    The successful completion of M&A integration is crucial to the realization of innovation intentions.However,existing research has not revealed the internal mechanism of M&A integration decision-making on innovation performance.Based on the perspective of M&A synergy,this paper empirically examines the impact of two types of integration motivations,such as operational collaboration and financial collaboration,on innovation performance.At the same time,we also examine the moderating effects of integration depth and integration speed based on strategic fit theory.The results show that both operational synergy and financial synergy have a positive impact on innovation performance,and the motivation for M&A integration must also match the degree of integration.For firms that are committed to achieving operational synergy,deep integration and slow integration strategies should be adopted during the integration process; for firms aiming to achieve financial synergy,low integration and rapid integration strategies should be adopted during the integration process.This study has theoretical and practical implications for cross-border M&A integration.

    The optimization of internal structure and the improvement of operating efficiency in network organizations are inseparable from the important knowledge resource——routines.As a general term to describe the "mode of conduct" of alliance organizations,alliance routines are manifested in various forms such as stable way of doing things,standardized operating procedures and uniform code of conduct,and play an important role in coordinating cooperative relations among the main bodies,enhancing the degree of stability within the organization and improving the efficiency of empirical information exchange.Based on the survey data of 261 enterprises in Shanghai,Nanjing and Hangzhou,this study deconstructs alliance routines into action logic,implicit norms and mutual consensus from the perspective of diversity of routines,and explores the problems of alliance enterprises using different governance mechanisms to improve their cooperation performance,aiming to reveal the mechanism of plural alliance routines in the governance process of Research & Development alliance.The results show that,there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between contractual governance mechanism and alliance performance,however,relational governance mechanism only has a positive linear effect on alliance performance.The moderating effects of the three dimensions of alliance routine are different.Specifically,both action logic and implicit norms positively and significantly moderate the relationship between contractual governance mechanism and alliance performance,while mutual consensus negatively and significantly regulate this relationship.Moreover,mutual consensus also has a positive moderating effect on the connection of relational governance mechanism and alliance performance.

    Sustainability Transition Research appears as a rapidly growing and influential academic field.The literature aims to explain how transitions unfold and how to govern them.However,the transition practices of the systems such as energy and transportation are proved to be remain very slowly.It is theoretically important to address the resistances of transition.Based on the review of the basic needs,dynamic process and mechanics of transitions,this paper discusses tremendous resistances to sustainable technological niches from the prevailing unsustainable socio-technical regimes in six aspects.In order to speed up the transition process,it is vital to build and strengthen the functions of niche protective spaces in terms of shielding,nursing and empowering for backing up the growth of path -breaking technological niches.What more important is that the policy-makers should insist in the thought of governance during the strategic management of dynamics of niche protective spaces.This argument is addressed with three questions: Who governs? What is governed? and How to govern?

    How to alleviate the imbalance of enterprise R&D structure is a hot issue of academic concern.For the first time,this paper applies the Markowitz portfolio model to different R&D risk investments.The theory reveals the current imbalance of the R&D structure of Chinese enterprises and the reasons for the imbalance.The government's R&D tax support has a strong tax reduction effect on the experimental development with less risk,while it has insufficient tax reduction effect on the basic research with higher risk.The government's "one size fits all" R&D tax support policy restrains the optimization of enterprise R&D structure.The analysis of regional heterogeneity shows that the R&D plus deduction policy is beneficial to optimize the R&D structure of enterprises,while the 15% tax rate preference of high-tech enterprises aggravates the imbalance of R&D structure of enterprises to a certain extent.This paper emphasizes that in the implementation of innovation driven economy high-quality development strategy,the government should implement different levels of financial and tax support for R&D expenditure according to the risk of R&D expenditure,indirectly improve the yield of R&D expenditure with high risk,and change the mismatch of risk and income of enterprise R&D expenditure.

    Using the panel data of 75 innovative cities in China from 2003 to 2017,the Super-SBM model is used to measure the technological innovation efficiency of each city.Then,based on the strength of the innovative connection between cities obtained by the modified gravity model,the social network analysis method is used to measure and analyze the network structure and evolution characteristics of innovative cities from the three aspects of talent flow,capital flow,and institutional learning.Finally,the Geographic Weighted Regression (GWR) model considering the geographical location of cities is used to analyze the influence mechanism of network structure characteristics on the efficiency of technological innovation.The results show that:①The scientific research infrastructure and the centrality of talent flow can promote the improvement of urban scientific and technological innovation efficiency,but the impact of institutional learning centrality,talent education and industrial structure is negative; ②Over time,the centrality of talent flow in cities has a positive effect on the improvement of scientific and technological innovation efficiency and tends to strengthen.The centrality of capital flow has a weak positive effect and tends to show two effects: incentive and hindrance in different cities.The negative impact of institutional learning centrality also tends to strengthen;③The difference in the impact of the innovation network structure on technological innovation efficiency in each city is relatively small in the early part of the measurement period,and it shows more significant spatial differences in the later stage.

    Based on the analytic weighted complex network process,this paper analyzes the evolution of the spatial pattern of the network,the spillover mechanism between blocks and the main spillover paths among countries.As a result,four conclusions are drawn.Firstly,the technology spillover intensity of the network increases significantly,and shows skewers distribution.Only a few countries have spillover technology,and more countries play the role of technology absorbers.Secondly,the network has a "Core-Periphery" structure.China,South Korea and Russia play the core role in network which serve triple efficacy as an “Engine”,“Intermediary” and “Bridge”.Thirdly,the network can be divided into three blocks.The first block which composed of China,South Korea and other two countries is the core area of network.The second block which composed of Russia and other ten countries receives technology which transfers from the first block,and transfers the kinetic energy of technology spillover to the others.The third block which composed of remaining 114 countries is the net beneficiary,and which is the final link of kinetic energy transfer path.Fourthly,technology spillover path not only has spatial dependence,but also constantly creates new paths.Technology is mainly absorbed and transformed by core countries and developed countries,which shows that technology spillover has the characteristics of self-strengthening in a fixed region and anti-potential technology flow.The new path mainly points to the less developed countries,which indicates that many less developed countries have benefit from network.

    Using the panel data of 29 provinces and municipalities in China as samples,and using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) methods,8 representative variables are selected from the four dimensions of innovation base,innovation environment,industry-university-research linkage,and international technology spillover to explore the impact area Conditional configuration and path for the improvement of innovative ability.There are 4 key paths that affect the regional innovation capability,such as technology transformation path and foreign technology absorption path; R&D human input and out-of-region technology purchase are necessary and core conditions for enhancing regional innovation capabilities; Certain conditions in the path configuration that affect the improvement of regional innovation capability are replaceable.The conclusion not only reveals the internal mechanism of the improvement of regional innovation capacity,but also the four paths described provide guidance and reference for the improvement of regional innovation capacity in different regions.

    This paper expounds the direct and indirect influence mechanism of environmental regulation on the green transformation of manufacturing industry.Using the Chinese provincial panel data from 2005 to 2017,the green total factor productivity calculated based on EBM-GML model is used to measure the degree of green transformation of Chinese manufacturing industry,and then a fixed effect panel model is established to test the impact of heterogeneous environmental regulation on the green transformation of manufacturing industry.The results show as follows: environmental regulation has a non-linear effect on the green transformation of manufacturing industry,and command-controlled and voluntary participation environmental regulation can promote the process of green transformation of manufacturing industry when they exceed a certain limit.Environmental regulation can promote the green transformation of manufacturing industry through technological innovation,foreign direct investment and industrial structure,but the effect of industrial agglomeration is not obvious.Market incentive environmental regulation can better affect the green transformation of manufacturing industry through indirect effects.

    On the basis of new economic growth theory framework,this paper focus on high technology industry green technology progress,based on the provincial panel data from 2006 to 2018,the Super - SBM model to measure environmental constraints China green high technology industry technology progress,and decompose the pure technical effect and scale effect,has carried on the empirical test model based on spatial durbin model,and build the VAR (vector autoregression) model to explore the long-term effects.The results show that the green technology progress of China's high-tech industry is mainly contributed by pure technology effect.FDI capital and material resources inflow is to promote the green technology progress of local high-tech industry by enhancing the scale effect,while in the neighborhood,it is to achieve this process by enhancing the pure technology effect.FDI technology inflow mainly promotes green technology progress through improving pure technology effect in the long run;high quality human capital and strict environmental regulation can promote the green technology progress of high-tech industry in local,but not in neighboring areas.Trade opening itself can significantly promote local high-tech green technology progress,but the interaction with FDI capital and material resource inflow inhibits local green technology progress,while the interaction with FDI technology inflow has a significant promoting effect on local and neighboring areas.

    This paper conducts a case study of a leading figure in security industry,Dahua Technology from China's Zhejiang Province,and explores when faced with windows of opportunities,how the latecomer firm in different stages of catch-up cycle to integrate and leverage inside and outside resources,to respond the windows of opportunity via Composition -based strategy and makes the catch-up possible,from initial catch-up to surpass catch-up and then take the lead in the industry.The paper finds that,first,different windows of opportunities are interconnected and interacted,there is a domino effect,one window of opportunity will trigger the emergence of another,and then more window of opportunity in the entire industry.Second,the implementation process of Composition-based strategy is: taking Compositional-capability as the motive force,constructing Compositional-offering,surpassing through Compositional- competition.From the perspective of Composition-based strategy,the path of latecomer firms catch-up is evolving from "achieved edge catch-up guided by imitative innovation of technology" to "achieved business model innovation guided by market grasp and expansion" and then to " enhanced system competitiveness guided by comprehensive collaborative innovation".Third,during the catch-up cycle,latecomer firms adopt Composition-based strategy to respond the windows of opportunity and take advantage of these opportunities to make catch-up possible.With the accumulation and refinement of resources and capabilities,the response mechanism of Composition-based strategy to windows of opportunity evolves from "passive response" to "active response",and then leading at the edge.

    Based on the perspective of social media,customer participation is divided into three dimensions: information provision,interpersonal interaction and user innovation,to study the influence of different dimensions on the innovation performance of SMEs,as well as the regulating role of enterprises' social media orientation and social media capability.Through an empirical study of 208 SMEs,it is found that information provision,interpersonal interaction and user innovation have significant positive effects on SMEs' innovation performance.Social media orientation has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between information provision,user innovation and innovation performance,and an inverted U-shaped regulating effect on the relationship between interpersonal interaction and innovation performance.Social media capability has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between information provision,interpersonal interaction,user innovation and innovation performance.

    Builds an evaluation model based on the improved mutation series method to study the difference in innovation ability of different high-tech enterprises in different provinces from 2009 to 2017,and uses ARCGIS software for visual analysis.On this basis,comprehensive FGLS regression model is used to explore different high-tech enterprises of different ownership The generation mechanism of innovation ability difference.The results show: First,overall,there is still a gap in innovation capacity between Domestic-enterprises,Hong Kong-Macao-Taiwan and Foreign-enterprises.Secondly,the innovation capacity of high-tech enterprises with different ownerships at the provincial level is differentiated.Hong Kong-Macao-Taiwan and Foreign-enterprises in regions with stronger overall innovation capabilities are generally stronger than Domestic-enterprises,while other regions are the opposite.Third,government funding and the introduction of high-quality personnel can significantly enhance the innovation capabilities of Domestic-enterprises; strengthening property rights protection and increasing openness have played a positive role in the innovation capabilities of Domestic-enterprises,Hong Kong-Macao--Taiwan and foreign-enterprises.

    From the perspective of innovation value chain,this paper takes panel data of 129 private science and technology enterprises in China from 2010 to 2017 as samples,and applies panel vector autoregression model (PVAR) to dynamically analyze and evaluate the incentive effect of government innovation subsidies on the two stages of technological innovation and value realization of private science and technology enterprises.The results show that: first,from the perspective of short-term incentive effect,government subsidies play a more significant role in promoting technological innovation output,while from the perspective of long-term incentive effect,government subsidies contribute more to the variance of innovation value realization.Second,the output at different stages of the innovation value chain of enterprises has a positive feedback effect on the allocation of subsequent government subsidies,but the government pays more attention to the technological innovation output of enterprises.Third,the technological innovation in the early stage has a significant positive impact on the value realization in the later stage,but the support effect of value realization on the new round of innovation activities is not significant.

    The of internationalization military-civilian integration development of national defense industry is a common practice in the development of defense industries in foreign developed countries.Judging from the existing research results,the academic circle has not conducted a special systematic study on the issue of the internationalization of military-civilian integration development of national defense industry.Based on the academic understanding of internationalization and military-civilian integration development,the basic connotation of the internationalization of military-civilian integration development of national defense industry is defined.On this basis,the basic path for the internationalization of military-civilian integration development of national defense industry is divided into "bringing in" and "going out".It reveal the realization form and connotation mechanism of the internationalization of military-civilian integration development of national defense industry,such as the transnational trade of military and civilian products,the transnational R&D and production of military and civilian products,the transnational investment in the military and civilian fields,the transnational economic cooperation in the military and civilian fields,the application of military and civilian standards,the cross-border docking of military and civilian standards,and the transnational alliance of military and civilian enterprises.Promoting the internationalization of military-civilian integration development of national defense industry will help make better use of the advantages of both domestic and foreign military and civilian resources and play the role of both domestic and foreign military and civilian markets,so as to accelerate the deep development of military-civilian integration of the defense industry and improve the quality of defense industry development.

    As a kind of motivation regulatory system for achieving goals,the important role of regulatory focus on individual innovative behavior has been a hot topic in the field of organizational behavior.Based on the regulatory focus theory etc.,we deeply examine the process and the boundary mechanism of individual’s regulatory focus on its ambidextrous innovation from a dual perspective.527 military industry R&D personnel are investigated and the results show that: both promotion focus and prevention focus positively predict ambidextrous innovation and its balance and complementarity,and the prediction of promotion focus is stronger.Explorative failure-based learning and exploitive failure-based learning mediate the above relationship simultaneously.Positive organizational error management climate positively moderates the relationship between promotion focus and ambidextrous innovation and its complementarity,while negative organizational error management climate positively moderates the relationships between prevention focus and ambidextrous innovation and its complementarity.

    Based on the open innovation theory,we classify military-to-civilian activities (MCAs) of military enterprises into inbound,outbound and coupled MCAs from the perspective of organizational form.This paper then constructs an integrative model to examine the influences of different modes of MCAs on the growth of military enterprises and the moderating effects of marketization process.With the panel data of A-share listed companies of China's ten military industry groups from 2007 to 2019,empirical results show that:①inbound MCAs are beneficial to the growth of military enterprises,but outbound and coupled MCAs do not have a significant impact; ②in view of institutional environment in China's transition economy,the effect of inbound MCAs on the growth of military enterprises becomes stronger with the improvement of marketization,whereas only with relatively high level of marketization,can the positive roles of outbound and coupled MCAs on the growth of military enterprises be observed.This study advances civil-military integration theory and provides a variety of options and references for military enterprises to carry out MCAs and important policy implications for the government to accelerate the marketization process.

    Middle managers,as a combination of strategic and operational roles,can connect the inside and outside of the company and the upper and lower levels of the organization,which is an important force for corporate entrepreneurship.Based on 201 valid sample data,empirical analysis shows that: delegation has a positive impact on middle managers' intrapreneurship behavior; active followership plays a partial intermediary role between delegation and middle managers' intrapreneurship behavior; polychronicity has a moderating effect on the direct effect of delegation on the middle managers' intrapreneurship behavior.This study enriches internal entrepreneurship theory and followership theory,provides practical inspiration for organizational management.

    It has become an important way for enterprises to obtain abundant heterogeneous resources by using external cooperative networks to promote exploratory innovation.As the main role of enterprise innovation activities,R&D personnel's external connection in the cooperation network will affect their individual exploratory innovation,which in turn will affect the overall exploratory innovation performance of the enterprise.Based on the theory of social network,considering the moderating effect of internal direct connection and diversity of external cooperative network,the conceptual model of the influence of external connection on R&D personnel’s exploratory innovation is established,and research hypotheses are proposed.The study is based on the patent data of Huawei & ZTE,the representative enterprise of China's electronic information manufacturing industry,which is authorized by the National Patent Office,and the hypotheses are tested empirically with negative binomial regression model.The results show that there is a significant inverted U-type relationship between R&D personnel's external connection and its exploratory innovation; The internal direct connection,the members diversity of the external cooperative network and the knowledge diversity of the external cooperative network have significant negative moderating effect on the inverted U-type relationship.
