    Public-Private Technological Innovation Networks (PPTIN), as the pioneering practice of technological innovation system, has attracted extensive attention in recent years. However, there is no consistent conclusion about the influencing factors of innovation performance in PPTIN. Therefore, the meta-analysis method was used to reanalyze 61 empirical literatures, systematically summarizing influencing factors of innovation performance in PPTIN, and discussing the methodological reasons for the divergences of existing research. The results have shown as followed: Firstly, R&D investment, technological innovation capability, market capability of enterprise, government investment, policy support, cooperation-tightness, intensity of knowledge transfer between organizations, intensity of outside investment and level of regional economic development can significantly promote innovation performance in PPTIN; Secondly, sample types, data sources and performance measurement indicators of research may lead to inconsistent research conclusions. These findings will provide a valuable basis for further theoretical research and practical application in PPTIN in China.

    Promoting the generation of green innovation ecosystem is an important measure for the high-quality development of regional economy.By analyzing the connotation and structure of the green innovation ecosystem, based on the hypercycle theory, this paper clarifies the generation process of the green innovation ecosystem.Through the case analysis of Jiang Lian, this paper identifies the driving factors of the formation of the green innovation ecosystem.The results show that: green innovation ecosystem has the characteristics of green development, ecology, dynamic evolution, high risk and complexity.The whole process of green innovation and the interaction between the innovation subjects promote the formation of the hypercycle of symbiosis, competition and dynamic evolution.The emergence of the hypercycle system has continuously strengthened the interaction of the green innovation subject and promoted the generation of green innovation ecosystem.Resource allocation and matching effect, environmental regulation and market orientation, user interaction and agile response, symbiosis, competition and cross-border integration are important driving factors for the generation of green innovation ecosystem.

    Inquiry into the battles for standard-setting discourse power is one of the key themes in the field of technology management. Based on network embeddedness theory, the paper constructs a parallel mediation model on the relationships among relational embeddedness, structural embeddedness, and standard-setting discourse power. Empirical analyses are conducted using 325 firms as samples who have participated the technology standard-setting process in Chinese communications industry from 1980~2019 with CNKI's Standard Data Base. Our findings indicate that, both relational embeddedness and degree centrality positively impact standard-setting discourse power, and that relational embeddedness positively impacts both degree centrality and structural holes. The results of mediation effect tests with Bootstrap sampling method show that, comparing the two indirect effects paths from relational embeddedness to standard-setting discourse power, the degree centrality plays a more important mediation role than that of structural holes. Contrary to our expectations, occupying structural hole positions negatively impact standard-setting discourse power. This finding may help to drive academics to rethink the opportunities and constraints brought to firms by occupying structural hole positions, and opens up a new direction for exploring the relationship between structural embedding characteristics and different types of firm performance.

    Based on resource-based view and dual perspective of organization, this paper adopts fsQCA method to analyze the relationship between frugal innovation and different configurations of reactive market orientation, proactive market orientation, local knowledge search, cross-border knowledge search and failure from learning, so as to explore multiple paths driving frugal innovation. Research results show that there are three paths leading to high frugal innovation. The first path is proactive type, which is constituted by proactive market orientation, cross-border knowledge search and failure from learning. The second path is reactive type, which is constituted by reactive market-oriented, local search and cross-border knowledge search. The third path is orientation balanced type, which is constituted by reactive market orientation, proactive market orientation and failure from learning. There are also three paths that lead to low frugal innovation, but they are not the opposite to high frugal innovation configuration, so high and low frugal innovation configuration have causal asymmetry.

    Taking the data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2019 as the research object, this paper uses super-efficiency SBM-Malmquist model to measure the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation. The results show that the overall level of national scientific and technological innovation efficiency has been significantly improved, which is more affected by the efficiency of technological progress. The regional distribution presents the characteristics of eastern region>western region>central region, and there are large differences between regions. The effect of different factors on different innovation efficiency is further verified by Tobit model. It is found that the government's support for technological innovation, economic development level, technological infrastructure investment and the cognition of technological innovation have great regional heterogeneity in the role of technological innovation efficiency. By analyzing the internal reasons of the direction and extent of the various influencing factors, it is found that there are large resource allocation and management problems in the development of national scientific and technological innovation. In order to promote the development of our country's scientific and technological innovation, it is still necessary to make efforts in terms of capital investment, talent management, achievement transformation ,property rights protection and scientific and technological supervision.

    Taking 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta as the research object, based on the perspectives of factor flow, spatial spillover and government intervention, this paper uses the multi-step multiple intermediary effect model, spatial Durbin model and panel threshold model to analyze the mechanism of Internet industrial agglomeration on resource mismatch. The results show that: ①Internet industry agglomeration can effectively alleviate labor mismatch and capital mismatch;②There is a chain intermediary effect between the Internet industry cluster and the resource mismatch, which is manifested in the fact that the Internet industry cluster can promote the coordinated agglomeration of the 2 or 3 industries, thus curbing the ineffective labor flow and capital flow, improving the quality of labor flow and capital flow, and thus alleviating the labor power mismatch and capital mismatch;③Internet industry cluster has spatial spillover effect, which can significantly improve the labor mismatch between the local area and the adjacent cities, and also can improve the capital mismatch in the adjacent areas;④Government intervention has a significant single threshold effect, and the alleviation of the labor mismatch and capital mismatch by the Internet industry cluster is affected by the government intervention to a certain extent.

    Based on the provincial panel data from 2010 to 2018 in China, this paper applies the least square dummy variable model and intermediary model to carry out regression analyses on the industrial structure rationalization effect, innovation effect and economic growth effect of the co-agglomeration of manufacturing and knowledge-intensive business service as well as the further effect of the three. The results show: the co-agglomeration of manufacturing and knowledge-intensive business service can promote the regional rationalization of industrial structure,innovation and economic growth, and indirectly inhibit economic growth through the industrial structure rationalization, and promote economic growth through the innovation. The reason why the industrial structure rationalization presents negative intermediary effect is that its positive promoting effect on economic growth is negatively regulated by industrial co-agglomeration, and the level of which in most provinces has reached the threshold.

    Internet infrastructure plays an important role in improving the quality of industrial development and realizing the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.At the same time, its construction also needs to be promoted by the upgrading of industrial structure.Based on the interaction mechanism between internet infrastructure and optimization of industrial structure, this paper studies the interaction between internet infrastructure and optimization of industrial structure in China from 2003 to 2018 by establishing vector auto-regression (VAR) model.The results show that the rationalization of industrial structure has a significant one-way impact on the construction of Chinese internet infrastructure, but the impact degree is low; internet infrastructure has a significant one-way impact on the upgrading of industrial structure, and the impact degree is also low; there is a bidirectional relationship between the upgrading and rationalization of industrial structure.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects such as improving the leading role of industrial development for internet infrastructure construction, expanding the coverage of internet infrastructure, transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.

    In recent years, the tide of "anti-globalization" is becoming increasingly fierce. How to promote the high-quality development of national economy through innovation of science and technology and system is the key to grasp the initiative of the future international market.Based on the theory of political promotion championship, this paper studies the deep institutional reasons for the influence of local governments' demands for political achievements on the innovation efficiency of enterprises, constructs a moderated mediator model, and discusses the mediating effect of government R&D subsidies between them and the moderating effect of innovation atmosphere.Through the empirical analysis of the sample of A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2018, the research finds that: ①The local government's demand for political achievements has A significant restraining effect on the innovation efficiency of enterprises;②Government r & D subsidies play a part of the intermediary role between local government performance demands and enterprise innovation efficiency;③The innovation atmosphere in the local government demands affect the enterprise innovation efficiency of the intermediary path in the second half plays a negative regulating role, that is, in the case of a low innovation atmosphere, the government research and development subsidies have a greater impact on the innovation efficiency of enterprises.Conclusion: The appeal of local government performance not only directly affects the innovation efficiency of enterprises, but also indirectly affects the innovation efficiency of enterprises through R&D subsidies.The innovation atmosphere moderates the influence of local government's achievement demands on the innovation efficiency of enterprises.

    Domestic “Hidden Champions” that focus on market niches and master key technologies are important supports for independent innovation of China′s manufacturing industry. Based on the multiple driving forces of enterprises′ technological innovation, the paper explores the dynamic mechanism of 98 domestic Hidden Champions′ independent innovation by using the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) method. The conclusions are as follows: ①The driving mechanism of domestic Hidden Champions′ Independent?Innovation is divided into three dynamic modes,i.e. internal driving, external driving and collaborative driving, among which the collaborative driving is the most common mode;②Entrepreneurship is an important internal factor driving the independent innovation of local "hidden champions". When the R&D investment intensity is not high or the company not listed, Entrepreneurship can play a role with market monopoly power and favorable regional environment to drive enterprises′ independent innovation;③Among the external driving factors, foreign entry in the sector and market monopoly power play an alternative role in driving enterprises′ innovation in specific contexts.

    Under the background of the mixed ownership reform and the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, the influence mechanism of state-owned capital's "placard" private enterprises on the enterprise innovation system needs to be studied urgently.Based on the data of listed family companies from 2008 to 2018, from the perspectives of innovation input and innovation output, this paper explores the impact of state-owned equity participation on the innovation efficiency of family companies, and this paper further analyzes the possible impact paths based on shareholder resource theory.Through the empirical findings of Heckman's two-stage model: it is found that the participation of state-owned equity has greatly promoted the innovation input and output of family enterprises, and has finally had a positive impact on the innovation efficiency; Access to government subsidies and improved innovation management capacity are two intermediary channels.The conclusion reveals that the mixed ownership reform has the important role and influence mechanism to stimulate the innovation vitality of private enterprises, and the conclusion also provides a new direction for the family enterprises to improve their innovation efficiency.

    Under the current economic and social situation, the successors of Chinese family business shoulder the mission of leading enterprises to transform and start businesses. According to the theory of social embedding, the embedding of successors in TMT has an important influence on the attitude towards transformation and entrepreneurship. Based on this, this paper constructs an analysis model of the embedding of successors in TMT from the three dimensions of cognition, relationship and structure, and explores the mechanism of interaction between this embedding and diversified operations. The empirical study shows that the homogeneity of successors' educational background in top management teams' cognitive embedding, the intimacy of relational embedding and the centralization of structural embedding are positively related to the diversification of business operations. In addition, the trust plays a partial mediating role in the embedding of successors in TMT and the diversification of business operations. Further analysis also shows that the conservative strategies of the father generation embedded in TMT hinder the enterprise transformation in a certain sense, which strengthens the conclusion of this paper. These conclusions show that after the family business is passed on, the embedding of successors in TMT affects the decision-making results of the enterprise.

    The output measurement of science and technology service industry is the statistics and analysis of the output data of science and technology service industry, and strengthening the standardized statistics and application analysis of the output data of science and technology service industry will provide important data support for our government to adjust the industrial policy. By combining the views of scholars, national standards and relevant industrial policies of governments at all levels, we propose the horizontal statistical idea of using branch industries as initial indicators and construct an indicator system for measuring the output of science and technology service industry. In terms of data collection, the two basic tasks of "collection" and "filling" are emphasized. On the basis of the establishment of indicators and data collection, two methods of future forecasting are further proposed as the initial exploration of science and technology service industry output data forecasting. Finally, it is proposed to establish a sound institutional mechanism for measuring and managing the output data of science and technology service industry in China in three aspects: unifying data statistical standards, improving data investigation and disclosure, and strengthening data resource development.

    Due to the continuous expansion of the number of patent agencies and their business areas, as well as the lack of evaluation system, it is more and more difficult to judge the service quality of patent agency. Based on the characteristics and connotation of patent agency service industry, combining the physical quality dimension, interactive quality dimension and corporate quality dimension of service quality, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of patent agency service quality consisting of 3 dimensions, 9 aspects and 21 specific indicators. Then, according to this index system, jenks natural breakpoint method and Matlab tools are used to make a hierarchical evaluation and empirical research on the service quality of patent agency in Beijing. The research results have certain guidance and reference significance for innovative entities to evaluate and select the patent agencies, as well as for patent agencies to choose the future development directions and strategies.

    To explore the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial activity of scientific and technological personnel,This article takes 27 provinces and municipalities as samples,adopts the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method,selects 8 representative variables from the four dimensions of the market environment,policy service environmentfinancing environment, and entrepreneurial culture,and discusses the impact through the overall perspective Conditional configuration and path of entrepreneurial activity of scientific and technological personnel. The results show that there are 4 effective ways to increase the entrepreneurial activity of scientific and technological personnel. That is, the capital-driven path, the service + culture dual-driven path, the policy service-driven path, and the service + capital dual-driven path; at the same time, the number of government R&D projects, the proportion of total financial industry output in DDP, and the scale of social financing Increment and the proportion of private enterprises are the core conditions for increasing the entrepreneurial activity of scientific and technological personnel, while the number of R&D projects, the number of incubators and the increase in the scale of social financing are three sufficient conditions for increasing entrepreneurial activity. The research results can not only provide a theoretical basis for improving the entrepreneurial activity of scientific and technological personnel in different regions, but also provide guidance for formulating promotion strategies according to local conditions.

    Based on the work stressors-detachment extension model,this study built and testified a moderated mediation model in order to analyze the relationship between illegitimate tasks and employee innovative behavior.The results show that illegitimate tasks has a significant negative impact on employee innovative behavior,and psychological detachment partly mediated the relationship between illegitimate tasks and employee innovative behavior; Temporal leadership positively moderated the relationship between illegitimate tasks and psychological detachment,also moderated the indirect effect of illegitimate tasks on employee innovative behavior through psychological detachment.These conclusions have important management implications for how to improve the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees to participate in innovative practice activities in Chinese enterprises.

    As a relatively new topic in the area of organizational science, narcissistic leadership is less concerned with the influence of the negative traits of narcissistic leadership on the positive behaviors of subordinates. Based on this, this research takes 53 corporate first leaders and 346 direct subordinates as samples, and explored the effect mechanism of the constructive narcissistic leaders on employees′ entrepreneurship behavior from the perspective of the relationship between superiors and subordinates. The results of cross-hierarchy analysis show that:the constructive narcissistic leaders have significant positive influence on the internal entrepreneurship behavior of the employees;the employees' entrepreneurship self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between the constructive narcissistic leadership and the employees' internal entrepreneurship behaviors;the internal entrepreneurship environment positively moderates the relationship between the constructive narcissistic leadership and the internal entrepreneurship behavior of the employees;the entrepreneurship self-efficacy of the employees' mediates the influence of the constructive narcissistic leadership and the interaction of the enterprise's internal entrepreneurship environment on the internal entrepreneurship behavior of the employees.

    Taking 669 articles published in 2000—2020 collected by web of science core database (SSCI) and CNKI core database (CSSCI) as research samples, this paper adopts bibliometrics and R language programming tools to analyze the overall context, hot research progress and research frontier of patent litigation at home and abroad. The results show that patent litigation research has become an important interdisciplinary research field. The United States is the leading country in patent litigation research, and the gap between domestic and foreign publications is increasing. There are stable journal groups in China, and the specific topics concerned by domestic institutions are different.The evolution of research hotspots at home and abroad can be divided into three stages. At the present stage, foreign research shows the characteristics of wide research scope, multiple objects, advanced methods and deepening degree, while domestic research is characterized by the combination of foreign research framework and theoretical methods with China's specific national conditions and practice.The frontier of joint research at home and abroad is patent troll and innovation, while there are some differences in other aspects.Based on the research conclusions, targeted suggestions are given to such as strengthen interdisciplinary research, keep up with international trends, and increase the analysis of national conditions.
