Later-developed enterprises in the global modular production network have been locked in the low-end state of value creation for a long time, and disruptive innovation has become a sharp weapon to break the dilemma of upgrading and achieve leapfrog development. Based on the 20 years' rapid growth of Geely Auto Group into an incumbent company in China, this paper explores the intrinsic mechanism of Geely's successful disruptive innovation from the perspective of modularization and value network. The research finds that the incumbent creates disruptive innovators in the Chinese context, and the key to disruptive innovation is the upgrading of value network. The mature modular environment of the automobile industry promotes the disruptive innovation of Geely. According to the evolution track of Geely's product, cost model, product attribute ranking and technology paradigm, four stages of Geely's disruptive innovation leapfrog development path are identified, and the internal logical relationship between each stage's upgrading model and each stage's development is clarified, and then a complete leapfrog development path of Geely's disruptive innovation is constructed.

Knowledge diffusion is the main way to integrate the resources in collaborative innovation projects. The actors of knowledge diffusion are embedded in the project through the collaborative relations. The embeddedness affects the knowledge diffusion behavior and results in the project. The task-oriented character of organization makes the network embeddedness and knowledge diffusion behavior rules of collaborative innovation projects significantly special. Therefore,a simulation model of knowledge diffusion process of collaborative innovation projects is constructed, and the sensitivity analysis is carried out.The simulation results confirm that relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness have a significant effect on the knowledge diffusion in the two dimensions of knowledge diffusion, knowledge increment and knowledge variance. From the perspective of optimizing the knowledge diffusion process, moderate relationship embeddedness and low structural embeddedness in collaborative innovation projects can maximize the effective knowledge diffusion, thence realize the full flow of knowledge resources in the organization.

In the trend of innovation-driven development, intellectual property protection has increasingly become an important institutional guarantee for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages, which is of great significance to the "small and weak" new ventures, faced with external resource constraints.Based on the dual perspective of entrepreneurial orientation and social responsibility, this paper selects 404 GEM companies between 2014 and 2018 as the research objects, empirically examines the directly impact of intellectual property protection rights on new venture performance, and then introduces entrepreneurial orientation and social responsibility into the relationships as the mediator respectively,to explain the transformation mechanism of "institution—recognition—performance" chain. Therefore, the study reveals the dual mediation mechanism between macro institutional factors and micro enterprise subjects, improving a research model based on the context of new venture, and providing a more dialectical practical perspective on the strategic development of new ventures.

This study mainly discusses the influence of government R&D subsidies and non-R&D subsidies on external financing of enterprises through "halo effect" and the moderating effect of patent intensity between the two. Based on the data of 228 new energy enterprises in China from 2008 to 2018,the results show that: ①government R&D and non-R&D subsidies have a positive impact on the external financing of enterprises, that is,the government has a halo effect by providing financial support to enterprises, expanding the opportunities for enterprises to obtain external financing; ②patent intensity significantly positively regulates the relationship between government R&D and non-R&D subsidies and long-term and short-term debt financing of enterprises, but has no obvious impact on enterprises' equity financing, that is,banks and other financial institutions pay more attention to the innovation ability of enterprises when deciding whether to invest in enterprises.

Creative enterprises always take creativity as key points of product and use symbolic meaning to create value, their innovative development draw a lot of attention from government and academia. Based on the theory of cooperative innovation and relational embeddedness, this study incorporates the relational embedded in industrial cluster into the relationship model of creative enterprises' non-R&D innovation and cooperative innovation performance. The results obtained by using structural equation model show that the technology adoption, creative design and creative learning of creative enterprises have significant positive influence on the performance of cooperative innovation; the political relationship and commercial relationship embedded in industrial clusters play intermediary roles; specifically, the intermediary effect of the commercial relationship embedded in industry clusters is more significant. This paper not only enriches and expands the current literature on the construct of Non-R&D innovation activities, but also guides creative enterprises to conduct non-R&D innovation activities and maintain the quality of cooperation based on the relationship embedded in industry clusters.

Innovation is a critical non-price factor of competition in the European Union (EU) competition law.The traditional approach of the European Commission(EC)to analyzing the impact of mergers on innovation is to assess the "potential competition" associated with specific and clear-defined product markets. The enforcement practice of the EC in recent years shows that the scope of competition enforcement has been extended to the dynamic innovation competition, and it has begun to focus on more "invisible" innovation harm.In the case-by-case review, the EC has gradually formed systematic solutions in the aspects of theoretical foundation, legal system basis, enforcement policy, analytical framework and methods. The experience of the EU in dealing with innovation issues provides a reference for the revision and enforcement of China's antitrust law.

The major scientific and technological decision-making evaluation system plays a particularly critical role in ensuring the scientific and democratic nature of major scientific and technological decision-making. However, the relevant provisions on major scientific and technological decision-making evaluation in Article 13 of China ’s current Science and Technology Progress Law are too abstract . Therefore,it is necessary to be improved. In the theory of administrative behavior typology, scientific and technological decision-making as a specific administrative behavior is a manifestation of regulation. Through analysis of the establishment background, operation process and effectiveness of the regulatory impact evaluation system, it is found that Regulatory Impact Assessment has achieved significant results and is widely recognized in OECD countries. Whereas, deficiencies of the China's major science and technology decision-making evaluation system do exist in at least the following three aspects in terms of existing laws: the lack of ex-post evaluation system mechanism;the existing major science and technology decision-making consultation system is not practicable; the existing relevant institutional guarantee is not perfect. Therefore, from the perspective of improving China's major science and technology decision-making evaluation system, the following three suggestions are proposed: establishing an ex-post evaluation mechanism on the basis of the existing ex-ante evaluation; perfecting the law concerning the evaluation of major science and technology decision-making; refining the procedural norms required for the evaluation of major scientific and technological decisions-making.
