    Technology transfer is not only an important way to promote the development of science and technology, but also a strategic task to build an innovative country and achieve high-quality economic development. Technology Transfer Organization(TTO) is the professional service force to promote technology transfer. However, there are many TTO in China, but there are still many defects. As a type of organization originated from sociology of science, boundary organization has a strong organizational advantage in eliminating the phenomenon of social boundary in cross-border activities. Based on the perspective of boundary organization, this paper extends the boundary organization to the field of technology transfer, constructs the theoretical model of the boundary organization mode of TTO, compares it with the existing mode, analyzes the mechanism and advantages of the boundary organization mode in detail, and puts forward the future conception of boundary organization mode of TTO according to the practical experience of the boundary organization mode and the science, technology and innovation situation in China.

    As an important habitat for entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial ecosystem has become an important carrier of sustainable innovation.With the help of ecological metaphor, researches related to entrepreneurial ecosystem have realized the depth structure of connotation and extension, but there are few researches on the operation rule, function realization and structure generation of entrepreneurial ecosystem.Based on the theory of social capital, this paper deconstructs the emergence process of entrepreneurial ecosystem population, community and system echelon, and then obtains the evolution trajectory of entrepreneurial ecosystem, and analyzes the driving mechanism of entrepreneurial ecosystem evolution from the two aspects of functional paradigm and structural paradigm.Based on this, the future researches are proposed.

    Based on the innovation subject, this paper analyzes the problem of the failure of entrepreneurship caused by the difficulty of innovation in the process of technological catch-up, gives the importance and necessity of national leading innovation, and probes into the organization form and operation mechanism of national leading talent special zone.The research shows that: in the use of high-end manufacturing breakthrough technology innovation to achieve technology catch-up, entrepreneurship will be suppressed and weakened, and the function of enterprises as innovation subjects will be invalid.At this time, the national leadership should replace the entrepreneurship, strengthen basic research in the form of building a special talent zone, break through the industry's common high-end manufacturing core technology, reduce the conditions of technological catch-up by removing or weakening the insurmountable technological barriers of enterprises, and provide more powerful support for the entrepreneurs to play the main function of innovation.

    As the main body of entrepreneurship in modern economic society,entrepreneurial teams often face many difficulties,such as sensitivity and vulnerability,resource constraints.Improvisation plays a crucial role in entrepreneurial teams to promote the enterprises' ability to quick response and creativity.Based on the theoretical pattern of "cognition-behavior-performance" and cognitive behavioral theory,this study built a research model to discuss the relationship between team cognition ability and entrepreneurial performance in an entrepreneurial context.Our study also explores the mechanism mediating role of ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation and moderating role of entrepreneurial policy.By collecting the data of 299 entrepreneurial team samples,the hypothesis is empirically tested by a hierarchical regression method.Results suggest that all the three dimensions of entrepreneurial team cognition ability,i.e.entrepreneurial consensus ability,expertise configuration ability,and monitoring and control ability,have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial performance.Ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation is a partial mediator in the relationship between the three dimensions of entrepreneurial team cognition ability and entrepreneurial performance.The entrepreneurial policy positively moderates the relationship between exploitative improvisation and entrepreneurial performance,but it is not significant between explorative improvisation and entrepreneurial performance.

    Diverse and heterogeneous innovation species and their high degree of symbiosis are important forces to promote the dynamic evolution of regional innovation ecosystem in the Yangtze River Delta. On the basis of clarifying the heterogeneous species' structure and function of innovation ecosystem, a theoretical model and dynamic evolutionary game model of symbiotic relationship between the regional innovation ecosystems in the Yangtze River Delta is constructed. The deduction shows that in order to achieve the goal of multilateral and long-term cooperation, it is necessary to ensure that the cooperation benefit is higher than the cooperation cost, and the premise to meet this condition are the high symbiosis of innovation species. The Lotka-Volterra model and the composite system collaborative model are respectively adopted to calculate the symbiosis degree of the innovation ecosystem vertically and horizontally with the relevant data of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui in the period of 2011-2018. The result shows that, the symbiosis of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui is increasing year by year, maintaining a good evolution trend, and the spatial differences are gradually narrowing. The mutualistic symbiosis of heterogeneous innovation species in the integrated regional innovation ecosystem of Yangtze River Delta has not been fully formed, and the capability of science and technology service agents needs to be strengthened. The development of symbiosis degree is unbalanced, and the leading role of innovation in Shanghai is not prominent enough, while that in Anhui is lower than the average.

    Based on ecological theory and financial symbiosis theory, this article analyzed the symbiotic relationship of the population within the regional Sci-Tech finance ecosystem. Taking 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2018 as the research sample, using the symbiosis degree measurement model and the symbiotic evolution momentum model integrating the speed characteristics to measure the symbiosis level and symbiosis evolution momentum of the regional Sci-Tech finance ecosystem. The empirical results indicate that the symbiosis of the Sci-Tech finance ecosystem in the eastern region is relatively high during the survey period, but its symbiotic evolution is weak or even deteriorated. In comparison, although the symbiosis of the Sci-Tech finance ecosystem in the central and western regions during the survey period is relatively low,but its symbiotic evolution showed a benign upward trend. Finally, based on the empirical results, countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the symbiotic and symbiotic evolution momentum of the regional Sci-Tech finance ecosystem are proposed.

    Innovation cannot be limited to quantity accumulation, but should focus on value enhancement. To have a further understanding of the relation between firm innovation and management ability, this paper construct the relational model, in which management ability is measured through DEA, based on the data of A-share listed companies in 2007-2019, mainly investigating whether management ability improve firms' innovation value, It turns out that, overall, higher management ability reduces the number of patents, but increases the market value to innovation output, indicating that management ability can enhance the innovation value. We then divide the managers into high-ability group and low-ability group and find that, in the low- ability group, the increase in ability only increases the number of non-invention patents, while in high-ability group, the improvement of ability decrease the number of patents. This shows that low-ability managers pay more attention to "face projects" while high-ability managers pay attention to "really hard work". Finally, the promotion effect of management ability on patent value exists mainly in firms with long tenure CEOs, state-owned property rights and larger analyst following. Our paper provides evidence for enhancing the value of innovation from the perspective of management ability.

    Most of the existing studies focus on verifying the driving effect of big data and artificial intelligence on enterprise innovation, but lack of theoretical discussion on the correlation between big data application and enterprise open innovation.Based on the research perspective of collaborative evolution, through the comparative study of seven enterprise cases in manufacturing and service industry, Nvivo12 software was used to conduct the rooted theory coding analysis.The research found that:firstly, there is a close bidirectional correlation between big data application and open innovation of enterprises.Secondly, due to differences in industry attributes and enterprise resource capabilities, there are two modes in the collaborative evolution process of big data application and enterprise open innovation, namely data-driven collaborative evolution and innovation-driven collaborative evolution.Data-driven co-evolution usually takes place in manufacturing enterprises.Innovation-driven collaborative evolution is mostly seen in service enterprises.

    Based on the view of enterprise resources and ability, a chain mediation model with potential absorptive capacity and realized absorptive capacity as mediation variables is constructed, and discusses the influence and mechanism of network embedding on enterprise green innovation. Using 264 questionnaires of manufacturing enterprises, this paper finds that network embedding positively affects enterprise green innovation, while potential absorptive capacity and realized absorptive capacity play a part mediating role between network embedding and enterprise green innovation, and play a chain mediating role between network embedding and enterprise green innovation. The conclusion expands the research on the internal mechanism of network embedding affecting enterprise green innovation, and reveals the importance of external network resources and internal dynamic ability in realizing enterprise green innovation.

    This paper uses a sample consisting of listed firms from 2007 to 2019 to empirically test the impact of the female chairman of the board on the R&D expenditures. We find that the female chairman is negatively associated with the R&D expenditures. And the negative relationship is the most significant in the mature period, followed by the growth period and the weakest in the recession period. We also find that when the chairman of board was female, the number of patent applications decreased and the number of invention patent applications decreased. And the risk aversion behavior of the female chairman has restrained the innovation of the corporate. The conclusions of this study enrich the relevant research on innovation management, and also have some practical implications.

    The vigorous development of blockchain technology at this stage has proposed more scientific and refined requirements for its protection system. To solve the tricky problems including ambiguity, insufficient protection and uneven technical levels in fileds, it's fairly significant to improve and perfect the protection paths in the IPR protection system that are compatible with the operational mechnism and development requirements of blockchain technology. However, the inclusion of blockchain technology in the IPR protection system must meet the basic rules of patent objects and substantive conditions of patent examination. The esults show that the patent object examination standards of patent object should be properly broadened on the basis of ensuring that blockchain technology is closely intergrated with specific application areas and more stringent conditions should be formulated for substantive examination, that is, to refine the connotation of patent utility standards, improve cognitive competance of the Person Having Ordinary Skill in the Arts (PHOSITA) and clarify the status of secondary considerations, so as to prevent the worries of blockchain technology patent protection.

    Based on the theory of ecological niches,drawing on 2 225 sample observations of A-share listed companies in high-end equipment manufacturing industry from 2008 to 2019,PSM-DID model is used to analyze the effect of high-tech enterprise certification policy on technological niche of the enterprise. The results indicate that the certification policy has a dynamic long-term incentive effect mechanism on the"ecostate" and "ecorole"of technological niche, and significantly improves the current technological innovation ability and innovative sustainable development potential of the enterprise. The effects on the "ecostate" and "ecorole" of technological niche have a dynamic curve change around the three year cycle for certification. Continuous certification enhances the incentive effect of the policy on the "ecostate" and "ecorole"of technological niche. With the certification period extending, the positive effect on the "ecostate" of technological niche presents an inverted U-shaped change trend, while the policy effect on the "ecorole" of technological niche is increasing gradually. Based on the heterogeneity feature, this study finds that the certification policy has a stronger additional incentive effect on technological niche of SOEs, but with the certification period extending, the policy can better mobilize the current technological innovation ability of non-state-owned enterprises.

    Autonomy of overseas subsidiaries plays an important role in the knowledge transfer in multinational companies, but there is an obvious "paradox" in the existing researches.This study collected data of 132 overseas subsidiaries of Chinese multinational corporations and conducted an empirical study on the relationship between autonomy of different types of overseas subsidiaries and reverse knowledge transfer.It is found that there is a significant inverse U-shaped relationship between overseas subsidiary autonomy, marketing autonomy, personnel autonomy and reverse knowledge transfer.Financial autonomy and R&D autonomy of overseas subsidiaries have a significant positive impact on reverse knowledge transfer.Knowledge complexity negatively regulates the inverse U-shaped relationship between overseas subsidiary autonomy and reverse knowledge transfer.This study deepens the study of overseas subsidiary autonomy and has important practical significance for multinational companies to carry out subsidiary management and reverse knowledge transfer.

    In addition to the two strategies of knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding, R & D personnel usually choose an intermediate strategy between sharing and hiding, that is, to manage individual knowledge through knowledge manipulation.From the micro perspective of semantic innovation of conceptual products, according to the theory of knowledge preservation, this paper constructs an adjusted intermediary effect model, discusses the influence mechanism of knowledge manipulation, resource acquisition and political skills on semantic innovation of products, and tests the relevant assumptions through 377 matched sample data.The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between knowledge manipulation and resource acquisition, and part of resource acquisition mediates the inverted U-shaped relationship between knowledge manipulation and product semantic innovation, and political skills play a positive role in the inverted U-shaped relationship between knowledge manipulation and resource acquisition, and regulate the intermediary role of resource acquisition between knowledge manipulation and product semantic innovation.The study explains the two sides of knowledge manipulation strategy and emphasizes that knowledge workers also need to improve their political skills.

    In the era of information and knowledge economy, innovation has become one of the key factors for individuals to gain competitive advantage. Based on resource dependence theory and knowledge management theory, a moderated mediation model was constructed with 319 valid samples from enterprises in Shanghai. Using structural equation model, this paper examines the mechanism paths of task interdependence, goal interdependence and reward interdependence affecting employee innovation behavior, and examines the mediating role of knowledge acquisition and the moderating role of task conflict. The results show that: Task interdependence, goal interdependence and reward interdependence have significant positive effects on knowledge acquisition; knowledge acquisition has a significant positive effect on employee innovation behavior; knowledge acquisition mediates the relationship between task interdependence, goal interdependence reward interdependence and employee innovation behavior; task conflict moderates the relationship between goal interdependence and knowledge acquisition. The mediating role of knowledge acquisition in the relationship between goal interdependence and employee innovation behavior is moderated by task conflict. In other words, the mediating effect of knowledge acquisition is stronger only when the level of task conflict is high. The significance of this paper lies in the fact it not only supplements the theory system of employee innovation behavior in the Chinese context, but also provides instructions for enterprises in management practices.

    Based on the theory of multi-focus social exchange, the role of employee traditionality and differently focused psychological contracts in the influence mechanism of managerial pro-social rule breaking on employees' innovative behavior was analyzed. The above mechanism was verified by the statistics analysis of 259 employee questionnaires. The results showed that managerial pro-social rule breaking has a direct positive impact on employees' innovative behavior. Managerial pro-social rule breaking positively affects employees' innovative behavior through supervisor-subordinate psychological contracts fulfillment. Managerial pro-social rule breaking negatively affects employees' innovative behavior through organization-employee psychological contract violation. The higher the employee's traditionality, the stronger the positive impact of managerial pro-social rule breaking on supervisor-subordinate psychological contracts fulfillment, and the weaker the positive impact on organization-employee psychological contract violation. The higher the employee's traditionality, the weaker the indirect effect of organization-employee psychological contract violation, but the indirect effect of supervisor-subordinate psychological contracts fulfillment has no significant change.

    Innovation measurement errors will seriously affect the quality of academic research, policy formulation, and corporate decision-making. However, some basic issues of innovation measurement errors are currently unclear, and there is a lack of clear logical research lines and theoretical frameworks. Through searching and reading the research literature at home and abroad, we have systematically combed and analyzed the logical research lines of what is the innovation measurement error, why the innovation measurement error occurs, and how to reduce the innovation measurement error. The paper establishes a theoretical framework for innovative measurement error research, draws research conclusions and prospects for future research directions, hoping to provide useful references and references for future research and innovation practices.
