of innovation to the digital platform ecosystem (DPE) paradigm.#br#The DPE is built upon the platforms supported by the developing Internet technology. The inter-platform structure reaching all entities for value creation is supported by the digital technology infrastructure based on the large-scale collective actors' collaboration. How to coordinate the subjects in the DPE to create value is the key focus which breakthroughs the temporal and spatial constraints, activates the potential resources of discrete distribution, and makes it possible for the distributed innovations on the ultra-large-scale. The value-creation subjects constantly emerge, and the value relations show an ecological trend. This paper carefully examines the value subject, valuable resource, and value space of the DPE returns to the logical starting point of value generation and studies the new rules of value creation activities with the background of digital innovation practice.#br#In the era of the digital economy, the homogeneous demand is gradually satisfied, the blind spot of personalized desire is also exposed, and the value creation on the supply side begins to shift to the demand side. Digital technology provides more opportunities for the value interaction between the supply and the demand, creating a more extended value interface. The DPE relies on the demand-side value proposition to realize the extension of the horizontal value interface and the construction of the vertical intelligent response system. Therefore, this paper begins with analyzing the value source transformation in the era of digital innovation, maximizes the function of the digital factor, and achieves a seamless connection between the supply side and the demand side.#br#The underlying logic of the DPE subverts the traditional economic theories and assumptions so that many basic concepts are no longer applicable in the era of the digital economy. Among them, the most direct effect is the significant reduction of three cost factors that determine the transaction. The unique net economy generates more creative portfolio solutions, the multiplier effect of the value creation process becomes tangible, cross-border operation brings new market opportunities, new value sources are continuously discovered, and new business models constantly appear. So this paper demonstrates the value-allocated space evolution and its extension, analyzes the value discovery and value creation carried by the net economy, and confirms that the value is co-created by the supply side, the demand side, and the rule-design side. In other words, the rule-design side, the supply side, and the demand side share the profits from this business model.#br#Unlike the three-step strategy, i.e. the value of design, value creation, and value realization in the traditional industrial economy times, DPE is value-oriented, committing to design a smaller deviation. Through user participation, DPE could accurately handle the personalized demands, and via transferring users into knowledge producers, users get involved in the value creation. Based on the reality of DPE competition, the “canopy strategy” has been widely used. Assisted by the canopy partner or canopy user diversion strategy, DPE can quickly leverage the potential niche market and achieve rapid value acquisition. The will-based value isolation mechanism ensures the continuity of value capture in the DPE. From this, the paper deciphers the value acquisition of DPE and explains the user value co-creation in the start-up stage, the canopy strategic expansion in the expansion stage, and the value isolation mechanism in the maintenance stage, and the will-based value isolation mechanism is the main means of value protection in the DPE.#br#The findings provide innovative theoretical guidance for innovation strategy and innovation governance in the digital era. This paper not only explores how each value creation subject of the DPE realizes system-level value, but also develops a dynamic path to realize the value of the digital economy and standardizes the value spillover. DPE achieves value discovery through cross-border convergence. In the era of the digital economy, attention should be paid to the construction of a digital innovation strategy, the establishment of a digital community with a shared future, and the innovation governance mechanism should be used to ensure the efficient operation of DPE to form a collaborative governance system.#br#

Advanced manufacturing technology is an important distribution field of "neck" technology in China. Its technology upgrading and catch-up are important contents of innovation strategy in China. China's technological development level has entered the post catch-up stage, and the diminishing marginal benefits of late development advantages and the technological blockade of developed countries limit the development of advanced manufacturing technology in China. It has become an important issue to find an effective way to break through the "technology catch-up trap" of advanced manufacturing at present. Advanced manufacturing technology has the characteristics of complex track, long development cycle, high uncertainty in the process of industrialization and strong dependence on new knowledge. By analyzing the technical characteristics of the dependence on cutting-edge knowledge in the process of advanced manufacturing technology breakthrough, we can explore the possible path to narrow advanced manufacturing technology gap between China and technology frontier is in basic research. However, due to the imbalance of technology development in the different sub fields of advanced manufacturing technology and the different stages of technology catch-up in China as a late developing country, it deserves further exploration if there are stage differences in the role of basic research vertically and whether there are structural differences horizontally . Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the convergence of the technology gap between China's advanced manufacturing technology and developed countries based on the impact of basic research, which can enrich China's technology catch-up theory in the post catch-up stage and explore the key ways to upgrade advanced manufacturing technology.#br#According to the three-level system of American Academy of Mechanical Sciences, advanced manufacturing technology is divided into 11 technical sub fields. This paper collects the data of 11 technical sub fields of advanced manufacturing technology patents and scientific and technological papers from major developed industrial countries in the world from 1994 to 2019 in Derwent Innovations Index (DII) and Web of Science, based on which an econometric model is constructed and the intermediary role of R&D enterprises is introduced and the effect of basic research in catch-up stage and post catch-up stageis compared. Furthermore, the dominant technology comparative advantage is introduced as the variable of technology attributes of sub fields to discuss the influence of technology domain structural differences on the effect of basic research in convergence of technology gap.#br#The results show that basic research is an important factor affecting the convergence of China's advanced manufacturing technology to the international frontier in the post catch-up stage. It has a significant positive impact on the convergence of technology gap, which is more significant than that in the catch-up stage. Furthermore, the structural characteristics of advanced manufacturing technology affect the role of basic research in the convergence of China's advanced manufacturing technology gap. Compared with the technology sub field without dominant technology comparative advantage, basic research in the sub field with dominant technology comparative advantage has a more significant impact on the technology gap.#br#Based on the stages of the catch-up process of advanced manufacturing technology and the structural differences in technical sub fields, this paper studies the impact and mechanism of basic research on the convergence of China's advanced manufacturing technology to the international frontier under the new situation of post catch-up stage, and looks for the opportunity space for basic research. The research results of this paper provide policy suggestions for the development of advanced manufacturing technology in China. First of all, the government should pay more attention to and invest in basic research and establish a good industry-university research model. Second, the government should grasp the opportunity for advanced manufacturing technology to catch up with stage changes and adjust the allocation of resources in time. Third, the government should vigorously support R&D enterprises and create a policy environment conducive to innovation. Furthermore, this paper verifies the existence of the role of basic research in advanced manufacturing technology catch-up and the constraints of catch-up cycle and technical attributes, which provides a new situation for the technology catch-up theory of late developing economies and is a useful supplement to the technology catch-up theory.#br#

Nowadays reverse globalization prevails coupling with the impact of COVID-19 on the global industrial chain. The highly uncertain international market environment has brought severe tests to the development of firms. In such a chaotic and changeable global market environment, it is the key way for firms to break through environmental constraints and achieve "common prosperity" by widely connecting partners to jointly build an innovation ecosystem, resist external risks and create value together. Then, under the pressure of the external environment, what value co-creation path will the innovation ecosystem based on different value propositions take? #br#This paper is based on the symbiosis theory, extracts the core factors affecting value co-creation from the three levels of micro innovation actors, meso innovation network and macro innovation environment. It constructs the configuration model of value co-creation of the innovation ecosystem. Taking 7 core firms and their innovation partners as the cases, the study uses the fsQCA method to carry out configuration analysis and reveal the mechanism path of technology-orientated and market-orientated value co-creation in the innovation ecosystem.#br#The results show that firstly technology-orientated innovation ecosystem emphasizes that leaders and actors should have innovation ability, especially the innovation ability of leaders is more important. At the same time, leaders and actors need to have a good cooperative relationship. In the innovation ecosystem with technological breakthrough as the core value goal, we should pay attention to cultivating innovation ability, selecting and equipping actors with innovation ability, constantly enhancing internal cohesion, building a community with a scientific future, and promoting the joint creation of technological value. Meanwhile we can rely on the digital environment and external innovation networks to obtain innovation resources, but the co-creation of technological value ultimately mainly depends on the endogenous power of the innovation actors. Secondly, the market-oriented innovation ecosystem emphasizes that the realization of market value co-creation requires a good market environment and the digital environment, especially the digital environment plays an important role. It can be seen that the value co-creation of the market-oriented innovation ecosystem mainly depends on exogenous power. Core firms need to focus on increasing the scale and viscosity of innovation network and realize value co-creation by integrating external resources, expanding the scope of cooperation with the network effect. Meanwhile, we can promote the co-creation of market value by increasing innovation cooperation and interaction and improving the investment degree of actors. Thirdly, for both market-oriented and market-oriented innovation, ecosystem value co-creation is organizational behavior and model of multi-agent, multi-dimensional, cross-level mutually beneficial symbiosis and integrated symbiosis. In the process of creating ecosystem value, firms should not only focus on the formulation of ecosystem value strategies but also pay attention to the realization of ecosystem value. Fourthly, the digital environment has become an innovative environment that can not be ignored for policymakers. There is a high level of technology and market value creation in the cases of regions with high-level digital environments. Therefore, government departments should optimize the construction of digital infrastructure according to the actual situation of regional development, focusing on cultivating digital technology as an important market element.#br#Compared with previous studies in which the realization mechanism of value co-creation of innovation ecosystem formed by different value propositions has not been further explored, this study distinguishes between technology-orientated and market-oriented innovation ecosystem based on the heterogeneity of the core value proposition of innovation ecosystem. It expands the understanding and cognition of value co-creation of innovation ecosystem under two different value propositions of technology orientation and market orientation and also lays a research foundation for further exploring heterogeneous innovation ecosystem in future research. Secondly, the existing research on value co-creation of the innovation ecosystem is mostly based on the analysis of single-level perspectives, such as innovation subject and innovation network, and most of them employ case anecdotes of theoretical reasoning. Based on the symbiotic theoretical analysis framework of innovation ecology, this paper integrates six subordinate conditions of three levels: micro innovation subject, meso innovation network and macro innovation environment, and constructs a configuration analysis model. Thirdly, there is a lack of consideration of the heterogeneity innovation ecosystem in previous studies. This study uses the fsQCA analysis method to identify the antecedent conditions and clarify the necessity and importance of these antecedent conditions from different levels in the value co-creation of the two types of innovation ecosystems.#br#

The core position of innovation in the modernization drive is stressed in theFourteenth Five-Year Plan. At present, China's scientific and technological innovation capabilities are constantly improving, but the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress is still far from being satisfactory. There are still many obstacles in the deep integration of science and technology and the economy, and the path of innovation leads economic development has not been realized. In order to achieve the goal of science and technology, industry and economy powerhouse, it has become a common concern of the government and academia of how to further promote the deep integration of science and technology and economy, and achieve innovation-led economic development.#br# Entrepreneurial incubation is an important link in promoting innovation to lead economic development, and it is the infrastructure for a new round of industrial transformation. The existing system is significantly incompatible with the needs of scientific and technological entrepreneurship, and the entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem has not yet been formed. It is necessary to adhere to the "two-wheel drive" of scientific and technological innovation and institutional innovation, remove the institutional and mechanisms obstacles that refrain scientific and technological innovation, and to activate the new engine of innovation at full speed. Existing economic theories have affirmed the important role of science and technology in promoting economic growth and proved the significance of entrepreneurship in promoting economic development. But it is inconsistent and inconclusive about the concepts, accurate measurement methods and the mechanism by which entrepreneurial incubation promotes the integration of technology and economy.#br# Focusing on the path of entrepreneurial incubation to promote innovation and lead economic development, first, the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress is decomposed into four items: technological progress rate, technical efficiency, allocation efficiency and scale efficiency. Combined with the influence of entrepreneurial incubation, the latter three are selected as the measure of innovation leading indicators of economic development. Based on the model derivation, the mechanism of entrepreneurial incubation to promote innovation and lead economic development is proposed as follows. Resource integration of incubators improves the allocation efficiency through Pareto improvement, incubation investment improves scale efficiency through income effect, and technical service improves technical efficiency through substitution effect. #br# Based on China's provincial panel data from 2010 to 2019, the Bootstrap method under the mixed effects assumption, the stepwise regression method under the random/fixed effects assumption, and the sobel test are used to test the mediating effect of entrepreneurial incubation on allocation efficiency, scale efficiency, and technical efficiency. The research results show that the number of incubators, humanity input, venture capital and technical services have obvious mediating effects on allocation efficiency, scale efficiency and technical efficiency. Entrepreneurial incubation promotes the process of innovation leading economic development through the path of innovation industrialization. Therefore, it is proposed to expand the scale of the incubator through a platform-based and networked approach to improve the allocation efficiency, optimize the "join in—transfer—exit" system of entrepreneurial incubation funds to improve scale efficiency and build an "Incubator 4.0" model of maker space to improve technology efficiency policy recommendations.#br# The innovations of this paper are presented in the following. First, for the quantification of innovation-led economic development indicators, most of the indicators for measuring the contribution rate of science and technology economy in the existing literature are total factor productivity, and few research focus on the influencing factors and mechanism. Based on the decomposition of the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress, this paper quantifies the index of innovation leading economic development into allocation efficiency, scale efficiency and technical efficiency, focusing on the role of entrepreneurial incubation in improving efficiency, and constructing entrepreneurial incubation to promote innovation leads economic development. The analysis framework and mechanism take the scale of business incubation as the core research variable, and builds a mediating effect model with the number of business incubators, the investment of business incubators, the amount of venture capital, and the number of technical services as the mediating variables. Second, a variety of elements and the integration of technology and economy are analyzed in the same framework, forming a business incubation analysis framework around "startup nursery (maker space) + incubator (professional incubator) + accelerator (startup incubation capital)" to explore the realization of new entrepreneurial incubation, the logical process and internal mechanism of industry formation and economic growth.#br#

In recent years, the competition for high-end talents is becoming increasingly fierce all over the world. There are fierce talent competitions in major and medium-sized cities in China, triggering an unprecedented war for talent. As an important resource to drive the flow of regional talent, government competition has become an important factor. In addition, the local government competition is closely related to the regional opening-up, and with the improvement of the level of regional opening-up, the flow of talents is becoming increasingly frequent. Does regional opening-up play an intermediary role in government competition and affect the flow of talents? How should researchers study and evaluate the effect of government competition behavior and regional opening-up to help attract talents? These practical questions are worth exploring and there is the need of rigorous empirical analysis and robustness tests to provide scientific solutions.#br#The relationship between government competition behavior and the regional talent flow has always been a hot topic in academic circles. Some scholars have been made aware of the impacts of government competition behavior, many studies have verified government competition behavior can affect the regional talent flow, and the level of regional opening-up can also affect the flow of talents, but the existing literature seldom deals with the impact of the combination of local government competition behavior and regional opening-upon regional talent flow.#br#Therefore compared with the above studies, this study uses an intermediary effect model to explore the impact mechanism of government competition behavior on the regional talent flow through the regional opening-up. It takes three factors of finance, regulation, and investment attraction to measure the government competition behavior. Then it chooses the talent location entropy to measure the regional talent flow. Technology openness, economic openness, and social openness are used to measure the regional opening-up, and regional economic distance is the control variable. Furthermore, to refine the intermediary effect model, it is necessary to make reasonable assumptions about the regional talent flow caused by government competition behavior as well as the regional opening-up. Therefore, this study proposes two hypotheses.#br#Hypothesis 1. The competitive behavior of local government has a certain impact on reducing the difference in regional talent flow, which is specifically manifested as the influence of finance, regulation, and investment attraction on regional talent flow.#br#Hypothesis 2. Local government competition behavior indirectly affects regional talent flow through regional opening-up, that is, the level of regional opening-up is an important intermediary variable for local government behavior to affect regional talent flow.#br#This study selects 48 prefecture-level cities in China from 2010 to 2019 as the research samples, the differentiated government competition behavior of pilot listed regions in 2017 and non-pilot listed regions until 2019 before and after the talent competition was examined in this paper. The research data were mainly derived from the China Urban Statistical Yearbook.#br#The research results show that the government competition behavior and the level of regional opening-up are important factors which affect the regional talent flow. Specifically, local government competition behavior has a significant positive impact on the regional talent flow, which can directly promote the flow of regional talents, and it is embodied in the fact that the greater the investment of local governments in finance, regulation and investment, the stronger the competitiveness and the more conducive to the flow of talents. Furthermore, the competitive behavior of local government still has a significant impact on the flow of regional talents through regional opening-up. To conclude, it shows that the government competition behavior not only directly promotes the flow of regional talents, but also indirectly promotes the regional talent flow through the regional opening-up. According to the research conclusions of this study, some feasible policies are proposed to address the problem of how to narrow the gap of regional talent flow.#br#The contributions of the study are as follows: Firstly, the mechanism of government competition behavior on narrowing the gap in regional talent flow is studied from the perspective of government intervention, which makes up for the lack of regional talent flow literature. Secondly, this study combines the local government competition behavior, regional opening-up, and regional talent flow into the theoretical framework, and uses the intermediary effect model. The impact of government competition behavior on regional talent flow under the role of the intermediary variable of regional opening-up is analyzed, providing guidance for China's regional talent flow.#br#

Main operating income of electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing comes from the communication equipment manufacturing industry. As the supporting industry of the communication industry, the electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing has a bright future. Therefore, taking the electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing as the research object, this study focuses on the impact of industrial agglomeration on regional innovation efficiency in the two-stage process of production innovation.According to the existing research, it’s generally believed that the traditional distribution of regional innovation efficiency is no longer high in the east and low in the west, and the difference of innovation efficiency among the eastern, central and western regions is gradually narrowing. However, after years of development, under the joint action of various factors, what is the current distribution of innovation efficiency in various regions of China? What factors will affect innovation efficiency? Are the paths of various factors affecting innovation efficiency the same? These questions need to be answered. In addition, there are few articles digging the efficiency of innovation process from the perspective of innovation value chain, and the government has a certain blindness in planning and making decisions on the development of regional related industries.#br#Therefore, using the provincial panel data from 2009 to 2019, from the perspective of innovation value chain, this study disassembles the innovation process of electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing into two stages: knowledge production stage and achievement transformation stage.Firstly, the industrial agglomeration of electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing in regions from 2009 to 2019 is measured by the location entropy index which is quantified by the number of employees in relevant industries.Secondly, the Malmquist index is used to calculate the innovation efficiency of each region in the two stages of innovation, and this paper compares the efficiency values of electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing in the eastern, central and western regions in different innovation stages. Finally, the stochastic frontier model is used to investigate the impact of industrial agglomeration on innovation efficiency in each stage.#br#The study draws the following conclusions.(1) The regional innovation efficiency of electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing in the eastern, central and western regions do not show the distribution characteristics of high innovation efficiency in the east and low in the west in the two-stage innovation process, and the distribution of innovation efficiency does not show obvious regional characteristics.(2) The industrial agglomeration of electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing does not show the traditional trend of high in the east and low in the west.In addition, the degree of industrial agglomeration of electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing in most regions is increasing year by year.Although the industrial agglomeration level of Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Tianjin is high, the overall industrial agglomeration level shows a downward trend.(3) The regional innovation efficiency of electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing in the knowledge production stage is generally higher than that in the achievement transformation stage,.It is consistent with the current development of China's high-tech industry. The differences of innovation efficiency in developed cities is much greater. The achievement transformation efficiency is higher than knowledge production efficiency in a few cities in Jiangsu and Yunnan. The innovation efficiency of electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing in Guangdong Province is generally at the optimal level in the two stages.(4) The industrial agglomeration of electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing hinders the improvement of regional innovation efficiency, which is more obvious in achievement transformation. This is unfavorable for innovation activities. The support of government funds and policies promotes the efficiency of regional innovation in the stage of knowledge production, but hinders the development of regional innovation in the stage of achievement transformation.#br#

Green manufacturing is one of the main directions of the manufacturing power strategy of “made in China 2025”, and also the direction and goal of China's manufacturing industry transformation. In order to fulfill the goal of "dual-carbon", it is urgent to build an efficient, clean, low-carbon and circular green manufacturing system, which also puts forward higher requirements for financial services. As the innovation of products and services in traditional financial industry, fintech is an important driving force for achieving green transformation in manufacturing industry. Existing literature pays high attention to the factors of the green transformation of manufacturing industry, industry differences and the relationship between fintech and industrial structure transformation or manufacturing structure optimization, but little focus on regional synergy and cooperative evolution law between fintech and the green transformation of manufacturing industry.#br#Therefor this paper sorts out the relevant literature at home and abroad, and explains the composition and operation of the manufacturing green transformation system, fintech system and the "fintech-manufacturing green transformation" composite system from the perspective of system science. The synergy theory is introduced into the composite system of "fintech-manufacturing green transformation", and its collaborative evolution mechanism is analyzed. The index system that measures the green transformation subsystem of manufacturing industry is constructed from the four dimensions of green development contribution, green innovation driven, green environmental regulation and regional green guarantee. The comprehensive index method is used to evaluate it’s state level, meanwhile, the digital financial inclusion index is used to measure the fintech subsystem. The panel data of 30 (excluding Tibet, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) provincial administrative regions from 2011 to 2019 in mainland China were selected to perform an empirical analysis. The collaborative evolution mechanism of the composite system of "fintech-manufacturing green transformation" was demonstrated by Haken model, and the synergistic difference of composite system in the four economic regional of China was measured by Theil index.#br#Compared with previous studies, this study for the first time introduces the theory of synergy into the research of the synergy relationship between fintech and the green transformation of manufacturing industry, and expands the research perspective. This study contributes to the existing literature in two aspects. First, as for research method, it not only explains the collaborative evolution mechanism of composite system, but also interprets the law of collaborative evolution by using Haken model. Second, as for research value, we study the coordination between fintech and the green transformation of manufacturing industry from a dynamic perspective, and explore the internal logic of the evolution. This paper provides a reference for policy-making which aims to make regional fintech better serve the green transformation of manufacturing industry.#br#Three conclusions were drawn from this study. First, there is a collaborative evolution mechanism in the composite system of "fintech-manufacturing green transformation", meanwhile, the structure and order degree of coevolution depends on the level of green transformation of manufacturing industry. Second, the average synergy level of the "fintech-green transformation of manufacturing" composite system is bounded by the "Made in China 2025" strategy which shows obvious stage characteristics. Third the synergistic differences of "fintech-green transformation of manufacturing" composite system in the different regions of China is small. However, there is an overall trend of expansion.#br#Three important implications are proposed accordingly. Firstly, we should accelerate the pace of green transformation of manufacturing industry to drive the coordinated development of fintech with the higher requirements of financial products and services for the green development of manufacturing industry. Only in this way can we improve the coordination level, promote the order and optimize the structure of composite system. Second, it is necessary to promote the green demonstration experience in manufacturing industry, and narrow the regional differences of composite system synergy. Third, guided by the concept of regional cooperation and regional coordinated development, we will improve the fintech support system for the green development of the manufacturing industry.#br#

Chinese entities are taking digital transformation as a means to promote their high-quality development. More and more companies have discovered in their production practices that the traditional path cannot well guide their companies to achieve high-level development in digital economy. Path dependence issues are widespread in the evolution of China's regional industries. Some scholars have found that path-dependent new industries accounted for about 70% of the total number of new industries from 2000 to 2016. In digital economy, China's advanced manufacturing companies have a strong willingness for transformation. However, due to the widespread path dependence and innovation burnout among companies, it is difficult for digital technology to be organically integrated into advanced manufacturing companies in a short period of time. The role of high-quality transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is not obvious. Moreover, there are huge differences in the production capacity, technical level, and number of employees between enterprises. The results obtained through a single-path study are difficult to distinguish on the issue of path dependence, and the conclusions cannot well guide China's advanced manufacturing enterprises which have realized digital transformation. Therefore, this research regards the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry as a process in which the manufacturing industry applies digital technology to promote its own high-quality development, i.e. the organic integration of manufacturing and digital technology. This study combines the "Technology-Organization-Environment" (TOE) theoretical framework suitable for studying the transfer of emerging technologies and the regional industrial development paths model for distinguishing path types. The case samples are 27 advanced manufacturing companies in China, and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method (QCA)is used to explore the digital technology transition, management mode change and other pre-factors to promote the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing configuration path, with the aim to open the "black box" of digital transformation of advanced manufacturing and provide guidance for digital transformation of other manufacturing enterprises.#br#This research combines path dependence theory, configuration perspective, TOE theoretical framework, and existing research, combined with the specific context of digital transformation of China's advanced manufacturing industry, under the premise of comprehensive consideration of research samples, research methods, research feasibility and other factors, determine the conditional variables that drive the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing from the three aspects of technology, organization and environment. Based on the path dependence theory, path breakthrough theory and regional industrial development paths model in the field of evolutionary economic geography, the advanced manufacturing development paths model is constructed, combined with the TOE theoretical framework, the driving factors model of digital transformation of advanced manufacturing is constructed from the configuration perspective. Use the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to analyze the 27 pieces of advanced manufacturing enterprise data, and rely on the advanced manufacturing development paths model to explore the configuration path inspection results from the path dependence perspective.#br#It is found that firstly any single antecedent condition in each dimension cannot constitute a necessary condition on its own for the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing, antecedent conditions need to be matched through configuration to promote the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing. The research results show that although the transition of digital technology and the change of management mode are the core conditions in the digital transformation configuration path of advanced manufacturing, a single precondition cannot well guide advanced manufacturing to realize digital transformation. It is found that the multi-factor combination-driven strategy is obviously better than the single-factor-driven strategy. Secondly, advanced manufacturing needs to focus on the technological relevance and environmental adaptability of micro-enterprises indigital transformation. The presence of digital technology transitions, management model changes, and corporate competitive pressures has repeatedly served as the core conditions, and the combination of digital technology transitions and management model changes can play the greatest role. Judging from the results of guiding the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing, the multi-factor combination driving strategy of low technological relevance and high environmental adaptability has a higher probability of achieving digital transformation of advanced manufacturing compared with other strategies. Finally, the path-breakthrough configuration path is more likely to realize the digital transformation of the advanced manufacturing industry than other types of paths, and the path-dependent configuration path cannot promote the realization of the digital transformation of the advanced manufacturing industry. This research collects relevant data in the form of questionnaires, which may cause common methodological deviations, panel data can be used to carry out empirical research in the future.#br#

At present, the role of emerging economies is becoming increasingly prominent and has become the main driving force of world economic growth. The innovation and internationalization of latecomers from emerging economies have attracted widespread academic attention. Under the new background, latecomers make use of business model innovation to play the advantage of latecomers and achieve catch-up with leading firms through synergy with technological innovation, thus constantly changing the original competition pattern. As key components of innovation management, business model innovation and technological innovation have a significant impact on the performance of Chinese local latecomers. The research on the performance of latecomers based on the matching perspective of business model innovation and technological innovation is the focus of management practice and theoretical research of latecomers in the Internet era. Under the premise of limited resources, the roles, division of labor and tasks of business model innovation and technological innovation are different. Facing the strong technical strength and market advantages of leading firms, executives need to coordinate two seemingly contradictory strategic activities through resource allocation and create competitive advantages in emerging economies. Therefore, this paper focuses on the latecomers as the research object, focusing on the basic issue of the influence mechanism of the matching between business model innovation and technological innovation on the performance of latecomers.#br#This paper uses panel data to study the growth-period listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2014 to 2019, and measures the business model innovation level of latecomers based on Word2Vec natural language processing technology. Finally, regression analysis is used to test the impact of business model innovation, technological innovation and the balance and combination between them on the performance of latecomers.#br#The results show that business model innovation has a significant positive impact on the performance of latecomers. Technological innovation has a significant positive impact on the performance of latecomers; the balance between business model innovation and technological innovation is positively correlated with enterprise performance; the combination of business model innovation and technological innovation is positively correlated with enterprise performance. This paper further explores the impact of the balance and combination of business model innovation and technological innovation on enterprise performance. It is found that the two are complementary to each other, not to replace each other. The matching relationship between the two has an enhanced interaction on the performance improvement of latecomers.#br#This paper puts business model innovation and technological innovation under the same framework to discuss how to balance and match the two types of innovation activities, as well as the impact on enterprise performance, which enriches the research on the impact of single innovation mechanism on enterprise performance, and builds a bridge between business model innovation and technological innovation, which makes up for the deficiency of traditional research on the catch-up problem of latecomers from the perspective of single technological innovation. In addition, compared with other measurement methods, this paper adopts the vertical research and the text analysis method based on Word2Vec to construct the business model innovation index, which can be used as a reference for the improvement and development of the enterprise business model innovation evaluation system. The research results of this paper also have guiding significance for latecomers in practice. First of all, latecomers need to play a synergistic role in business model innovation and technological innovation to achieve rapid catch-up. The balance between business model innovation and technological innovation should be ensured as much as possible, so that business model innovation and technological innovation can reach a high level. Secondly, latecomers need to pay attention to the promotion effect of business model innovation on performance, and play the latecomer advantage and overcome the latecomer disadvantage through business model innovation, so that latecomers can integrate into the new global value network. Finally, latecomers need to dynamically adjust business model innovation and technological innovation strategies according to the industry environment in order to promote the performance of latecomer companies and achieve catch-up.#br#

In recent years, the remarkable improvement of international innovation performance of Chinese multinational enterprises, such as the accelerated process of overseas patent layout, provides evidence for the transformation from' Made in China' to' Intelligent Manufacturing in China'. However, China is currently facing the dual dilemma of unstable international trade pattern and the prevalence of COVID-19 in the world, and multinational enterprises will also face the blockade of patent barriers in developed countries. It will be increasingly difficult to obtain overseas innovation resources, which may lead to the obstruction of international innovation and development. Therefore, only by promoting the benign interaction cycle between international innovation and domestic innovation can China's multinational enterprises further promote the development of international innovation.#br#The existing research has rich discussions on international innovation of multinational enterprises, but there are obvious shortcomings. (1)The research object is limited to developed countries, and less involves multinational companies in emerging economies. (2)The role of home country resources in international innovation of Chinese multinational enterprises is often ignored. Under the background of open innovation and the framework of traditional internationalization theory, studies have focused on the role of overseas innovation networks in promoting the innovation of Chinese multinational enterprises. However, from the two mechanisms of technology spillover and reverse spillover, in the international innovation of multinational enterprises in China, the innovation resources brought by overseas R& D networks are not the only source of international innovation of enterprises, and the home country innovation network promotes the development of international innovation of enterprises. Some facts and theories can strongly support this view. Based on the resource-based view, this paper argues that home country innovation network can have a positive impact on the international innovation of enterprises to play a specific local resource advantage, cost risk advantage and mechanism change advantage.#br#In addition, domestic and international innovation networks can bring innovation heterogeneous resources to enterprises, but how innovation resources can be effectively transformed into innovation output is related to the situational conditions regulating the relationship between innovation networks and enterprise innovation performance. The existing adjustment variables of international innovation are mostly concentrated in the macro level, and the exploration of micro adjustment factors and situations is relatively less. At the micro level, human resources and technical level are the two internal factors for enterprises to internalize external innovation resources effectively. Excellent human resources and advanced management technology can effectively improve enterprise innovation ability and promote enterprise innovation. Specifically in the field of international innovation of China' s enterprises, the current trend of management internationalization and enterprise digitization is significantly enhanced. Team-based executive teams are conducive to absorbing and digesting international cutting-edge technologies, and digitization can greatly improve the innovation efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to study the influence of the two situational factors of executives' internationalization and digital economy on the home country’ s innovation network and international innovation.#br#Based on the above research results, this paper carries out research design based on the assumption of internal and external circular pattern of international innovation. It selects the listed companies of China’ s electronic information industry from 2010 to 2019 as the research samples, explores the influence of the innovation network of the home country’ s enterprises on the performance of international innovation through Tobit regression, and introduces returnee executives and enterprise digitalization as the moderator variables, so as to further explore its influencing mechanism. The results show that : (1)the scale of home country innovation network positively affects international innovation; (2) executives' internationalization experience has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between home country innovation network and international innovation performance; (3)enterprise digitalization has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between home country innovation network and enterprise international innovation. By robustness tests such as changing regression methods and changing dependent variables, it is proved that the above conclusions are still valid.#br#This paper innovatively uses the data of listed companies in China to empirically study the impact of home country innovation network on international innovation of multinational enterprises. It provides a theoretical basis for the Chinese intelligent manufacturing transformation, and enriches the theoretical research results of the influencing mechanism of enterprise international innovation, and also puts forward management suggestions for enterprises to improve the level of international innovation.#br#

A new round of scientific and technological revolution has swept the world, and the economic model and business formats have undergone comprehensive changes under the integration of digital technology and the real economy. The improvement of innovation performance by enterprises through strategic transformation is the foothold of industrial transformation, upgrading, the innovation and development of the national economy. In the real economy manufacturing is the basis for the development of all industries, and at the same time, it can continuously and stably accumulate social welfare. In the era of digital economy, digital technology and the real economy are deeply integrated, and Chinese manufacturing enterprises are faced with opportunities and challenges to achieve innovative development through strategic transformation. It is of great practical significance to explore how Chinese manufacturing enterprises achieve innovation performance through strategic change to promote high-quality economic development. #br#Strategic management scholars have been exploring strategic change for a long time, but there are still limitations in theoretical perspectives and research methods. Most of the previous studies are from a single theoretical perspective to explore the impact of environmental, organizational or managerial cognition and actions on strategic change and post-change performance, and the conclusions can’t be applied to general issues. This study draws on the strategic tripod framework to reveal the promoting and restricting effects of the institutional environment on strategic choices. In terms of research methods, most of the existing studies use regression methods to analyze the marginal net effect of antecedent variables on strategic change and corporate performance, while ignoring the combined effects of multiple factors. In fact, strategic change is a complex and dynamic process with a differential impact on organizational performance. s It will undoubtedly lead to a disconnect between theory and practice by only exploring the one-way linear relationship between variable, and cannot effectively explain and guide strategic change. The QCA research method can reveal the complex causal relationship between antecedents such as environmental, organizational and strategic choice factors and innovation performance. #br#Based on the strategy tripod framework, this paper uses the fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) method to explore the impact of the interaction of institutional condition, market condition, organizational condition and strategic changes on innovation performance, and then identify which configuration can lead to high innovation performance. This can help managers adopt a strategic transformation model that is conducive to improving the innovation performance of enterprises according to the external environment of the organization and the characteristics of organizational elements Combined with the research context and research questions, the sample data of China's A-share listed manufacturing enterprises in 2018 was selected to test the configuration of 6 conditions on the innovation performance of government efficiency, innovation and entrepreneurship activity, past performance, nature of controlling shareholders, market competition and the magnitude of strategic change. #br#The research results show that strategic change does not constitute a necessary condition for high innovation performance, and enterprises should choose strategic change modes according to the characteristics of organizational elements under different institutional contexts. Four configurations can bring high innovation performance: high-performance state-owned enterprises should implement evasive strategic changes in the environment of high government efficiency and non-high innovation and entrepreneurial activity; high-performance private enterprises should implement appropriate measures in the environment of high government efficiency and high innovation and entrepreneurial activity. In the environment of high government efficiency and high innovation and entrepreneurship activity, non-high-performance state-owned enterprises should implement shift-type strategic change; in the environment of non-high government efficiency and non-high innovation and entrepreneurship activity, non-high-performance enterprises should carry out revival-type strategic reform. #br#This study deepens the cognition of the basic laws of strategic transformation by incorporates institutional elements into the strategic transformation integration framework, Then through configuration analysis, it provides new explanations and evidences for exploring the contradictions caused by the marginal net effect of factors from a single theoretical perspective. In addition, related research in the field of innovation from the perspective of integration is expanded. Finally, it is proposed that enterprises in different regions of our country should choose the most suitable strategic change mode according to the local system environment and the characteristics of their own organizational elements.#br#

Digital economy is a new economic form with the in-depth development of information technology revolution. For a long time to come, data will become the next fron-tier of innovation, competition and productivity breakthrou-ghs as a means of production. Digital economy is becoming the main line of global economic development, profoundly changing the business management concept and manage-ment behavior of enterprises. Especially in the context of digital economy, digital technologies such as big data, cloud computing, blockchain, artificial intelligence and virtual reality are profoundly changing enterprise business logic and leading enterprise innovation and value creation. In the era of digital economy, it has become the focus of how to use digital technology to promote enterprise business model innovation in academic and business circles. However, the existing studies are inadequate with discussion on the in-ternal mechanism and boundary conditions of the impact of enterprise digital transformation on business model innovation. This study aims to explore the new logic and new path of enterprise digital transformation on business model innovation in the era of digital economy, so as to provide new ideas for enterprise innovation. This study conducts the questionnaire to investigate the enterprise managers and employees in South China, and discusses the impact of digital transformation on business model innovation. Based on organizational change theory And a knowledge-based view, this paper discusses the mechanism of digital transformation affecting business model innovation through the intermediary role of knowledge management, and analyzes the regulatory role of entrepreneur orientation. On the basis of literature research, through correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis, the following assumptions are verified: (1) digital transformation has a significant positive impact on business model innovation;(2) digital transformation has a significant positive impact onknowledge management;(3) knowledge management has a significant positive impact on business model innovation;(4) knowledge management plays an intermediary role in the process of digital transformation affecting business model innovation;(5) entrepreneur orientation positively regulates the effect of digital transformation on business model innovation;(6) entrepreneur orientation positively regulates the positive impact of digital transformation on knowledge management;(7) entrepreneurial orientation regulates the positive impact of knowledge management on business model innovation.#br#Based on the exploration of the driving and action mechanism of business model innovation in the era of digital economy, this study discusses the action mechanism of digital transformation affecting business model innovation through the intermediary role of knowledge management, and analyzes the regulatory role of entrepreneur orientation. Based on the knowledge-based view, it reveals the theoretical black box between digital transformation and business model innovation. Most of the existing studies have discussed the impact of enterprises' digital transformation on innovation, and there is still a lack of discussion on business model innovation. Based on the perspective of knowledge management, this study puts forward a new framework of the mechanism of digital transformation on business model innovation, in order to provide a new process perspective for future research.Second, it enriches the relevant research on business model innovation under the digital background. Most of the existing theoretical exploration focuses on its results, such as the development path and implementation mode of business model, or the exploration of the precursor factors of business model innovation through case study and logical reasoning. It is lack of a large number of real data support and not universal or applicable in practice. Through empirical analysis, this study tries to provide new theoretical support to the blank field.Thirdly, the entrepreneur orientation is introduced as a situational variable to explore its possible influence path in the above model. There has been some research on the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on the other three variables, but there is no final conclusion on how entrepreneurial orientation can play a regulatory role. Through empirical methods, this study explores the regulatory role of digital transformation, knowledge management and business model innovation in the context of entrepreneur orientation, providing reference for subsequent in-depth research.#br#

It is believed that enterprise innovation is inseparable from institution support. However, the existing research on institution and enterprise innovation is mainly based on the organizational legitimacy theory, by which enterprises cannot figure out the influence mechanism of the institution on enterprise innovation in the dynamic institution change environment. We attempt to introduce North's theory of institutional change, through finding the matching point between institutional demand and institutional supply to analyze the motivation and mechanism that institutional change affects enterprise innovation. In the national institutional supply, the intellectual property right protection institution is the most closely related to enterprise innovation. We find it necessary to further explore the institutional change motivation behind the reform of the intellectual property right protection institution after analyzing how intellectual property right protection affects enterprise innovation, and choose the intellectual property court as the focal point of the change of the intellectual property right protection institution. North's theory of institutional change describes that the institutional qualitative change is a sudden form of institutional change, and it is the key leap from quantitative change to qualitative change. It is difficult for institutional qualitative change to occur autonomously, and requires the combined action of greater internal and external pressures. An effective institutional qualitative change can not only effectively deal with the impact of external pressures, it should also meet the demands of internal institutional change. Intellectual property courts are fully in line with these two requirements. The specialization of intellectual property adjudication focuses on addressing institutional problems such as inconsistent standards for intellectual property adjudication and complex litigation procedures that restrict enterprise innovation. Therefore, the establishment of the intellectual property court conforms to the internationally accepted experience standards. The precise matching to the institutional needs of China’s legal system is an efficient institutional qualitative change in the process from China’s legal system to the construction of the rule of law. #br#In order to explore the impact of the establishment of intellectual property courts on the innovation performance of enterprises, we take the establishment of three major intellectual property courts in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou as examples to construct a DID model. The data are mainly from the CSMAR, CCER and CNRDS. All A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2017 are selected as research samples. We exclude all sample data in the financial industry and ST and *ST categories with 12 406 observation samples. We firstly take the establishment of the intellectual property court in 2014 as an event impact, and discuss the impact of the specialization of intellectual property adjudication represented by the establishment of the intellectual property court on the innovation performance of enterprises. Then, the methods of replacing the proxy variable of dependent variable, proxy variable of independent variable and empirical regression model are adopted to verify the robustness of the regression results. Subsequently, the parallel trend test, placebo test and dynamic effect test are successively verified. Then the whole sample is divided into state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises, high-tech enterprises and non-high-tech enterprises, and the heterogeneity test is carried out, and we also have tested the different influence of the establishment of the three major intellectual property courts in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou on enterprise innovation performance. Finally we further explore the process mechanism of how the intellectual property court establishment affects the enterprise innovation performance.#br#It is found that the establishment of intellectual property courts is a typical institutional qualitative change in institutional change, which has a significant effect on improving the innovation performance of enterprises, especially the quality of enterprises innovation, and it encourages enterprises to engage in more substantive innovation activities. The conclusion still holds robust after a series of robust tests. In the heterogeneity test, it is found that the establishment of the intellectual property court can significantly increase the substantial innovation achievements of private enterprises and high-tech enterprises; in addition, empirical results show that the establishment of the Beijing intellectual property court has a stronger effect on the improvement of enterprise innovation performance. In the mechanism test, it is verified that the financing constraints and enterprises innovation willingness both play the mediating roles in the the relationship between the establishment of the intellectual property court and the enterprises innovation performance. The establishment of intellectual property courts can alleviate enterprise financing constraints, enhance enterprise innovation willingness, and then improve enterprise innovation performance.#br#

The ownership right of job-related scientific and technological outputs is one of the key factors affecting the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological outputs. The nature of rights, ownership of rights and division of management authority of scientific and technological outputs are the premise and key for the government to construct the market mechanism to play its role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological outputs. In recent years, China has continued to promote the ownership reform of job-related scientific and technological achievements, and clearly put forward the "exploration of giving researchers the property right or long-term use right of scientific and technological achievements", in order to stress the intellectual labor value of scientific and technological personnel.#br#In May 2020, the Ministry of Science and Technology and other nine departments jointly issued the Pilot Implementation Plan for Giving Researchers the Ownership or Long-term Right of Use of Job-related Scientific and Technological Achievements, and proposed to select 40 colleges and universities and scientific research institutions to carry out the pilot in different fields, so as to enter the substantive promotion stage of the ownership reform of job-related scientific and technological achievements. At present, all provinces are actively exploring the ownership right reform of job-related scientific and technological outputs, and many provinces have stipulated relevant local regulations. #br#This paper summarizes the regulation modes of the rights of job-related scientific and technological outputs in the laws and regulations of all provinces, and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different modes. It is found that at present, there are five modes of ownership of job-related scientific and technological outputs in local legislation: principled regulations, a certain proportion of ownership shares, the ownership classification, full or partial rights, and priority to scientific researchers if their organizations abstain. Different modes have their own advantages and disadvantages, and even the same model has different interpretations in the legislation of different provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government), and will have varying degrees of impact on the ownership right reform of job-related scientific and technological Outputs. Therefore, this study aims to deepen the understanding of the pilot reform of ownership and empowerment of job-related scientific and technological outputs.#br#Further policy support is needed for the implementation of local regulations on promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. It is beyond dispute that strong policy support is conducive to the implementation of laws and regulations. At present, there are some pilot projects of empowerment reform in various places. In practice, there are problems in some regulations and policies. Therefore, suggestions are made as follows. First, the government should strengthen publicity and improve relevant policies. Second, regulations and policies on the income tax after empowerment should be clarified. The cash reward obtained by scientific researchers can be included in the salary income of the current month at a reduced rate of 50% and pay individual income tax. So can it be implemented in accordance with relevant government documents after being empowered to scientific researchers? It is suggested that the government should clarify it as soon as possible.Third, it is suggested that all local governments and departments should establish corresponding fault tolerance and error correction mechanisms, explore ways such as negative lists, and formulate diligent and responsible norms and rules, so as to better promote the smooth implementation of the reform of the long-term use right and ownership empowerment of post scientific and technological achievements.#br#

Various territorial behaviors occur in daily life. The theory on territorial behavior has shown its potential advantage in explaining organizational behaviors from a different view. Despite more and more scholars participating in this field, many issues still exist in the research of territorial behaviors in organizations. Territoriality in organizations, basing on the sense of psychological ownership, reflects individuals′ subjective control of tangible or intangible objects including workplace, personal tools and interpersonal relationships. Territorial behaviors in organizations containing marking, defensing and territorial infringement, are exclusive and inviolable in nature. With the economic globalization and the flourishing development of Asian countries, the inherent collectivism culture continually merges with western individualism, and the sense of personal ownership in eastern countries has risen. Under the influence of co-existed ideology, employees try to integrate into the collective, while the desire of the ownership and protection of their own territorial resources is awaken. In this circumstance, as the animal′s nature instincts, the territorial behavior theory in Chinese enterprise has shown its great explanatory ability in organizations, figuring out a certain number of rational behaviors in a unique view. There is huge potential value in this area.#br#So far the existing researches in territorial behavior contain many aspects, such as the cause of the behavior, the influence on enterprise management and the expansion of the theory itself. The innate selfish character of territorial behaviors normally draws concern of the negative outcome of the collective, but the present empirical researches have shown outstanding dual character in organizational management. In the information transmission process, scholars found employees′ territorial behaviors will promote team knowledge hiding, having negative influence on the task performance and positive influence on interpersonal and organizational deviance. The task performance is also negatively effected when team is taken as the territorial boundary. On the opposite, Li found that employees′ territorial behaviors would inspire more team information exchange, benefiting from implementing the team′s idea. Moreover, territorial behaviors have positive effect on leader-member exchange and can decrease the employees′ turnover intention. Because these results often positively connect to the task performance, it shows that there is a potential contradiction in the researches of territorial behaviors, which means the territorial behaviors have pro and cons at the same time in organizational management.#br#Compared to the territorial behavior, the organizational citizenship is advantageous to the organizations in most situation, which help creating a productive and harmonious atmosphere because it acts as a lubricant for organizational operation to promote overall performance. Few empirical researches have been conducted on the relationship between organizational territorial behaviors and organizational citizenship. Some scholars have speculated that the presence of territorial behaviors hinder the communication inside the organization, causing difficulties and obstacles in cooperation, which may reduce the expression of organizational citizenship, and it has a potential indirect positive correlation with organizational citizenship. Through the multi-dimensional dismantling of territorial behavior, this study takes the corresponding latent variables and find that the relationship between territorial behavior and organizational citizenship does have two contradictions, and the main reason is that the different dimensions of territorial behaviors affect on organizational citizenship in different way, and the intermediary role of psychological ownership is the main cause of the positive effects. The result of this study reveals the relationship between organization territorial behavior and organizational citizenship, especially provides a feasible method of explaining the contradiction of territorial behaviors, providing some reference for how to reasonably take the advantage of the positive influence and weaken the negative influence in organization management practice.#br#With the deepening reform of China′s market economy, the inherent collectivism culture is gradually integrating with the individualist culture, and the awareness of possession has been risen greatly, which makes the territorial theory show a strong interpretation ability in organizational management in China. Based on the theory of psychological ownership theory, an empirical research is conducted to explore the relation between scientific researchers′ territorial behaviors and organizational citizenship behaviors. The results show that there exist both positive and negative influence. The control oriented marking and reactionary defense behaviors have direct negative impact on OCB, while identity-oriented marking and anticipatory behaviors have direct positive impact on OCB, and psychological ownership plays a key intermediary role between anticipatory defense and OCB. The diversity influence of territorial behavior is mainly derived from the difference of its connotation dimensions and the intermediary effect of psychological ownership.#br#

At present, scientific and technological talents have become the strategic human resources for China's development. Cities have attracted scientific and technological talents to promote regional development by easing restrictions on settlement and strengthening financial subsidies. However, according to the data of China Statistical Yearbook on Science and Technology, there are obvious differences in scientific and technological talent gathering effect in different provinces, and draining of scientific and technological talents to developed areas in the east and south of China is still continuing. The existing research shows that China's scientific and technological talents show obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics. Therefore, when analyzing the influencing factors of scientific and technological talents, it is necessary to consider the influence of spatial effect. At the same time, some more detailed influence mechanisms caused by spatial correlation are also lacking deep analysis. So this paper uses spatial analysis technology, spatial Dubin model and partial differential method to systematically study the spatial effect of innovation environment on the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents by analyzing the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of innovation environment and agglomeration of scientific and technological talents.#br#Based on the panel data of 31 provinces (cities, districts) in China from 2010 to 2019, this paper explores the direct and indirect effects of the innovation environment on the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents by constructing the spatial Dubin model and decomposing the effects, and further discusses the effects of spatial heterogeneity. At the same time, in order to make the research results reliable, two spatial weight matrices (adjacent space weight matrix and inverse distance weight matrix) are used to verify each other. The results show that under the national total sample, a good regional innovation environment can significantly promote the gathering of scientific and technological talents in this region and produce a siphon effect on the surrounding areas; in the eastern, central and western sample situations, the influence of regional innovation environment on the gathering of scientific and technological talents has spatial heterogeneity, i.e., in the eastern, central and western regions, the innovation environment has promoted the gathering of local scientific and technological talents in different degrees, among which the local scientific and technological talents gathering effect of the innovation environment in the eastern and central regions is the most significant, while that in the western region is relatively weak, and the innovation environment in the eastern region has a significant siphon effect on the concentration of scientific and technological talents in the neighboring regions, but it is not reflected in the central and western regions.#br#The scientific insight that "China's scientific and technological talents show obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics" inspired this study to explore the influencing factors of scientific and technological talents' agglomeration from the spatial perspective, and proved that spatial proximity played an important role in the process of scientific and technological talents' agglomeration by means of spatial exploratory analysis and spatial econometric model, and the research results also showed that considering the spatial dependence of scientific and technological talents' agglomeration research can effectively avoid the estimation error. Different from previous studies, this study has answered the correlation between innovation environment and talent agglomeration under the influence of spatial effect in detail from the aspects of dynamic spatio-temporal evolution characteristics, national, eastern, central and western regions, and different proximity, and made up for the lack of previous discussion on the influence of innovation environment on the concentration of scientific and technological talents under the influence of spatial proximity. The conclusion shows that optimizing the innovation environment is an effective way to enhance the concentration of scientific and technological talents, but the differences in different geographical locations and geographical proximity also show that individual differences can not be ignored. According to the research, this paper puts forward four corresponding policy suggestions, providing theoretical basis for provinces and regions in China to improve the concentration level of scientific and technological talents, and suggestions to formulate innovative policies according to their own development stages and factor endowments.#br#
